I like that I've been using Reply for several years and it performs pretty well as a piece of software. Their support is quick to resolve issues, which is impressive. For example, when we signed up for the new JSON AI outbound prospecting system, our direct contact has been phenomenal, setting up multiple meetings to help us answer questions and ensure a correct launch. It’s not that I dislike anything — there are just a few features I’d love to see someday. For example, the option to split A/B tests evenly between contacts from the same domain, more customizable reporting for cleaner stats, and maybe even the ability to send WhatsApp messages directly from the tool and track them in sequence. What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io is extremely helpful in performing pre-planned outreach for any number of people. I use this ranging from every day to nearly every day as I am a primary person in managing mail merges via Reply.io; the things that I regularly do include setting up sequences, checking for delivery, open, and bounce rates, getting reports, and exporting from time to time lists of people I have imported among many other things; I am able to do these actions intuitively. Its many features help me prevent repeat outreach by showing the people I have already imported in the past, see what campaigns I have added them to, and many other things. The platform also allows me to manage several email accounts. Instead of switching accounts in Outlook, I can send emails with a lot fewer clicks with Reply.io. One of the best features of Reply.io is also their very responsive live chat (with real staff when AI can't provide the answer that I need); it has saved me a ton of time figuring some things out and they would even follow up a few times after answering my questions to ensure I got concerns resolved. I and I appreciate the accessibility of data related to various touchpoints. I especially appreciate the individuals like Iryna and Maria who stand out in their support. If I encounter an issue or if I'm unsure about something, they respond promptly, saving me a lot of time. The chatbot feature is quite effective, but when I need assistance from a human agent, the team investigates thoroughly, providing answers tailored specifically to my platform setup. Moreover, the ability to manage multiple clients on a single platform and easily swap between workspaces is a huge benefit. With one subscription, I can onboard unlimited clients, making it a cost-effective solution compared to other options like Instantly. The seamless integration with tools like make.com simplifies my workflow. Overall, Reply's platform is more capable, offering more features and an easier, nicer user experience.
