**What do you like best about meetergo?**

The built-in vide conferencing is hands-down the best part crystal clear, no glitches, and that one-click join makes starting calls a total breeze. It handles our remote team's interviews and client demos flawlessly, saving us from pricey extra subscriptions. Clients are always impressed by how polished it feels right from the start, and it's become our daily go-to for seamless collaboration. Ease of use is spot-on; no one struggles with it.

**What do you dislike about meetergo?**

The thank you page after booking could offer more tweaks at first glance, but the customize email layout option changes everything. Now I can add logos to headers, style footers with contacts, pick fonts, borders, and spacing fully branded and previewed before saving.

**What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It slashes costs by ditching unused software fees, freeing up budget for what matters. Support wise, quick video calls fix tech hiccups in minutes instead of endless emails-huge time-saver. Setup was super easy, under an hour with perfect integrations into out Calendar and CRM.  We use it multiple times daily; customer support's responsive; features are just right without overload. Makes workflows faster and clients happier overall.

Online Appointment Scheduling works great for our busy exec searches one click joins make client meetings easy. The digital business card is super handy too, share contacts right after without hunting for emails. No more calendar mix-ups, and it always looks pro. Really easy for the whole team to use every day.

Not much to complain about really. Everything runs smooth, and the features we need are all there. May be a few more color options for the business card down the road, but it's solid as is it real headaches

Exec searches mean lots of back-and-forth emails before. Now booking is fast online, and cards share info quick. Saves cash on extra tools, set up in under an hour, fits perfect with our calendars and CRM. We use it daily support helps fast, just enough features. Work goes quicker, clients like it.

**What do you like best about meetergo?**

Most of my clients book weekly appointments that go on for 3 months, and Meetergo has covered there as well. Rather than creating every session as a separate appointment, clients book once and make on payment for all of a package's sessions, with each automatically syncing to the calendar. This is much smoother than other tools I've attempted to use, and removes a ton of friction for myself and the client.

The backend dashboard has a lot of buttons, can be a bit busy to look at sometimes.

**What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meetergo has saved me an enormous amount of admin time. I'd also spend hours every sunday reconfirming the sessions for the week, and double checking my schedule. Now everything happens in the background, automatically, which frees up my time, reduces stress and allows me to concentrate on my clients more than ever before

API Doc could use a few more real word webhook examples for edge cases like conditional logic. Took our devs and extra afternoon to nail one integration perfectly, but support jumped in fast to clarify.

I find meetergo a great tool, especially because of its simplicity. The initial installation was easy. I appreciate the many integrations, such as with email inboxes and calendars, which make planning and holding meetings easier.

**What do you dislike about meetergo?**

The connections sometimes drop and you have to resync them without being notified. That features you previously booked are removed and you can't use them at a new appointment is an absolute NO-GO! Information that this and that is no longer possible with this plan, or only for new customers, old customers should not be penalized!

I use meetergo for client appointments. It simplifies meetings and offers many integrations like mailboxes and calendars.

The smart forms and routing logic. I can ask the right technical questions before a meeting is even booked, which means I show up prepared or the meeting doesn't happen at all if it's not a fit. The system automatically routes requests to the right sales engineer, which saves a ton of manual coordination

The logic builder looks complex at first glance. It took a bit of trial and error, but once you understand it, it's very powerful.

Unqualified calls. My calendar is no longer filled with meetings that go nowhere. The conversations I have now are more focused, more technical, and much closer to closing.

I like that meetergo is a European alternative to the 'big players' in the industry and has a pretty platform.

**What do you dislike about meetergo?**

Core functionalities are completely underwhelming and full of bugs. Despite using the paid version, there's a constant need to contact support to fix standard functionalities like webhooks that don't function and booking links that stop working suddenly. There are also bugs when creating availabilities in the system. Although support usually resolves these issues quickly with updates, it's frustrating that these basic features are not reliable. The platform is also underdeveloped for the price. Instead of perfecting core features like a the actual booking platform, they focus on AI-based features, missing standard ones promised for months (captcha).

I use meetergo for managing appointment bookings, solving centralized booking challenges, and providing a better overview of availabilities.

I love the round-robin scheduling and SSO setup. It spreads customer support tickets across our 50+ devs perfectly, no overlaps. Calendar sync with Outlook is spot on, and the clean German interface feels professional. Setup was quick, and staff picked it up in a day, making coordinating demos a dream now.

Meetergo is extremely user-friendly, which is great of team members who are not very technical. The look of the app is neat, straightforward, and user-friendly. It hardly takes any time to create booking pages and manage meetings. The installation procedure was easy and did not take much of the time or require training. We could start using it without any problems and it took hardly any time. One of the most amazing things about customer support is the support team. They are quick to respond, courteous, and always willing to help when we have questions or needs for direction.

Some advanced features take a bit of time to fully understand more step-by-step guides or short tutorials would help new users get comfortable faster.

**What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was quite a slow and unorganized process to schedule meetings before we used Meetergo. We used to have a lot of emails and there were always follow-ups that we forgot. Meetergo has fixed this by making booking very easy and automatic. Meetings are scheduled in less time, leads are taken care of in a better way, and our team gets a lot of time free. The interaction with customers has become better which is a great help to us in concentrating more on closing deals rather than on schedule management.

Is the whit labeling feature. I can have my own custom domain for bookings without any Meetergo branding, which makes my small agency look much bigger. The booking page editor is also really easy to use.

Honestly, not much! It works great. Maybe the mobile app could be a bit quicker.

Sometimes the notification emails land in the "Promotions" tab for candidates, but that's more of a Gmail issue than a meetergo one.

Compliance and control. In financial services, data protection is critical, and meetergo checks every box-from GDPR compliance to German hosting. The permission system is well thought out, and the audit-friendly setup gives our risk and legal teams confidence. Calendar synchronization across large teams works reliably, even with complex availability rules.

The initial rollout required some co-ordination across departments, mainly due to internal approval processes. That said, the product itself stable throughout.

The AI email scheduling. I just CC 'calgent' in an email and it handles the booking. I don't even have to send a link half the time. It's like having a free secretary.

The AI is still in beta so it occasionally misses a nuance in language, but 95% of the time it's spot on.
