If you are too broad, the sheer volume of data can be overwhelming. However, once you refine your tracking parameters, the signal-to-noise ratio is exceptional. I really like the email digests. I’m super busy running the shop and I don't always have time to log into a "dashboard". Getting a clean email every morning that says "Hey, 5 people mentioned your bakery today" is perfect. It even found a TikTok where someone was showing off our sourdough and it went semi-viral! I would have totally missed that and lost the chance to comment and thank them if it wasnt for the alerts. It makes me feel like I actually have a PR team even though it’s just me and a laptop. I'm almost too dependent on the alerts now. Every time I see a red notification, my stomach drops a little. But that's not really the tool's fault.
