The built-in vide conferencing is hands-down the best part crystal clear, no glitches, and that one-click join makes starting calls a total breeze. The thank you page after booking could offer more tweaks at first glance, but the customize email layout option changes everything. Online Appointment Scheduling works great for our busy exec searches one click joins make client meetings easy. The digital business card is super handy too, share contacts right after without hunting for emails. No more calendar mix-ups, and it always looks pro. What do you like best about meetergo?

Most of my clients book weekly appointments that go on for 3 months, and Meetergo has covered there as well. Rather than creating every session as a separate appointment, clients book once and make on payment for all of a package's sessions, with each automatically syncing to the calendar. The API and webhooks are incredible for our IT workflows. We built custom automations that trigger client onboarding tickets in our system the moment someone books a strategy call. Local transcription in the meetergo log keeps client audits 100% private no US servers involved. Plus, around robin routing distributes demo requests perfectly across our consultants. The smart forms and routing logic. I can ask the right technical questions before a meeting is even booked, which means I show up prepared or the meeting doesn't happen at all if it's not a fit. What do you dislike about meetergo?

Core functionalities are completely underwhelming and full of bugs. Despite using the paid version, there's a constant need to contact support to fix standard functionalities like webhooks that don't function and booking links that stop working suddenly. There are also bugs when creating availabilities in the system. Although support usually resolves these issues quickly with updates, it's frustrating that these basic features are not reliable. The platform is also underdeveloped for the price. Instead of perfecting core features like a the actual booking platform, they focus on AI-based features, missing standard ones promised for months (captcha). I love the round-robin scheduling and SSO setup. It spreads customer support tickets across our 50+ devs perfectly, no overlaps. Calendar sync with Outlook is spot on, and the clean German interface feels professional. Setup was quick, and staff picked it up in a day, making coordinating demos a dream now. What do you like best about meetergo?

Meetergo is extremely user-friendly, which is great of team members who are not very technical. The look of the app is neat, straightforward, and user-friendly. It hardly takes any time to create booking pages and manage meetings. The installation procedure was easy and did not take much of the time or require training. We could start using it without any problems and it took hardly any time. One of the most amazing things about customer support is the support team.
