The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. In addition, we need to color-code our appointments and B4T doesn't do that. We use Google instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the search capabilities were a little better. If I am looking for a specific billing entry which has not yet been finalized, I want to be able to locate it without narrowing it to a specific week, etc. Also I'd like to do this without generating a pre-bill. Bill 4 Time is very user friendly. It is easy to navgate and learn without watching tutorials. Was not difficult to switch over from our previous system at all. Very few times have I had to contact Customer Support but when I did they were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bill4Time makes it super easy to track your time, generate professional-looking invoices, send bills to clients with click-to-pay buttons on the invoices, generate and send client trust reports, and much more, all at an affordable rate. This allows small, two-person firms like mine the ability to present a professional-looking invoicing solution to our clients. The integrated payment options help us get paid more quickly. Bill4Time is also very responsive on those rare occasions when we've experienced a glitch or need customer support, which has been rare (maybe twice in the past 12 years). The platform allows you to customize and generate reports--so many, in fact, that I have not used them all. Bill4Time also seems very committed to continually improving and upgrading its features but without substantially raising the cost to users like me. Very easy and convenient to enter your time. Interface is visually appealing and user friendly. I have used PC law and other billing platforms and they are dreadful and outdated compared to this.I also love the ability to enter time on my phone. When changes are needed to templates, it's impossible to get someone to listen. For example, our firm's logo on the email page that is sent to the client with the invoice is way to small. For years, I have been asking to increase the size of the logo. Having a bit more flexibility would make B4T unstoppable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
