Social selling is a sales strategy wherein salespeople use social media networks to interact with business prospects. The growing prominence of the strategy makes sense-- both salespeople and their prospects are likely engaging with social media on a daily basis, so the social approach allows salespeople to connect with their prospects in a less invasive way than cold calls or emails. Connecting socially breaks down some of the formal barriers between sales professionals and those they’re trying to sell to, creating an open channel for prospects to ask questions or for salespeople to share helpful content that a prospect may find valuable, even if they are not ready to buy yet. To excel at social selling, salespeople need to focus on building their personal brand and building trust amongst their social networks. If you're spending six hours a week copying and pasting from one platform to another, you're not an analyst. The same goes if you're doing the same thing with data from one platform to another. They create a new Integration Wall, leaving users in a compromise. I really enjoy the fact that sprout sends an alert when someone posts something to your Google or yelp profile. This way i don’t have to continually hit the refresh button on my browser to check for new comments. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Sprouts rating system doesn’t make any sense. For example, even though i’ve got ten great reviews, as soon as i get one negative review, the needle drops. Another thing i’d like to be improved upon would be having better pre-written responses to frequently asked questions. Agentrforce Sales has truly changed our approach to sales in a drastic manner. Before this tool, we would spend at least an hour each morning organizing leads into spreadsheets.

Lead scoring by AI has been the most impressive part for me — every morning, when I sign up, all my leads have been sorted and updated in seconds.

Email tracking helped me identify that someone opened my proposal three times today, so I called him right away and closed the deal. Results speak for themselves.

Pipeline reviews have been made easy due to the live dashboard — it saves us at least half an hour each week without preparing reports.

Our onboarding was hassle-free — with help from the Salesforce support team, we managed to become fully independent within two weeks of using Agentforce.

In regard to ROI, we've been able to cover the price of the subscription within the very first month of its use by making more deals.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Although Agentforce Sales is a robust software tool, we have identified some issues based on our day-to-day experience.

The UI is complex and intimidating for a new user – whenever a new recruit comes onboard, he finds himself in a difficult situation as there are too many options on the dashboard to comprehend in the initial week. An easy beginner mode will go a long way.

The price plans can be a bit expensive since the price per user increases in case of small or mid-sized organizations. A more economical price plan will certainly do justice.

Documentation should be easier to understand – although the technical support staff is very supportive, we had to file several help requests in the initial two weeks as the documentation was poorly organized.

Sometimes there may be slow page loads especially when processing large data sets or generating various reports at once. This becomes troublesome during Monday mornings.

Prior to utilizing the Agentforce Sales, our team faced three major issues — disorganized lead management, lack of pipeline transparency, and numerous manual actions that took hours each day.

Customer information was scattered around various places; however, all data now is collected in one place. The reps stopped spending their valuable time jumping from system to system — the dashboard with an intuitive UI provides a clear view of every deal stage on a daily basis.

The performance is improved most dramatically by 35% due to automated reminders and next steps; last month we closed 8 more deals since we lost none of our leads.

As for the cost savings, our company has received its return on investment already in 6 weeks since the platform pays for itself with saving approximately 20 hours per week on manual actions.

Pipedrive solves the continuity of information within our team and prevents data loss during turnover - when someone leaves or a deal is handed over, the full history stays in one place. Concretely, it gives us constant, shared access to crucial client information so we can manage over 500 active clients effectively and plan follow-up actions without anything falling through the cracks. Since adopting it, our follow-up consistency has improved and we've cut the time spent on manual handover notes. This fluidity of information is the single biggest benefit for us.

Two quick tips beyond the text itself: the notice also mentions making sure your contact information is complete, so double-check the profile fields (work email, LinkedIn, company) are filled in - that's often what actually blocks "professional experience" verification. I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. What do you like best about Vista Social?

Vista Social is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate. I was able to connect it easily to a variety of tools I use on a daily basis, such as FB, Threads, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more, with just a click. Posting has been very reliable, and I haven’t run into the failures or errors I experienced with other social media tools I’ve used in the past. I’ve also been able to perform bulk actions quickly, which has significantly reduced my workload and saved me time.

I’ve found the pricing to be extremely reasonable and competitive. Many similar tools have raised their prices considerably, which can make them inaccessible to small businesses like my own. Vista Social also has a wealth of information readily available in the support section, along with tutorials on YouTube. I especially appreciate the interactive guides in the support section that walk you through each step, which is great for visual learners like me.

The automations are probably my favorite feature. I can set up auto DM responses, auto-send links, grow followers with freebies, and much more. I can either use a template from the library or create an automation from scratch. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What's helpful is the consolidation. Having email, landing pages, forms, and contact data in one place means I'm not stitching together separate tools or exporting CSVs to reconcile data. The contact timeline gives me full context on every account before I reach out, which directly improves my outreach quality.

The platform is genuinely fast. Pages and dashboards load without lag even with large contact lists, and the drag-and-drop editor responds in real time, so building a landing page or email workflow takes minutes rather than requiring a designer or developer. I can launch campaigns the same day I plan them.

Onboarding was smoother than expected. The HubSpot Academy resources and guided setup got me running actual campaigns within the first week, and bringing new team members up to speed is fast because the UI is self-explanatory. Support has been responsive whenever I've hit a wall.

The biggest unexpected win has been the workflow automation. Triggered sequences based on contact behavior run reactivation and nurture campaigns without manual follow-up, saving me hours each week and keeping accounts from slipping through the cracks. And the native CRM integration keeps marketing and customer-facing data in sync automatically rather than living in silos.

I like how Birdeye has continued to grow each year, bringing on new products, with social media being a big one. The inbox feature is really critical for us to communicate with our customers, which is the biggest piece we utilize. Social media allows us to post to multiple channels at once, making it very convenient. Additionally, the inbox allows one-on-one texting without any charge, keeping us in touch with our customers, which is something many businesses overlook. I also found the initial setup very easy, especially with the help of videos in all modules which made it straightforward. Birdeye is really a good product for reputation management. I think they need to have a phone system, and they're working on that. Their email marketing could be better. I think they're a little lax on it, but they have a program they're currently working on. I use EngageBay mainly for email marketing and creating landing pages for our business. What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. Creating email broadcasts is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update content when we anounce new batches, workshops or activities.

The landing page builder has also been useful for collecting inquiries. I can quickly create a page, add a form, and start capturing leads without needing technical help.
