What do you like best about Calendly?

I love how Calendly integrates directly with my Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meet. The notification features before meetings for reminders are mind-blowing. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about creating a Zoom link after getting an appointment, as this tool does it for me very smoothly. It's also great that I don't have to manually send Zoom links or do follow-ups; everything is on this tool. I'd rate the initial setup a 10/10, and I'm highly likely to recommend Calendly to others. The software is great. That said, the best thing about Qualified is their Customer Success team. Our CSM has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the prospect experience on our site, to lead routing, and the AI capabilities, I cannot recommend Qualified enough to any team.

It's hard to say anything here. If I had to nitpick, I would like for the tool to better identify current customers who are visiting our site. I like how easy it is to use and how often we can rely on it. It’s a familiar tool with all the necessary features we require. It integrates seamlessly with the other services we use, like our banks. To be honest, the UI could be better, as could the API endpoints and the options for using Xero through custom applications we build for our in-house needs. Hubdoc also needs additional recognition improvements, along with more rules or templates to help classify documents and automatically fill in the relevant fields. What do you like best about GReminders?

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! The system is a huge time saver! The AI notetaker allows me to avoid hiring an employee to take notes and determine action items. What do you like best about NetSuite?

I use NetSuite as my main ERP and financial/inventory system because it solves a lot of problems like inventory management, financials, payables, and receivables. Having all the business processes under one platform makes things easy to find, dependable for reporting, and robust to rely upon. What I like most about NetSuite is how customizable it is. It may not be great at any one thing, but you can tailor it to your needs. We were the first retailer of our kind on NetSuite, and we molded it to match our business needs. We've since grown and expanded upon our usage of the software far beyond what we originally intended. NetSuite allows us to modify the system whenever we have a specific business need, like controlling order capacity and delivery scheduling, by creating custom records that fit our requirements. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The UI is slow, clunky, and outdated. I'm hopeful that NetSuite Next (next generation UI) fixes those issues. Navigating between transactions or records can be cumbersome. There also is a pretty steep learning curve around the backend language - understanding how fields and records are joined can be challenging at first. For starters, the look could feel more modern. The current UI feels like it's from the mid-2010s, and it sometimes performs like it. Waiting on fields to populate, sublists to load, transactions to save - it all just feels slow. Creating records, while similar across verticals, could be streamlined. It wasn't that easy. We got lucky in that we had a functional consultant live local to our office in northern IL, but even then we took a staged approach to implementation. What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I have been using Microsoft products for in excess of 25 years personally within our businesses, and I still personally think Microsoft makes some of the best software applications. Five years ago, we upgraded our servers and mail services from on-premises equipment to Office365 cloud solutions. This change was very simple and one of the best decisions we have made. We still have full control over our services without the hassle of owning expensive servers and licensing, and of course, the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and services. We login to the 365 portal a few times a week, to check on settings, or make required updates.

We utilise most of the Office 365 services available to us, and we have very few service-level issues.

- The software is simple to use

- Very cost-effective compared to legacy solutions

- Robust

- Innovation - Microsoft are always looking at new tools or making existing processes better

- Integration - Integrates well with other 3rd parties software

- Great mobile Apps for access on the move

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

We had one technical issue with a registered Domain on the Office 365 platform, even after deleting the domain it was showing up as still being connected on the Microsoft Exchange server. I have contacted support a dozen times and still no fix to date.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. The information is presented clearly and is straightforward to follow. I also found the initial setup process to be very quick, which was a big plus for me. Navigating the viewing features is simple, and I like that you can download or print documents directly from the review page.

The Dashboards and reports page is another valuable aspect for business use. Having all the information consolidated in one place makes searching for and locating what you need incredibly easy.

Customer support is excellent as well. The team is always available and quick to assist, making it easy to reach out whenever you need help. They are dedicated to resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using Stampli for business invoicing. I use this software daily and have become very proficient with it. The integration process is seamless, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. I believe anyone who chooses Stampli for their business needs will be satisfied with the experience.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. It has sped up approvals, given reps the ability to send contracts for signature instead of relying on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, etc. MonetizeNow has also helped us automate renewals and finally capture renewal data in Hubspot, rather than tracking it manually in a Google Sheet.

However, the best part of working with MonetizeNow has been Perry and the customer success team. They are genuinely attentive and provide a best-in-class CS experience.

MonetizeNow has sped up approvals, enabled reps to send contracts for signature without having to rely on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, and more. Most importantly, MonetizeNow has also helped us automate renewals and, at last, capture renewal data in Hubspot instead of tracking it manually in a Google Sheet. What do you like best about Bill4Time?

What do you dislike about Bill4Time?

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. What do you like best about Sequence?

The flexibility has been the main benefit for us. We’ve been able to configure different pricing models and contract terms without workarounds, and adjust things as the business changes. What do you like best about Checkbook?

I appreciate Checkbook for its unique ability to issue paper checks, which is a valuable addition for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkbook?

They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident.
