I mostly use Calendly for interviews, quick client calls, and follow-ups, and honestly it makes scheduling a lot less annoying. Before this, I used to coordinate times manually over email or Slack, and it ended up wasting more time than I expected especially when different time zones were involved.
The booking links are probably the most useful feature for me, because people can just pick an available slot directly without all the back-and-forth. I also like the reminders and buffer settings, since they help prevent overlapping meetings and reduce last-minute confusion. The thing that’s stood out the most for us is how much of our quote-to-cash process is now in one place. Our pricing is usage-based and fairly involved, but Sequence handles it without us having to develop a bunch of workarounds.
