Using Absorb for our LMS has created a more professional and consistent routine for training in our company. The Create feature makes it easy to build comprehensive modules that engage the learner instead of just reading through slides. And the LMS features make it easy to track learners and help them with user issues. Previously, I often faced issues with banking integrations on other platforms. However, with Rippling, I can access all the banks available in my country and easily enter my banking information, which is promptly accepted by the system. This is a significant advantage for me, as it ensures I receive my payments on time and don't have to worry about my bank or my information. I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. I don't like the current search functionality in Trainual. It's difficult to search for information by keywords effectively. People have different ways of phrasing topics, and as it stands, it's challenging to locate the necessary information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flow of finding the reviews was not as obvious. I think we had a lot of people who didn't know where to find their actual review. I think there's simplicity that could be added to the flow or the summary pages to help people find their reviews, because I thought it was kind of confusing to, like, click a few paces. Some of the deeper reporting features feel a bit limited when trying to create custom compliance audit reports. I sometimes need to export data into spreadsheets to get the level of detail required for regulatory audits. Docebo helps us maintain consistent training standards across both retail and commercial lending operations. It is allowing us to streamline trainings with onboarding while also keeping it within our HRIS. It saves our HR department a lot of time by not having to create the training on our own and even focuses the training based on the person and region. As someone in HR, it is a lifesaver. Although efforts have been made recently, I find it unfortunate that we still cannot further customize the platform, especially the groups. For example, we have two different brands present on the platform, but it is impossible for us to have two colors on the platform.

Some advanced customization options for interactivity and design can feel limited compared to more specialized platforms. There are occasional challenges integrating some LMS features natively. Also, pricing may be on the higher side for small businesses if you need multiple licenses. The biggest challenge is not being able to replicate our company's organizational structure within the platform. To be fully effective, we need to be able to organize and view our learners by department, team, etc. Being able to give leaders view access to reports and stats would be similarly beneficial. I do also wish there were more integrated guides and templates to help with creating microlearnings for certain purposes (update to an existing process, skill development, new product or system, etc.) using learning best practices. Also, I work in healthcare tech as a product marketer for a large PMM team (20 of us), so it can be challenging to find people in my industry. I do wish there was an easy way to find product marketers in my industry, especially before attending PMA Summit. That way, I could proactively reach out to people prior to the event and make more meaningful connections onsite. At work, I was internally trying to unravel the positioning and messaging for a new solution coming to the market around time savings. I knew all our competitors were talking about it but I really didn’t want to blatantly state in the value or benefits how our solution saved time because it would simply be noise. I attended a PMA Summit session that brought in stats about human psychology and behaviors and it sparked an idea for me to look intrinsically at my buyer and how confidence and clarity of the data can make you go faster (all without every having to mention the words, time savings). The reporting tab is not as intuitive and requires a lot of configuration to deliver reports. Tracking specific custom fields and analyzing learner data is a lot more work than it should be. I have also run into occasional issues with the search functionality on the people tab, and when using the reporting engine. Like any platform, there are always small tweaks or improvements that can be made, but nothing that has been a major issue. What I really appreciate is that ZENSAI actively listens to user feedback and is consistently making updates that simplify the experience and improve usability.

If I had to name a downside, it would be that some features occasionally take a bit of exploring to fully understand—but that’s minor and usually addressed quickly through updates or improvements. ZENSAI makes it easy to actually execute my learning and development strategy. I’m able to build learning catalogs with meaningful, relevant content and deliver them quickly and efficiently, without getting bogged down in the technology. That speed and simplicity make a big difference.

From a business perspective, it removes a lot of the friction that usually comes with rolling out learning programs. I can focus more on content, alignment, and impact, instead of troubleshooting or managing a complicated system. When I'm creating a comment in Sana Learn and then pop over to another window, the comments I started typing disappear. Additionally, it would be helpful to have notifications when someone with edit mode access is working on a section, preventing me from making comments. While the labs are indeed practical and hands-on, I find them to be overly guided. There is not enough opportunity to engage with open-ended, real-world scenarios that require independent system thinking and making architectural decisions on your own. Incorporating more of these experiences would greatly enhance skills in troubleshooting and provide a broader perspective on system thinking, which is essential for a DevOps Engineer. KodeKloud is solving the problem of hand-on learning in DevOps, Cloud, and Systems Management by offering interactive labs that go beyond theory. For me it bridged the gap between reading about tools and actually using them in a safe guided environment.

I'm currently focused on growing and upskilling with my team, and KodeKloud helps me identify practical ways in DevOps practices. Whether it's CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, or container orchestration - even if the implementations differ from how we do things at work, I gain a solid understanding of the principles and the purpose behind each tool. We'd love to see more languages added to the already long list of languages. That said, Innform has been rapidly responding to our language requests, and we do not have complaints on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Innform LMS is helping us automate our employee onboarding across multiple departments. With Innform, we can automate the onboarding, training, and compliance of hundreds of workers. A feature that we find very useful is Blended Learning – this allows us to have multiple types of training sessions going on simultaneously, including eLearning, on-site training, training over Zoom calls, and assessments. There are a few basic limitations with the software that would make building content, personalizing content and assigning content faster and more effective. I wish these were prioritized over some of the AI improvements being made - seems like the cart before the horse in a sense.

Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee.
