I like that I can schedule followups with multiple methods, including automated emails, custom emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc (manual methods require me to mark the action as complete). Reply recently added an AI tool to help write new versions of the email so it's not the exact same copy going out to prospects, though you will of course want to look at the AI copy closely and make sure it's what you want to send. I appreciate the email verification is embedded in the tool and easy to use. It's also easy to set limits on the campaign, such as total emails sent per day per campaign, total emails across all campaigns, max emails per domain per day, time in between email sends, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply does best when it's fairly automated and everything is set up ahead of time. The nature of my sales cycle involves updates throughout the calendar year, and ideally I would write new copy as we hit certain milestones. But, it's a little clunky in this scenario. If the campaign is only one email, and the email is sent, the user is marked as "finished". If I add another email later in the year to the campaign, the "finished" contacts will not receive it. Adding "finished" contacts to new campaigns can be a little clunky. But, overall, I continue to use this program over others since it serves my needs best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
