“Xero Makes Day to Day Accounting Easy and Organized”
What do you like best about Xero?

What I like best about Xero is how easy it makes managing day to day accounting. The interface is simple to navigate, and features like automatic bank reconciliation, invoicing and expense tracking save a lot of time. I also appreciate the integrations with other business tools, which make it easier to keep everything organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

Some of the more advanced features can take a while to learn, especially for new users. Pricing can also get expensive as your business grows and you need to add more features or additional users. From time to time, the system can feel a bit slow, and I wish some of the customization options were more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero helps solve the problem of managing accounting tasks manually and keeping financial information organized. It makes invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation and financial reporting much easier and reduces the amount of time spent on repetitive bookkeeping. This helps me stay on top of my finances, reduce errors and have a clearer view of my business’s financial position. Overall, it saves time and makes day to day financial management more efficient. “Calendly Makes Scheduling Effortless with Clean, Professional Calendar Integration”
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like best about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling meetings without the usual back-and-forth communication. I can share my availability through one link, and other people can choose a time that works for them. I also like the calendar integration because it helps prevent scheduling conflicts and keeps appointments organized automatically. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and setting up different meeting types is straightforward. Overall, Calendly saves time and makes the entire scheduling process much more convenient and professional. My experience with Calendly’s automated features has been positive. I especially like how it automatically handles scheduling based on my availability and helps prevent calendar conflicts. Automated confirmations and reminders also reduce the need for manual follow-ups. These features make the scheduling process more efficient and help me stay organized without having to manage every step manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

What I dislike about Calendly is that some of the more advanced features are limited to paid plans. The free version works well for basic scheduling, but additional customization, integrations, and automation options may require an upgrade. I also think the setup can feel slightly overwhelming at first when configuring multiple event types and availability rules. However, once everything is configured properly, the platform becomes much easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly solves the problem of coordinating meeting times between different people. Instead of exchanging multiple messages to find a suitable time, I can simply share my scheduling link and let others choose from my available time slots. This saves me time, reduces scheduling conflicts, and helps me keep meetings organized in one place. It is especially useful when arranging meetings with people who have different schedules, making the overall process faster and more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Exceptional Engagement Tool with Proactive Support”
What do you like best about Qualified?

I really appreciate Qualified's service model, especially our CSM, Ethan, who is incredibly proactive. It's probably the best success team I've ever worked with, helping us find use cases and solve problems. The visibility into the prospect and customer journey on our website is really helpful, letting us see real-time activities and history to inform our conversations. The livestream feature is frequently used by our SDRs to engage prospects on high-intent pages to pull them into our pipeline earlier. The signals component is valuable, as it aggregates customer engagement into accounts, helping our team prioritize outreach and making our communications more relevant. Qualified also offered unique functionality like real-time engagement and monitoring through the livestream component, which we couldn’t find elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

I'd say our connection with Salesforce could be a little bit better. Sometimes I tend to lose prospects between Salesforce and Qualified, and I have a hard time finding a prospect tagged with the Qualified campaign. It would really be nice if the integration was better, like having everything I see within Qualified embedded into Salesforce, maybe within an iframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Qualified:

If you're looking to provide the best conversational marketing service to your customers on the market, Qualified is it. Not only because of the excellent product but the incredible success and support teams that make sure you're getting the most from the platform every step of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualified increases visibility into engaged prospects and offers real-time engagement, turning interest into potential sales conversions. It allows us to interface with prospects on our website, making customer engagement easier and more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Microsoft-Outlook Sync and Automated Reminders with Flexible Configuration”
What do you like best about GReminders?

What I find most helpful about GReminders is that it links with our Microsoft Outlook calendars, syncs appointments immediately, and sends out automated reminders—by email or SMS—to our clients for those appointments. We can set up automated initial appointments confirmations, reminders, changed appointments and follow-ups for each calendar, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

The best thing I’ve found is that it offers an option for almost everything we want to configure, so we can tailor it to our needs. The price is also not high for our usage. Their website has an AI assistant, meaning that when I post my questions, the AI searches and finds the correct response.

The salesperson, support team, and billing team each helped me along the way to figure out the process. The website performance is fast and complete compared to other alternative platforms out there. After using it a couple of times, I found it user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

I don’t see any significant disadvantages to GReminders. It offers lots of configuration options to choose from. The main downside, though, is figuring out where each configuration setting is located and understanding what each one is relevant for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem GReminders helps to solve is automating telling customers about their appointment start date and time.

For example it automated sending of appointment dates and times, including the initial appointment confirmation, day-before reminders, and even follow-ups to request Google reviews. It also helps with notifying clients about schedule changes, such as updated dates and times in our calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful ERP with Flexibility but a Learning Curve”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is having accounting and financial information centralized in one system. I regularly use it for journal entries, AP, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ability to drill down from a financial report directly to the underlying transactions is particularly helpful when researching variances or supporting balances.

I also find the CSV import functionality and saved searches very useful. They allow us to streamline repetitive processes and automate transaction uploads that would otherwise require significant manual entry. NetSuite is flexible enough to support multiple entities, departments, and classes, which is especially valuable in a more complex accounting environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One of the biggest challenges with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, particularly when working with financial reporting and CSV imports. Import errors can sometimes be difficult to troubleshoot because the error messages do not always clearly identify the underlying problem.

Financial reporting can also require significant customization to obtain the information in the exact format needed. I would like to see stronger and more user-friendly reporting tools, especially for cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation.

NetSuite is very powerful, but the learning curve can be steep, and relatively simple tasks can sometimes require multiple steps or customized solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetSuite helps us centralize accounting and financial information across multiple entities and provides a consistent platform for AP, journal entries, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

One of the biggest benefits for me is the ability to automate processes that would otherwise require significant manual work. For example, CSV imports allow us to upload large volumes of transactions instead of entering them individually, and saved searches help with reconciliations, research, and recurring reporting.

From a financial reporting perspective, having the ability to drill down from financial statements to the underlying transactions also makes it easier to investigate variances, support balances, and complete month-end and quarter-end reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Invoice Management, Seamless Usability”
What do you like best about Stampli?

I like Stampli for its easy and user-intuitive interface. It's a great project management center for finances. I use it to review, approve, and organize invoices, solving the problem of having to email each vendor individually for invoice details. Everything is consolidated in one place. I appreciate the approval tools where I can see who in the queue has approved and what my next role is. Stampli's invoice organizing tool lets me view past invoices and see who has approved them. It's been easier to use and more efficient compared to the previous system. Even though I didn't set it up, the tutorial made it very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

Whenever I click on an invoice to maximize the screen to see it better, it doesn't do anything but zoom in to the document itself. I expect it to open up in a new tab with the full screen of the invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Stampli to consolidate and organize invoices, eliminating the need to email each vendor individually. It's user-friendly and intuitive. I value the approval tools that show who has approved invoices and my next action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple and Professional Tool for Managing Invoices and Quotations”
What do you like best about Refrens Accounting?

What I like most about Refrens is how simple and easy it makes the invoicing process. I can quickly create professional invoices and quotations, manage client details and track payments from one place. The quotation-to-invoice option is also very helpful and saves a lot of time. The interface is clean and easy to understand, even without having advanced accounting knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Refrens Accounting?

The main thing I feel can be improved is the level of customisation available for invoices. The existing options are good, but having more flexibility to customise the layout and fields would be helpful. Some features can also feel a little more than what is needed for simple invoicing and payment tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Refrens Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Refrens is helping me solve the problem of managing quotations, invoices and payment tracking in one place. Earlier, keeping track of invoices and pending payments could become difficult, especially when dealing with multiple clients. With Refrens, I can create invoices quickly, keep client details organised and easily check which payments are pending. This saves time and makes the overall billing process much more organised. “Microsoft 365: A Comprehensive, Secure Collaboration Ecosystem Powered by Copilot”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how it brings collaboration, productivity, and security together in a single ecosystem. Whether teams are working remotely or across global locations, tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Office applications make it easy to communicate, share information, and collaborate in real time. I also appreciate the integration of AI through Microsoft Copilot, which helps automate routine tasks, summarize meetings, generate content, and improve decision-making. Having spent many years at Microsoft leading enterprise initiatives, I've seen firsthand how Microsoft 365 enables organizations to work more efficiently, strengthen governance and security, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

While Microsoft 365 is an exceptionally powerful platform, its breadth of capabilities can also make it complex to manage. Organizations often struggle to fully utilize all of the available features because of the learning curve and the pace at which new functionality is introduced. Keeping users trained, maintaining governance, and managing licensing can be challenging, particularly in large enterprises. That said, Microsoft continues to improve the platform with AI, security enhancements, and user experience updates, making it one of the most comprehensive productivity and collaboration solutions available today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 solves the challenge of keeping people productive, connected, and secure regardless of where they work. By integrating communication, document collaboration, file storage, project management, and AI-powered productivity into a single platform, it eliminates many of the barriers created by disconnected tools. For me, it has enabled more efficient project and program management through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, and the Office suite. It has improved collaboration with stakeholders, simplified document sharing and version control, and reduced time spent on administrative work through automation and AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot. As someone who has led large-scale enterprise programs, Microsoft 365 has helped me keep distributed teams aligned, make faster decisions, and deliver projects more effectively while maintaining strong security and governance. What do you like best about Anchor?

The software is intuitive and makes it very easy to build proposals, email them, and track their progress with the signer. I learned how to use the software in less than an hour and had my first proposal sent out within 2 hours of signing up. I love how you can create an invoice and bill right from the proposal as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anchor?

There are many steps to verifying your business and setting up payment processing. If you have to change a bank account, you have to go through verification again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. The customer can add their payment method right to the agreement and pay the invoice immediately. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

I use Bill for both paying out to vendors and reimbursing employees as well as a Vendor myself, drafting invoices and receiving payments. It works functionally across all categories. And the iPhone app actually works quite well - sometimes even better for quick receipt processing and reimbursements than the desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

For some reason, Bill disallowed the use of certain symbols in their Memo section. They used to allow me to use the @ symbol and additional symbols like that, and now they don't. I found it quite helpful to use those and unnecessarily restrictive. I imagine there's a coding reason for it or something like that, but I wished they didn't change that. I also find the Approval process can be confusing at times, because the steps aren't specifically guided as seamlessly as they are in the iPhone app. The app moves me through the approval process really easily and smoothly. The desktop app I don't always know if the approval and payment out has processed correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Scheduling That Stays Simple and Cost-Effective”
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like most is its combination of powerful scheduling features and simplicity. It offers unlimited event types, calendar integrations, automated workflows, and customizable booking pages, yet it still feels easy to use and cost-effective compared to many alternatives like Calendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

I like everything about it. I like all of its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cal ID solves the hassle of manual scheduling, endless back-and-forth, and fragmented meeting management. Instead of spending time coordinating availability through emails or messages, it automates the booking process by syncing calendars, managing time zones, sending reminders, and handling rescheduling automatically.

For me, this boosts productivity and saves a significant amount of time, especially when I’m managing client meetings, demos, interviews, or team coordination. It also feels more professional for clients, since they can instantly book an available slot without delays. Features like workflow automation, integrations, and team scheduling further streamline operations and help reduce missed meetings and scheduling conflicts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Handled ~800 signed event waivers in one weekend”
What do you like best about Jotform?

We needed e-sign liability waivers for a company racing event on short notice. I built two signature-heavy forms (per-clause initials, driver's license and insurance fields, emergency contacts, conditional logic) the day before the event and collected roughly 800 signed documents in about 72 hours without the product breaking a sweat. The builder is fast and intuitive, Jotform Sign handled legally-worded agreements better than I expected, and every submission showed up in Jotform Tables in real time so our staff could check people in at the gate from a phone. When we outgrew our plan mid-event, upgrading took two minutes and the limits lifted instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

The plan limits on signed documents are easy to underestimate. Bronze includes 100 signed docs a month, which we burned through within hours on day one, and the warning emails threatening to disable our documents landed mid-event, so the jump from the $39 tier to the $129 Gold tier felt forced rather than chosen. A pay-as-you-go signature add-on would fit spiky, event-style usage much better. Minor gripe: the volume of marketing and upsell emails after signup is heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to get assumption-of-risk waivers and release agreements signed by every attendee at a large company event, plus a stricter agreement for drivers where we verified age, driver's license, and insurance details. Paper would have been a check-in nightmare, and dedicated e-sign tools get expensive fast at that volume. With Jotform one person spun up both agreements in a day, attendees signed from their phones before arriving, and staff used the submissions in Tables to verify licenses and insurance during check-in. Around 800 signed documents collected over one weekend with zero lost paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible Transaction Rating Through a Comprehensive REST API”
What do you like best about Tridens Monetization?

Tridens Monetization gives us the flexibility to rate transaction services using more than a single price or volume threshold. We can configure tiered pricing across a billing cycle and include attributes such as transaction source, destination, and account type in the calculation. The REST API is comprehensive and fits well into our existing processing flow, while the UI gives us a clear overview of the configured rating logic and results. The newer AI-assisted configuration tools have also made it faster to prepare and test new rating scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tridens Monetization?

The initial API integration required some adjustments on our side and a good understanding of the Monetization data model. The implementation was successful, but more end-to-end examples for less common transaction-rating scenarios would make the first setup easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tridens Monetization solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Tridens Monetization to calculate transaction fees when pricing depends on cumulative volume within a billing cycle and on additional attributes, including source, destination, and account type. Automating these calculations removes a significant amount of manual work, applies the same rules consistently, and makes it easier to introduce or change rate plans. “Rapidly Improving Platform with Friendly, Same-Day Support”
What do you like best about Tabs?

I've been using it for close to a year now, and it's been fun to watch the product mature - new features roll out, workflows get smoother, and it's clear the team is actively listening to feedback rather than letting the platform stagnate.

Every now and then we've hit a one-off snag (as you do with any tool), but their support team has consistently been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted, usually same day.

I'm also excited about some of the newer automation features they've been rolling out, definitely on my list to dig into and offload some of our more repetitive invoicing, cash collection and revenue recognition tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs?

A few things that could use some polish: we've run into occasional outages, which doesn't happen too often but could potentially be an issue if I needed to get an urgent invoice out. I'd also love the ability to export just my search results rather than being forced to export every invoice each time - a small thing, but it'd save a lot of time. Lastly, because of how tightly Tabs integrates with our other systems, there are some restrictions on making manual updates or edits, which can be a bit limiting when we need to make a quick fix on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated invoicing, with integrations to our other platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite. Additional features down the line that could further automate our revenue recognition process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Bill360 Makes Payments Faster with a Convenient “Pay Now” Button”
What do you like best about Bill360?

We have never had a "Pay Now" button for our customers and it has ALWAYS been asked for. It is great to have that readily available. This helps with the one time customers that are typically harder to track down for payment. When the invoice is sent from Bill360 it shows when the customer opened the email so there is never a "I didnt receive the invoice" excuse. Happy to be able to receive payments in a more timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill360?

Honestly I havent been working with it enough to find something I dislike but at the moment I am hard pressed to find something as well. Overall the product works as intended and I hopefully do not find anything I dislike moving foward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bill360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our first day implementing Bill360 we had a customer use the "pay now" options and that is already a one time customer that we will not have to reach out to in order to get paid. Also the outstanding payments being included on the invoice helps so much. This is one thing our owner has wanted for a long time with our invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“One place for everything we need in billing.”
What do you like best about Sequence?

The thing that’s stood out the most for us is how much of our quote-to-cash process is now in one place. Our pricing is usage-based and fairly involved, but Sequence handles it without us having to develop a bunch of workarounds. Building quotes using the CPQ module is intuitive, e-signature is built-in, and once a deal gets signed the billing schedules and invoices follow on naturally. It’s a smooth process from quote to payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequence?

Nothing big. There are edge cases that can require help, but the support team is responsive and the issues we’ve raised have tended to show up on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sequence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sequence consolidated our quoting, contracts, billing, and invoicing into a single system. Instead of stitching together multiple products, we can handle them in one workflow. For a usage-based model like ours, that means fewer manual steps and far more confidence in what we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“meetergo Made Scheduling Effortless with Game-Changing SMS Reminders”
What do you like best about meetergo?

When you’re trying to build a dental startup, you quickly realize that answering booking calls all day just isn’t sustainable. Both of us were doing it, and it was exhausting. A friend suggested meetergo, and I’ll be honest: I didn’t think a scheduling tool would make that much of a difference. But it really did. Patients can find us, book their own slot, receive a confirmation, and then actually show up. The SMS reminders, in particular, have been a huge help, because anyone who’s run a dental practice knows how costly a no-show is when the chair is sitting empty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about meetergo?

The one gap for us is collecting documents before the appointment. We still have to chase patients separately for insurance details and any previous records, which feels like an extra step that shouldn’t exist. If this were built into the booking flow, it would complete the whole patient intake experience for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were losing big chunks of our day just picking up the phone to arrange appointments. Now that time goes into actually running and growing the practice. Bookings come in while we sleep, reminders go out without us having to think about it, and our no-show rate has come down quite a bit. When you’re a small team, every hour matters, and Meetergo has given us a lot of that time back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible API and UI/UX That Beats Calendly, but Very Poor and Unprofessional Support”
What do you like best about Cal.com?

The flexibility of their API call, and how well documented they are. The UI/UX is also better than Calendly or other booking tools in my opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal.com?

Their support is bad. There is a recent webhook issue with their API and the call identifier was not passed from their end. I've raised and followed-up with the issue multiple times. There is no follow-through on the matter and updates on whether the issue is resolved.

As you can imagine, the call identifier is important for me to use in my downstream automation and without that, everything breaks. The team is not professional in resolving the issue for me or know the severity of it all.

When followed-up again, their reply to me was "Can you test it out now?" or "These things take a bit of time but we will update you as soon as we line it up. It's been 19 hours since I reported the issue".

And I had to be the one who proactively followed-up with them. Until now I still did not get an updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless, Reliable UI with Endless Integrations and Effortless Onboarding”
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What stands out most is how seamless it is for our users and customers. The UI is very responsive and consistently works without fail. The integrations feel endless, with APIs, AppClips, and kiosk displays. Onboarding was straightforward, and training our team was effortless. The cost is something we’re happy to pay for the ease of use it adds for both our customers and staff. As a Business Systems Manager, there’s almost nothing that requires my attention, which is important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

If I had to dig deep, the only thing I could say is that I wish the analytics were a bit more in-depth. I’d also like a true test environment that’s completely separate from our production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re a high-volume distribution company with about 3,000 walk-in customers each week. Waitwhile has helped us move away from the standard “wait in line” mentality by letting customers walk around our showroom while they wait, which often leads them to discover products they might not have noticed otherwise. It also lets customers see which location has the shortest line and join our line in advance from their phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Not for users who need hands held, but it stays out of your way does what it needs to.”
What do you like best about Bill4Time?

It's comprehensive. We don't use all of the functionality but I like that it's there if we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill4Time?

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. In addition, we need to color-code our appointments and B4T doesn't do that. We use Google instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bill4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?

We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. It helps me stay on top of my cases and bill all of my time. That helps my productivity and keeps the clients happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
