"Effortless UGC Sourcing and Seamless Creator Collaboration"
What do you like best about Insense?

I like the ease of communicating with creators and sourcing content exactly how we want it. Insense gives us an additional pipeline of UGC creatives that we couldn't produce ourselves. The process of dealing with creators is simple, allowing for quick and efficient payments, so we can avoid lengthy IO processes. The platform dashboards are intuitive and clear, making communication easy and facilitating fast conversations. It also supports dealing with multiple collaborations simultaneously. Additionally, the setup is easy with straightforward registration and card payment details without requiring IOs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

Sometimes the creators are not aware of the platform terms of service (e.g. lifetime usage of assets), which can make negotiations awkward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable platform for creators with secure payments"
What do you like best about Insense?

I really appreciate that Insense offers payouts without additional fees, which makes the collaboration process more creator-friendly. I also love that payments are handled through the platform even if the brand becomes unresponsive, so I always feel protected and confident that my work will be compensated. The interface is easy to navigate, and it’s simple to find campaign opportunities that match my niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

Sometimes the pitch process for campaigns feels a bit too long and repetitive. It can take extra time to provide detailed answers for each opportunity, even when the project requirements are similar. I wish the application process was more streamlined, so creators could apply more quickly without sacrificing quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable platform for steady UGC work"
What do you like best about Insense?

I like that Insense gives me consistent access to real, paid UGC projects. The briefs are clear, the brands are responsive, and the workflow is easy to follow. Payments have been smooth, and I’ve booked a good mix of quick projects and higher-value campaigns. It’s been one of the more reliable platforms for keeping my creator workload steady, even while living abroad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

Some projects fill fast, so you need to check the app often. A few brands take longer to review content, which can slow down payouts. Nothing major, but those delays can add friction when I’m trying to keep a tight schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Connecting with news brands for UGC"
What do you like best about Insense?

I love connecting with new brands and learning about new products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

I love Insense, so I hate to say this, but it’s wayyyy easier when I get to work with the brands directly, than it is when the brands hire the Insense team to do the work for them. Whenever I have to work with the Insense team, the collabs take over a month (sometimes two!) to close out, and the briefs always sound like they’re made by ChatGPT. In addition, the Insense team doesn’t do product research before sending the brief, so the briefs don’t always make sense. For example, one of my briefs asked me make the tin foil of a chocolate bar reflect the sunlight… but the chocolate bar wasn’t wrapped in tinfoil - it was wrapped in paper. "Seamless UGC Collaboration with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Insense?

I like that I am recommended to campaigns by the insense team. I like that I can apply it decline campaigns as I see fit for my business and niche. I like that insense is easy to communicate with and gives timely responses. I like that I can negotiate and speak to the brand directly but if there are any issues with the campaign that the brand isn't able to resolve, insense can step in to help. It's an easy and fun way to work in ugc creation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

I dont like the brands can change scripts, products or expected content after hiring. I think the contact should be open fair and honest before the hiring process. It looks bad to cancel after you've been hired simply because the brand changed something on you last minute. This happens when 3rd parties are posting campaigns for multiple brands or products for the same quarter. I would like this to be more controlled or regulated by insense itself. "Empowers Creators, Needs Better Payment Process"
What do you like best about Insense?

I appreciate Insense for helping me figure out my strengths and weaknesses as a creator, which allows me to focus on what I need to improve. It also benefits my work by letting me make videos and add them to my portfolio. I like the range of different deals and brands that Insense offers, not only allowing you to earn money but also providing free products. One of the tools I value most is the ability to connect my Instagram and TikTok pages, making it easier for brands to find me by hitting our links to see if we're a good fit. Setting up Insense was pretty easy, as I just followed the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

Sometimes brands don't pay or they'll ghost you. Also, the automated chat could be worked on. The timing of when a client is supposed to pay you sometimes doesn't line up well with their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Platform for аinding йuality UGC щpportunities"
What do you like best about Insense?

I’ve been using Insense for over a year and it has become one of my favorite platforms for UGC collaborations. I love how intuitive and easy the interface is to navigate, even when managing multiple campaigns at once. There is always a wide variety of brand campaigns across different niches, which makes it easy to find opportunities that truly match my style and content. The platform feels very creator friendly, and the overall workflow from application to content delivery is smooth and well thought out. I always recommend Insense to my fellow UGC creators because it genuinely helps streamline the collaboration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

There isn’t much to dislike, but occasionally communication with some brands can take longer than expected. It would be great to have even more tools that help creators stay updated on campaign progress or receive quicker responses. Otherwise, the platform works very well for my needs. "Streamlined UGC Partnerships, Frustrating Invite System"
What do you like best about Insense?

I love being able to pitch to brands that align with my niche and rates. Seeing the brief upfront is great because it gives me an idea of what I need to do and the number of deliverables, so there aren't surprises later. I like that I can target brands within my budget range. I can avoid brands that don't align or have too low of a budget, and I can write a unique pitch for brands that meet my expectations. I really like being able to reuse previous pitches, which saves me from starting from scratch each time. The payment process is super easy, and adding examples to my unlimited portfolio is a breeze. Also, not having to chase down brands for payment is wonderful because once they close the campaign and accept my content, the money is directly in my wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

Brands can invite you to briefs even if they don't align with the types of collaborations you're interested in, which is frustrating. Even if you decline an invitation and provide feedback about why, it doesn't seem to impact future invitations. It's like no consideration is given to preferences, and it feels pointless. One time, I had a brand spam my invite box with over 10 invites for gifted products, which I'm not open to and have stated as much on the app. Having to explain why I decline each one is a chore and doesn't change anything. The removal of the desktop version of the app was annoying for someone like me who prefers working on a computer, but thankfully, it's back now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Brand Collaborations for Creators"
What do you like best about Insense?

I love Insense because it connects me with brands that fit my personal niches and content creation abilities, making it easier for me to find brand deals without having to search for them actively. There’s a wide variety of brands on Insense, ranging from fashion and beauty to food and wellness, so there’s something for all creators. The communication process is quite easy, and the initial setup was seamless as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

Sometimes uploading content into Insense for approval gets tricky, and I encounter technical difficulties in this area. To alleviate this issue, I simply upload my content into my own Google Drive folder and then share this folder with the brand for review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the Best tools for influencers"
What do you like best about Insense?

I love how they have really streamlined working with brands. From being able to match with brands, to timelines, payment and communication are all at the drop of a hat right there in the app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insense?

There seems to be some issues the last few months where I would upload content for various brands, and then the content somehow never gets to the brand. I’ve thankfully found a way to get around that but it seems to just be an issue with the regular upload. When you upload content under “other content” it goes through fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
