GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled.

Overall, my experience has been positive. That said, the licensing and subscription plans can feel a bit expensive for individual users or small businesses, and some advanced features come with a learning curve for new users. The interface continues to be a huge challenge for me. I have it synced with QuickBooks Online but overall do not find the user experience easy or enjoyable. I think because of this I have not dug deeper into the features or how else I could be using it. I do not feel that it's really clear what it's doing or how it's set up. I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. The customer can add their payment method right to the agreement and pay the invoice immediately. Their support is bad. There is a recent webhook issue with their API and the call identifier was not passed from their end. I've raised and followed-up with the issue multiple times. There is no follow-through on the matter and updates on whether the issue is resolved.

As you can imagine, the call identifier is important for me to use in my downstream automation and without that, everything breaks. The team is not professional in resolving the issue for me or know the severity of it all.

When followed-up again, their reply to me was "Can you test it out now?" or "These things take a bit of time but we will update you as soon as we line it up. It's been 19 hours since I reported the issue".

I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. Our first day implementing Bill360 we had a customer use the "pay now" options and that is already a one time customer that we will not have to reach out to in order to get paid. The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident.
