### 1. Intuitive Email Sequences and Team Mailboxes, but Reply-Based Removal Can Miss

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Sales Enablement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The platform is simple and intuitive. It’s easy to set up plain-text, automated email sequences with as many steps as I need. The ability to add several mailboxes under one account has made it much easier for my team to manage outreach on behalf of other team members who aren’t as tech-savvy. We use Reply on a weekly, if not daily basis to manage repetitive email outreach, and it has helped improve the efficiency of certain processes.

I also appreciate that all emails appear in the sender’s Outlook Sent folder, and that replies go straight into the sender’s inbox. The option to adjust how many emails are sent per day, as well as how frequently they go out, is very helpful. You can create specific sending schedules for each sequence and choose not to send on public holidays.

Custom fields have been useful, and the reporting is straightforward. Overall, the price point feels fair for what it offers, and it meets our current needs well.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The software includes a feature that’s supposed to remove a recipient from an email sequence once they reply, but it doesn’t work 100% of the time. Because of that, we’ve gotten into the habit of double-checking that someone is actually removed from the sequence after they respond. We’ve had a few people get angry because they weren’t taken out even after requesting it.

It does seem to work most of the time, and we’ve troubleshot a couple of issues to improve it, but a few messages still slip through the cracks for some reason. Also, they used to have an outbox feature that let you see which emails were projected to be sent on a given day based on who was enrolled in sequences, and they’ve since removed it, which is disappointing.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to centrally manage and streamline repetitive, but necessary, functions that support the health and growth of our sales organization.

 ### 2. Multi-Channel Outbound at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I like best about Reply.io is how easy it is to run true multi-channel outbound at scale without needing a huge operations team behind it.

We use it heavily for email + LinkedIn outreach, and the workflow builder makes it simple to create sequences that feel personalized while still being efficient. The platform is fast, intuitive, and flexible enough to support more complex outbound motions across multiple inboxes and LinkedIn accounts.

I also appreciate how well it fits into a broader sales stack. We’ve connected it with Airtable, enrichment tools, and internal automations, which allowed us to build a pretty sophisticated sourcing and outreach workflow without a massive engineering lift.

From a usability standpoint, it feels designed for people actively doing outbound every day. Campaign setup is quick, task management is straightforward, and managing large outreach volumes is much cleaner than many alternatives we evaluated.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

When we started using it the analytics were not caught up but it seems to have caught up now.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io helped solve one of the biggest challenges in outbound: staying consistent and organized across a high volume of personalized touchpoints.

Before using it, managing outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, follow-ups, and multiple inboxes became fragmented very quickly. Reply centralized that workflow and made it much easier to execute structured, multi-step campaigns without losing personalization.

For us specifically, it’s been valuable in helping scale founder-led outreach into niche industries where persistence and timing matter. We’re able to maintain regular follow-up, coordinate across channels, and keep campaigns moving without needing a large SDR team.

It also reduced a lot of manual operational work. Automating tasks, sequencing follow-ups, and syncing outreach activity into our broader CRM workflows freed up time to focus on actual conversations and relationship building instead of admin work.

The biggest benefit has been efficiency and consistency. We can reach significantly more qualified prospects while still keeping messaging thoughtful and targeted.

 ### 3. Multi-thread campaigns and granular workflows, with Hubspot integration and automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Multi-thread campaigns, integration with Hubspot, and the ability to couple Reply with automation and AI tools like n8n. I also appreciate the very granular sequence workflows, which allow for finely tuning actions. Excellent CSM, very proactive, and very responsive support.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There is no possibility to parallelize actions within the same sequence (for example, contacting someone in parallel via email and on LinkedIn, without LinkedIn becoming a bottleneck). A unified outbox is also missing. The tasks between Reply and Hubspot are also poorly synchronized and unusable for us. Finally, the formatting of emails in plain text is not ideal with rather erratic line spacing.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate the configuration of a sequence (except for the integration to be done for each new sequence, which can be a bit tedious). Allow multi-threading, especially with LinkedIn. Connect to n8n quite easily. Offer email warm-up. Be able to support multiple sending email addresses per sequence, etc.

 ### 4. Reliable Prospecting Tool with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary Z. | CO Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like that I've been using Reply for several years and it performs pretty well as a piece of software. Their support is quick to resolve issues, which is impressive. For example, when we signed up for the new JSON AI outbound prospecting system, our direct contact has been phenomenal, setting up multiple meetings to help us answer questions and ensure a correct launch. Initial setup was very easy with their assistance.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I think, like any software system, there's a lot of nuances. So anything that could be used to simplify it, the number of steps, the help, again, all software has issues like this, but that would be helpful to simplify it.

**Recommendations to others considering Reply:**

there are many solutions on the market, so trying them out is key. reply.io has the key features down.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reply to simplify prospecting and automate staying in contact, which helps streamline reaching out to new prospects and maintaining client relationships.

 ### 5. Intuitive, Time-Saver with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I use Reply for prospecting and outbounding, and I appreciate being able to leverage both the general sequences and Jason AI to automate my go-to-market function. The platform is incredibly efficient, helping our lean sales team reach our target accounts without disrupting our daily tasks, reducing outbound work time from 3-4 hours to less than an hour daily. I love the people at Reply, especially the amazing CSMs and deliverability team, who go above and beyond to ensure I get the most value from the platform. I really enjoy the ease of sequence creation and the 'generate ideas' function, which helps explore other potential messaging. This feature is particularly valuable as it creates new sequences customized to my company and our value proposition, saving our team time in launching new outbound initiatives. The platform is so user-friendly and intuitive that I was up and running within the first two days of purchase.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Had a brief issue with my Hubspot integration, but the Deliverability Team quickly assisted in getting our data migrated over.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reply for prospecting and outbounding, reducing my task time from 3-4 hours to less than 1 hour daily. Its sequence creation and idea generation ease enhance my messaging, while the supportive team ensures optimal platform use.

 ### 6. The Best Way to Scale Personal Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren M. | Markerting Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Its adaptability to use and always responsive

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

While the platform is powerful, the initial setup and learning curve are a bit steeper than expected. It took a little longer than I would have liked to get my first sequence running perfectly

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply solves the problem of manual, repetitive outreach. It allows us to automate our follow-ups and multichannel touchpoints, which saves our team roughly 10 hours a week that we can now spend on actual discovery calls and closing deals.

 ### 7. One of the best solutions out there today

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It is easy to get up and running with the features the software has available. I use this software personally and in my busienss across employees every day. From setting up email, linkedin, whatsapp, and other accounts to launching outreach campaigns, creating tasks, follow-ups, and managing replies.

I also really like the help materials and support from the team. Their AI is very good at getting a quick answer to help me in the moment, and their customer service team is always available and quick to reply and go the extra mile to help.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

No mobile app. I have found myself needing to get on top of something on my phone and i have to access i through teh browser and its not great.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach to contacts in creative and responsive ways. Brand building. Follow ups and contact management.

 ### 8. Fantastic simple platform-Swiss Army Knife for customer outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert R. | Chairman & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Easy, flexible, very broad in features, connected to linkedin . It does everything Ì need. Brilliant and quite idiot proof.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Some things like the contacts have to be linked in sequence rather than just grabbing a template in contacts. Also the app Findy is sometimes a bit buggy and like most of the address scrapers the email or phone is not there or not accurate.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to follow up automatically with email, phone call, LinkedIn message, task. All automated.Everyone is busy being busy so it is veyr har d to get people to respond. Reply takes alot of that burden off of us and others

 ### 9. Head of Business Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina M. | Head of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I’ve worked with several outreach tools, and Reply.io stands out the most. The multichannel setup is great, the interface is super intuitive, and it’s incredibly easy to collaborate across the team.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It’s not that I dislike anything — there are just a few features I’d love to see someday. For example, the option to split A/B tests evenly between contacts from the same domain, more customizable reporting for cleaner stats, and maybe even the ability to send WhatsApp messages directly from the tool and track them in sequence.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps me streamline outreach by keeping everything in one place. The multichannel sequences, smooth team collaboration, and automated follow-ups save me a lot of time and make our campaigns more consistent.

 ### 10. Reliable outbound automation with strong personalization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io makes outbound prospecting far more efficient by automating sequences while still allowing deep personalization. The platform’s multichannel capabilities (email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS) mean I can engage prospects where they’re most active, without juggling multiple tools. I especially like the built-in email validation, AI personalization, and reporting dashboards that give clear visibility into open, reply, and conversion rates. The Chrome extension and integrations with CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce also make the workflow seamless. Overall, it saves our team hours of manual effort and helps us scale outreach without losing the human touch.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The interface can feel a little overwhelming for new users since there are so many features packed in. Some of the reporting filters could be more flexible, especially when analyzing performance across multiple sequences or team members. I’ve also noticed that deliverability monitoring could be improved; sometimes it requires manual fine-tuning to keep results optimal. While the support team is responsive, documentation could go deeper into advanced use cases.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has streamlined and automated a big part of our outbound and follow-up process. Instead of manually juggling spreadsheets, inboxes, and sequences, we can now run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) from one place. That solves two main problems for us:

Scalability of outreach – Before, it was impossible to personalize and send at scale without missing steps. Reply makes it easy to build sequences, automate touches, and still keep messages targeted.

Visibility and tracking – We now have clear data on opens, replies, and call outcomes, which means we can quickly test messaging and double down on what’s working.

The biggest benefit has been time savings. Our team is spending more time refining messaging and actually talking to prospects instead of just managing manual tasks. On top of that, Reply’s integrations (CRM, LinkedIn, email) reduce friction, so workflows feel smooth instead of pieced together.

 ### 11. User-Friendly Outreach with Seamless LinkedIn Integration and Detailed Sequence Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ma Christine H. | HR & Admin Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, particularly the seamless integration with LinkedIn, which makes it easy to add contacts directly. The reporting for each sequence is highly detailed and provides valuable insights into performance. I also like the ability to incorporate LinkedIn connection requests, InMails, and calls within a single sequence, creating a more comprehensive outreach workflow. Additionally, the email quality check feature is extremely valuable and helps ensure professionalism and effectiveness in communication.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I wish maximum email account is a bit higher

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making my cold reach more organized.

 ### 12. Decent platform I’ve used to scale founder-led outbound without burning domains

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Ignacio G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is the backbone of my outbound motion. It lets me launch high-volume, multi-step sequences quickly while still preserving a human, founder-to-founder tone. The UI is intuitive, sequences are flexible, and the deliverability controls make it easy to protect domain reputation at scale. I also appreciate how reliably it handles inbox syncing and follow-ups so I can focus on strategy and personalization rather than ops.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The main drawback is the limited native support for complex personalization workflows. If you need to implement dynamic branching logic or highly conditional sequences, you frequently have to depend on external tools or resort to manual workarounds. Additionally, the reporting features are quite basic for advanced users, which makes it challenging to analyze cohort-level performance or track attribution across extensive, multi-domain campaigns. There are also occasional lags, and reaching customer support can sometimes be difficult.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply solves the core problem of scaling outbound without losing quality or deliverability. It centralizes sequencing, inbox management, follow-ups, and domain health in one place, which has replaced a messy stack of manual Gmail workflows and spreadsheets. As a solo operator running a data-driven acquisition engine, this lets me consistently run thousands of personalized touches per month, track engagement, and book qualified conversations with business owners — without needing SDR headcount or burning my sending reputation.

 ### 13. Seamless Client Cadences That Save Time and Boost Outreach Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelley L. | Director of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Seamlessly contacting multiple clients with a cadence that can help me save time and create efficiencies with outreach. The customer support team is very helpful and it's been very easy to use it everyday as part of my daily outreach.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Uploading contacts can be somewhat daunting between my seller crowd and LinkedIn profiles

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold outreach is a huge time commitment that is necessary but daunting. Repy.IO makes it easy to setup cadence, track engagement, and continue conversations down the funnel with prospects.

 ### 14. Huge time-saver for sending effective emails!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferr S. | Associate (supporting Business Development), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is extremely helpful in performing pre-planned outreach for any number of people. I use this ranging from every day to nearly every day as I am a primary person in managing mail merges via Reply.io; the things that I regularly do include setting up sequences, checking for delivery, open, and bounce rates, getting reports, and exporting from time to time lists of people I have imported among many other things; I am able to do these actions intuitively. Its many features help me prevent repeat outreach by showing the people I have already imported in the past, see what campaigns I have added them to, and many other things. The platform also allows me to manage several email accounts. Instead of switching accounts in Outlook, I can send emails with a lot fewer clicks with Reply.io. One of the best features of Reply.io is also their very responsive live chat (with real staff when AI can't provide the answer that I need); it has saved me a ton of time figuring some things out and they would even follow up a few times after answering my questions to ensure I got concerns resolved. I and I appreciate the accessibility of data related to various touchpoints. Additionally, the scheduling features are quite useful; I highly recommend for outreaches targeting potential leads in Europe.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I generally don't dislike anything about Reply

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply easily saves me time that would otherwise be spent on manually sending out emails. While the Mail Merge feature of Outlook exists, Reply goes beyond and allows me to do multiple instances of Mail Merge with Reply's "Sequences".

 ### 15. Smooth, Super Easy Outreach Sequence Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe Z. | Market Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It runs smoothly and is super easy to use for building my outreach sequences! I use it everyday as a sales person.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I hope it can directly connect with my LinkedIn SN or other CRM tool so I can import leads directly. Also, once I already reply on LinkedIn, I hope the message directly shows as read in Reply.io without keep reminding me. Also it will be good if there's some template sequence suggestion.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me build an automatic outreach sequence with personalized messages and a clear strategy. It also lets me automate the way I do outreach.

 ### 16. Incredibly Helpful Team and Fast Responses for High-Volume Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The team is incredibly helpful, and their response time is great. Reply works really well for high-volume blasts and automation.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

If you're looking for high customization, it is a lengthier process. Most suitable for high volume getting the word out outreach.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hitting a lot of accounts has been really beneficial for us, and the ZoomInfo integration is great. It helps us target leads who visit our website in a very timely manner.

 ### 17. Efficient Outreach Automation with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie L. | Email Marketing Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io helps organize outreach in one place and automate sequences that would otherwise take a lot of time to manage manually. I appreciate that the interface is pretty straightforward once you get used to it, and it does a good job of keeping contacts and tasks structured. It also integrates with other tools without much difficulty, making it usable for day-to-day use.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Some parts of Reply.io feel a bit clunky or outdated compared with other outreach platforms. The reporting can be limited at times, and certain features take longer to learn than expected. It works overall, but I’ve found myself needing extra steps or workarounds to get the results I want. It’s not bad, just not the most seamless experience.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use Reply for email tracking, which helps me see when messages are opened or engaged with. This makes it easier to gauge interest, adjust follow-ups, and keep outreach more organized without manually monitoring everything.

 ### 18. User-Friendly and Powerful—Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex R. | Marketing and Sales Coordinator , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like how user-friendly Reply is. It’s software that isn’t hard to learn, yet it can do a lot for you once you start using it.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The program sometimes has trouble opting people out of sequences when it should.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps solve how we reach out to a number of people, and it keeps that outreach going consistently.

 ### 19. Efficient for Cold Outreach, But Needs Better Control

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I appreciate Reply as a single solution that addresses multiple needs by functioning both as a sales engagement tool and a CRM, which helps me manage sales processes seamlessly. The tool’s built-in features, such as the AI chatbot and the capability to smoothly transfer to the support team, are instrumental in resolving issues efficiently, ensuring I stay productive without unnecessary delays. Even though there is a learning curve, I find it manageable, which is a significant advantage. Additionally, I find the setup process straightforward, aided by informative webinars and clear platform instructions that facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I feel like I don't always have good control over how the sequences are executed once they're launched. Specifically, it is difficult to determine the exact number of contacts that will be contacted on a given day, especially when running multiple campaigns or multiple sequences simultaneously.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reply for sales engagement, enabling mass outreach and conversation management, while tracking touchpoints. It integrates CRM capabilities, supports multiple functions with AI chatbot, and enhances productivity by promptly resolving issues.

 ### 20. Effortless Outreach and Personalization with Reply.io

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asha P. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io makes outbound outreach incredibly easy. The multichannel sequences and strong deliverability tools save us hours every week, and the AI personalization helps us scale without losing the human touch. It’s one of the most efficient sales engagement platforms we’ve used. Another great thing about Reply is their customer support - consistently fast and very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The only thing I dislike is that there’s no dedicated outbox view. I can see all incoming messages in the unified inbox, but I can’t easily view all sent emails in one place, which would make tracking recent outreach much simpler.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us automate and scale our outreach, which saves a huge amount of time and ensures we never miss follow-ups. The multichannel sequences and strong deliverability tools help us reach prospects more effectively, and the analytics give us clear insights into what’s working. Overall, it makes our outbound process faster, more efficient, and more consistent.

This feature ensures our domain remains in good health, supporting our business development representatives as they come on board. I appreciate the ease of integration with tools like Pipedrive and Apollo, making it straightforward to manage different parts of our sales process seamlessly with Reply. Additionally, the verification of emails has been incredibly beneficial to ensure that we communicate with legitimate addresses, reducing the risk of being flagged as spam. This not only aids in maintaining our reputation but also ensures that our outreach reaches real potential clients effectively. The intuitive nature of Reply made it easy for me to get onboarded as a new employee, as it was straightforward to understand and use.

 ### 22. Affordable and Feature-Rich for Client Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AISE .

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love the phenomenal support team at Reply. They reply very quickly and are always helpful, resolving lots of issues for me with their friendly demeanor. I especially appreciate the individuals like Iryna and Maria who stand out in their support. If I encounter an issue or if I'm unsure about something, they respond promptly, saving me a lot of time. The chatbot feature is quite effective, but when I need assistance from a human agent, the team investigates thoroughly, providing answers tailored specifically to my platform setup. Moreover, the ability to manage multiple clients on a single platform and easily swap between workspaces is a huge benefit. With one subscription, I can onboard unlimited clients, making it a cost-effective solution compared to other options like Instantly. The seamless integration with tools like make.com simplifies my workflow. Overall, Reply's platform is more capable, offering more features and an easier, nicer user experience.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I'm a little bit confused about how many emails are going to be sent each day, and each campaign has a daily limit and the spacing between steps will impact how many emails will be sent.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customization of campaigns allows us to tailor our strategies effectively, meeting our unique needs with ease. The customer support provided by Reply is exceptional, consistently offering helpful and timely assistance, which contributes significantly to our positive experience. Iryna and Maria and George in particular have provided great responses. Additionally, the overview of statistics it offers is crucial for our analysis and helps us to assess the success of our outreach campaigns efficiently. I particularly appreciate the triggers feature and the ability to customize tags for each contact, as these tools make it simpler to filter data and evaluate the outcomes of our outreach efforts. The appealing interface and the API integration with Reply are major advantages, making it a superior choice compared to our previous solution. Moreover, the initial setup of Reply was surprisingly easy, facilitating a smooth transition and quick adoption of the platform by our team.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I find that Reply could offer more flexibility with the triggers and stages of the contact. Currently, I believe there are some workarounds required to achieve the desired structure for campaigns. Having more options and flexibility in setting up the stages and triggers in a campaign would significantly improve its usability.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply enhances seamless communication, customizes campaigns, offers excellent customer support, and provides clear statistical overviews, improving our outreach success.

 ### 24. Multichannel Automation, but Lacks Support and Easy Setup and Integration

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ghaz S. | Real Estate Recruiter ™, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love how Reply automates multichannel outreach, efficiently handling communications across LinkedIn, emails, and SMS, which is essential for me to maintain a strong presence across various platforms. This feature allows me to connect seamlessly with my ideal candidate profiles, using the diverse channels of outreach available in Reply. The voicemail drops on LinkedIn are particularly valuable as they enhance my interaction, making it feel more personal and direct. These robust automation features have made Reply an indispensable tool in streamlining and optimizing my outreach efforts, allowing me to engage effectively with potential candidates or clients across multiple communication mediums.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Their tech support is very slow, and it's frustrating that it takes a minimum of twelve to sixteen hours to get a response due to their support being based in Ukraine. This delay is exacerbated by the time zone difference, causing issues to drag on for multiple days. The lack of local tech support presence compounds the problem. Additionally, their HubSpot integration isn't native, leading to incomplete data transfers and significant lag because it relies on a bolt-on solution through their API. This makes the integration experience mediocre. Switching from an individual to an agency plan is also cumbersome, requiring a complete rebuild rather than a simple transition. Overall, it feels like I'm paying to fix problems rather than effectively launching my solutions. The initial setup of Reply wasn't easy, adding to the overall cumbersome experience.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I utilize Reply for multichannel outreach automation, making me omnipresent to potential candidates via LinkedIn, emails, SMS, and phone. It enhances my outreach efficiency and reach.

 ### 25. Solid platform for multichannel outreach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofiia B. | Sales Operations Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io offers a wide set of outreach options across different channels. What our team values most is the ability to run automatic LinkedIn steps as part of a full multichannel sequence without disrupting anything. That’s a huge bonus compared to many other platforms. The sequencing logic is flexible, reporting is clear, and there are plenty of ways to scale campaigns. Their support team is also responsive and quick to help whenever needed. From an operations perspective, the ability to impersonate users and see what’s happening in their accounts directly is a big advantage for managing processes efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes the platform feels a bit overwhelming because of how many features it has, and it takes time for new users to get comfortable. A few things work differently compared to other tools, so there’s a learning curve. Building long or complex sequences with multiple branches can be tricky, and we’ve found the filtering and browser extension could still be improved.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage outbound at scale by combining multiple channels in one place. It gives us flexibility in outreach logic, saves time through automation, and provides visibility across different users. Overall, it’s a very solid platform once you get past the initial learning curve.

 ### 26. Seamless Integration and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave G.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I appreciate Reply for its ease of setup, which makes it very user-friendly right from the start. The seamless integration with our existing tech stack is outstanding, as it allows for efficient pipeline building and outreach processes without any hassle. This compatibility ensures a smooth workflow and enhances our team's productivity significantly. The ease of setting up the system means we can focus more on our goals rather than technical challenges, and this aspect really stands out as a strong point of the product.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I find that while the API of Reply is solid, it lacks access to a broader range of data points and features, limiting its full potential. Additionally, the AI voice feature needs improvement to meet my expectations and be truly effective.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reply for efficient pipeline building and outreach. It’s easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with our tech stack.

 ### 27. Promising Multichannel Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kashish A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I find Reply incredibly useful for its multichannel outreach capabilities, which seem to fit my current needs perfectly as I explore different methods of reaching potential clients, including emails, LinkedIn, and potentially cold calling. I particularly appreciate that Reply allows me to perform email inbox warm-up and validation all in one place, streamlining what could otherwise be a fragmented and time-consuming process. This feature is beneficial as it simplifies the workflow and reduces the need to juggle multiple platforms. Moreover, while the initial setup was lengthy, it was straightforward, with clear instructions guiding me through each step, which I consider a positive aspect of the service as it eliminates confusion. Additionally, I've been impressed enough with the deliverability of emails sent through Reply that it could be a compelling reason for me to continue subscribing long-term. Overall, my initial experiences suggest that Reply effectively supports my experimentation with new communication channels, and I am optimistic about leveraging more of its potential in the future.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

{"I find the setup process to be a bit long and cumbersome, requiring navigation through too many windows.","The warm-up feature is somewhat inconvenient as it requires redirection and setup across multiple places.","I would like to see A/B testing for LinkedIn, which is currently missing."}

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate that Reply allows email warming and validation in one place, facilitating multichannel outreach and boosting deliverability.

 ### 28. Reply user for many years now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keelan R. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Honestly, the automation saves me so much time as I use Reply LOADS. I don’t have to worry about remembering who to follow up with or when; the sequences take care of it. Plus, everything’s in one place, so I’m not bouncing between tools.

I also like that it keeps everything organized in one dashboard, so I can see my prospects, conversations, and performance without jumping between tools. It feels like having an assistant who never forgets!

Implementation is smooth to & very easy.

It makes outreach way easier. I can reach more people without it feeling robotic, and the analytics show me what’s actually working. It also just takes a lot of the busywork off my plate, so I can focus more on actual conversations with clients and potential clients.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Extension could be quicker to load up but thats only because I have to put something.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply basically takes the stress out of keeping up with outreach. Before, I was constantly forgetting to follow up or spending way too much time trying to stay organized in spreadsheets. Now, the follow-ups just happen automatically, and I can reach more people without it feeling like spam. It saves me a ton of time and makes it way easier to actually get replies and start real conversations.

 ### 29. Great Overall, But Reporting Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgie H. | Senior BDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The AI chatbot and CS Agents (shoutout to Helen!!) have been amazing in my experience. While learning how to use the tool, I know if I have any questions or need to troubleshoot I can always go straight to the webchat and it usually gets sorted out within the hour max.

Reply is a great tool for sequencing outreach, and I find the routing options ie. "if this lead opens the email x times, route them to a new campaign" better than other sequencing tools I have used in the past.

All in all, it is an intuitive tool which I have found easy to use and effective in scaling our outreach. Mailtoaster is a great bonus for warming up mailboxes!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The reporting could be more logical. I find it difficult to see the full picture in the report tab alone, and usually have to go into each individual sequence to see for example, who has opened the email.

It would also be very helpful to be able to see emails scheduled to go out, to better plan output.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that will allow us to strategically contact leads across multiple channels and touchpoints at scale - and Reply does exactly that!

 ### 30. 2+ years of only the best experience. Tested 5 other tools before, now I'm ambassador of Reply.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like that Reply is the most advanced outreach tool in the market. It has features like the number of contacts per domain per day, email evaluation with the spam words count, great deliverability tools, including the option to multi-outreach from Microsoft and G Suite mailboxes to the leads depending on their mailbox providers, which is next level. AI SDR is a masterpiece that deserves a separate book about it. Chat support is always helpful in solving problems, and it was the first AI chat support that, in such detail, solved many of my requests. I like branding and UX/UI, I like pricing models and many small details that educate me with outbound now and then.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

As with any other tool, I'd like to pay less for it.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping me to automate and simplify mass cold outreach, track my results, understand my mailbox kitchen and try something new and innovative.

 ### 31. Challenging implementation experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patty R. | Head of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Sales rep experience is very streamlined but the window reps must work within Findy should be made bigger. Can't adjust window size at all so sections cut off.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

We've ran into quite a bugs, for example, our email validation feature was mistakenly limited despite having been paying for a higher volume. Had to go through support to fix it. Tasks weren't appearing in Findy - appeared to be related to our Zapier integration and found Reply's support team wasn't helpful. Another time a filter just wasn't working and generating no results; it ended up being another bug. However, the worst part of Reply in my view is that you can't regenerate tasks for a prospect that has already started a sequence. So for example, when you update someone's email address you need to then duplicate the sequence and add them to the new sequence. Very cumbersome. We just keep finding little odd issues like that where there were either bugs on Reply's end or other challenges with their UI or our integration which has made implementation rocky and time consuming.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making outbound sales more efficient

 ### 32. Intuitive Platform with Standout Capabilities

Some of it modules are not so simingly integrated

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 33. Reliable tool for scalable outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I like most about it is how easy it is to build and manage multi-step outreach without it feeling complicated. It saves me a ton of time with automation and personalization at scale, and the reporting makes it very clear what’s working and what needs adjustment.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes the UI can feel a bit cluttered when managing multiple sequences at once. There’s also a slight learning curve when setting up more advanced automations. Minor things overall, but there’s room to make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply solves the problem of manually managing outbound outreach and follow-ups. It keeps everything organized in one place and ensures no lead falls through the cracks. That consistency has helped me book more meetings while saving significant time each week.

 ### 34. Easy outreach workflow creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura G. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Their time response for chat customer support, they're up any time to help undertand the platform. Also, I like the method to follow up performance and dashboard visuals.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

At first instance, could be overwhelming trying out to connect email accounts if you're not a developer, or at least a tech savvy. Implementation is not that easy for roles out of tech areas.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is the initial stage of an strategy to get qualified leads at corporate c-suite level. It benefits our company goals when allow us to reach potential customers through valuable opportunities, mostly with relevant copies. Our products and sales strategy requires a lot of customer involvent, and Reply allow us to apply lead nurturing until sales opps. Also, Reply is perfect for cold outreach, mostly with "white globe" approach to reinforce brand presence without annoying or burning audiences.

 ### 35. Seamless Setup and Exceptional Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I greatly appreciate Reply's top-notch customer service. The team consistently goes above and beyond to answer every question, ensuring that we have a clear timeframe for responses, which keeps our workflow smooth and predictable. Moreover, I find that the initial setup of Reply was super easy, which allowed us to get up and running quickly without any hurdles. This ease of use and the supportive nature of their customer service are key elements that I find incredibly valuable in using Reply for our business.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I dislike that the report I request from Reply is not something I can pull on my own; but, I can request for the team to provide it.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply's support provides custom reports not easily available, and their excellent customer service ensures timely responses, enhancing our business operations.

 ### 36. Bait and switch / AVOID

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply was great in the beginning, but out of the blue they decided to go upmarket and triple their prices. Which is understandable, but they also applied it to existing users. I’ve been using it for two years, and they still decided to 3x my price. Thankfully, there are now plenty of alternatives with better features and fewer bugs. Definitely not coming back.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

They could definitely handle pricing changes more fairly. I’m super disappointed that they decided to triple the price for existing users after years of loyalty. There should’ve been a transition plan or at least a grandfathered rate. It really feels like they stopped caring about long-term customers.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io helps me automate and personalize my cold outreach at scale. I can manage everything in one place, sync with HubSpot, and still make emails feel human. It saves me hours every week and brings in consistent leads — without the mess of spreadsheets or jumping between tools.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

deliverability issues, email validation sometimes messing up

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

deliverability, domain issues, and email validation, always quick to help

 ### 38. Great Support and Smooth Onboarding at a Fair Price

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We looked at different email sequencers and heard good things about Reply. We find they have good customer support and the onboarding went well. Gets the job done and not too costly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It can take some getting used to and some of the functionality is not intuitive.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us scale multichannel outbound. We were able to replace our previous linkedin automation tool with this and do email and linkedin in one place.

 ### 39. Reply: Simple, Easy-to-Use Email Campaigns with Everything We Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I’ve used many services for sending email campaigns, and Reply is by far the best. It’s simple, straightforward, and easy to use, and it includes all the features my company needs.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I personally don't want ai to handle replies so I turn it off for each sequence I create. It would be nice if I can turn the setting off completely so that way I don't need to do it for each sequence.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for sending email campaigns/sequences

 ### 40. I've been using Reply for 6 months now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simona J. | Senior Marketing and Outreach Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The platform is super intuitive, setting up a new campaign is really straightforward, even if you’re using it for the first time. I especially love being able to combine email and LinkedIn outreach in the same sequence, it’s made a big difference in response rates.

I've been using it daily, and any time I’ve run into a question or issue, the support team has been very helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable and easy-to-use tool.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The support team is lovely and always helpful once they jump in, but I do wish response times were a bit faster. Occasionally it can take over an hour to get a reply, which can be tricky when you're trying to move quickly.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping me streamline and scale my outbound efforts, especially when juggling multiple campaigns across LinkedIn and email. Instead of manually switching between platforms or tracking follow-ups in spreadsheets, I can manage everything in one place, automate my sequences, and stay organized.

It saves me a ton of time and mental bandwidth. I'm able to build tailored multi-channel outreach campaigns, track performance, and easily manage responses, all of which has helped me boost engagement and book more meetings consistently. It’s especially useful when I’m working across regions or coordinating with different teams.

 ### 41. Lots of bugs, not trustworthy system

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ákos C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Compared to others in the industry reply has many good features and integrations, if they would work.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Almost every feature malfunctions from time to time and it is super hard to spot. The support team does not warn you of bugs and issues. I had now for the 10th time had sequences go out wrong, with the wrong formatting, messages skipped, contacts skipped, days skipped, etc. Whatever could go wrong it happened, and the answer is always the same: it is a technical issue and they escalate it to the technical team. At this point I do not trust this platform anymore.

There is also a lack of customization, you cant customize the reporting at all, and the majority of the filters simply not work together/ always show incorrect data.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates manual tasks.

 ### 42. Great tool for scheduled email campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle S. | VP of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like that I can schedule followups with multiple methods, including automated emails, custom emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc (manual methods require me to mark the action as complete). Reply recently added an AI tool to help write new versions of the email so it's not the exact same copy going out to prospects, though you will of course want to look at the AI copy closely and make sure it's what you want to send. I appreciate the email verification is embedded in the tool and easy to use. It's also easy to set limits on the campaign, such as total emails sent per day per campaign, total emails across all campaigns, max emails per domain per day, time in between email sends, etc.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Reply does best when it's fairly automated and everything is set up ahead of time. The nature of my sales cycle involves updates throughout the calendar year, and ideally I would write new copy as we hit certain milestones. But, it's a little clunky in this scenario. If the campaign is only one email, and the email is sent, the user is marked as "finished". If I add another email later in the year to the campaign, the "finished" contacts will not receive it. Adding "finished" contacts to new campaigns can be a little clunky. But, overall, I continue to use this program over others since it serves my needs best.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The controls that Reply offers, such as email throttling, max email sends per domain, verification, etc., all help me stay compliant and protect our domain. The automated followups help save me time.

 ### 43. Game-Changer for Sales Outreach and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Campaign Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io has transformed the way our team handles outreach. The multi-channel automation (email, LinkedIn, calls) is a massive productivity booster, we can create complex sequences that feel human and personalized at scale. The interface is intuitive, the A/B testing tools are easy to use, and the analytics give clear insights into what’s working. I also love how seamlessly it integrates with our CRM and other tools, saving us tons of time. Customer support is fast and actually helpful, which is rare these days!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Honestly, not much. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the initial learning curve with setting up custom sequences could be a bit tricky for new users. But once you’re past that, it’s smooth sailing.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io is solving the biggest bottlenecks in outbound sales and lead generation: manual outreach, low response rates, and lack of personalization at scale. With Reply, we’ve automated a large portion of our outreach while still maintaining a personal touch, which has drastically improved both our efficiency and engagement. We no longer waste hours crafting individual emails or chasing cold leads blindly. Instead, we focus on warm conversations, thanks to Reply’s smart sequencing and data-driven optimizations. It’s allowed us to scale our outreach without scaling our workload.

 ### 44. Reply.io gets the job done and saves me hours every week

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yulia S. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I use Reply.io to run cold email campaigns at scale, and it has everything I need. I can build sequences quickly, automate follow-ups, and track my performance. The analytics are detailed, and I love how I can test and tweak campaigns based on real results.
It saves me hours I’d otherwise spend doing manual follow-ups.
Also, their support team is genuinely friendly, whenever I needed help, they supported me.
Once you learn it, it works really well. I’d recommend it to anyone serious about outbound outreach and looking for a powerful tool to scale their efforts.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It’s not the most beginner-friendly platform. It took me a bit of time to feel confident using all the features.
I’d love to see more onboarding tips for users without prior experience in similar outreach tools.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps me manage and scale cold email outreach.
It solves the problem of time-consuming follow-ups, disorganised inboxes, and tracking which contacts have already been reached. With Reply, I can automate sequences, stay consistent in outreach, and see what’s working. It frees up time for higher-impact work and helps me stay focused without worrying about who I’ve emailed or when to follow up.

 ### 45. 12 Years of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I started using Reply 12 years ago when it was a very new app. They caught our attention using their MVP for cold outreach. It was buggy but solved our email scaling problem wonderfully well. You could see the potential of the product already.

Fast forward to now: I have a new company with the same outreach challenges. Reply is so sophisticated that it easily stays ahead of the cold outreach cat and mouse game. Every time a channel is over saturated, the product has already adjusted or added a new outreach channel.

The sequences are amazing. Both what they can do and also the amazingly designed UI. What's incredible is that the price is still the same as 2014.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It's a beast now. The sophistication in the app has been added very carefully by the UX team. But it inevitably adds to the learning curve as a team-critical platform like Reply adds more features and addresses more edge cases. Cold outreach is just complicated now. I don't trust simplified apps that can get me blocked.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It scales outreach for any sales channel that works at the moment. I find that a campaign might get the most from the LinkedIn sequences for a few months, but then saturation or policy changes cuts a channel like that. We then need to rapidly figure out the next channel that's getting outreach through before the market saturates that. It always takes rapid iteration before we rapidly scale the next channel. Reply is built to help us iterate and scale like that.

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The flexibility and being able to create various types of campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The tool can be a bit difficult to learn to use.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sequences

 ### 47. Great tool for outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I like most about Reply.io is how much time it saves me. Setting up email sequences and follow-ups is super straightforward—I don’t have to waste hours on manual outreach anymore. I also really appreciate how well it integrates with tools like HubSpot, so everything stays in sync. The analytics are clear and actually helpful when I want to see what’s working. Overall, it just makes my outreach so much smoother and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes the reporting features feel a bit basic, and I wish there were more customization options for analytics. The learning curve for some of the more advanced features was steeper than I expected, so it took me a bit to get fully up to speed. Also, occasionally, the integrations with other tools can be a little glitchy, but nothing that’s been a deal-breaker so far.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io is helping me solve the challenge of scaling sales outreach without sacrificing deliverability or personalization. I need to manage outreach campaigns across several domains to keep my sender reputation healthy, and Reply.io makes switching between domains and setting up campaigns for each one really straightforward. The built-in domain warming features have been incredibly valuable—they help ensure my emails actually reach inboxes, especially when using new domains. Overall, Reply.io saves me a lot of manual work and gives me peace of mind that my sales emails are being delivered reliably and effectively.

 ### 48. Reply.io has become a daily tool in my work. I use it for email outreach, and it does the job well!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anika R. | Tech Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I like:

Clean, modern interface that doesn't make me feel lost

Easy to build personalized email sequences

Templates save me a lot of time, especially for A/B testing

Open/click tracking helps understand what works (and what doesn’t)

Works fine with LinkedIn outreach if you keep it simple

Shared campaigns are helpful when working with colleagues

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

A few things to improve:

Would love a smoother LinkedIn connection process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is a really efficient tool for email and LinkedIn automation. I've been using it for two of the brands I'm handling, and it makes outreach easier, since it lets you do it all in one place. Set-up is simple, and it definitely saves you so much time when you're running outreach prospects on a regular basis. A game changer for organization and scaling outreach without the manual work.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There are occasional technical issues, such as delays in sending sequences or minor bugs but nothing major. The best part? Their support team is extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues when they arise. They’ve been really helpful, so even when something goes wrong, it doesn’t stay an issue for long.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io helps me automate email and LinkedIn outreach, we've been doing that weekly for more than a year now and I'm the one solely handling our outreach so it saves me so much time compared to doing it manually. It keeps everything organize, streamlines everything, and improves response rates by ensuring consistent engagement.
