It’s been really helpful to have my external calendars synced with the Carepatron calendar. I also received a generous discount through a referral, so it feels like good value for money. The OS is fast, and the AI assistant is very useful, especially because it provides demo videos while you’re troubleshooting.

The AI scribe has been my biggest time-saver. I like that it includes options to narrate your notes, which means you can spend less time typing. The team also supported me with onboarding calls and helped with setup and data import. They were prompt throughout, and overall very responsive.

The automated workflows reduce human hours, and my favourite features include creating new invoices, creating new notes, and scheduling appointments or sending booking links. I especially like that you can customise the booking link to match the service being provided. Once you get the hang of it, the interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. There should be a refresh button to update calendars and data in real time. The system also doesn’t provide automatic serial numbers for new clients, which means you have to manually assign numbers to each client. That increases manual hours and creates a risk of duplicate or repeated numbers, so an automated numbering system would help a great deal.

On the invoicing side, if clients aren’t paying through Stripe, there isn’t a straightforward option to mark a payment as paid without having to go through invoices each time. There’s also no multi-currency support in the billing system, which creates barriers when logging international payments.
