I love how Calendly integrates directly with my Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meet. The notification features before meetings for reminders are mind-blowing. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about creating a Zoom link after getting an appointment, as this tool does it for me very smoothly. It's also great that I don't have to manually send Zoom links or do follow-ups; everything is on this tool. I'd rate the initial setup a 10/10, and I'm highly likely to recommend Calendly to others. The software is great. That said, the best thing about Qualified is their Customer Success team. Our CSM has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her support over the past year using Qualified has helped us get the most out of it. I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I use NetSuite as my main ERP and financial/inventory system because it solves a lot of problems like inventory management, financials, payables, and receivables. Having all the business processes under one platform makes things easy to find, dependable for reporting, and robust to rely upon. What I like most about NetSuite is how customizable it is. It may not be great at any one thing, but you can tailor it to your needs. We were the first retailer of our kind on NetSuite, and we molded it to match our business needs. We've since grown and expanded upon our usage of the software far beyond what we originally intended. NetSuite allows us to modify the system whenever we have a specific business need, like controlling order capacity and delivery scheduling, by creating custom records that fit our requirements. I have been using Microsoft products for in excess of 25 years personally within our businesses, and I still personally think Microsoft makes some of the best software applications. Five years ago, we upgraded our servers and mail services from on-premises equipment to Office365 cloud solutions. This change was very simple and one of the best decisions we have made. We still have full control over our services without the hassle of owning expensive servers and licensing, and of course, the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and services. We login to the 365 portal a few times a week, to check on settings, or make required updates.
We utilise most of the Office 365 services available to us, and we have very few service-level issues.

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. The information is presented clearly and is straightforward to follow. I also found the initial setup process to be very quick, which was a big plus for me. Navigating the viewing features is simple, and I like that you can download or print documents directly from the review page.
The Dashboards and reports page is another valuable aspect for business use. Having all the information consolidated in one place makes searching for and locating what you need incredibly easy.
Customer support is excellent as well. The team is always available and quick to assist, making it easy to reach out whenever you need help. They are dedicated to resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using Stampli for business invoicing. I use this software daily and have become very proficient with it. I love how easy to use it is and how friendly it is with everything. It's very straightforward if you want to take a look into something. I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point.
