I have the autonomy to create courses and training in any way I want, including colors, images, videos, among other resources. Rise – It is not possible to change the font color of the title (Impact: Company identity). It is also not possible to include audio on the first page (Impact: Visually impaired). Furthermore, it is not possible to include audio in the alternatives (Impact: Visually impaired - Although I have found a workaround which is to include it in the same audio as the questions). What do you like best about Rippling?

It supports payroll for a global workforce, which makes it easier to manage employees and pay across different locations. The onboarding process is poorly designed and needlessly long so what could be a 3-5 min each employee setup takes 10-15 min each employee. Pricing is awful and (at-least from our rep experience) misleading with contractual gotchas like auto renewing certain parts for a 1 year term even if you stated you want to cancel the full service. Performance is subpar with consistent employee account issues such as not being able to transfer their own available balances and just saying contact support who does not give answers other than automated Ai response with help article links. Even urgent issues such as "multiple employees are not able to get their wages and error says something went wrong contact support" are not handled with a timeline, urgency, or visibility but the money deducted to make those payments comes out days in advanced or you get urgent payroll emails saying they wont process. Integrations with google workspace was poor and disconnected promptly due to trust issue with Rippling. the UI is terribly designed with no clear intuitive navigation or usability. The "AI" is worthless and would be the same performance as using Apple's Siri if you have a lisp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyLlama?

I like that it doesn’t let you move on to the next part until you’ve covered the session well. It was very interactive, and the sessions weren’t boring, especially the HIPAA Happy hour sessions. The replay button also gave me a chance to catch what I hadn’t picked up the first time. I also appreciated that the content was segmented, because it allowed me to focus on one thing at a time, which made learning easier for me. What do you like best about Trainual?

The product is easy to use in that creating a policies or process doesn’t take long and is somewhat intuitive. I like the templates in Trainual to get you started with ideas of how to lay out policies and procedures.

The only integrations we use are Google and Gusto. We don’t use SLACK so I don’t get the benefit of that integration.

Trainual’s speed and reliability are great.

I like that I can search for anything and AI will help me find it. I also like the AI summaries that can be produced. The outlines sometimes don’t quite fit for my line of work, but when it’s general they are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

It’s very overwhelming when you have a lot of subjects. If you don’t start your Trainual organization correct from the start with groups, it’s difficult to sort through all of the subjects.

I wish the test section was more robust in that I can give feedback when someone gets an answer incorrect or even when correct. Research show immediate feedback when answer test questions is more effective than answering test questions without feedback. We still use Google for this task. What I Like Best About 7taps Microlearning

What I appreciate most about 7taps is that it truly allows us to meet employees where they are. Nearly half of our workforce does not have email access and does not receive digital notifications. With 7taps, we can deliver training directly to any device, even via text, so employees no longer need to leave the production floor for long training sessions. At the same time, our office team can receive the exact same content through email, creating a consistent, blended learning experience across the entire organization.

What Is Most Helpful About 7taps

The most helpful part of 7taps is its ability to simplify and streamline training delivery without sacrificing learning quality. Our microlearning modules average just 10 minutes per topic, which has significantly reduced the amount of time employees spend away from their workstations. It’s easy to create, easy to deliver, and easy for employees to consume.

We are also leveraging 7taps as our communication tool, allowing employees to opt in to receive important updates via text message, another huge step toward closing communication gaps for our non‑email workforce.

Upside and Measurable Impact of Using 7taps

Within our first month of implementation, the impact was already clear:

What I Like Least About 7taps

The main drawback for me is the limited customization options within the AI‑generated course features. When 7taps automatically creates a module, the avatars used in the content can’t be customized, which makes the final product feel less aligned with our brand and our audience. I’d love to personalize those visuals so the training feels more tailored and consistent with our other learning materials.

What Is Least Helpful

One of the least helpful aspects is that I can’t opt out of specific card types, such as polls or video-upload prompts, when using the AI generation tool. While these interactive elements are great in theory, they aren’t always appropriate for the type of training we’re delivering, especially in a production environment where video recording isn’t feasible.

Because the system automatically includes those cards, I end up spending extra time manually removing or editing them during the polishing stage.

Downsides / Opportunities for Improvement

Extra cleanup time: The auto-generated modules often include features we’re not ready to adopt, which adds steps to the editing process.

No ability to disable certain card types: Having more control over the content the AI includes would make the workflow much more efficient.

Avatar limitations: More avatar customization, or the ability to select preferred styles, would help the training feel more consistent and professional.

I like the integration into and existing commonly used tool - Powerpoint. I like the interactivity features which help keep learners engaged.

The compact drag and drop format means that I can easily complete design, slide by slide versus a much longer blank page. I like that it is also fairly easy to learn and use, the team has reached out to provide support where necessary. The audio and video integration features also make the tool valuable. At one point, we felt we had reached the maximum value we needed from ServiceSkills because we weren’t bringing on new candidates. However, through our partnership, they added additional modules, including leadership modules, and it was helpful for our staff to go back and revisit some of the earlier modules where they needed a bit of refinement. We have employees who are very tenured in their roles, and some of the soft skills or newer customer experience techniques weren’t connecting well. What I like about GTM Buddy is that it focuses on what actually helps close deals, not just content views or downloads.

The AI makes it easy for reps by bringing the right content directly into the CRM, so they don’t have to search for it themselves.

I also like how content engagement data helps PMM teams understand what’s working and what needs improvement.

Ask Buddy seems like a big time-saver because it reduces constant support requests from sales teams. And the AI Role Play feature is a smart way to improve messaging and talk tracks faster.

The UI can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it, especially with so many features packed in.

What problems is GTM Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

GTM Buddy helps solve a big problem for PMM and sales teams, understanding what content is actually being used and what’s helping move deals forward.

It gives clear visibility into which assets sales reps are sharing with prospects and which ones buyers are engaging with. That helps us decide what content to invest in more, what to improve, and what to stop spending time on.

One interesting learning for us was that a content piece that sales teams strongly requested ended up being one of the least used assets after launch. That insight helped us have better discussions with sales leadership and rethink priorities for the next quarter.

The AI features in Nucleus are also helpful because they highlight skill gaps across reps and suggest coaching areas. It saves time and enables more personalized enablement.

Been with Lifter since its start up Like family System is so easy to set up and very user-friendly for students Plenty of YouTube vids to get you fully set-up Having said that I am probably only utilizing a small part of the programmes potential but its more than enough to suit my needs I also love that Chris and the team allow not for profits to run free courses using the out of the box app which is free And the support I have had from Lifter team is awesome Love it

From time to time, as with any software platform, there can be quirks that cause occasional technical issues. It would really enhance the platform if there were more internal navigation buttons, making it easier to move fluidly back and forth when delving into details or specific tasks. I use Learn Amp to pivot from a traditional LMS for a culture shift, benefiting from its integrated capabilities that mirror the integrated nature of the colleague experience, ease of use, and engaging interface.
