What do you like best about Grata?
UI/UX is incomparable - having used almost every provider on the market in the past, it is unmatched. Keyboard shortcuts to flip through companies, 2-click add to lists, etc. Also - being able to filter out companies I have seen already or that my team has already exported - massive time saver, prevents us from going over lists multiple times.
AI find similar is among the best out there (try to use Pitchbook or Sourcescrub to find actually relevant competitors... I'll wait).
CRM integration with DealCloud is miles ahead of others (have used Sourcescrub previously, which feels like using a carrier pigeon to update your CRM in comparison to Grata).
No other data provider understands vertical software like Grata. To a Pitchbook or Sourcescrub, if it's a software company, it's a software company. To Grata - what KIND of software company are you? If you're a CRM for commercial contractors, there's a vertical for that. State/local government software company? There's a vertical for that.
Phenomenal support team, takes my feature suggestions seriously, asks for feedback often, constantly adds to the platform and makes it easier to use.
When I got recruited to join a new firm, I made it a prerequisite for them to adopt Grata before I stepped foot in the door. Seriously. I use it every day, even when I don't even need to. It's that enjoyable of an experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Grata?
I used to dislike not knowing where employees of companies were located at a glance (then they fixed that). I used to not like how saved searches and tags were mixed up (then they fixed that). I also used to not like how their software verticals were murky (then they fixed that).
So... I guess my only dislike is that they took away dark mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
