## Reply Reviews
  ### 1. Reply.io - great UI and friendly support, raw contact data and overloaded tagging

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

UI and features list look awesome, but some still need to be developed.
Support is fast and friendly. If it weren't for the support, I would have quit the service already, so many questions appeared and were solved with the help of support agents.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Low quality of Reply contact data (ok, it is still in beta)
Too many labels and tags messed me up when I wanted to exclude email from particular sequences. It might be
Do not contact stage (not)
Paused status (can be for some time)
Blacklist (the last I tried, it helped)

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps a lot with massive, focused email campaigns. I tried Reply data as a contact mining source. It was pretty easy to work with and seemed promising, but the bounce rate was too high, and contact relevance was pretty low. So, I'm looking for new tools for contact mining.

  ### 2. Very useful tool and the support is amazing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I've been using reply for almost a year now, and I really like it how it works. It's easy to use and has everything that I need to launch my marketing campaigns. Pretty straightforward and the results are very good. Whenever I have a question, I can always rely on the fast and helpful support staff.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing I can think of right now. It has everything that I need and I didn't have any problems so far.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using reply for my email outreach campaigns for almost a year now, and it's pretty good to use. Also the reporting system is pretty good which helps me keep in track with my campaigns, to know how they perform and where I can improve. Oh, and also Jason AI is pretty awesome, you should try it.

  ### 3. My thoughts about Reply.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artem T. | Art Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like how the work is built on the platform, it looks convenient! The other good thing is the possibility of adding a couple of variants in sequence, which helps to realize which one works better. I really like the support team. I often ask a lot of questions and get quick and high-quality answers!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Lately, I've had some issues with the progress bar on the main page. I can't see how many emails have been sent; it doesn't display the current position accurately. For example, it might show that less than 50% have been sent. However, when I open the sequence, I find that all emails have been sent and completed. This is a bit inconvenient, as it takes time to check all sequences to see the actual progress of sending emails.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of emails and follow-ups and work on LinkedIn.

  ### 4. Great experience so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

User-friendly software with clear and easy steps to build your sequence and monitor its performance.
They also have a very responsive customer support service to help you set up everything quickly and solve issues.
For low-volume outreach, you don't seem to use a CRM as reply helps you manage interactions with leads.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I'm relatively new to reply. so far nothing comes to mind.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending high volume cold email campaign

  ### 5. User Friendly and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olena S. | Assistant Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It's very easy to prepare campaigns, logical, user friendly. It has AI features. Easy-to-read reports (analytics). And a great support team :)

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I used Reply before they changed their plans and prices. So, I liked more previous variants :)
Also, it's very hard to find on the page where I can cancel my subscription if it's needed.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us increase our response rate when we contact cold prospects. In my situation, it's about candidates. Cold Emailing and warm-up.

  ### 6. Good platform for automated cold emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We've been testing multiple cold emailing platforms and Reply is one of the best we've seen. It is easy to use, it has a good UX and lots of customizable features that help our daily management. I also like the fact that they include mailtoaster warming service as part of their subscription. I also like the AI email quality check service.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I would like to have the option of scheduling emails by setting a date trigger, and the option of creating one sequence in multiple languages.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us automate our cold emailing efforts, reducing our workload and improving our performance with their content assistance.

  ### 7. Time Saver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I really liked it has integration with Linkedin also where you can send connections, inmail, and like the posts within the tool only. It helped me save a lot of time.

It is easy to use and implement.

The support team is really helpful and responsive.

We are using this tool everyday for out outbound process.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

During the initial phase, email was mandatory to add a contact but later on they upgraded this and now we can add contacts without email also. This helped me to maintain the database on a single platform only. So, as of now there's nothing which I dislike.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping me to solve the mundane tasks which we have to do repeatedly. Now we are just setting up a sequence and we don't have to care about sending emails individually.

  ### 8. The most reliable, user friendly and customer oriented product on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

First of all the platform is intuitive, and works pretty well out of the box.
Secondly, impressive speed and quality of customer support.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Really not much to dislike, couldn't find any critical issues with them in 4 years. Current feature to automate linkedin outreach would need improvement.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer nurturing, p2p outreaches and setup of valuable conversation with extensive personalization.

  ### 9. Business Development Representative

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uros M. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

In the company, we had everything but noticed that in the Sales department, we are missing the outbound tool. Then we found the Reply platform from a friend which our team found good to start with, and ever since we have been using it with great pleasure. The automation part is what we really appreciate at the moment. But still exploring the platform. The customer support team is amazing and doing a great job.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Not having integration with CRM's such as Pipedrive or Freshsales for example from our perspective.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To automate the process in which we can contact a large number of people.

  ### 10. Very user-friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like most about Reply, that it is really easy to use and it saves so much time by automating follow-ups. I also like all the personalisation options, that can be chosen, to make the email not look like an automated email. If you work with Hubspot, then it also synchonises all the emails, so that everything is saved on the contact there as well.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The synchonisation with hubspot not always worked perfectly. Sometimes it took a bit long to synchonise, but this is just complaining about really tiny details. Apart from that it is a great tool.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Reply is solving for me as a SDR is, following up on emails. Even when you just copy paste the same text as a follow up, it takes a lot longer. Here you just plan your sequence, start it and wait, that your prospect answers.

  ### 11. excellent service and effective results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

For me, the tool works perfectly for what I need. Today I work as a BDM and I need to find contacts for my clients.
And the customer support is fast and effective.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Reply, I have only one sugestion: When we are looking for emails in Linkedin, sometimes Reply finds the wrong domain, and we need to change the domain to find the right email. If we could change the domain massively, would help me a lot.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important for me is the emails from my potencial clientes, and Reply is fixing that for me.

  ### 12. Amazing LN and email outreach tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

User experience, easy to use, sequences, basically everything.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The app occasionally gets stuck. When I switched LinkedIn accounts, I was disconnected from the one I use for outreach.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email and LinkedIn outreach tool.

  ### 13. Great tool if you consider starting Outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Possibility of a Multi-channel campaign and Jason AI

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Didn't noticed any downside of Reply yet

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best feature for me is the multi-channel campaign possibility

  ### 14. Reply.io review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

How it connects to so many social platforms such as LinkedIn, SMS, and email

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

My reply rates have not been so high yet

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated out reach saves me a lot of time and manual efforts

  ### 15. Open rate increased

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daria O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I could see all the stats. My open rate increased even for those companies that didn`t open emails via Hubspot.
Customer support works 24/7 and tries to solve problems quickly.
Easy to use and integrate

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The application didn`t work correctly, but I think the last update helps to solve problems

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a low open rate. It was near 15%. Now, my open rate is 35% and sometimes even 40%.

  ### 16. Awesome software made by even better people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Great information for how to safely get up and running with campaigns. It feels like they have already thought of every question you might have. Their YouTube channel is on point and does a great job of giving information on both small, quick tips, as well as deep dives into information. I feel like the strucutre of the service rewards your efforts very well. Once you put in the time to understand it, it works very smoothly and you feel like nothing has been forgotten or overlooked. Customer support is AWESOME. The people are great and the AI is actually helpful and can hold a decent convo. 5 out of 5 stars

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Can't really complain too much. It's a bit overwhelming at first but once you spend some time trying to figure it out, it's actually quite intuitive.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating customers about products and services

  ### 17. Been Reply-er for 7 years now and wouldn't change it for anything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bojan E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

1) Ease of use
2) Continuous development and work on improving the platform further (even though it was a market leader from the get-go), and the amazing transformation I witnessed first-hand over the past 7 years.
2) World-class customer support.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing comes to my mind, as I really can't recall a single negative experience or a situation.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of email outreach was the most important feature for me and my company from the early days of Reply. Though, now majority of other tools we had to use from external sources is also covered (i.e. email validation, multichannel automation, data/lead sourcing, etc.), so sky is the limit.

  ### 18. One of the best services for cold outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olena D. | Sales manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Wide variety of functional features and very helpful and friendly support team

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

sometimes troubles with Linkedin conection occurs but the team always inform you about this

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io saves time for cold outreach, everything is working without my participation for 90%

  ### 19. The app that will open important doors for you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter A. | Founder of FreelancerKenya, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love using Reply. It's an amazing sales intelligence tool that helps you through the entire outreach process—from prospecting to getting contacts to sending emails that get opened and replied to.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

One minor drawback is the contact list. It's robust as it is, but I hope the team can add more data.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me with my outreach efforts.

  ### 20. This is the unfair competitive advantage we have been looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love the fact that reply allows me to focus on discovery calls instead of outreach. Having the ability to reach out to prospect list and continue the process with no issues is an amazing breakthrough and prospecting and the people at reply.io should be congratulated. Our entire team plans to get onto this platform and we refer anyone that we know who is in sales to this platform. It is an unfair competitive advantage!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

NOTHING - We love everything about it. The webinars are also super helpful.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply allows me to focus on being on discovery calls with qualified prospects instead of outbound BDR type work. Just set the sequence up and make it sound very authentic and convincing and watch the leads pile in. I also love how the platform automatically ops people out who do not want to be contacted. This is so helpful.

  ### 21. Great platform - easy to use and offers great Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The ease of use. It's very user friendly and intuitive

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Can't think of any right now - any smal things we've had an issue with have been resoved very quickly

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it easy for us to generate leads and keep tradk of the performance of our cold outreach campaigns

  ### 22. Streamlined Sales Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate L. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is an invaluable tool for our sales. It streamlines and automates the outreach process. This tool allows the creation of targeted email campaigns, tracking performance, and seamlessly following up.

Reply.io empowers me to nurture relationships and drive business growth effectively. Overall, Reply.io is an essential tool that significantly enhances our work's productivity and effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It may take some time to familiarize yourself with the interface.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io streamlines outreach efforts and automates follow-ups, saving time and increasing efficiency in engaging with prospects. Its tracking capabilities provide insights that help optimize campaigns.

  ### 23. Very strong at email automation; room for improvement on email validation and CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply is the strongest email automation and sequence-building tool, beating out all of the other players in that category. The ability to customize individual emails without leaving the list-building workflow is great, and their AI capabilities are better today than Apollo, Lemlist, etc..

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Some of the API integrations are still clunky (e.g., LinkedIn). Reply is best used as a standalone sequence tool alongside different CRM and email validation tools. Obviously, players like HubSpot have more of an all-in-one solution, but Reply stands out in its legacy offering.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sequence building and automated outreach

  ### 24. Efficient Service and Friendly Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply excels in swift solutions to user queries, minimizing my downtime and frustration. I am always provided with clear and concise instructions through the trustworhty assistance. If I ever have an issue I am given instruction that is super easy to follow, making problem-solving a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Totally has to do with myself, but given the large amount of features, it could be initially overwhelming due to its advanced functionalities.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply solves my issue of having to do mass outreaches manually. This benefits me by saving time throughout my day of manually monitoring.

  ### 25. Use of Reply.io

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Very easy features and simple interface to automate sequences and campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Unfortunately there is no integration we can use to sync from Lusha which is a downside for us.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps for us to track all of our emails and communication with prospects in one platform.

  ### 26. Love Reply

For me, everything is great for now. Recommendations

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leads, sequencing

  ### 27. Super good for organizing your outreach strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The complete multichannel approach, the data insights from email campaigns that helped me refine my strategy, and the top-notch customer service with live chat.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Would be nice to have live notifications on emails views and clicks (however, you can still access this info)

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and improving my outbound approach.

  ### 28. The best email marketing tool and the most supportive team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I like how smoothly Reply works for our email marketing. Although I rarely write any reviews regardless of the product or service being good or bad, what made me write this review is the customer support. They are very responsive and always there to help me out and have been providing detailed explanations and instructions to tackle the problem I face. Yurii helped me big time to achieve my goal and I have learned a lot about how email marketing works. Thank you so much and all the best for your team!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

None. They have always been super helpful.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Reply for lead generation.

  ### 29. Very efficient way to communicate with your key audience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We love the multiple use of the service and that many of use can use it at the same time. It makes our communication efficient and actionable!
Also we get great support from the team, human support and super fast!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It is clear, easy to use and very straightfoward

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love that it looks just like our inboxed and not line a newsletter. Makes life so easy!

  ### 30. Very helpful for our marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Easily lets us manage our email marketing campaigns, quick customer support if we ever have questions, and allows us to use it on a daily basis. Very easy to use and manage and integrate with our other marketing channels, plenty of features and easy to set up and implement new campaigns

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Would be good to have more control over campaigns once they have started

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows one person to manage many aspects of marketing when previously we would have needed multiple members of staff to do this

  ### 31. Valuable even for small startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitalii K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

It saves a lot of my time, as has features to automate things that I would do for hours on my own.
Support is amazing! If you have some troubles - they always open to help you

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I think that price is quite expensive, but I think that it depends on the volume of emails you will need to send (I am a small B2C startup, so probably it worth its money)
I would want to have a "simplified UI" as it has a lot of features and a few times I spent time figuring out how to do some simple thing

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply saves your time doing routine stuff

  ### 32. Over 50% delivery rates and inbox warming up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen S. | Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The strategy behind warming up cold email and slowly dripping

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The inbox management is a little clunky, I would prefer it to be simpler so I can manage emails there. Maybe a little like front CRM.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient email to our cold prospects

  ### 33. Reply.io: A Standout Sales Engagement Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

The support team at Reply.io are incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sourcing leads has been problematic for our market

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply solves our main problem of inefficient sales outreach by automating email sequences and follow-ups, improving productivity and consistency. It enhances email deliverability and engagement through personalized messages and their excellent technical support.

  ### 34. Reply is an outdated method for cold outreach. Customer service is seriously lacking

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Only good thing I liked about this software was the Linked-In multi channel outreach. Unfortunately it constantly gets disconnected.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

They are very predatory when it comes to pricing and renewals. No notice is provided and they auto charge your card without making it clear. There is no way to cancel or remove your credit card from the platform without contacting them directly. I tried cancelling and they charged my $500 because I was three days past the renewal date. Their monthly rate is $90 on the website so this made no sense. Definately would not reccomend to anyone, way better tools out there who are much more reasonable for renewals and customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering Reply:**

Check out many platforms before buying, and try sending a sequence before committing to a plan.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We saved time prospecting and reaching out to cold leads to warm them up.

  ### 35. Increasing price without informing

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swarnendu D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Simple interface. Good tool for prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Finding newer ways of increasing price, sometimes without even informing. Here's what happened - our Credit card has expired and when we tried to connect the new card, Reply.io said that now you cannot continue with the old price anymore. We must accept the new price.

Innovative ways how SaaS companies are increasing price this year.

While we may still continue using Reply, I will move once I get a chance. Ethics are more important than the quality.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation and email automation

  ### 36. Reply.io- the right tools at my fingertips!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ama B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Part of my role is to communicate with clients and with prospective customers and partners. Reply is helpful in curating and delivering messages on a large scale. Not only that, I utilize their tools and templates to personalize effective emails on a daily basis. I really appreciate being to able to track delivery rates and responses, and to tailor future content appropriately. Reply's reporting helps me make informed decisions.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I'm still learning about crafting more positive emails and keeping the reading level moderate. Some of my work involves technical communication, and that can be harder to translate into lay terms. The more I use Reply, the better I get at improving readability in my email sequesnces.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply saves me a lot of time by helping me send thousands of emails per week. I am able to customize them and improve readability and deliverabilty with each campaign. I get great insights into each sequence and feedback on what I can do to improve. I desire a call-to-action from my audience and using the template grader helps me write informative and engaging emails.

  ### 37. Quick, Efficient and Caring Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

They add more tools each year to improve marketing efforts. We don't have to go looking for another provider to obtain what we need. I use it everyday and it is so easy to use. I love that Reply's AI can understand what my prospects replied and categorizes messages. It makes work life easier.
Regarding customer support, I appreciate it only takes a few minutes for them to assist you personally. They go beyond what you asked, and try to solve the issue in the most efficient and easier way for you.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There are still some gliched that they are working on, but if you sent a note, the tech team tries to fix them fast.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding more email addresses to one sequence after having activated the campaign. I was not clear on Reply's article that after you have activated the campaign, you must manually select recipients and assign them to each email address so that they go out. Reply did that for me after our interaction by chat.

  ### 38. Great for Startups!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

- Great for all business sizes, including startups
- Awesome and very reliable customer support
- Improved mailbox slots and mailbox analytics
- Triggers (for added automation)
- Integration via API Key
- UI design made for ease of use
- Easy to implement

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Just a wishlist:

- Improve template creation to track the performance of a singular email template that is used by different campaigns.
- Improved Reply Data. It's still in Beta right now, so I am looking forward to more improvements.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the limited number in our team, Reply has helped us create an outbound process where everything is automated, so that account managers can focus on qualified and interested clients.

  ### 39. Best Automation I ever had

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro H. | Head of Leadgeneration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The best part is that simultaneously creating an automated sequence of cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach saves lots of time. Conditional variables are a great thing that not all other tools have. Customer support is professional and responds very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I cannot link multiple LinkedIn accounts to a single user or sequence, which would allow for rotation as with various mailboxes.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach so we don't have to hire a team of SDRs

  ### 40. Best in the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caue C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I've used other 3 email automation tools in the past and Reply has by far the easiest layout for the end user like me. I use it heavily btw, at least 2-3 hours a day, everyday and I love it. It's not only the tool itself that is good but they help with templates, best practices, tips, warm up tools, email health - they're really experts in the world of getting your email to your prospect's inbox, in the end of the day, that's what matters. And I've been having the most success with Reply if compared to other tools, in the last 3 years.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I loved the new "triggers" functionality but it needs some enhancements and new funcionalities for non-Linkedin users. There are things I want to automate, for example something simple as someone who finishes a sequence but did not respond can be triggered to a new sequence, I can move people who finishes sequences, but can't specify if they're finished because they replied or bounced or etc.. Needs to fix that. Other than that all good.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us solve the consistency-problem in lead generation. Although there is not an exact science in sales and marketing, Reply help us have a predictability in results AND, most importantly, test what works and what doesn't in the markets we work with. The A/B testing and analysis we get is awesome.

  ### 41. An awesome company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I have been using Reply since 2016, they have helped me generate a lot of leads for my company. Their team is amazing, they are always friendly, professional and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The calling system was glitchy. I really wanted to use it, but it was not reliable.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of manual cold out reach. It benefits me because I don't have to work as much now.

  ### 42. Great product to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

the email automation and the steps involved in it

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

a few customisation options are missing like removing steps from a sequence, may be just a way of doing linkedin automation without emails being mandatory will be a plus

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of starting email campaigns, this saves a lot of time too
easy tracking metrics

  ### 43. Locked into $6K annual contract without notice of conversion - and emails ignored for a year.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We didn't use it after the trial, so I can't say much except the inbox feature is very buggy.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

A trial contract had a clause of conversion to a $6K annual license. We received no notification of this conversion. Despite not intending to use it and emailing them about it as soon as we realized, they didn't even reply to us.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating Outbound

  ### 44. The best tool for the cold outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Having tried multiple other platforms, Reply is truly the best. Everything about the platform is great: from the clear and intuitive onboadring, to great customer support and product updates.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I would really appreciate a non-profit discount program in the future, to recommend Reply.io as a donor outreach tool to my non-profit clients.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has turned my (previously chaotic) cold outreach into structured, easy to manage and effective system.

  ### 45. Very useful tool for sequences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrien V. | Co-founder & CEO @ Cleed.com, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

User friendly and easy to use. We often use it to create and send personalised sequences.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

We always need to send specific email to specific persons.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows to gain significant time and not lose time to relaunch each people by email

  ### 46. Amazing platform for sales!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ihor B. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Great user-friendly interface
Excellent and responsive support
Seamless integration with HubSpot and other CRMs/tools
Easy and convenient sequence setup
Option for multichannel outreach (LinkedIn)
Great reporting system

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes both email and LinkedIn accounts automatically disconnect, anyway in such cases you will be notified right away

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to run multichannel campaigns and analyze email sequences

  ### 47. My favourite tool for semi-automatic outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serhii Y. | Business Development Manager, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The first thing that made me consider Reply is its package price, then I discovered features that help me to personalize messages for each prospect.

This is the first tool we implemented for outreach so I cannot tell about an ease to move from one tool to another. The usage is quite friendly so it took me very little time to learn a non-experienced SDR to use the instrument because of its auto-fill feature.

AI works well and sequences automatically stop when the lead replies, also it identifies positive, negative, and automatic replies.

The reply team contacts me constantly about my feedback and extension tool experience. Good bonus that they're mostly Ukrainians so we can speak our native language :)

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The Chrome extension is a good feature but at least once a day it doesn't work correctly, that is why you should reload it again and again until you get what you want.

Also sometimes it is hard to understand when email sending starts even if it is written that you have to wait up to 30 minutes if I remember correctly.

Information about replies in reports does not always match an actual reply number.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There wasn't a problem I only wanted to integrate a tool for outreach that allows me to create automatic multi-channel sequences. We already have a popular CRM solution but according to my experience, it isn't good for outreach because there are too many actions required to complete a task.

Reply helps us to get the right stats from campaigns and save time for different actions instead of spending a half of working day closing tasks. The auto-fill feature minimizes the chance that SDR will make a mistake while creating a new prospect. A few words about Jason AI, hard to say that it changes our reply rate but AI is an instrument you should deeply learn and make conclusions only after lots of tries when we're speaking about AI for sales.

I forgot to mention that Reply has its email database and fills an address automatically (in about 60% of prospects), which saves a huge amount of time for email research.

  ### 48. Would recommend

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Takes the hassle out of removing replies, opt outs and bounces.
Easy to filter you emails (far easier than Salesforce in my experience)
Customer service always reply on chat within 10 minutes if there's anything you don't know how to do.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

No complaints, so far so good. Would recommend.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People generally don't get a second outreach email once they've replied or asked not to be contacted (Reply seems to recognise the text when they ask not to be contacted and moves them to opted out).
This saves a huge amount of time and anxiety.

  ### 49. Great tool for cold outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Our team found reply.io about 2 years ago because we were struggling with spam from using another mass emailing tool. Reply.io solved our spam issues with their throttling settings as well as their email warm up tool. We have been very happy with all cold outreach sends since them.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The email inbox feature could be improved to get emails instantly and be treated as its own email inbox like gmail or freshdesk.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io solved our spam issues we were having with cold outreach

  ### 50. A customers perspective on sales outreach with reply.io

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The intuitive interface of Reply.io makes it easy to create and manage campaigns, and the analytics tools provide valuable insights to continuously optimize strategies. What I particularly appreciate is the ability to tailor specific messages for a higher response rate. Also the API is very powerful.

Furthermore, the customer service from Reply.io is excellent. Whenever I have questions or concerns, the support team is always quick and professional, giving me an additional sense of security.

Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Reply.io. It's an valuable tool for anyone looking to enhance their outreach strategies and communicate more effectively with their network."

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Currently you can trigger steps in "Zapier" to proceed a campaign, but we would prefer to see this feature also for "Make.com".

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of email cold outreach.
