What do you like best about Adit?

Adit app is very user friendly and allows me to check messages and missed calls from my phone. I like the feature of the voicemail transcripts and I can check appointments before coming into the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adit?

The one thing I'd like to see improved is the read/unread message status on the desktop/web version. It occasionally glitches, which can make it harder to tell which messages still need a reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forms are completed before patients arrive. For appointments. We can send treatment plans to patients and not have to print a copy for them or have them come into the office. We can confirm appointments without having to make a ton of phone calls the day prior to a patient's appointment. We can see messages on the app before we are even in the office in case of a schedule change or a patient trying to get a hold of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
