I appreciate Checkbook for its unique ability to issue paper checks, which is a valuable addition for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident. This company is fraudulent and a scam, and they do not answer the phone. I received two checks through email from America PAC for the Elon Musk petition referral program. Checkbook.io sent the checks.

I deposited the checks via mobile deposit and my bank flagged the checks and shut my account down saying the checks were fraudulent. When I tried to dispute this matter and explained that they are not fraud, Wells Fargo told me they require verification from Checkbook.io to prove the checks were legitimate. I sent over 30 detailed emails as well as attempted to call them. When you call them, it says “no support agents are available. Leave your number and email and someone will get back to you” and nobody ever calls you. I've called over 100 times.

All I needed them to do was call from a verified phone number and tell my bank the checks were legitimate. They couldn’t even do that.

What financial business does not operate using the phone? It makes no sense.

When I finally do get an email back, it isn’t helpful at all, and my support inquiry is closed and marked completed.

My bank is closing my account on 2/4/25 if I can’t get the checks verified by then. My funds are being held by bank, and I will have to have my long awaited checks recalled and then re-issued if I can’t get this done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Checkbook has been the fastest solution when comparing against other companies. They have always been available to assist when we're in a pinch, or have missed a direct deposit deadline. Our comapnies utilizes them primarily for electronic deposit of funds to our clients and personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had an amazing and helpful experience onboarding our company, which had some complicated solutions. Anthony from their staff was incredibly responsive, even after normal hours and walked me through the entire process. We have been working with them almost a month now and it has streamlined so much of both our accounts receivable and payable workflow! Real time monitoring of transactions and bill payments is good. Easy to keep track of the entire business in a single dashboard. Ease of selecting the vendors and customers. Once I faced some json related errors during the use of the platform. Its the only thing that I disliked. Rest of the options and cloud based monitoring is simply great. An offline version which can sync with the current platform will be an added advantage if we are at rural areas where there is less internet connectivity. The pricing also is a bit of the downside. Checkbook It is what I had been looking for for a while and it fascinates me since I save a lot of my time now I can process from 5 to 400 checks in less than 4 minutes. Cheeckbook is exactly what I needed to send payments to our suppliers and very easily and quickly if the need for the recipient's bank information even spent hours filling envelopes chasing returned checks when someone moved in and reissued lost checks by mail. I am totally satisfied with Cheeckbook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cheeckbook is an excellent Software is an excellent software with which I am stupid I do not have any Complaint about it since it is increasingly improving to measure the comments, if there is something that I would like is that cheeckbook had a mobile application to make payments without the need of the desk Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Checkbook has simplified my payment process so much! Not only has fraud been cut down to 0 after I signed up checkbook for my organization, but I have also been saving so much time with the batch upload feature. The Checkbook Support team was extremely helpful in increasing my limits and I was glad to see that they took necessary KYC steps before going ahead with it. My money feels safe when using Checkbook.
