Everyone! In the company, there was no platform for content creation, much less one using AI. The main benefit is the reduction of costs, as we don't need to keep hiring a company every time we need training or a content update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process is poorly designed and needlessly long so what could be a 3-5 min each employee setup takes 10-15 min each employee. Pricing is awful and (at-least from our rep experience) misleading with contractual gotchas like auto renewing certain parts for a 1 year term even if you stated you want to cancel the full service. Performance is subpar with consistent employee account issues such as not being able to transfer their own available balances and just saying contact support who does not give answers other than automated Ai response with help article links. Even urgent issues such as "multiple employees are not able to get their wages and error says something went wrong contact support" are not handled with a timeline, urgency, or visibility but the money deducted to make those payments comes out days in advanced or you get urgent payroll emails saying they wont process. The support side is not helpful unless you get escalated past the "AI" gate and employee who copies and pasts the help articles. Even then, it is bad. Integrations with google workspace was poor and disconnected promptly due to trust issue with Rippling. the UI is terribly designed with no clear intuitive navigation or usability. None, would have been faster, more stable, and easier to use by setting up a spreadsheet and Stripe/Wise for the payment delivery and saved a fortune on Rippling layered fees for services that don't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most frustrating aspect is the inability to customize certain aspects at the individual learner level. Some of the settings are established and enforced at the curriculum or course level. Absorb has become our central hub for all of the company's training. The first aspect of effective training is to locate it. It’s very overwhelming when you have a lot of subjects. If you don’t start your Trainual organization correct from the start with groups, it’s difficult to sort through all of the subjects.

I wish the test section was more robust in that I can give feedback when someone gets an answer incorrect or even when correct. Research show immediate feedback when answer test questions is more effective than answering test questions without feedback. We still use Google for this task. What I Like Least About 7taps

The main drawback for me is the limited customization options within the AI‑generated course features. When 7taps automatically creates a module, the avatars used in the content can’t be customized, which makes the final product feel less aligned with our brand and our audience. I’d love to personalize those visuals so the training feels more tailored and consistent with our other learning materials.

What Is Least Helpful

One of the least helpful aspects is that I can’t opt out of specific card types, such as polls or video-upload prompts, when using the AI generation tool. While these interactive elements are great in theory, they aren’t always appropriate for the type of training we’re delivering, especially in a production environment where video recording isn’t feasible.

Because the system automatically includes those cards, I end up spending extra time manually removing or editing them during the polishing stage.

Downsides / Opportunities for Improvement

Extra cleanup time: The auto-generated modules often include features we’re not ready to adopt, which adds steps to the editing process.

No ability to disable certain card types: Having more control over the content the AI includes would make the workflow much more efficient.

Avatar limitations: More avatar customization, or the ability to select preferred styles, would help the training feel more consistent and professional.

I honestly don't have any major criticisms of Leapsome. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the publication period for assessment results. Personally, I would find it helpful to be able to view my manager's assessment as soon as it has been completed, rather than waiting until the results are released. I think this could help accelerate development conversations and make feedback more actionable. Leapsome helps solve the challenge of managing performance reviews and feedback in a structured and efficient way. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to track goals, complete assessments, and have meaningful development conversations with managers. Innform LMS is helping us automate our employee onboarding across multiple departments. With Innform, we can automate the onboarding, training, and compliance of hundreds of workers. A feature that we find very useful is Blended Learning – this allows us to have multiple types of training sessions going on simultaneously, including eLearning, on-site training, training over Zoom calls, and assessments. I think Sana Learn could be even better connected to my company's drive. I would like it to be connected to the drive to have access to all the internal documentation. I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. I would like to see more interactive features- while I find the current ones useful, I find that there could be more to represent different types of content. Also, there is a bit of rigidity with the interactive features - I can combine or edit other content into the features. It used to take much longer to put interactive courses that didn't feel like a chore for our users. With iSpring's format, we are able to prioritize learning content that is most important while keeping our users engaged and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At one point, we felt we had reached the maximum value we needed from ServiceSkills because we weren’t bringing on new candidates. However, through our partnership, they added additional modules, including leadership modules, and it was helpful for our staff to go back and revisit some of the earlier modules where they needed a bit of refinement. We have employees who are very tenured in their roles, and some of the soft skills or newer customer experience techniques weren’t connecting well. ServiceSkills has made the learning more tangible by giving our employees a way to see and interact with these techniques, understand different approaches to handling escalations, and feel better equipped to recognize what works and what doesn’t. The UI can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it, especially with so many features packed in.

GTM Buddy helps solve a big problem for PMM and sales teams, understanding what content is actually being used and what’s helping move deals forward.

It gives clear visibility into which assets sales reps are sharing with prospects and which ones buyers are engaging with. That helps us decide what content to invest in more, what to improve, and what to stop spending time on.

One interesting learning for us was that a content piece that sales teams strongly requested ended up being one of the least used assets after launch. That insight helped us have better discussions with sales leadership and rethink priorities for the next quarter.

The AI features in Nucleus are also helpful because they highlight skill gaps across reps and suggest coaching areas. It saves time and enables more personalized enablement.
