As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. We had one technical issue with a registered Domain on the Office 365 platform, even after deleting the domain it was showing up as still being connected on the Microsoft Exchange server. I have contacted support a dozen times and still no fix to date.

Sometimes, if there's a feature that doesn't work with NetSuite, it can take ages for them to address it with an enhancement because not a lot of customers may want it. Stampli is doing a great job consolidating invoices into one clearly visible area for approval by the people who need to review and approve the invoices. No longer are pending invoices slipping through the cracks and possibly getting additional fees because of late payments. I would love to see improvements in merging vendors. It's a hassle when the vendor details don't work because of payment details or address errors, you have to create a new vendor for that transaction instead of changing it within the existing vendor. I use BILL AP/AR for managing vendor payments and tracking receivables. It consolidates vendor payments into one platform, saving me from entering transactions separately. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. There is no undo button. It's very easy to accidentally alter or even delete aspects of the form as I'm editing it, but there is no way to undo any action. Some glitches such as the one mentioned above could definitely be smoothed out. The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident.
