“Calendly Makes Scheduling Business Meetings Simple and Shareable”
What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use calendly for scheduling our business meetings. As this tool generates online link and can easily be shared through emails and whatsapp where the other member of team can click on the link and join the meeting instantly. Irrespective of asking all of them one by one this is the platform that helps in conducting professional meet up in simple and easy steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links. “Streamlined Sales with Multilingual Chatbot”
What do you like best about Qualified?

I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage.

The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages. For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product? This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

Qualified is integrated with our Salesforce instance, helping move leads quickly through our sales process. It has greatly helped us accelerate our initial sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

I don't use Qualified's video chatbot. The platform has had some difficulties helping customers with detailed support questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualified accelerates our sales process by answering questions 24/7 and qualifying visitors before they chat with sales. It handles simple queries, freeing our team for high-intent buyers. It's easy to use, multilingual, and connects to Salesforce. However, it doesn’t handle customer support questions well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Extremely happy with Archie so far!”
What do you like best about Archie?

I like how it gives you visibility into what’s happening in the office before you even go in. You can see which zones are busy, where your coworkers are sitting, and what desks are free. It helps me plan when to come in and where to sit depending on what kind of work I’m doing that day. And the have dark mode lol!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

Sometimes there are new things in the app and not really an explanation of what's up. Great the product is evolving, but it would be nice to be better guided into what's new. Sometimes the announcement of a new feature happens weeks after it's been live and in the meantime we already figured that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, it’s just made managing certain aspects of the office much easier, specifically when to go into the office, where to sit, which meeting spaces are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Zoom Workplace: All-in-One Flow with Rock-Solid Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one flow instead of scattering work across five different apps.

You’re not just jumping on video calls anymore. You’ve got meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, AI summaries, and calendar coordination all in one place. That reduces context switching, which honestly is where most productivity gets lost.

The meeting experience itself is still the strongest part. It’s stable, even on weaker connections. Screen sharing is smooth. Breakout rooms are easy to manage. For someone working across teams or stakeholders, that reliability matters.

Another big plus is the AI Companion. Automatic meeting summaries and action item capture save real time. Instead of scrambling to take notes, you can focus on the discussion and still walk away with structured follow-ups.

And finally, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick 1:1, a sprint review, or a large stakeholder town hall, it handles all of it without friction.

In short, it reduces coordination overhead. That’s the real win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

So overall, it’s not about major flaws. It’s more about complexity and positioning. Zoom started as the best video tool in the room. As it expands into an all-in-one workplace platform, it’s still figuring out how to make everything feel equally polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

At its core, it cuts down fragmentation. Before, teams juggle a video app, a chat tool, a docs/collaboration tool, calendars, and task trackers. That’s context switching—mental friction, lost time, missed details. Zoom Workplace brings those into one ecosystem. That alone smooths communication and coordination.

It also tackles meeting inefficiency. With things like AI summaries, action item extraction, and searchable transcripts, you don’t have to capture every detail yourself or chase people afterward for what was decided. That means less time rehashing and more time acting.

Real-time collaboration is another area. Whiteboards, shared docs, and chat live together around the same session or workspace, so brainstorming feels continuous instead of disjointed across tools.

For teams spread across different locations or time zones, the persistent history in chats and meetings helps too. You don’t have to repeat context—newcomers can catch up quickly.

The benefit of all this is simpler workflows. Fewer apps to switch between, clearer handoffs between conversation and action, and less “where did we put that?” when you need past context. You save time, reduce friction, and keep everyone aligned without relying on seven different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

Only thing is we wish that the Sign Out button on the bottom right-hand corner of the kiosk could be bigger or highlighted to stand out better. When guests need to sign out, they have difficulty finding that button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby. “Exceptional All-in-One User-Friendly System”
What do you like best about GReminders?

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

The learning curve of setting up the system is steep. I have an account manager (Mikayla) who's been great though so I haven't had to worry about this too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system is a huge time saver! The AI notetaker allows me to avoid hiring an employee to take notes and determine action items. The automated scheduling feature has helped to reduce admin time and reduces the risk of clients "slipping through the cracks." I also love the fact that it integrates well with Google calendars so I can better coordinate my personal and professional calendars with the ease of automated scheduling. “Microsoft Office is the best!”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I use Word and Excel daily. I couldn't imagine getting my work done without them. I have tried using low-cost/free competitors, but they aren't in the same league. I write status reports, track attendance, calculate hours worked into PTO earned, just about everything in my day-to-day is in Word or Excel. I also use Power Point for the occasional presentation, or for items that require just a quick graphical touch. Office 365 just seems to work, and it allows more flexibility than the freebie apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Microsoft 365:

It's better than the free options out there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

In Human Resources, a vast majority of my work takes place in Word docs or Excel sheets. I couldn't accomplish my tasks without Office! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

We like that all visitors are documented online instead of paper like we used to have. The receptionist can notify an employee when they have a visitor. There is a QR code to scan in. The system is very user friendly and was easy to implement. We use the Receptionist on a daily basis. Customer support responds quickly when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

We had a hard time at first getting the machine up and running but once we figured out our own issues, it was easy to integrate. It took a few of us to get it going, but it was unfamiliar to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

“My Kastle Experience - Beyond Excellent!”
What do you like best about Kastle?

Kastle provides a reliable, user-friendly access control system that is easy to implement and manage across multiple tenants. The electronic keypads and access management significantly reduce physical key issues, streamline move-ins and vendor access, and improve overall security. Customer support is responsive, and the system integrates well into daily property management operations, making it a tool we rely on frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kastle?

Certain requests require coordination through support rather than self-service, which can slow things down. Initial setup and changes may take longer than expected depending on the property and scope. More customization and faster turnaround times for updates would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kastle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kastle is assisting our tenants with electronic keypads. This is benefiting us in Property Management because our tenants can manage access more efficiently, reduce reliance on physical keys, and streamline move-ins, move-outs, and vendor access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Essential Tool for Customer Order Notifications”
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. Also, the initial setup was just creating a login, easy peasy. For my purposes, Waitwhile does exactly the job I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Waitwhile to alert customers when their orders are ready, allowing them to shop without waiting. It's easy to enter and edit customer info, helping us gather multiple customer orders efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Scheduling with Open-Source Flexibility”
What do you like best about Cal.com?

Cal.com has quietly become one of my most dependable tools. I love how it blended into my workflow without a big learning curve or forcing me to rethink everything. The interface feels calm with no unnecessary pop-ups or confusing settings. Setting up a scheduling link was easy and the clean look of the booking was satisfying. The flexibility to fine-tune details like buffers and automations without a tech headache is a big plus. The open-source nature makes it feel like it's always evolving with its community, which I appreciate for its transparency and reliability. It syncs smoothly with Google Calendar, aligns meetings well, and the integration with Zoom and Notion helps keep things organized. Automations like reminders operate seamlessly in the background, and the time-zone handling is flawless. The setup was surprisingly easy with a straightforward onboarding process. I especially appreciate the simplicity in setting different event types and letting people book without confusion, which is genuinely time-saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal.com?

A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Integrations work well overall, but occasionally I wish the setup process was more guided, especially for first-time users. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Efficient Meeting Scheduling at a Bargain Price”
What do you like best about TidyCal?

I truly appreciate TidyCal's seamless integration with my Google Calendar, which significantly enhances my scheduling capabilities by making the process straightforward and efficient. The ability to customize start and end times for meetings, as well as manage the gaps between them, is a remarkable feature that I value greatly, as it allows me to prevent back-to-back bookings, ensuring I have necessary breaks that help maintain my productivity. The cost aspect is a major highlight for me as well—I used to pay about $14 per month for a different service, but TidyCal offers incredible affordability with a one-time payment for a lifetime subscription around $40 to $50. This financial advantage makes it an outstanding value proposition without compromising on features. The autonomy the platform provides in scheduling, where it operates effectively on autopilot, makes it reliable, and the rules-setting ability for booking gaps ensures I don't end up overwhelmed with continuous meetings. Altogether, TidyCal delivers on all fronts that I require from a scheduling tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TidyCal?

There is very little to dislike. But, sometimes the customers say they can't access the site or can't book any meetings. I assume all software has temporary glitches like this, so I don't hold anything against TidyCal; which is why I highly recommend this software especially for individuals who don't need lots of fancier features like round-robin or access to multiple calendars. What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

I have journals that I sell during my courses, and Square Point of Sale makes it easy to accept multiple forms of payment. I like that it works on phones and tablets because I carry both with me. It also allows me to set up multiple ways to pay, using both a tablet and a phone, meaning there's no limit to where I can go and use Square, making it simple for people to purchase from me even if they don't have cash. The setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
