As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage.

The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages. For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product? This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

What do you like best about Xero?

Xero is great of how simple it makes invoicing and tracking payments. I can create and send invoices right from the platform, and clients can pay through paypal, which fit well with how i alreday run things. Matching payments to invoices is easy straightforward and i really appreciate having all my subscription and monthly expenses in one spot. Before switching to xero, i was using one tool for invoicing and then tracking everything manually in excel and clickup, it worked, but it felt scattered and easy to mess up. What do you like best about GReminders?

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I have been using Microsoft products for in excess of 25 years personally within our businesses, and I still personally think Microsoft makes some of the best software applications. Five years ago, we upgraded our servers and mail services from on-premises equipment to Office365 cloud solutions. This change was very simple and one of the best decisions we have made. We still have full control over our services without the hassle of owning expensive servers and licensing, and of course, the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and services. We login to the 365 portal a few times a week, to check on settings, or make required updates.

We utilise most of the Office 365 services available to us, and we have very few service-level issues.

- The software is simple to use

- Very cost-effective compared to legacy solutions

- Robust

- Innovation - Microsoft are always looking at new tools or making existing processes better

- Integration - Integrates well with other 3rd parties software

- Great mobile Apps for access on the move

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

We had one technical issue with a registered Domain on the Office 365 platform, even after deleting the domain it was showing up as still being connected on the Microsoft Exchange server. I have contacted support a dozen times and still no fix to date.

I really like that NetSuite is very easy to customize. You can hire a consultant to customize the system or write a script, and the system can be expanded or tailored based on different business needs, making it almost like a bespoke system for any business. It's also very easy to use and understand. Being a 100% cloud-based system is a great benefit, especially since we have people working across the globe and it allows us to see data in real-time without waiting for transactions to process. Sometimes, if there's a feature that doesn't work with NetSuite, it can take ages for them to address it with an enhancement because not a lot of customers may want it. Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. It's a hassle when the vendor details don't work because of payment details or address errors, you have to create a new vendor for that transaction instead of changing it within the existing vendor. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. However, the best part of working with MonetizeNow has been Perry and the customer success team. They are genuinely attentive and provide a best-in-class CS experience.

What do you like best about Bill4Time?

It's comprehensive. We don't use all of the functionality but I like that it's there if we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill4Time?

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. In addition, we need to color-code our appointments and B4T doesn't do that. We use Google instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bill4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?

We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. What do you like best about Sequence?

The flexibility has been the main benefit for us. We’ve been able to configure different pricing models and contract terms without workarounds, and adjust things as the business changes. What do you like best about Checkbook?

I appreciate Checkbook for its unique ability to issue paper checks, which is a valuable addition for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkbook?

They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident.
