Love having the multiple Brands, the ability to schedule postings, ability to schedule to multiple platforms(Facebook, Linkedin, etc), Love the ZShare feature to quickly share images and add text quickly. Its probably one of the best social media system. Also, the predictive post feature is awesome.. It determines when my followers will be online and interacting, it recommends the best time to post. What do you dislike?

I don't truly understand the Instagram posting yet, how the picture works, etc. I think there needs to be a clearer explanation. Also, the ability to post multiple times a week... Right now I can only post once a week over a 13 week period. Maybe even more weeks too. Would love the ability to post to multiple brands at the same time. Have a lot of common messages that need to go out to multiple brands. Right now have to copy and paste, little tedious. Would love the ability to take a post from one brand to another. Get the entire Zoho One package because all the tools work together and make it easy to cross connect. The Zoho Social ZShare feature makes it easy to quickly post from any website right into Zoho social and have your marketing material look professional. Communication... It makes getting my posts out to multiple social media sites extremely easy. I save so much time and effort using Zoho Social. Also, the scheduling gives me the ability to post messages in the future. Saving me time and money by now having to come back to the computer just to post. What do you like best?

I love the easy way to individualize and customize our CRM Software to our affords.

With no programming skills we can easy create our own entry-masks and database with very quick and comfortable summary functions. Its fully Office-integrated and we like the scalable purchase-possibilities. It grows with our company and I´m not scared about any limits the software could have for us. We are frm the DACH region and I would like to have a german-speaking support for the software for our collegues. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions.

The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts. I love that Loomly gives you a whole calendar view of your month! It’s very user friendly and offers ideas for posting when you’ve ran out of things to post about. My other favorite feature is the hashtag library! You can keep all of your hashtags organized and right there when you need them! Loomly gives me the freedom of being able to run my social media’s from one quick website! Having a website that also manages advertisements is a big help too! I can give Loomly a budget and let Loomly take care of the rest! It knows that preforming well and when to boost it! I love the fact that Loomly allows me to plan my week and even my month! All I have to do is schedule my posts! I can even schedule my posts for the exact time my views are most active! This allows our page to get more view and clicks. That’s very important! Loomly puts all of my social media platforms in one website. I can cross post super fast. The main thing that it helps me with is keeping my hashtags all in one place. I don’t have to constantly write out 30 hashtags anymore. I also like the fact that it helps me with post ideas! The main problem I’m solving with Loomly is: PRODUCTIVE WORK. I’m no longer wasting time having to go back and forth to each social media platform to post the same content. It’s all in one spot! I’m getting more done and I’m also planning way more! I love the queues functionality that eClincher has - this can (if you want it to) quickly fill up your social calendar for you with a little bit of work. You can also run campaigns with the feature that have a shelf life. It takes a little bit of time to set up fpr each network but can truly be a set it and forget it feature! The reports leave some to be desired. Currently there is no aggregate option to build custom reports (you can look at up to 5 profiles in an aggregate view) although, this is on their road-map for the next year, so I'll be happy when that comes in. What do you like best?

Copper was able to help us really streamline the sales process by giving different visuals of our leads and opportunities. How it also integrates well with G Suite/ Google Workspace is superb as it makes it easier for us, a company that wants everything in our Chrome browser. Just being in our inbox already shows us a great deal of what we need without even having to open Copper unless we want the overall view of the important things. The integration works seamlessly and it will definitely be a plus for businesses already using G Suite for their company. Our team was able to adapt to using it in just a matter of weeks if not days as it's very user-friendly. The reports also give us great insights and clearly indicate the pain points and where balls got dropped. It definitely helped how we scaled our business over time. What do you dislike?

For us, it's more about being able to integrate our marketing outreach as well in a more cohesive manner. Adding more features that will help us have a holistic approach in reaching our customers and not relying on others (ie Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign) then that addition will definitely help a ton. Because currently our sales team and accounts team definitely find it valuable but I would also love to live in a day where the marketing team also heavily relies on it for our email outreach to potential customers/clients. Currently, it does suit a lot of small to medium businesses however if we're to recommend it to a growing company like ours, then additional features are definitely needed so Copper can cater to the needs of bigger businesses. #Paid is a platform to connect with brands that are a correct fit. They send notifications through both e-mail and text messaging to ensure you don't miss one of their messages.

Their integrated platform is nice to upload directly to the site versus using Google Drive or other file-sharing programs.

What do you dislike?

Timelines to apply, reply or produce or submit content can be last minute. It's a lot of creative work behind the scenes, often including hiring a photographer. Working within 48 hours' notice isn't always possible.

#Paids Terms and Conditions also need to be more clearly listed and not linked out to a separate website page when signing agreements. It feels a bit deceptive. For example, in Canada, taxes are generally considered a post-price add-on, not included in the agreed-upon rates the creator chargers (they are required to remit taxes after all). #Paid includes their T&C's which include this info through a link you have to click on in the agreement - and not stated openly and explicitly in the agreement.

Creators are also left "on-read" with applications. When a brand closes its application process, all "pending" statuses should reflect that so creators know they haven't been selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Realistic Workflow and Sexier Than Hootsuite”
What do you like best?

The most helpful aspect of Agorapulse for my organization is the cost to value ratio. The features and benefits included in their lowest tier plan rival that of a $600 per month Hootsuite account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the content approval process for sending to CLIENTS specifically, in that, you (the content creator) are unable to get approval through the user interface (online) and expectedly receive comments about the reason or issue the content is rejected- IF- you DO NOT specifically choose to send that post (content) for approval by ticking the send email check box. My point is that most clients are NOT going to log into Agorapulse daily, learn the user interface, and check notifications or alerts for new content assigned to them. This is fundamentally flawed and the workflow is designed for social media content creators to communiate with social media managers NOT clients.

Additionally, you are unable to respond directly to those rejection comments for clairification (if needed) UNLESS you edit the content and then resend for apporval. This created a disconnect when clairfication is needed first before a revision and also creates an additonal email you must send outside of Agorapulse. This inadvertinely may make the client uncomfortable in being dragged into a content creation conversation and overwhelmed with emails rather than a simple notification email from Agorpulse. I'm solving the major problem of timely team communication and client approval of a content calendar without having to pay $600 a month. A benefit I have realized is "listening" to hashtags and keywords on each respective social media platform through the Listening feature.
