"Useful Lockbox & Auto-Cheque Matching, but Support Can Be Slow and Inconsistent"
3/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

The lockbox feature and auto-cheque matching are very useful, and not a lot of other payment processor companies offer that as an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

Their support isn’t always the best. I’ve been given incorrect answers before, and I’ve had to correct them myself just to get the information I need. Sometimes it also takes 48+ hours to get a response from their support line. Some of their support staff are great, but others are lackluster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unreliable Sage Intacct Integration Creates Posting Failures and Manual Workarounds"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

Paystand offers a convenient way for customers to make electronic payments, helping reduce the administrative burden associated with traditional payment collection. The integration with Sage Intacct also has significant potential to streamline accounts receivable processes by reducing manual payment entry and reconciliation. When functioning as intended, these capabilities can improve efficiency for both our accounting team and our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

The biggest frustration with Paystand is the reliability of its integration with Sage Intacct, particularly when it comes to respecting existing system configurations and business rules.

We've experienced recurring payment posting failures related to credit card surcharge handling, as well as situations where Paystand's automated communications did not honor customer invoice delivery preferences established in Sage Intacct.

These issues are especially frustrating because they undermine the primary benefit of implementing an integrated payment solution: reducing manual intervention and improving process efficiency. Instead, they create additional troubleshooting, require workarounds, and introduce risks to data integrity and the customer experience.

Paystand has considerable potential, but greater attention to integration reliability, configuration consistency, and exception handling would make a significant difference. Automation should reinforce established business processes, not introduce new problems that require manual oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless ERP & Ecommerce Payments That Speed Up Invoicing and Shipping"
5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

The integration with our ERP system and our ecommerce site has been really helpful. We can email clients a simple link to pay an invoice, or they can log into our client portal and pay multiple invoices easily. Payments show up quickly and we can verify that they have paid so we can quickly ship their product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

I’m not really sure what I can say about disliking them. We recently moved into a new tier with them and our costs went up, but in the end we still save overall because of the value their tool brings us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reasonable Pricing and a Highly Customizable Portal"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

Compared to other similar services, Paystand's pricing is reasonable. Additionally, the ease with which to customize our portal is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

Paystand Support leaves a bit to be desired; it often takes weeks for an inquiry to be answered, and even when it is, the response isn't always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Purchasing and Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

I like that Paystand centralizes and monitors company purchases, with a supervisor reviewing them before a card number is generated. It makes purchases easier to track for accounting and makes the process smoother than having everyone use their own card. I like that I can use it through Microsoft Teams, get notified when a card is approved, receive reminders to upload receipts, and easily request funds from a specific project. It makes buying supplies for my company less of a hassle, gives accounting the information they need without having to bother people for receipts, and makes it easier for things to go through Paystand. Adding it to my Microsoft Teams toolbar was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paystand Saves Time on Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Tasks"
4/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

Paystand helps handle some of the day-to-day tasks on the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable sides, which saves time. It's nice that it creates Customer Deposits in NetSuite, along with the creation of Deposit in the Banking process (when a Portal sales order is not involved) It's nice that it creates Customer Deposits in NetSuite, along with the creation of Deposit in the Banking process (when a Portal sales order is not involved) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

The process of receiving credit card funds used to take about 24 hours with our regular machines, but with Paystand it can take just as long as the ACH process. We’ve also had difficulty with the connectivity to Woo Commerce. Paystand does not currently recognize the Sales Order number created there or translate it to the NetSuite Sales Order number that follows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Payment Links, but Too Many Technical Glitches"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

Open payment links on quotes that customers can make payments without us needing to manually send a link Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

There are many technical glitches that we have experienced. The pricing changed recently to be 80bps for first time bank transfer payments. This becomes a very large fee for large payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paystand Streamlines AR with Sage Intacct Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

As Sage Intacct users, automatically importing customer invoices into Paystand to manage the AR from there...and the subsequent accounting transactions sent back into Intacct when a customer pays saves us significant time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Payments with Built-In Physical Checks"
5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

I reviewed many different options, and this is one of the few that allows physical checks as part of the process. It simplifies things overall and is easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

The only thing I don’t like is when something doesn’t reconcile perfectly. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it takes a bit of digging to track down the cause. Still, it’s nothing out of the ordinary for a seasoned accountant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy AR Management, but Missing AutoPay Notifications"
5/5
What do you like best about Paystand?

I like the payment links and portal. Paystand has made managing AR much easier. Tenants can pay through the portal, manage their accounts, and set up autopay themselves. The direct integration with NetSuite reduces manual work, streamlines reconciliation, and saves me valuable time while giving tenants a better payment experience. I also found the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

Paystand doesn’t send tenants a “You’re now enrolled in AutoPay” notification, so I get emails and calls from frustrated tenants. I have to go into their NetSuite customer profile on the bank end to see if the flag is checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
