“All-in-One, User-Friendly HR Platform”
What do you like best about Rippling?

I think Rippling is really user friendly and I like the fact that it's a platform where everything I need work-wise, like pay and PTO, is all in one place. I use it for PTO, organizational chart, payroll, and work-related services. It solves the problem of having to use multiple platforms for payment, PTO requests, organizational chart changes, and reviews. I like how it's not difficult to navigate and it's easy to find and submit requests. The fast follow-up where I get an email for a review or survey I completed is great. It's so easy for me to use, taking just a couple of minutes to make my requests, simplifying my day. The setup was super easy, with everything fast and not causing delays or information confusion even for international payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

None for now, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Perhaps better streamline in certain processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling solves the multi-platform issue by consolidating everything I need, like payments, PTO requests, and organizational charts, all in one place. It's user-friendly and simplifies processes, making it easy to find and submit requests quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great Dashboard and Easy Course Creation, Backed by Helpful Support”
What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

The feature I like most is the dashboard. I also appreciate being able to create and add training courses for my team. I enjoy working with my representative on the system, as she has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

What I dislike most about Absorb is that, when I try to use the General Manager Experience dashboard, it doesn’t currently auto-populate team members (staff) under the GM. Instead, the information has to be entered manually each time a new team member is created. While the functionality is available, it still requires the GM to add each user individually, which can be time-consuming. That said, this can be done by using the GM role setting to add current location members as team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Absorb is helping us overcome knowledge barriers as we develop General Managers for our hotels. We can create and share training videos with our team members, which makes it easier to deliver consistent information across the team. It also saves the corporate team a lot of time, because we can build videos once instead of having to teach each GM individually every time someone is hired. “Interactive, Gamified Compliance Training Made Easy with BambooHR Integration”
What do you like best about EasyLlama?

It’s very interactive, and it helps you stay engaged with the content, which can be tedious when it comes to compliance. The videos, animations, voice-overs, and activities make it easier to follow and get through. I love that it includes gamification and that it states how long the course will take before starting it, it will definetly improve our compliance rates.

We used to use Absorb and upload the Navex courses but now with the BambooHR integration is easier to pull reports and have employees participate at a higher rate.

I notices that it was AI generated but it didnt feel fake or robort-like.

The catalog that EasyLlama offers covers a wide range of topics that can not only help with compliance but with the performance an development of the employees.

Setting the courses within bamboo was super easy, very smooth onboarding, I was able to set everything by myself without any support.

We believe that the integration with Bamboo ir a great ROI for our company since we can now stop using the other platform, it's becoming a one-stop shop! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyLlama?

If you're using it through an integrations like BambooHR, the EasyLlama support will not be available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyLlama solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the need to use an additional platform for compliance training. Our employees are already very familiar with Bamboo, so having the trainings there as well is really helpful. The reporting is also useful for keeping track of completion rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Trainual Saves Us Dozens of Hours with Easy Process Documentation and Video Training”
What do you like best about Trainual?

In our small but mighty firm, we are too busy to repeat ourselves when teaching new skills to a new employee or refreshing an existing employee's skills. Trainual lets us document a process or policy once, and it lets me say, "But did you check Trainual before asking for help?" Now this is the way everyone thinks! I feel like we have added dozens of hours a week to our availability thanks to Trainual, and now we have more time to complete our deep work for clients. My favorite feature is that it allows me to add videos showing my actual clicks and talk through a process, then document it also. This helps the visual learners like me! The service is great too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Honestly, I have not found a true dislike. If I have an issue, I ask for help and I get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trainual has helped us create searchable, repeatable processes and procedures for my team to learn the processes and procedures they need without bothering their teammates or the owner of the firm the same questions over and over. They can follow step-by-step instructions and complete their projects. My favorite thing to ask the team is "Did you document it in Trainual?" for any new processes they didn't find in Trainual, so this has now become a habit for the entire team. Trainual has saved u hours a day and a lot of frustration with my team in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Visually Appealing and User-Friendly Experience”
What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

I found that I got to grips with the navigation quickly including searching for topics that I was interested in. The notifications tab is really helpful as it is a quick prompt to do things like leave a review which I know my colleagues in the L&D team find useful when building and evaluating the impact of courses. It has been helpful to link to a registration page within our Firmwide comms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

It would be good to have audio options with every course, as standard. It would also be useful to choose a vertical navigation system (rather than a horizontal one) on demand to make it easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. BF
“7taps Microlearning: Fast, Flexible Training That Reaches Every Employee”
What do you like best about 7taps Microlearning?

What I Like Best About 7taps Microlearning

What I appreciate most about 7taps is that it truly allows us to meet employees where they are. Nearly half of our workforce does not have email access and does not receive digital notifications. With 7taps, we can deliver training directly to any device, even via text, so employees no longer need to leave the production floor for long training sessions. At the same time, our office team can receive the exact same content through email, creating a consistent, blended learning experience across the entire organization.

What Is Most Helpful About 7taps

The most helpful part of 7taps is its ability to simplify and streamline training delivery without sacrificing learning quality. Our microlearning modules average just 10 minutes per topic, which has significantly reduced the amount of time employees spend away from their workstations. It’s easy to create, easy to deliver, and easy for employees to consume.

We are also leveraging 7taps as our communication tool, allowing employees to opt in to receive important updates via text message, another huge step toward closing communication gaps for our non‑email workforce.

Upside and Measurable Impact of Using 7taps

Within our first month of implementation, the impact was already clear:

Blended Training Delivery Impact

67 employees completed OSHA safety topics in person and via microlearning.

Microlearning modules averaged 10 minutes per topic.

Total training time dropped from 100.5 hours to 51.25 hours.

Result:

49 hours of employee labor returned back to operations

(a 49% reduction in training time).

Compliance training can now be completed without pulling large groups off the production floor.

Training is more flexible, accessible, and operationally efficient.

In Summary

7taps helps us:

Reach employees who traditionally do not have digital access

Deliver fast, effective microlearning without interrupting production

Reduce training time almost in half

Provide consistent training across production and office teams

Use one tool for both training and communication

Improve compliance without operational disruption Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?

What I Like Least About 7taps

The main drawback for me is the limited customization options within the AI‑generated course features. When 7taps automatically creates a module, the avatars used in the content can’t be customized, which makes the final product feel less aligned with our brand and our audience. I’d love to personalize those visuals so the training feels more tailored and consistent with our other learning materials.

What Is Least Helpful

One of the least helpful aspects is that I can’t opt out of specific card types, such as polls or video-upload prompts, when using the AI generation tool. While these interactive elements are great in theory, they aren’t always appropriate for the type of training we’re delivering, especially in a production environment where video recording isn’t feasible.

Because the system automatically includes those cards, I end up spending extra time manually removing or editing them during the polishing stage.

Downsides / Opportunities for Improvement

Extra cleanup time: The auto-generated modules often include features we’re not ready to adopt, which adds steps to the editing process.

No ability to disable certain card types: Having more control over the content the AI includes would make the workflow much more efficient.

Avatar limitations: More avatar customization, or the ability to select preferred styles, would help the training feel more consistent and professional.

Summary

Overall, the downsides are relatively minor compared to the value 7taps delivers, but improving customization options and giving creators more control during AI generation would significantly reduce manual cleanup and make the tool even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Business Problem 7taps Solves

7taps helps us solve three core business problems:

1 - Workforce communication gaps

Especially for non‑email and production-floor employees.

2 - High labor cost associated with training downtime

Microlearning reduces training time almost by half.

3 - Need for fast, consistent, scalable training across all teams

AI-assisted microlearning supports speed, quality, and accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

“HR4's Hiring Integration Shines, Setup Needs Improvement”
What do you like best about HR4?

I like HR4's hiring integration, which streamlines the process by having the information on applicants flow through to hired. The HR4 onboarding team, especially Jaidyn, was very accommodating and helpful when setting up the system, despite our complex and dynamic pay plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

Most of the pre-made reports are for things we don't utilize. I think the time/payroll information should also be available in the reports app. The geofencing for punches is a mess. Anywhere there is an employee's name, you should be able to click/jump to their profile, or have dropdown options like individual-time/profile/history/etc. Locking and unlocking timesheets should just be a click. A scroll-to-top button would be nice. Being able to change weeks when you're in the middle of the timesheet list would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

HR4 handles employee information and time tracking effectively. I like its hiring integration because it smoothly transfers applicant details to the hired stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Practical, End-to-End Product Marketing Course That Truly Delivers”
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

The Product Marketing Alliance course has been an incredibly valuable experience for strengthening my end-to-end product marketing skill set. As a Product Marketing Manager, I appreciated how the curriculum went beyond theory and focused on practical application—covering everything from positioning and messaging to go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing. The real-world frameworks and examples made it easy to connect concepts directly to my day-to-day work.

What stood out most was the emphasis on aligning product marketing with business outcomes and cross-functional teams. The course reinforced how to think strategically about customer value, competitive differentiation, and performance measurement. I would highly recommend this program to both aspiring and experienced PMMs looking to sharpen their skills and gain a more structured, strategic approach to product marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

Nothing, everything was great! The content is well-structured and I walked away with actionable frameworks and a stronger understanding of how to operate more strategically in a PMM role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Innform?

My team was able to use Innform straight 'out of the box' – Although it is an incredibly powerful tool - anyone can use it; no IT knowledge is required. The team was able to get up and running within a few hours thanks to the hands-on support of the Innform team, who helped us create content, invite our learners into the system, install integrations, and any other requests that came up. My favorite part of this easy-to-use LMS is the excellent Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Innform?

We'd love to see more languages added to the already long list of languages. That said, Innform has been rapidly responding to our language requests, and we do not have complaints on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Innform solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Continu: Clean, Intuitive Interface That Streamlines Learning and Workflows”
What do you like best about Continu?

What I like best about Continu is its ease of use and clean, intuitive interface. The platform is easy to navigate even for first-time users, which makes learning and daily usage smooth. Implementation is straightforward, and integrations with other tools work well without much manual effort. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, which makes issue resolution quick. Overall, Continu helps streamline workflows and centralize learning and content in one place, making it efficient for regular use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Continu?

One downside of Continu is that some advanced features are limited or not very customizable. While the core functionality is strong, the number of features could be expanded, especially for reporting and analytics. Occasionally, certain integrations feel basic and could be more flexible. There is also room for improvement in performance when handling larger volumes of data or users, as it can feel slightly slow at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Continu solves the problem of fragmented learning and knowledge management by providing a single, centralized platform for training, onboarding, and content sharing. Instead of using multiple tools or manual processes, Continu brings everything into one place, making it easier to assign, track, and manage learning activities.

This benefits me by saving time, improving visibility into learning progress, and ensuring consistent access to up-to-date content. “Personalized support and scalable platform for engaging journeys”
What do you like best about 360Learning?

A valuable, personalized, and effective support, especially with Valentin, who is always available and attentive to our animation projects on the platform.

Concrete advice and exchanges of good practices that help us evolve our systems and approach with the participants.

A platform that is easy to use for both learners and designers. A "paths & modules" logic that is very suitable for internal acculturation and also for the animations we set up: it facilitates the structuring of courses and the long-term engagement of participants.

A platform that evolves regularly, with a real highlight of new features, especially for activities with multiple choices.

An Academy that is very useful for building skills, both on the tool and on pedagogical fundamentals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Access to certain external tools is sometimes restrictive: particularly for certain classes or forums of the 360Learning Academy, accessible only from a personal computer.

Technical restrictions on my professional environment that limit access to certain resources or platforms used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

A very concrete support on our internal implementation challenges for the UO DEV group, particularly to structure our ongoing animation in three phases (January, March, September).

Real support on technical issues: session management, end dates, differentiated notifications between already completed modules and new modules. Valentin made himself available, we had a Teams meeting and he showed me a solution to solve this issue. He was attentive and pedagogical, taking the time to work with me, which is very reassuring.

He also assisted me with the tags and organization of the UO DEV group, which helped me better understand the platform's logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Highly Customizable Platform with Strong Support and Mobile Experience”
What do you like best about Eurekos?

I really appreciate Eurekos's high level of customization, strong data security standards, and especially the excellent mobile user experience. The ability to make quick edits, the evolving knowledge base, and the masquerade feature for troubleshooting have all been incredibly valuable. Customer support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eurekos?

There are some unintuitive settings, like footer customization being under translations, and limitations such as only being able to define one custom font. Also, the way H5P activities display in carousels made some user experiences confusing and required workarounds that weren't ideal for accessibility or data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eurekos solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a platform to host training content related to continuous glucose monitoring and diabetes self-management. It needed to have a high level of customization for branding/look and feel; to meet ISO standards that map to US HIPAA requirements; and to work well on a mobile phone. Eurekos enabled us to complete the proof of concept testing, which was essential for supporting the case for further investment towards creating our own platform. “PowerPoint-Native Speed and Rich Content, but Limited Collaboration and Pricey”
What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring Suite's greatest strength is how naturally it fits into an existing workflow. Because it operates directly inside PowerPoint, there is virtually no learning curve for trainers and instructional designers who already know that environment.

The variety of interactive content types available within a single authoring tool is also impressive. From branching scenarios and dialogue simulations to quizzes and screencasts, iSpring Suite gives content developers everything they need under one roof, which dramatically accelerates development timelines.

Finally, the built-in Content Library of pre-built characters, backgrounds, and templates raises production quality without requiring additional resources or a dedicated graphic designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

The most notable limitation of iSpring Suite is its dependency on PowerPoint. While that integration is also its strength, it means you are inherently tethered to Microsoft's ecosystem, which can be a constraint for organizations moving toward more platform-agnostic or cloud-based workflows.

The interface and feature set, while accessible, can also feel dated compared to some newer cloud-native authoring tools that offer more modern design flexibility and real-time collaboration. For teams that need multiple instructional designers working on the same course simultaneously, the lack of true co-authoring capability is a meaningful gap.

Lastly, the pricing, particularly when bundling Suite with the LMS, can feel steep for smaller training departments trying to justify the investment against more affordable alternatives on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

iSpring Suite solves one of the most persistent challenges in corporate training: the gap between content creation and content deployment. Historically, instructional designers would build content in one tool, export it, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and then upload it to an LMS. iSpring significantly compresses that process.

For our team, the direct PowerPoint integration means subject matter experts can contribute to course development without needing specialized authoring skills. That has expanded our content creation capacity without expanding our headcount.

The built-in assessment and scenario tools also eliminate the need for multiple platforms to accomplish what iSpring handles in one place, reducing both licensing costs and the administrative burden of managing several vendors.

The bottom line is that iSpring Suite has shortened our content development cycle, lowered our production costs, and allowed our training team to focus more on instructional quality and less on technical troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The product is easy to use and there is excellent customer support.”
What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?

Auzmor Learn is very intuitive for Admin and Learners alike. Creating courses takes minutes, and quizzes can be added to measure effectiveness. The learner home page provides a simple and comprehensive status on assigned courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?

There is not a robust process for documenting on the job training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators. The reporting capability makes pulling records for compliance audits as easy as clicking a few buttons versus digging through file folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy Training Assignment and Progress Tracking with ServiceSkills”
What do you like best about ServiceSkills?

I am a supervisor over 8 CSRs and ServiceSkills makes it so easy to assign training and monitor the progress of each participant. Each month I assign a new group of videos for the team and can monitor who is watching and who is not and also see their scores from the quizzes. My team enjoys how the videos are short and are able to work them into their weekly routine. Some sessions are 10 minutes some are 30 minutes. We use ServiceSkills videos to enhance our customer experience for our customers in the way we communicate. It is super easy to implement this training into our training processes. Also if I have any question their customer support is prompt at assisting me in anything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceSkills?

I really do not feel there are any downsides to ServiceSkills. The easy process of setup and assigning is great. The variety of videos and training cover not only customer interaction but also co-worker interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceSkills solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer experience is the top priority for our company. ServiceSkills gives us a better understanding and processes to better communicate with our customers. The repetitive emphasis on how to communicate, listen, and respond are key factors to be able to assist our customers at a higher level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
