**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I like that it's very easy to use compared to other email marketing apps where it takes days to get a idea of how things work.

For Omnisend:

- They show you what each tab does (using the turtiruel + videos) 

- They also have ai's to help you write the emails

- Great customer support that is fast and helps you in no time

- plus the big one (You can use Omnisend for Free if your email list is small like 500 emails a month i believe plus you can pay as you go for example if your list is 1000 you pay $x/month better than other apps where you pay $40-60/month but it can be too much or too little for you "Email lists/SMS sends")

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

for now nothing really, everything is great and it's making me more money, so yeah

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's helping me send automated emails( which they also help create 100% of it using ai) for abanded carts and checkout to reach out to the customer and talk him out and maybe send him like % OFF and that really increased my business rev and profit.

Their pricing plan does not automatically upgrade when our active profiles increase. I enjoy the fixed plans.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

I haven't used Omnisend enough to know exactly what we dislike yet, but the one thing I worry most is the flexibility of our templates. However, so far nothing has stood out yet.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more affordable email marketing option that allows the same features and flexibility as Klaviyo. Our brand is trying to restart our email marketing campaigns and I think Omnisend is giving us that opportunity to restart with easier tools that we can understand.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I love the user friendliness of the UI it's easy to navigate and discover features and I find the features easy to learn. I also really like the support it's quick, responsive and informative.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

Not much, I feel that sometimes the template builder can be a little clunky when trying to slot elements (such as image blocks) into the page. I also would like to see the spin wheel be more dynamic by offering exclusive discount codes to winners rather than generic ones to prevent code sharing.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to create and automate newsletters and promotional campaigns easily with a really good template builder and add a variety of needed automations to our website to encourage purchases and maximise conversions.

I use Omnisend for email marketing and find it incredibly easy to build emails. What I like most is how intuitive it is and the drag-and-drop feature that makes the design process super quick. It also helps me gather data on our customers, making analytical reviews straightforward. The pricing is another reason we switched from Mailchimp, and I rate my likelihood to recommend Omnisend as a 10.

I would love if we could choose our own comparison dates in the analytics. At the moment it's not super clear what it's comparing to. I would like it if I was reviewing data from a specific date range and could choose the comparison date.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I've been using Omnisend for all my email and sms marketing needs since launching my Shopify site two years ago. They integrate seamlessly with Shopify and other apps that my shop uses so there is very little I have to do for manually updating customer segments. I also find their platform to be very user friendly and simple to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

There are very few things I would say are downsides to Omnisend. My biggest hurdle when using their email builder is ensuring the email is readable in different customer views (dark mode vs. light mode). I've noticed my email colors change depending on the system mode, and unfortunately the only way I've found to work around this is to create the email out of images, but this isn't practical in long term use.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnisend has been implementing new ways to customize emails to make them more personable and drive higher engagement among customers. This has been very beneficial for my business as email marketing is a large part of our site traffic and sales and their updates have definitely aided in driving more conversions.

I really appreciate Omnisend's customer service. It was magnificent because they literally solved my issues within ten minutes. I had spent too much time trying to resolve an issue on my own without success, but their customer support team and chatbot were able to sort it out quickly. Also, the initial setup of Omnisend was fairly easy, and I was able to do it quickly.

I'm still new to this domain. So I'm not sure. But I will let you know once I figure out what more can be enhanced.

Easy to use the editing interface. Easy to understand how to accomplish what I want to accomplish. Easy to see results. I haven't had to contact customer support so I can't speak to that. But it has a lot of great features, even on the free plan. It integrates with my e-commerce platform, which is a huge help.

I can't think of anything. Some features are limited on the free plan, but that makes perfect sense.

Omnisend helps me build an email list and send out marketing emails. And it does so without costing me more than I can afford as a small business owner. It is a very valuable resource for me.

I especially love the automation features – from welcome series to cart recovery – they are easy to customise and save me a lot of time. **What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I love that Omnisend has a dashboard that is very easy to use, especially for those who don't have much experience in sending newsletters and managing automation tools. I find it very intuitive and it integrates perfectly with Shopify, which is a great advantage. We find that Omnisend simplifies many tasks that are complicated on other platforms, making it a really efficient tool for our needs. Additionally, the initial setup process was incredibly easy thanks to the support of an excellent consultant named Denis, who made the whole process much simpler, including the migration and adaptation of domains and segments. All of this complements the positive experience we've had with Omnisend, and it clearly meets our expectations of being an intuitive and user-friendly solution.

I feel that Omnisend could improve by integrating more artificial intelligence to facilitate the management of processes and repetitive tasks. Additionally, while the initial setup of Omnisend is generally straightforward, there can be issues with the automated setup, and I would prefer an easy way to install it manually. There also used to be a way to send SMS in conjunction with email campaigns but that was removed.

What I love is the uncomplicated, no-fluff (but still aesthetically pleasing) interface of Omnisend. To access the features and implement the things you want & need to, is way more convenient than with other providers. I'd also recommend Omnised if you plan on using their service with Shopify or similar platforms - personally, I had no trouble with that as well. Also, their support team is very friendly and responds quickly. I use it all the time for my business, especially now that I can focus on growing my brand.

There's not much to dislike as the overall design and all functionality aspects of Omnisend are ahead of their competitors, perhaps the only downside is that they'll discontinue their Product Reviews feature.

I've been in contact with support a few times and they are pretty helpful, and were attentive to my issues. Their pricing is moderate, not super expensive like some platforms get.

I've had problems with my form not always popping up. It seems like it will only show once until the cache is cleared. I've used other email software where the flyout will show every time a visitor comes to the site, which is preferable. I also don't like that their pricing after making an account is locked in a the price it is. I have less than 2,500 contacts and will for a long time, so I could be paying the cheaper price that it shows when you go to first make an account. I think since I made a free account to test it out, it's sticking me into one price range.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I use Omnisend mainly for creating detailed email marketing campaigns for my clients. I appreciate the platform's affordable pricing compared to competitors, which offers a great value for the services provided. Omnisend also impresses me with its design options, enabling me to easily build aesthetically pleasing emails to send to a broad list of contacts. The overall ease of use, including the initial setup which was super easy, enhances my experience with the product. Transitioning from Constant Contact to Omnisend has proven beneficial as Omnisend not only costs less but also performs better according to my needs.

I think the contact list options could be simplified.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I really like how simple and clean Omnisend’s interface is. It looks very good, it’s not cluttered or confusing. It is very easy to find what I need and set up the features I want, which isn’t always the case with other platforms. It also works great with Shopify and similar tools. Omnisend's support team is super friendly and responds super fast. :)
Omnisend helps a lot with growing my brand.

There isn't much to complain about, everything works very smoothly.

When setting up pop-ups with other providers, it used to be a real headache for me. I didn’t feel in control and it took sooo many steps. Omnisend made that process super easy. Now I can build pop-ups and manage my email marketing without stress.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

Very user-friendly and always coming out with new tools and helpful features. It is really easy to integrate with our other platforms and the support team has always been quick, friendly, and helpful when needed.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

There aren't many complaints I've had with this service to be completely honest. We've been with them for over a year and the only thing is that they're getting rid of their review service and now only supporting third-party review apps.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making automations super easy to set up, test, reconfigure. Great reporting features allows us to see exactly what's working and what's not. Overall, Omnisend allows us to save time by being so user-friendly and tailor our communications to each customer to make their experience even better.
