What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social fits well into my daily routine because it keeps my posting work simple and organized. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health content, so I regularly share posts about cholesterol, blood pressure, low hemoglobin, diet tips, and basic health awareness. Before using this, I used to post directly from each platform whenever I got time, and many days I missed posting. Now I can prepare posts in one go and schedule them properly.

The calendar view helps me plan my week better. I can clearly see what is going live on which day, so I don’t repeat the same topic back to back. Connecting my LinkedIn and X profiles was straightforward, and I didn’t need any technical help to get started.

I usually use Sprout Social a few times in a week. When I get free time, I draft a few health posts and schedule them ahead. This saves me time during busy clinic hours and keeps my content consistent.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Sometimes the calendar and composer feel a bit heavy when I am working on multiple posts at once, and the page takes a moment to respond. Also, when I am scheduling posts, I need to double-check the selected profile because it’s easy to miss if the wrong account is selected. It’s not a big issue, but it slows me down a little during busy times. I’ve had a couple of moments where I had to edit a post again because I selected the wrong profile by mistake. Managing posts on different platforms used to take extra time because I had to open each app and post separately. It was easy to forget a post or delay sharing something when clinic work got busy. With Sprout Social, I prepare a few health posts at one time and schedule them for LinkedIn and X from one place, so my content goes out on time without daily effort. This helps me stay consistent even on busy days.

It also gives me a clear view of what is already planned for the week, so I don’t repeat the same topic too often. When I see how people react to certain health posts, I adjust the next set of posts. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

The biggest downside for me is that there’s no free plan anymore. We sometimes suggest tools to clients so they can test them before fully committing, especially smaller brands or founders managing their own social. Without a trial or free option, it’s harder to say, “Try this out and see if it fits your workflow.” I understand it’s a business decision, but it does make referrals a bit more difficult. I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. Our team has also really appreciated using HSForms to capture data without needing everyone to have a seat. Our use case is fairly unique: as a non-profit homeless shelter, we use HubSpot to track the journey of the people we serve through case management and task completion. The ability to create workflows and automated tasks helps improve efficiency and clarity for our team as they support the most needy in our community. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I don't like that if I sort my blogs and open one the go back, I have to resort the list all over again. It doesn't remember that I only wanted to see published posts or whatever. Super annoying and time consuming.

I also wish it was easier to upload social media images directly into a defined folder not just a general open folder with every other image that is uploaded.

I don't know coding. I wish it was easier to create/build the webpages. Things like rounded corner boxes are extremely difficult. What do you like best about Vista Social?

Top factor that made me switch to Vista Social is the affordability and range of features that they offer. They have features that other platforms only offer for "premium" members that most SMMs cannot afford, they make it accessible for us and makes our work more efficient.

Their inbox feature also helps a lot with handling accounts across multiple platforms, I am able to see messages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads all consolidated in one inbox making it very easy to use. Being able to have automated DM responses is also a huge plus! Making my work less tedious with FAQs and other easily manages questions and responses.

I check in daily to schedule posts and check messages from potential clients and customers. Posting across multiple platforms with this one tool helps in integration. Once I get my team to try scheduling via this platform, they can see how easy we can implement.
