What do you like best about Rippling?

I like how Rippling allows me to track my payment status and provides clarity on which team I am under. It's helpful to see when my payment has been processed and how long it will take to reflect in my main bank account. The ability to easily download payslips is also a plus. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Honestly, the MFA for logging into Rippling is troublesome, especially the Google Authenticator one when logging in. It disrupts my login procedure and does not let me stay logged in on my primary and secondary devices. It needs to be changed and made more user-friendly. Also, initially, the setup was very easy, but later on, when I lost my authenticator downloadable code, I had to reach out to the admin for that. That is troublesome. What do you like best about EasyLlama?

Its in the name. I love how easy it is to do assess trainings to team members! By far the best user interface and so straightforward to use! The training videos are also all so extraordinarily well done! The voices and examples used in every video is awesome! This is one of the best training websites I have used by far and I am so grateful for its depth! You can really see the people that run this platform care exponentially and try their hardest to make very detailed trainings! What do you dislike about EasyLlama?

The only thing I don't really like about EasyLlama is that you can click off the tabs when inside the training. If you try to click off the tabs then the training video thats playing completely stops until you click back onto the page. I am not a fan of this at all. Just because you click off the page does not mean you are not paying attention to the training. What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual allows me to create systems, and it is systems that make everything easier. The options within Trainual allow me to make it "my own" by creating groups and subjects and organizing the content.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Once I had the system designed and populated there have been no real downsides. The work has to go in on the front end learning the system and some trial and error on setting it up the way you ultimately want it to work and your purpose for using it in the first place. That's true of any new system and Trainual isn't immune to it. The training videos do make the process easier as well as the direct support I received from the support group. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Repetitive questions are now answered with, "If you look at Trainual you'll find what you're looking for, and it has more detail than what I can give you here."

Onboarding no longer requires face to face training on company policy and systems. Here's one of best parts: I can require people to complete certain parts or they continue to be reminded that they haven't completed all the requirements. That's really important for Industry and Company compliance. I know who has completed which parts and who has not.

Training now includes some self directed training opportunities while other training is structured with a specific sequence required: you must complete A before you go to B. What I appreciate most about 7taps is that it truly allows us to meet employees where they are. Nearly half of our workforce does not have email access and does not receive digital notifications. With 7taps, we can deliver training directly to any device, even via text, so employees no longer need to leave the production floor for long training sessions. At the same time, our office team can receive the exact same content through email, creating a consistent, blended learning experience across the entire organization.

What Is Most Helpful About 7taps

The most helpful part of 7taps is its ability to simplify and streamline training delivery without sacrificing learning quality. Our microlearning modules average just 10 minutes per topic, which has significantly reduced the amount of time employees spend away from their workstations. It’s easy to create, easy to deliver, and easy for employees to consume.

We are also leveraging 7taps as our communication tool, allowing employees to opt in to receive important updates via text message, another huge step toward closing communication gaps for our non‑email workforce.

What I Like Least About 7taps

The main drawback for me is the limited customization options within the AI‑generated course features. When 7taps automatically creates a module, the avatars used in the content can’t be customized, which makes the final product feel less aligned with our brand and our audience. I’d love to personalize those visuals so the training feels more tailored and consistent with our other learning materials.

What Is Least Helpful

One of the least helpful aspects is that I can’t opt out of specific card types, such as polls or video-upload prompts, when using the AI generation tool. While these interactive elements are great in theory, they aren’t always appropriate for the type of training we’re delivering, especially in a production environment where video recording isn’t feasible.

Because the system automatically includes those cards, I end up spending extra time manually removing or editing them during the polishing stage.

Downsides / Opportunities for Improvement

Extra cleanup time: The auto-generated modules often include features we’re not ready to adopt, which adds steps to the editing process.

No ability to disable certain card types: Having more control over the content the AI includes would make the workflow much more efficient.

Avatar limitations: More avatar customization, or the ability to select preferred styles, would help the training feel more consistent and professional.

What I like most is that everything stays organized in one place. Before manager discussions, I can quickly check previous feedback, pending action items, and goal progress without searching through multiple documents.

I mainly use it for onboarding programs. It’s quite easy to upload PPTs, convert them into modules, and assign them to new joiners. I also like the learning paths and quiz features, since they help keep everything structured and organized. We rely on the reporting tools to track completion, which is especially helpful during audits. “Easy Training Assignment and Progress Tracking with ServiceSkills”
What do you like best about ServiceSkills?

I am a supervisor over 8 CSRs and ServiceSkills makes it so easy to assign training and monitor the progress of each participant. Each month I assign a new group of videos for the team and can monitor who is watching and who is not and also see their scores from the quizzes. My team enjoys how the videos are short and are able to work them into their weekly routine. Some sessions are 10 minutes some are 30 minutes. We use ServiceSkills videos to enhance our customer experience for our customers in the way we communicate. It is super easy to implement this training into our training processes. Also if I have any question their customer support is prompt at assisting me in anything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceSkills?

I really do not feel there are any downsides to ServiceSkills. The easy process of setup and assigning is great. The variety of videos and training cover not only customer interaction but also co-worker interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceSkills solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer experience is the top priority for our company. ServiceSkills gives us a better understanding and processes to better communicate with our customers. What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators. The system is very versatile and easy to use. The learner has a great experience accessing training from any device. The system is very expandable from small SME companies upto international corporates with full enterprise. You can chart a learners training from start day to finish. What I like about GTM Buddy is that it focuses on what actually helps close deals, not just content views or downloads.

The AI makes it easy for reps by bringing the right content directly into the CRM, so they don’t have to search for it themselves.

I also like how content engagement data helps PMM teams understand what’s working and what needs improvement.

Ask Buddy seems like a big time-saver because it reduces constant support requests from sales teams. And the AI Role Play feature is a smart way to improve messaging and talk tracks faster.

The UI can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it, especially with so many features packed in.

What problems is GTM Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

GTM Buddy helps solve a big problem for PMM and sales teams, understanding what content is actually being used and what’s helping move deals forward.

It gives clear visibility into which assets sales reps are sharing with prospects and which ones buyers are engaging with. That helps us decide what content to invest in more, what to improve, and what to stop spending time on.

One interesting learning for us was that a content piece that sales teams strongly requested ended up being one of the least used assets after launch. That insight helped us have better discussions with sales leadership and rethink priorities for the next quarter.

The AI features in Nucleus are also helpful because they highlight skill gaps across reps and suggest coaching areas. It saves time and enables more personalized enablement.
