**What do you like best about Reply?**

It is super nimble and easy to use for a email drip campaign tool. I can also work cross organization with my colleageus. The customer service especially from people like Anastasiia is the best I've ever seen with real time support.

Sometimes there are minor glitches, but it is amazing otherwise.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The omnichannel approach of reply is awesome. I love that I can automate touches across several different mediums - email, linkedin, sms, whatsapp. I especially love that I can automate simple actions on social media such as liking a prospect's post, or viewing their profile.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The UX is slightly sub par compared to other sequencing tools my team has used. Not to a degree that significantly affected my ability to navigate the site, but enough that it slowed down my normal workflows. I also found it tough to find visibility on which actions were actually occuring, rather than a top level report.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

connecting and automating multichannel touches, providing high level visibility on campaign success compared to historical campaigns, allowing my team to effectively test multiple kinds of outreac

  ### 4. great user experience. It does the job.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I've tried several Outreach tools and Reply has been the best one so far. It's an intuitive and flexible tool for outreach campaigns. Also, the onboarding process is smooth and easy to set up. The extension is pretty useful. One of the things I love is Customer Support, they are super fast in responding.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It's not so useful in finding emails with accuracy

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing outreach to prospects at scale.

  ### 5. Useful product

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like how easy it is to set up sequences, and how easy it is to control them.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I don't like how it is unable to automate messages for LinkedIn Recruiter

It's helping us contact prospective candidates quickly and efficiently.

  ### 6. An easier way to track sequences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love that it allows me to see the progress of each prospect in my sequence. I also love its ability to integrate other software at efficient and reliable speeds.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I wish it weren't limited by LinkedIn as much when viewing profiles. Not so much Reply's fault, but I could use a prompt that asks me to move on to the next step

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At first, I sent emails to potential prospects without knowing whether or not they were engaging with my emails. In addition, I would have to email them individually. Reply allows me to track progress and write a series of emails once, for dozens to hundreds of leads at a time.

  ### 7. Makes my life easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Ease of use. Streamlines outreach that I can scale easily. Support is incredible and they will help you with everything.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes hard to find settings. Also annoying that I have to email them to downgrade. Forces me to reach out to them to request monthly access.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me do cold email outreach at scale

  ### 8. Have been the highest ROI channel for our company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

We have been using Reply since 2017 and it was the highest ROI channel for us by far!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing really, we are happy about everything

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Marketing - its easy to set up and forget about it.

  ### 9. Accelerates our sales growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor W. | Manager, Partner Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like the simplicity of setting up campaigns. It enables me to stay on top of my top leads with the convenience of replying to responses right in my gmail. The salesforce integration is also clutch.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The only downside is that the only trigger for keeping a lead in a campaign is "if no reply." It would be awesome to have a few other triggers that can route people into subsequent campaigns based on the type of reply. Perhaps this could be done with a gmail integration that allows you to tag an email response to route it to the campaign of your choice.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lean sales team, so we don't always have the bandwidth to stay on top of leads that don't raise their hand. Reply allows us to nurture leads easily, and the tool is easy to retool as business needs change (as they often do in startups).

  ### 10. Useful tool for everyday outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It's really user friendly. Even if something is not working as it should, there is always support available tha is answering within 5 minuted

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes it does not recognize the contacts that replied and still sends the follow up email

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreaching to multiple poeple per day

  ### 11. Great experience. Makes customer outreach compaigns easy to create and track.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farhana s. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It's very easy to import contacts, organize them into lists, create email templates, and create campaign sequences. I like that followups are all automated and Reply.io organizes replies based on their contents (interested, not interested, etc.). I also find the sequence stats provided to be very helpful (number of email opens, number of opt outs, etc.). Automatic opt-out is also very useful because it keeps email recipients happy. Support is also very helpful and responds quickly to my requests.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I liked it better when email warm ups were available through the Reply.io platform. It's a bit of a hassle to have to switch platforms to MailToaster to warm up emails.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io is helping me to identify target users for my product by making it easy for me to send automated sequences to many cold contacts at once, without having to worry about administering all followups manually.

  ### 12. Excellent Email Marketing Software with Robust Omnichannel Marketing Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suren D. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

This is one of the best all-in-one marketing automation tools on the market. It has robust and easy-to-use email marketing capabilities while also providing facilities for omnichannel marketing (i.e. WhatsApp and Linkedin automation).

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There is not too much to dislike! However, importing contacts into the application can be spotty at times. The Pipedrive integration used to be not so good, but it works relatively well now. Contact management for large lead lists can be slow at times (i.e. the application itself slows down), but the speed is not too bad. Contact filtration capabilities could be improved on in the app.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is resolving our marketing automation at scale issue, and it is doing a wonderful job of helping us improve our sales and marketing workflows. With Reply we can reach out to and make connections with large numbers of leads with less effort.

  ### 13. Our experience has been great so far.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

The steps in the task manager are not so clear.

Automate part of our work when contacting people for sales purposes.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Vice President of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The User Interface is extremely user friendly and easy for my team to navigate. I also love that their team is constantly working on making the tool better!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There are a few items like adding custom call dispositions that would be nice to have.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us keep in contact with our prospects with their easy-to-set-up sequences. Task handling is much easier than other tools I have used.

  ### 15. The best outbound emailing service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

UI, support team, dynamic variables, omnichannel opportunity

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

nothing i could mention, overall Reply is the best service i've ever used

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not about the problem, it's about an opportunity to find new customers.

  ### 16. Intuitive and Easy to Integrate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is one of the few email sequencing tools that integrate well with Zapier. It also integrates well with our other existing systems.

The chrome extension is amazing. It allows you to find new contacts through LinkedIn, which is an absolute game changer for prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Managing from the admin side is a little confusing. To edit a user's settings, you have to log into their account.

The base pricing is great, but expect to pay a premium for add-on services like automated SMS, automated Linkedin features, or automated calling. And the pricing model for the add-on premium features charges you per user, which can get expensive quickly.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io helps us automate our outbound communication and prospect engagement. It saves our reps time by building automated cadences and automated task reminders.

  ### 17. Useful, fast, and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It is a tool as simple to use as it is useful for contacting potential clients. Additionally, the metrics it offers are very good.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

When selecting the day for the "steps," it would be better if you could select the actual day on a calendar, not within N days.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate the sending of emails, allowing you to disregard it during the duration of the campaign.

  ### 18. Best Email Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jana M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply allows us to email thousands at once with the option to customize variables. I don't know what I would do without it. I love the stats and tracking along with everything you need to be efficient. It's super intuitive and easy to use! The customer service chat box allows quick help and solutions!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes emails can end up in spam. Most of them make it to the inbox!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time with mass emails and saving money.

  ### 19. The Best Sales Intelligence Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umair S. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The statistics that Reply shows, its validation method, and all the features have been pretty helpful in getting a successful result out of my campaign. Its been a good experience using Reply so far.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Well, at the start, I found Reply a bit confusing to manage my Mass Email campaigns because of the complicated time scheduling process that this software offers. But then, after a few demo sessions with the Customer Success Manager assigned to my account, I understood how Reply works. From that moment onwards, it has been a great experience using Reply.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has been the all-in-one tool for me to run my sales campaign. I was able to extract prospect emails, validate them and also send emails using multiple sequences running smoothly at the same time. It helped me save both time of running the campaign and the cost that it helped me save by providing all necessary functions in one place.

  ### 20. I've reviewed several tools and settled on Reply

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Having reviewed many tools for email outreach automation, I settled on Reply due to their user experience and feature set. Some comparable tools were truly awful, either during setup or actual usage. Reply does what it says on the tin and once set up it can run pretty much on auto-pilot. We are very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I've not yet come across a missing feature or serious usability issue. It's very likely that there aren't any!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're running email outreach campaigns that require a degree of automation. Reply was the best tool I could find after trying several competitive products and having now run several campaigns with it we have settled on Reply and are very happy with it.

Keeping on top of outbound emails and prospect interest

  ### 22. Great sales automation platform

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

User-friendly and great support of the team. Easy to measure results.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Email setup should be allowed after the free trial ends

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time on cold email outreach. Good automation of sequences

  ### 24. Great tool for email outreach campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew Y. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Reply?**

There are so many options and settings that help to set up the best-ever outreach campaign. Detailed reporting and integrations with different CRMs. ULTRA fast and responsive support. The quality check tool for the email content helps to review and polish email sequences. I like the email finder plugin that works perfectly. The email validation tool is excellent. Time zone scheduling and USA holidays option help to avoid sending emails. Different simultaneous campaigns for other regions and divided by different ideal client profiles.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Many options follow more time to set up the first campaign. It would be better to have initial experience in email outbound automation before starting with the Reply.

**Recommendations to others considering Reply:**

If you consider best support and great tool for the outreach campaigns, choose the Reply. I did so and I know that I did the right choice. I am still using Reply for 30-40%, however I now how to create scalable workflow and get more leads from outreach campaigns using Reply. Also I will consider to use more integrations to get more automation to my sales workflow.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great way to reach decision makers. I like the email finding plugin. Using the Reply I am saving time for my email automation workflow. The email content looks personal and has great personalization.

  ### 25. Excellent sales automation platform for SMBs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo C. | Business development representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The platform is very complete and user-friendly. It allows you to create multi-channel campaigns with email, SMS, Whatsapp, and LinkedIn tasks. It also has a feature for the email warm-up and lead generation. Their support team is always able to help :) Reply’s product roadmap is full of AI enhancements, predictive targeting, and personalization capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Although the platform is complete, it still misses a few things. Pipedrive integration could be better, for example you can't sync contact owners with Reply contact owners. They only have people and not organizations which limits in some situations. They should allow creating a database of organizations related to people so that we could apply rules inside an organization, for example:" contact only one person from the same organization per day".
Missing conditional steps, for instance, if "linkedin connection accepted" then "send a Linkedin message" if not "send a whatsapp message"
LinkedIn automation and warm-up features are paid separately.
The navigation menu could be better organized with links from product features and links from settings well separated.
They should have admin profiles with permissions related to accounting for example.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to automate your outreach within multiple platforms.
Ideal to create inbound/outbound campaigns.
Gives visibility on your campaign's progress.
Lead generation
LinkedIn automation

  ### 26. A cold outreach platform that helps find and close deals!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris T. | M, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply has a short learning curve to get a basic campaign running. When you want to get more advanced the tutorials and support take the hassle out of that.
Being able to build email templates makes creating multiple campaigns a breeze. You will be able to see which of those campaigns is a winner with Reply's tracking and reporting features.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I have enjoyed using Reply and the few minor issues I had were resolved thru support quickly. The self-help collection of articles and videos still needs some filling out.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most email platforms frown on or don't allow cold email campaigns. Reply enables me to run cold email campaigns with the automation and analytics features needed to find leads and convert them into clients.

  ### 27. A user friendly automated email campaign tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vered S. | Co-Founder, Head of Marketing, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like the ease of creating a new campaign and managing it. I like the integration with Salesforce. Mailbox for emails also easy to follow up.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I prefer more ways to update emails for contacts within the system so it would update directly at Salesforce.
I would like more automation for contacts that should be contacted again after the campaign is over.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an easy way to create, manage, and follow email campaigns. It also integrates easily with Salesforce. It solves the issue of contacting more people and follow up with them.

  ### 28. Using email mailing to increase sales and grow our partnership circle

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps optimize email mailing processes and find new leads and partners.

  ### 29. My experience with Reply

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Support of the team, helpdesk
Easy to work with the product

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I'm still actively testing

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to actively generate leads. The most affordable way

  ### 30. Easy to use, great support team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Intuitive interface.

The support team is always ready to help.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing in particular.

Good experience overall.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out to the leads.

  ### 31. All-in-one outreach platform with wonderful support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia T. | Outreach Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is surprisingly easy to get used to. Once you enter it, you understand almost all of the things intuitively. If any problems arise, there are plenty of helpful articles in Reply's Support Center. Moreover, it's always possible to talk to a person through a bot right in your Reply account. Support usually replies in 4 minutes providing screenshots and valuable pieces of advice that are 100% likely to solve your problem. They also update you and follow up on the issues mentioned.

As for the features, I love how Reply helps to write smooth email copies using AI and personalize them with custom fields, so you won't have to spend hours tweaking every email. The platform also saves all the necessary information about email campaigns which you can transform into custom reports and see whether your efforts are successful. It also comes in handy that Reply stores email replies, so they are easily accessible, and there is no need to waste time looking for them in your inbox.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

1. I wish there were an option in Reply reports to check the opens and replies rates in percentages to check the growth over time. Now the reports show only the count of replies and opens of the emails.

2. It would be cool if email steps had an autosave. Sometimes the page accidentally reloads, and all the text wipes off if the "Save" button isn't clicked.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply lets you handle cold outreach smoothly and save hours of additional work. You can save time by launching an email campaign with separate steps when you have to reach many people. So in case some of them won't reply, the follow-ups are handled automatically. Reply also has an in-house email validation feature. Validating emails reduces the bounce rate so your sender reputation has bonus points.

The platform is also used for monitoring statistics and preparing campaign reports.

It's an incredible tool for saving hours of outreach work a week!

  ### 32. Very easy to use and customaziable

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The ability to personalize & customize contact segments

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The split testing functionality isn't ideal & the linkedin functionality can be buggy

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auto emailing at scale

  ### 33. Best Tool For Cold Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeel A. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Everything about reply.io is impressive. Especially the GTP-3 integrated while crafting your cold email templates. AI used at the back end is unique, which also shows insights that you would be likely able to receive a response.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Reply.io recently launched a Data extraction segment with the option of selecting Valid Emails only. Although this feature is not publically available, we were among the few folks who had the opportunity to use its BETA version. Unfortunately, the data is pretty old and invalid also for the emails which are supposed to be VALID.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is solving a massive problem. Making sure that your cold email lands in your prospect's email inbox. Reply.io sent emails usually in a batch so that it doesn't look robotic and streamlines the outreach.

  ### 34. Best tool for lead generation so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vic K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

- easy to set up sequences with various channels and options for dif goals
- sent perfectly-looking emails (not all senders do that)
- thorough statistics + prompts!
- great support team

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Not found so far, I like their tools and believe that anyone can find what they need for their business goals. If something occurs, I am sure they will solve it.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

set sequences, track prospects, good-looking emails and statistics. My open and reply rates increased significantly here.

  ### 35. Great customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max W. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Great level of Customer support from reply time and genuine empathy.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Some additional API methods would be great

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching for Leads in accordance to my ICP

  ### 36. Big Timesaver for Enterprise Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay S. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Once you get past the somewhat challenging set-up process, Reply is an immensely useful tool for anyone engaged in an enterprise sales effort. The platform allows users to run custom email campaigns much more quickly than they otherwise would in Outlook or GMail and at a far more reasonable price than you would pay for a competitive product such as those offered by Salesforce. Overall, once set up, this product saves a salesperson hours of work per week.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

1/ Set-up process is challenging for new users, and you do not get access to a live (customer success) rep from the company to help with set up until you start paying for the platform.
2/ The platform can be a little temperamental at times (in non-mission critical ways); for example, sometimes my email signature will fall off the preview tab of my sequences and I will have to re-paste it before I send the emails
3/ LinkedIn automation product is promising, but it is still not optimized. For example, custom LinkedIn in-mail messages are still a challenge.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping save salespeople hours of work per week in manually typing minor customizations in their emails as part of a sales campaign. In enterprise sales, template, non-customized emails tend to have far less success than personalized, custom emails, but the drawback is that these emails typically take longer to send. Additionally, following up with those who have not yet responded to you is tedious. Reply helps automate these processes with a relatively easy-to-use interface.

  ### 37. An excellent tool, our secret weapon!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We've loved exploring the reply data beta to identify relevant leads from within a wide database.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It's a great tool for cross-channel prospecting but from what I've seen the CMS functionality could be built up to really deliver an end to end sales engine.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding lead contact details and enabling us to reach them effectively.

  ### 38. Perfect for what we need it for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We were desperately looking for a solid/reputable cold emailing platform that was better than what we were using before, Yesware. We completed multiple demos with multiple companies including Mailshake, and Outreach. Ultimately, Reply.io delivered on a few important needs:
-Email warm-up
-Email validation
-Cross-collaboration UI for team management
-Good customer service

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing comes to mind. There are always slight improvements they can make. What's great about Reply is that they take our feedback and execute on those changes we suggest!

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growth - Generate more revenue, more demos, and more interest/awareness.

Reply.io is extremely user-friendly. Setting up outreach campaigns is easy. The reports make it easy for me to track performance and my team.

  ### 39. Tools for email campaign

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Good for bulk email. Also can create auto email using their Ai.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Follow-up email. Cause sometimes the F.U email got deleyed.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Campaign

  ### 40. Amazing tool for running your campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Ability to sync it with your Salesforce, schedule the emails out, not to worry about who responded and shouldn't receive the second follow-up (those are automatically out of the campaign), chat function (whenever you have a question about smth or need help, it is just a button away), the user interface, the statistics, and many more functionalities...

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I cannot think of anything that I feel Reply is missing. At the time being, it thoroughly covers all our needs regarding our campaign management activities.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates all the steps we define in the email campaign, saving us much time.

  ### 41. Easy to use and powerful cold outreach tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vlad S. | Head of Sales Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It automates a hell of a lot of work for outreaching cold prospects. Great email sequence tool with various communication channels, like email, calls, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn connection, etc. I also like their suggestion engine to make my emails and messages more likely to get a response. And the central part is that they do have a free trial, so you can check everything by yourself before deciding to buy.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

LinkedIn automation feature is hidden under a paywall. Otherwise, you need to do everything on LinkedIn manually, which is frustrating on a massive prospect scale.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to automate my cold emailing and follow up with new potential clients. It saves a lot of time by eliminating the manual work of sending emails and connecting with leads on LinkedIn. I also see what's happening to my emails and how prospects react to them.

  ### 42. Best email service I've ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott T. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The customer service. Their chat reps are very helpful but this is one of the only programs I participate in where you can actually talk to someone. I can schedule a call whenever I need to, and can talk to someone who I can share my screen with and who will help me.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I'm sure there's something but can't really think of it right now.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A way to send email blasts that don't get blocked so much with very little time on my part.

  ### 43. Effortlessly game changing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie H. | Business Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply's drag and drop email sequences are genius. It's not only quick and easy to set up and edit later but the sequence steps Reply offer have improved our workflows. Everything is a lot simpler now.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I have to pay to verify email addresses in our database. Not a big deal as it's relatively inexpensive, but it would be nice if verification was built-in to sequencing itself.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are benefiting wherever an email sequence is necessary. We use Reply for everything from email marketing to candidate experience and employee onboarding. There's more to Reply than sending emails, so other steps like Tasks, Phonecall or LinkedIn Message have enabled us to automate many different processes that require a variety of tools.

  ### 44. Excellent tool for kicking off our outbound marketing strategy!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

With Reply.io, the ease of use and ability to create multiple sequences with conditional terms was super helpful for our initial rollout of an outbound email campaign.

Like most email marketing platforms, we created lists based on initial responses and subsequently assigned users to relevant sequences.

I feel confident that other team members can learn the tool quickly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The Chrome extension is very glitchy. I tried scanning for emails on several pages with little to no results and implemented an additional email tool to compensate.

Additionally, it would be helpful if the inbox notifications were more prominent as emails went unresponded to for longer than ideal because of a lack of alerts.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping us to engage cold leads and increase our brand awareness.

  ### 45. Shelly's Reply's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is an extraordinary tool to set up email drip campaigns, follow-up responses, and attract more customers
It is easy to use and it measures opening rates, replies, interests and more,

And I needed some extra support and chat agent Shelly is the best chat agent I ever met. She is so helpful, supportive, and lovely, Reply should offer her a life-long career within Reply

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Maybe the GUI could be improved. It is a little bit outdated (character interface)

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automation oif mail campaign, even - and especially - in "cold" B@B marketing

  ### 46. Reply is just like an extension of our sales team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gift L. | Co-Founder & COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The ability to intergrate with Linkedin.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The response time from the team in 15min

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have a single view of all our engagement with potential clients

  ### 47. Great email automation tool !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurélien J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply tool is really easy to use. It takes a few minutes to get used to it. A few more to create your first template and start sending emails.
Then the best: it works. No downside. Emails are sent and we get feedback as we never did before.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

As we do not use Reply every day we can notice that Reply often adds new tools to improve automation. We definitely lack of time to use the full power of this great tool.
Then, some tools are maybe not always 100% usefull on all market: as an example Reply introduced a "find email" tool for Linkedin, but when we tried it it was lacking datas on our market. (Travel in France)

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you are contacting prospects, you can not be sure if you will get an answer, and it could take a lot of time to write follow-ups. With Reply, you just have to write your sequence with several follow-ups once. Then it will send automatically the email based on your agenda.
It is saving so much time! No brainer!

  ### 48. Looking for a reliable outbound sales platform? Reply.io is your answer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashlea B. | Senior Business Development Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is the best outreach platform on the market with the most comprehensive functionality. I have used several sales enablement tools and platforms, and reply.io is always my favorite. My favorite functionality is its connection to Linkedin, especially if you use LinkedIn Sales Navigator it's an excellent resource for both. The product itself has great UX/UI and is very easy to use and includes reports, an easy way to add and remove team members, and is the best way to do outbound campaigns. Although the product is a selling point in itself, their support team is always immaculate when it comes to answering questions and troubleshooting issues quickly if/when they arise. They also do webinars for sales and new features of the platform which I always find helpful, even if it's not a direct quality of the product. I also love being able to individually edit sequences before they are sent out to add a personal touch if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

No complaints from me - I've been using the platform for over 2 years and when I do have a small complaint or frustration, it's resolved. They always listen to feedback from their customers for product enhancements.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation for outbound email campaigns. This is a great platform to reach out to multiple individuals quickly and in a more personalized way. We're also able to track the success of our sequences which is helpful as well and directly integrate this into our CRM. All around it is very helpful for any business development professional.

  ### 49. Robust and excellent customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Very robust, feature-rich... lots of sophistication compared to Salesloft which I used previously.
Easy to use too and above all - customer support is excellent!!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Can get lost in all the features and sometimes not as intuitive as you think (very minorly though) but ultimately customer support mitigates all this.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalised outbounding and at scale as much as possible

  ### 50. Reply is easy to use and provides a tremendous ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clifford P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It's simple yet has a lot of helpful features. Compared to other software I use for my business, Reply has an excellent price point. Also, while the support database is incredibly helpful in answering most of my questions, the online chat feature and customer support professionals are always quick to respond and resolve my issues each time.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes it can be buggy, like when I try and scroll down my sequence list. However, this may be due to my non-updated web browsers.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling my email drip marketing campaigns. It saves me a ton of time and helps improve my outreach tactics by leveraging data.
