Being able to truly attribute to my campaigns and see how they are doing. I also love how we can now try and avoid bringing in more customer service based calls

When getting invoca codes I wish we didn't have to download an exel document and update it - wish it can just be entered into the website directly.

Being able to attribute calls to our Digital tactics once a customer lands on our website / reducing the amount of non-sales calls

Geographic determination dependent on callers area code and prefix.  Need a better solution as people migrate with their cell phones.

Increases marketing productivity and efficiency of marketing and creates new opportunities for campaigns. The tool is easy to work with and the customer service is top-notch.

Takes time for the AI to really take hold. Like any other platform, there needs to be strategy and patience to really see returns.

Marketing tracking to the appointment level. The fact that we didn't have to manually listen to calls was amazing. The software revealed opportunities where we could continue to assist our customers.

DialogTech really helps track business, and also keeps us from losing business.  The platform is super easy to navigate, and has wonderful features like call recording, playback, and caller ID.

Nothing to dislike. I use DialogTech everyday to listen to call recordings, track calls, and these features also help to train my marketers.

We use Invoca call tracking within our email marketing campaigns. There is a direct integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which makes set-up quick and easy. It also helps us optimize our campaign effectiveness by providing insight into the recipients utilizing the click to call option.

**What do you dislike about Invoca?**

No dislikes that I can think of. Overall the platform is intuitive to use and easy to set up new campaigns.

We are solving the attribution gap within our email campaigns. Prior to Invoca, we didn't have any line of sight into our subscribers converting by calling into our call centers. It has helped prove the benefits of the email marketing channel.

Words are not always picked up correctly in the written dialog.  Sometimes I will read through a call to see if it is something I would like to listen to.

The reporting aspect of the system. It can be a bit confusing and I don't think it offers that many features.

This is a much smarter product than most. My company recently switched from another product and are very pleased with the customization and the ability to easily integrate with Google.

Reporting only goes back 90 days. I would like to be able to see further back.

Data driven metrics. I like that I can track phone calls to the keyword level.

We love the insights Invoca provides us with call data, the keywords that drove the call, the time and duration of the call, and most importantly the conversion data.

The interface could be a little easier for newbies.

Problems we are solving is connecting the calls to conversion data. Benefits would be to scale it accordingly.

I believe flexibility is key in our sector and having contracts that do not allow an out clause even after the initial contract period seams too aggressive  and likely cause customers to go looking for another service.

Make sure you understand your constrains and needs very well.

The Invoca team is passionate about their clients and their product. They helped us clear many hurdles during the implementation process. Once live, the team consistently provided updates. 

The call listening and phrase spotting features are fantastic. It's very easy to listen to a full call, or, only listen to the parts of the phone call that match the phrase you want. This is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Invoca?**

The interface is a bit confusing at first. Some features are obvious but other features, like excluding numbers or uploading a CSV of phone numbers, was harder to find.

**What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoca has allowed us to understand the impact that Paid Search has on driving meaningful phone calls. This level of visibility has been a great value-add for us.

It's great to be able to track campaigns directly to dedicated phone numbers.  Tech support is very helpful whenever I have any questions.

Not always super intuitive but tech support is a great resource when i can't figure it out on my own.

We're able to track what outreach programs are most successful based on call volume. And the ability to get local numbers is also very helpful.

**What do you like best about Invoca?**

Nothing, I have been with them over 7 years and they seemed to stop caring about their product and only focus on nice landing pages for new customers. 

**What do you dislike about Invoca?**

The customer service has been awful recently. I wanted to downgrade from my professional package and they wanted to hook me in for a 12 month contract for service that CallRail beats them in terms of ease and quality.

Great idea to have a single person whom you can communicate with over a period of time so they know you and your company, and what you are trying to achieve. 

**What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am switching to CallRail, I should have done that many years ago. DialogTech messed up one my main phone numbers they ported it out but it has not been recieved as of yet. Right now the main phone number is showing as disconnected. Not cool at all.
