Besides that, the price may seem a little too high for small businesses, but for such teams as large ones, the cost is definitely worth it considering the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌features. The one thing which I dislike about salesforce sales cloud is that the lightning UI is is sometimes takes too much time to get loaded. I don't like HubSpot's pricing model for the Marketing Hub. The way they price it, it's cheaper to use an email service provider like Klaviyo. My favorite thing is how much it automates the signup process for new affiliates. Instead of me having to manually email contracts and collect tax forms the system handles it all during the registration flow. I just review the final application and click approve. What do you like best about Vista Social?

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. Oh, and I almost forgot, I was also able to run a competitor analysis (Instagram), also in less than a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work specifically on a lot of DEI campaigns. Captiv8 is the only platform that I've seen that has built search filters for creator ethnicity and sexual orientation. Although they have these DEI filters, they're not always 100% accurate in terms of a creator's ethnic background or sexual orientation. As previously mentioned, I work on a lot of DEI campaigns, and it can be tough to find new talent to work with. My primary reason for moving to Active Campaign was deliverability and open rates. According to recent statistics, my previous CRM averaged 47% deliverability while ActiveCampaign averaged in the high 90s.
