What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly has been helpful for scheduling meetings without going back and forth over timing. I started using it a few months ago, and the feature I use the most is sharing booking links because it makes it easy for others to choose an available time directly. What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I did not like much about Calendly is that some useful features are limited during the trial or free plan, which can make it difficult for new users to properly explore the platform before deciding to upgrade. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly helps solve the problem of manually coordinating meeting times through repeated messages and followups. Before using it, scheduling meetings often took extra time because of availability confusion and back and forth communication. After starting to use Calendly a few months ago, it became much easier to share available slots and let others book meetings directly. The main benefit for me has been saving time and keeping meetings more organized. What do you like best about Archie?

I had a great experience from the beginning with the onboarding team helping in any way possible to set up the product the way we needed. When it comes to the app itself, although it's not perfect it delivers a lot a value and there are new features big and small coming up frequently. We use it on one location for now and I'm very happy with the choice. Users find it very easy to use and the few times we needed help the support team was extremely nice and helpful. Clearly some small things are not as polished and there are some settings that are a bit buried and hard to find at times, however the main flows work perfectly. What do you like best about FacilityOS?

It does everything and keeps me organized.

I really like pre-registering visitors. This process makes checking in visitors much more efficient. I believe that the visitors like it as well.

When I create the event, it gets added to my calendar so I know who is coming and when. The visitor receives an email and completes the registration via a link. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Everyone loves that it is quick because nobody has time anymore. It's great that I can tell that they have completed it. Once they have registered and receive their QR code, the process is seamless. If for some reason, they do not have their code with them, I can always print it and get them signed in that way.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

When some visitors come back, they are considered "Returning" visitors. I don't always have them pre-registered so they sign in via kiosk using "returning visitor" selection. It does not always work. It is not a big deal, they just sign in as new visitor.

What do you like best about GReminders?

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

Personally, I use microsoft 365 for school. I find excel is great for creating graphs to explain data. Microsoft word is great for writting essays. I believe its ease of use, professional design, and widespread user base allowing easy sharing and collaboration really set it apart. Further, M365 integrates easily with many other platforms, the desktop apps allow high workloads without being likely to crash as I find with some browser based tools, and lastly, Microsoft copilot is a very useful AI integrated directly into their tools. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The web versions of M365 apps also feel noticeably inferior to the desktop versions and can be slower than its competitors. However, using the desktop apps solves this issue. Further, it can costly. It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. Unable to download specific pages of the form - I need the first and last page of the contracts to send to the broker, currently I have to download them all then remove the middle pages which is very time consuming. I would like to see forms be filed by form name in a folder for quick access, similar to a windows folder. Where we can then create new folders by transport date. I adore this scheduling software! It's neat, simple, and, as it's name designates, tidy... and all at an amazing cost. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). What do you like best about Visitly?

It's user friendly for the most part, and its' performance is reliable as a sign in tool for visitors when I am away from the lobby area. The screen has a very user friendly process, allows for options that streamline notifying the employee they are here without confusion and user error.

The Visitly integrates well on my desktop pc and allows for me to log in and make changes or edits as necessary when other systems are down or inaccessible. I do not use the AI Intelligence feature but have used the support in the past which was not as helpful as I hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

A couple of things I don't like are the App on the iPad will often revert to the pin code requirement if a user accidentally taps the wrong thing, then it becomes useless until I come in and reset the screen. The price is too high for a company that uses it daily but doesn't use most of the features we pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our company, it solves the process of visitors coming in to a secure building and needing to let someone know they have arrived. When no one is in the lobby there really isn't another way to notify employees they have arrived other than using their cell phone which doesn't always have service in the lobby of our building. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I love how helpful and supportive the team at WellnessLiving is, especially Aaron, who made it a point to maintain a great customer relationship. It's impressive how he goes out of his way to help customers. I also really like the platform changes—they've improved a lot technologically, and the tools are better now. The private app they offer keeps everything organized, which I find really handy. I appreciate how the scheduling feature makes my studio management easier. Plus, the collaboration works great with my website, allowing people to book classes directly, and it integrates well with ClassPass. In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities.
