**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

The platform is pretty intuitive and makes it easy to quickly create campaigns. 

The pre-built templates are helpful (and time-saving) but can be easily personalised.

In terms of transitioning to the platform, it was really straightforward to import data but a little trial and error to correctly attribute marketing permissions.

Sales attribution seems a little out of sync with what we were used to seeing on Klaviyo but this could be a period of adjustment.

Delighted with the new pricing plans, significantly reducing the cost of SMS makes it much more accessible.

I haven't yet tried the AI integration but this feels like an exciting step forward.

Support has been prompt and helpful which is massively appreciated!

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

Some of the UI is a little clunky. For example, the base font constantly reverts back to Arial (very annoying!), you can't overwrite copy and keep the formatting, and I'd like to see more elements available (i.e. spacers)

In terms of reporting, it's a little more basic/limited than I'm used to. Hopefully the AI integration will help with this - for example I can't easily see how many users are active on site each day,

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend isn't solving a materially different problem to what we had prior to onboarding, but it is allowing us to build a robust operation across email and SMS.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I like the way that Omnisend integrates with Shopify. I also like that I can import my own templates.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

The customer service is atrocious. Every time I need to ask for help, the agent takes 3 to 5 minutes in between replies, often forgets what we're talking about, and usually doesn't solve the issue. The last time I needed help, it was 45 minutes in between replies. This is completely unacceptable. 

The integration with Google Drive needs attention.  Also, there should be an integration with Canvas for better image handling. I want to have modules that automatically update that are not part of the universal templates. 

Additionally, I'd like to integrate Omnisend with Claude to create more options and emails faster. The onboarding was not easy; the team didn't move all our flows properly, and I had to rebuild certain flows like the abandoned browse and cart because the dynamic content wasnt available the way they set it up and couldn't be actively dropped in.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend helps me create robust, personalized flows that connect with my audience in ways I couldn't build myself. I switched from MailerLite because Omnisend offers better integration capabilities and easier ways to create personalized workflows with improved analytics.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I love how simple and intuitive Omnisend is. I value that everything can be set up with just a few clicks and is ready to edit emails. I also appreciate its ability to resolve the replacement of the confirmation email in Shopify with a few clicks, as well as creating a discount pop-up, and complete automations like welcome, abandoned cart, and abandoned checkout, all in just 2 days. The simplicity and speed to achieve things using the least possible time are very important to me.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

At the moment, the only thing I would add is an extra email to replace the Shipping confirmation email in Shopify, in the same way that I have the option to edit the Thank You email and replace the Shopify order confirmation. This would be a great advantage for those of us who do not use Shopify Plus.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend solves the replacement of the confirmation email in Shopify with a few clicks, facilitates a discount pop-up, and automates processes like welcome and abandoned cart, in two days. I like its simplicity, as it saves time and improves communication with customers.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

What I like best about Omnisend is how intuitive the UX is. Within 10-20 minutes you get the hang of it - which matters when you're onboarding new clients and need to move fast. The platform covers the essentials well: email sends, pop-ups, and audience analytics, all in one place. It's also more budget-friendly than a lot of the alternatives, which makes it a realistic recommendation for a lot of brands who can't afford a very pricey ESP. The customer service is helpful, I think the AI chatbot works pretty well for basic questions, too. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 overall and a 10/10 for brands on a budget - it's definitely one of the best email marketing platforms to use.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

The audit permission level doesn't allow you to view flow designs, which isn't consistent with how other ESPs handle it - that's kind of irritatating when auditing potential client accounts. The two-step limit on pop-ups is restrictive, and adjusting image sizes within the pop-up builder is more difficult than it should be. Also having a deliverability 'score' section from 1-100 would be great. The analytics could be improved as well, but I have faith Omnisend will make these changes overtime.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend centralizes email marketing, SMS, and analytics in one platform, which simplifies how I manage retention strategy for ecommerce clients. The practical benefit is speed - setting up flows, campaigns, and pop-ups without switching tools means I can focus on strategy rather than logistics. It makes it easy to A/B test, analyze performance, and segment audiences. Because of that, I can clearly see what's working and double down on it, and cut what isn't. That's the core of what I need it to do, and it does it well.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I use Omnisend for email marketing, SMS marketing, and push notifications on the website. I appreciate the good dashboard that allows me to find our analytics for both email campaigns and SMS campaigns, and compare them to website analytics to ensure everything is aligned properly. Omnisend has everything needed, including templates and dashboards, to create and manage our campaigns. I like that you can see all email campaigns, their performance, your boosters, SMS, and all campaigns you're sending in one screen. It also allows breaking down the details granularly to see placed orders, order contents, and product types, helping me assess if email campaigns are translating into sales or if adjustments are needed. It's great that you can actually see if the email campaign is making sales on the products, which is a real benefit.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

It would be nice if they could integrate reviews into it. It seems like the only feature that they really need to jump on to. Other than that, no issues.

Omnisend gives us a good dashboard for analyzing email, SMS campaigns, and comparing them to website analytics. It shows how campaigns perform, helps in making sales through emails, and includes all necessary templates and dashboards.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

What I like best about Omnisend is their support team. Deniz, in particular, helped me migrate from Brevo to Omnisend. I had previously gone through migration from Mailchimp to Brevo and it was quite a painful process back then. This time, however Omnisend team handled everything for me, from the moment I filled out the form, the whole migration was completed within just a few days, and I barely felt the transition at all.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

It's still a bit early to comment in detail, but I would love to see more native integrations with some smaller niche tools in the future.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to some tools I've used before, which were general email marketing platforms rather than ecommerce focused solutions, Omnisend integrates well with Woocommerce, it allows you to setup automations and segmentation tailored specifically for an online store, without needing any workarounds

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I use Omnisend for email and SMS marketing. It's an easy system to use when sending emails, and I've found it to be the easiest for setup and sending compared to other products. I send about 3-4 product emails and 3-4 SMS sends a week, and it couldn't be any easier. Being able to create segments for sending is also a really great feature. We offer online products globally, so creating segments for domestic and international groups saves me so much time and effort. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the Omnisend team helping to migrate our contact info and flows, which was a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

There isn't much I don't like about Omnisend. It's truly a great system.

Omnisend solves the problem of sending emails and SMS marketing. It's the easiest tool I've used for setup and sending, saving time with segments for targeted sends. Creating segments helps manage global and specific group sends, significantly saving time and effort.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I really like the testing capabilities of Omnisend because they give me peace of mind. The tools are flexible enough that I can set them up to closely match the design of my personal branding and my artist website shop (yenablooms.com). It's important to me that everything is set up correctly, so it looks like the emails are coming from me. It's great that all my communications, whether email or website, appear unified rather than being split across different platforms.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

The initial setup of Omnisend was kind of hard for me because I haven't really done email before. I had to ask my LLM a lot about how to set things up, how to connect things, and the meaning of individual segments. It would've taken me much longer if I hadn't been working with an LLM. Also, during the initial setup, I felt the existing flows are more optimized towards e-commerce. For my art shop, it would have been helpful to have more guidance specific to my needs along the initial user journey. Even though I use Claude for assistance, without it, the setup would have been a pretty large lift.

I use Omnisend to manage my emails, allowing me to communicate effectively with those invested in yenablooms. It simplifies email setup, even for beginners, and provides peace of mind with its testing capabilities, ensuring correct email targeting.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I use Omnisend for my email marketing on my Shopify store, and it allows me to set up and execute all of my email marketing needs. I'm able to set up automations, campaigns, and pop-up forms for my website, which is super helpful. One of the things I really like about Omnisend is the customer support. My questions are answered quickly, and any setup issues are easily fixed. The support team is very responsive and thorough, and I can review previous chats if I need to. This makes my email marketing run smoothly and efficiently. Also, the initial setup was easy, and I didn't have many issues with it.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

The verification process for my domain name took a few days and was confusing to set up. The directions for this process need to be clarified. When I first attempted to get verified, it was denied without any reason given, and it took over a week to be notified that it was complete. I feel that the directions for verification need to be updated and made easier to understand for new users.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I use Omnisend to send emails for our events, making it easier for people to attend. I think it solves the time problem as it’s easier to send emails, and you can also clean contacts. I like Omnisend for having the ability to fully edit templates and give admin access. I can send multiple emails with campaigns without them getting mixed up. For example, I can get a ready template by just editing the text a bit, which makes my email template ready to send - it's way easier. I can give admin access to copy other templates from other Omnisend accounts. The initial setup was pretty easy, we had no problems, and I would recommend Omnisend, more like 10 out of 10 because it's pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

I think for me at first it was hard to make a template from zero. It was like a website building thing-like. But then I managed to learn it. I'm actually a graphic designer so I thought it would be easy, but I struggled a bit.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omnisend to easily send event emails and manage contacts. It saves time with features like editable templates, admin access, and organizing multiple campaigns for different audiences without mixing up.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

We've been using Omnisend for the past 2 years and it's one of the best choices we've made company-wise. The customer service side of things is by far their best asset (followed by the extremely user-friendly platform they have created). I can't name everyone who's helped us over the years, but from Agustin to Beran, Saanya, Baarath and many others that I couldn't name, their team is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

Nothing that makes us question our use or contemplate switching over. It's a very, very solid platform.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business works in B2B wholesale, so we do find ourselves with certain restrictions applied due to Omnisend's catering to (what I assume are mostly) B2C, retail businesses. Even with those obstacles in the way, their team always finds a workaround that solves all our issues to date.

Cost! I am paying a fraction of what I used to pay with a previous platform.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

So far, after 20 days, no issues. If I absolutely have to write something, I wish the crop tool was a little user-friendlier in their template builder. But not anything worth mentioning.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was paying a lot more for a previous platform and it did not feel like it was worth the cost. I would see price hikes regularly and I did not feel like it was justified. I pay less for a very similar system in Omnisend, and I feel like I'm actually getting more with everything else that comes with Omnisend. Most notably the personal customer success team.

I really like Omnisend's easy-to-navigate user interface and the great support. The UI makes it super simple to get around and understand the features. It's easy to set up, and although I had some issues on my end, it was very straightforward with Omnisend.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

Nothing major, I would say a better process for verifying a domain as when it fails the details can be very hard for a new comer to understand what they need to change. If these 2 records have omnisend show this as a means of more of a direction on the fix needed

Omnisend helps me with communications to my members and clients, and it's easy to navigate and understand its features.

I appreciate how easy it is to use the booster campaign feature. The straightforward application of AI for generating subject lines and preview text is particularly helpful. I also enjoy the simplicity of scheduling campaigns, which makes the whole process smooth and efficient.

For me, the biggest drawback is the absence of a desktop and mobile layout feature. If you apply any margins, the layout cannot be displayed in full width on mobile devices, which is quite limiting. Another significant frustration is the lack of a dedicated template editor. To access and edit any saved custom template, you have to begin creating a campaign or flow email, which is inconvenient. Additionally, I find it disappointing that there is no dedicated desktop or mobile view within the editor itself—this feature is only available in the preview tool, not during actual editing.

Overall, I have found it useful, but sometimes I feel that I spend too much time navigating through the platform, especially when working with Automations and Forms. Starting new sets from scratch can be time-consuming, and I think having the ability to duplicate forms would be very helpful. I really appreciate the brilliant support from Omnisend. The ease of uploading subscribers, especially since my previous platform made it difficult, is a huge plus for me. I also love how tightly integrated it is with Shopify, making it much easier to send tailored messages for certain events.

I find that some of the templates are too focused on a certain topic or event. I also think there should be more generic templates with different alignments of images and text blocks. I like that Omnisend is very communicative and helpful. I've spoken to a few reps during the integration process, and everyone was very helpful. The help chat bot is also very useful, and the software appears robust. Although there's a slight learning curve in getting things set up, the chat bot and the reps I have email access to are all very helpful.

The onboarding process was easy but almost to the point of not knowing if it was fully set up yet or not. It was a weird setup due to migrating from Yotpo, where some of it was automated. I was a little bothered that it pulled all my contacts from Shopify into the software regardless of if they were subscribed to SMS or email marketing, leading me to have to pay more of a subscription price.

- plus the big one (You can use Omnisend for Free if your email list is small like 500 emails a month i believe plus you can pay as you go for example if your list is 1000 you pay $x/month better than other apps where you pay $40-60/month but it can be too much or too little for you "Email lists/SMS sends")

I've been using Omnisend for all my email and sms marketing needs since launching my Shopify site two years ago. They integrate seamlessly with Shopify and other apps that my shop uses so there is very little I have to do for manually updating customer segments. I also find their platform to be very user friendly and simple to navigate.

There are very few things I would say are downsides to Omnisend. My biggest hurdle when using their email builder is ensuring the email is readable in different customer views (dark mode vs. light mode). I've noticed my email colors change depending on the system mode, and unfortunately the only way I've found to work around this is to create the email out of images, but this isn't practical in long term use.

I really appreciate Omnisend's customer service. It was magnificent because they literally solved my issues within ten minutes. I had spent too much time trying to resolve an issue on my own without success, but their customer support team and chatbot were able to sort it out quickly. Also, the initial setup of Omnisend was fairly easy, and I was able to do it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

I'm still new to this domain. So I'm not sure. But I will let you know once I figure out what more can be enhanced.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend helps me manage customers, provide better post-sale service, and reach out to website visitors who didn't purchase.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

Easy to use the editing interface. Easy to understand how to accomplish what I want to accomplish. Easy to see results. I haven't had to contact customer support so I can't speak to that. But it has a lot of great features, even on the free plan. It integrates with my e-commerce platform, which is a huge help.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

I can't think of anything. Some features are limited on the free plan, but that makes perfect sense.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend helps me build an email list and send out marketing emails. And it does so without costing me more than I can afford as a small business owner. It is a very valuable resource for me.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

Omnisend is hands down the most intuitive and effective email marketing platform I’ve used. The automation workflows are simple to set up yet incredibly powerful, saving us hours every week. The integration with our website and CRM is seamless, and I love how easy it is to segment audiences and personalise campaigns. Their reporting is clear and actionable, helping us quickly see what’s driving results.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

There’s very little to dislike. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that some of the advanced features take a bit of time to fully explore; but once you get the hang of them, they’re game-changing.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend helps us streamline client campaigns by bringing everything under one roof — from capturing leads with pop-ups and landing pages, through to personalised automation flows and transactional emails. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, we can now manage the entire customer journey in one place.

The automation features save significant time and reduce manual errors, while segmentation and personalisation ensure campaigns feel relevant to each audience.
