We don't use all of the functionality but I like that it's there if we need it. **What do you dislike about Bill4Time?** The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. In addition, we need to color-code our appointments and B4T doesn't do that. We use Google instead. **What problems is Bill4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. It helps me stay on top of my cases and bill all of my time. If I am looking for a specific billing entry which has not yet been finalized, I want to be able to locate it without narrowing it to a specific week, etc. Also I'd like to do this without generating a pre-bill. This allows small, two-person firms like mine the ability to present a professional-looking invoicing solution to our clients. The integrated payment options help us get paid more quickly. Bill4Time is also very responsive on those rare occasions when we've experienced a glitch or need customer support, which has been rare (maybe twice in the past 12 years). The platform allows you to customize and generate reports--so many, in fact, that I have not used them all. Bill4Time also seems very committed to continually improving and upgrading its features but without substantially raising the cost to users like me. I have used Bill4Time since founding my small boutique real estate and land use firm 12 years ago. It has been a great solution for our 2-person firm. **What do you dislike about Bill4Time?** The only thing I wished Bill4Time would do is integrate with our accounting software, which is probably a big ask. For example, our firm's logo on the email page that is sent to the client with the invoice is way to small. For years, I have been asking to increase the size of the logo. In addition, it offers the possibility of managing time and invoicing, and practice management, optimizing invoicing through the calculation of overtime, billable and non-billable hours, automatic recording of times, allowing a better control of the times invested in each case. It can track the time you spend on every customer, and it has some of the best tools I've seen to monitor my productivity. **What do you dislike about Bill4Time?** Sometimes the mobile app doesn't operate as smoothly as you want.
