If you are using free plan of the software then it is not customisable at all. Also, if you face any bug while maintaining all the to do list then their support team is also very unresponsive. As calendly can easily get integrated with Google calendar, workspace, Outlook and Microsoft. I can reserve a seat recurringly for specific days of the week, see which areas are full, see who's at the office on a certain day. There are other features too like filtering for equipment, book parking spots, and more more stuff, but I only use it for planning my schedule and booking where to work from. We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. The best thing about zoom according to me would definitely include it being very easy to use joining meetings, sharing screens, scheduling meetings, be it anything it requires very minimal effort.

GReminders has been very helpful to me so far by sending appointment confirmations, which saves my staff from having to make multiple attempts to reach clients for confirmation. I really enjoy the user friendly interface. It has helped our shelter to streamline our operational processes across multiple departments, which has greatly reduced our wait time and improved the customer experience. The staff is very professional and helpful when I need assistance and also showed me how to find and enter people in the sytem for the readers. It syncs smoothly with Google Calendar, aligns meetings well, and the integration with Zoom and Notion helps keep things organized. What do you like best about Boomerang for Gmail?

It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. I send myself emails all the time and time them to arrive when it is most efficient. Scheduled messages to myself and my team also helps to ensure regular tasks are never forgotten. What do you dislike about Boomerang for Gmail?

I have become dependent on it like a drug addict? If the day comes when I will not be able to use its features, I will truly have to completely change how I get work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boomerang for Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly with return to inbox if no reply feature and scheduled emails. It ensures I never let an email thread fall through the cracks. Also helps remind me of any and all tasks I need to complete by sending myself emails or scheduling any email to return to my inbox when I know it is more likely that I will be able to complete the task or resume communication with someone. It really has completely changed how I work. No more To-Do lists, which can be easily ignored. Now everything I need to get done is flowed through my email inbox. What do you like best about HelmBot?

For the past few months, we've implemented Helmbot at Uplift Float Centre, and it has truly revolutionized our operations! Our customers have provided exceptional feedback, highlighting its user-friendly booking process. What do you dislike about HelmBot?

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

Square has transformed the way that we do onsite sales. We started with one square device to take on tuition payments at our front office. We now have 5 devices and use them for our Student Store, Concession Stand, Fees, Game Day Ticket Sales, etc. We will likely move to online purchasing at some point. However, we are thrilled with the service that Square has provided for onsite sales at a minimal cost. Easy to setup, very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?

The one issue I've had with Square is that it can be a bit tough to look at tracking. I've had issues trying to locate a specific sale, or even itemized sales for the day. If they fix their reporting, I will be all in.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Square has put all of our onsite sales in one location. We can manage what's for sale and for how much instantaneously and push it out to all devices at one time.
