“From Clunky to Cutting-Edge: Our Smooth Move from Zenefits”
What do you like best about Rippling?

The implementation process was incredibly seamless, especially transitioning from TriNet Zenefits, largely thanks to a highly structured implementation process and intuitive data migration tools. Moving our entire team over as of January 1st could have been an administrative nightmare, but Rippling’s platform accurately mapped our existing data and automated the heavy lifting of parallel payroll testing. The implementation team was proactive and clear, ensuring that our complex benefit structures and multi-state tax profiles were configured correctly from day one. It’s rare for a platform of this scale to be "plug-and-play", but we were fully operational with zero downtime for our employees.

What I like best is how Rippling acts as a single source of truth. The 'super-admin' capabilities, where IT, Payroll, and HR are all managed in one flow, have already saved us hours of manual data entry. The user interface is modern, intuitive, and actually enjoyable for our employees to use. As recently as today, one of our employees said to me - "I really like Rippling!". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Because the platform is so powerful and customizable, the initial setup of took some trial and error to get exactly how we wanted it. Additionally, since many features are sold as add-on modules, you have to be very intentional about your package to ensure you have everything you need without overspending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a platform that employees actually wanted to use. Our previous system felt dated and difficult to navigate, leading to a high volume of "how-to" questions for our HR team. Rippling solved this with a world-class mobile app and a clean desktop UI. The benefit is a much higher rate of employee self-service and a significant drop in support tickets related to basic tasks like viewing paystubs or requesting PTO.

From an administrative perspective, what truly sets Rippling apart is its ability to act as the 'central nervous system' for our entire tech stack. While our previous system had basic integrations, Rippling’s App Management actually automates the lifecycle of our other tools. We’ve connected it to Slack, Google Workspace, and our accounting software, and the results are instant: when we hire a new employee, their accounts are provisioned and they are added to the correct groups automatically based on their department. This level of cross-system automation has eliminated the manual 'IT ticket' phase of onboarding and ensured that our data remains consistent across every platform we use. It’s not just a sync; it’s a total consolidation of our administrative efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Elevates Learning Management with User-Centric Features”
What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

I really enjoy the product road map that Absorb LMS provides and how they listen to their customers, implementing new features that make everything easier for everyone. This enhances both the learner experience and the admin side. I love the transparency they have regarding the features they add, and how they're inspired by customer feedback, which is clearly noted. They also implement AI in an intuitive and meaningful way, avoiding unnecessary integration and supporting this with beta tests. Absorb Academy is a resource for system admins, enabling them to understand and creatively use the platform for different purposes. I also love the access and support we have to our wonderful CSM Tamar Lupo. She has been instrumental in getting us the answers to many of our questions (though with Absorb's great knowledge-base articles, they do great with that too!). She has been really helpful with our questions around edge-cases and how to really customize the platform to meet our needs, and informing us of new feature rollouts and how we can tailor them into our platform. Whenever she may not have an answer to our questions, she makes sure to loop us in directly with the person who does, or does her additional research and comes back with us without any reminders. She's a rockstar! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

I think the growing pain of it is sometimes it's not consistent in how reporting features in the back end work. This is mostly just on the admin side. It doesn't impact the learner experience at all. We're switching things were a bit more consistent and the analyze add-on we have for extra dashboards was a bit more built out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Absorb LMS solves access issues to training, eliminates scrambling for links, resolves expired links, enables tracking of training completion, and cultivates a learning culture by providing resources for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Visually Appealing and User-Friendly Experience”
What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

I found that I got to grips with the navigation quickly including searching for topics that I was interested in. The notifications tab is really helpful as it is a quick prompt to do things like leave a review which I know my colleagues in the L&D team find useful when building and evaluating the impact of courses. It has been helpful to link to a registration page within our Firmwide comms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

It would be good to have audio options with every course, as standard. It would also be useful to choose a vertical navigation system (rather than a horizontal one) on demand to make it easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve. “Trainual Makes Success Scalable—and Employees Stay Engaged”
What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual helps new hires be successful right off the bat, improve time to productivity, and boost engagement. This impacts overall team success. The shared documentation is easy to access, and there’s so much flexibility with the ability to embed files, videos, hyperlinks, and more. It’s also very easy to share changes and updates as things evolve. Without Trainual, my team and I would not be as successful in our work. The UI is great—simple to use and genuinely effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

There isn't much I dislike. It's a great product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to document and retain knowledge so that, if there is turnover, the knowledge and information don’t leave with one person. This helps reduce gaps in the work and keeps things moving smoothly. Additionally, it supports everyone on my team in being successful. Setting someone up for success is a win for everyone: the individual, the team, and the business. Engagement is key, and this is a critical tool for employee satisfaction. “Powerful All-in-One HR Platform That’s Surprisingly Easy to Use”
What do you like best about Leapsome?

It’s Easy to Use: The interface is clean, modern, and intuitive, meaning employees can use it without needing much training.

It’s an "All-in-One" Tool: It combines performance reviews, goals (OKRs), employee engagement surveys, learning, and meeting management into a single platform.

Great Customer Support: Users consistently rate their support team as fast, human, and genuinely helpful.

Flexible Performance Reviews: It simplifies complex review cycles (like 360° feedback) with strong automation, templates, and AI writing assistance.

It Boosts Culture: Features like "Instant Praise" and structured 1:1 meeting agendas help managers build better relationships with their teams.

In short: It is loved for being a powerful HR tool that feels as easy to use as a consumer app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Difficult Setup for Admins: While employees find it easy, HR admins often struggle with the complex backend settings and steep learning curve during initial setup.

Notification Spam: Users frequently complain about being overwhelmed by too many automated emails and Slack/Teams reminders.

No Mobile App: There is no dedicated iOS or Android app, forcing users to rely on the mobile web browser, which offers a clunkier experience.

Manual Goal Tracking: Updating goals (OKRs) often requires manual data entry because it lacks deep automation or open API connections for many external tools.

Rigid Reporting: Data-heavy teams often find the analytics dashboards difficult to customize and the export options too limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves Unfair Reviews: It replaces memory-based assessments with data-driven reviews. Benefit: You get fairer evaluations based on a full history of feedback and goals, not just what happened recently.

Solves Goal Confusion: It connects individual tasks to company-wide objectives (OKRs). Benefit: You always know why your work matters and how it impacts the company’s success.

Solves Unproductive Meetings: It structures 1:1s with shared agendas and action items. Benefit: Your meetings focus on career growth and solving problems, rather than just status updates.

Solves Silent Unhappiness: It provides anonymous surveys and feedback channels. Benefit: You can voice concerns safely, and leadership can fix culture issues before people quit.

Solves Admin Chaos: It automates reminders and centralizes data. Benefit: HR saves time on chasing people, and employees keep a permanent record of their growth even if they switch managers.

In short: Leapsome fixes the disconnect between "doing work" and "being managed," ensuring your hard work is seen, aligned, and supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found that the courses listed on the site is great for corporate traning, But also the amount of clicks required makes sure that we don't passive consume the content but actively interact with it. This makes sure that not only have a understanding of the content but it also makes us recall it by the helps of quiz and others. Also a wrong answer on the quiz doesn't just tell you, you are wrong rather via audio explains why the answer that was selected was incorrect or partially correct in all of the options listed. What do you dislike about EasyLlama?

“Continu: Clean, Intuitive Interface That Streamlines Learning and Workflows”
What do you like best about Continu?

What I like best about Continu is its ease of use and clean, intuitive interface. The platform is easy to navigate even for first-time users, which makes learning and daily usage smooth. Implementation is straightforward, and integrations with other tools work well without much manual effort. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, which makes issue resolution quick. Overall, Continu helps streamline workflows and centralize learning and content in one place, making it efficient for regular use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Continu?

One downside of Continu is that some advanced features are limited or not very customizable. While the core functionality is strong, the number of features could be expanded, especially for reporting and analytics. Occasionally, certain integrations feel basic and could be more flexible. There is also room for improvement in performance when handling larger volumes of data or users, as it can feel slightly slow at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Continu solves the problem of fragmented learning and knowledge management by providing a single, centralized platform for training, onboarding, and content sharing. Instead of using multiple tools or manual processes, Continu brings everything into one place, making it easier to assign, track, and manage learning activities.

This benefits me by saving time, improving visibility into learning progress, and ensuring consistent access to up-to-date content. It also helps standardize onboarding and ongoing training, which improves productivity and reduces dependency on informal knowledge sharing. Overall, it makes learning more structured, accessible, and scalable across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TM
“High-Quality Training for Modern Audiences with 7taps Microlearning”
What do you like best about 7taps Microlearning?

The best thing about 7taps Microlearning is that it allows us to easily create high quality training material that's delivered to learners in a format they are familiar and comfortable with on the types of devices they already use regularly. The reporting is robust and gives us the data we need to make informed decisions, and the product is easy to implement and integrate into our current LMS and training libraries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?

The biggest challenge is not being able to replicate our company's organizational structure within the platform. To be fully effective, we need to be able to organize and view our learners by department, team, etc. Being able to give leaders view access to reports and stats would be similarly beneficial. I do also wish there were more integrated guides and templates to help with creating microlearnings for certain purposes (update to an existing process, skill development, new product or system, etc.) using learning best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?

7taps Microlearning really helps us engage with our learners and deliver remedial and upskill training to tenured employees. In the past, we've had difficulty creating trainings that could deliver focused content in the narrow timeframes existing employees have available for continued learning. It also helps us reach even our most difficult to engage audiences, allowing us to reach our participation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“360Learning Makes Interactive, Collaborative Training Fast and Easy”
What do you like best about 360Learning?

What I like most about 360Learning is how easy it makes it to create and deliver interactive training. The platform is incredibly user‑friendly—both for content creators and learners—which means training can be designed, updated, and rolled out quickly without needing technical expertise. Its collaborative features also make learning feel engaging and social, rather than passive.

Upsides of Using 360Learning

1. Easy and intuitive course creation

You can build courses fast with templates, drag‑and‑drop tools, and integrated quizzes—no specialist skills required.

2. Strong collaborative learning

Learners can comment, ask questions, participate in discussion threads, and complete peer-based activities, which boosts engagement and knowledge retention.

3. Great for continuous learning

Subject matter experts within the organisation can create and share content easily, supporting a culture of ongoing skills development.

4. Analytics that drive improvement

360Learning offers clear tracking on learner progress, engagement, and completion rates, helping you fine‑tune training programs.

5. Mobile-friendly

Employees can learn anytime, anywhere, making it ideal for busy teams or those in operational roles.

6. Seamless integrations

It works well with HR systems, content libraries, and other digital tools, creating a smooth training workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

While 360Learning has many strengths, one downside is that some of its features can feel limited or restrictive without additional configuration. Certain admin and reporting functions require extra setup to get the level of detail you need, and navigating some advanced settings isn’t always intuitive. The platform’s reliance on collaboration—while a strength—can also mean content quality varies unless teams are properly trained and aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Learning helps solve the challenge of keeping Health & Safety training consistent, up to date, and fully traceable across the organisation. It allows me to deliver mandatory safety inductions, refresher courses, and compliance modules quickly and efficiently, ensuring everyone receives the same standard of information.

The platform’s automated tracking and reporting remove the manual effort of following up on training completion, making compliance audits much smoother. Its collaborative features also make it easier to gather feedback, involve subject matter experts, and keep training relevant to real workplace risks. Overall, 360Learning supports a safer work environment by improving training quality, engagement, and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Docebo:

Docebo is a great product. We switched from another LMS, which was pretty vanilla, and did not offer the training and support that Docebo did. The staff were all very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very responsive when we reached out with questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I appreciate that Docebo allows for self-enrollment and makes it simple to track course completion. The software is intuitive, so it's easy to onboard new users, and the built-in content library provides ready-made templates and assets that save time. Additionally, customer support is responsive and efficient, which is important for business operation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Some advanced customization options for interactivity and design can feel limited compared to more specialized platforms. There are occasional challenges integrating some LMS features natively. “Empowering Courses and Networking—A Must for PMMs”
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

PMA has online classes to certify in specific courses and have testimonials throughout so you truly see how others in your position are handling certain situations. No matter how big or small your PMM team is, the courses serve as a fantastic reminder that there are all sorts of tools, AI capabilities, or even platforms out there to also help. But the in-person event brings it all to life! I always meet a new person just like me and I’ve even seen some familiar faces too. The networking opportunities are so incredibly fruitful and the refresher on content is inspiring! And then the additional resources have been a lifesaver. I’ve been able to apply all these templates and have made myself look like a rockstar in front of my boss and peers. There are so many networking opportunities with PMA and that’s why this community is something to celebrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

It is expensive and I would only join if my company were to purchase the membership for me.

Also, I work in healthcare tech as a product marketer for a large PMM team (20 of us), so it can be challenging to find people in my industry. I do wish there was an easy way to find product marketers in my industry, especially before attending PMA Summit. That way, I could proactively reach out to people prior to the event and make more meaningful connections onsite. I face a lot of red tape in my industry so hearing how deal cycles move so fast from data companies that present at PMA Summit just doesn’t apply to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Product Marketing Alliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

At work, I was internally trying to unravel the positioning and messaging for a new solution coming to the market around time savings. I knew all our competitors were talking about it but I really didn’t want to blatantly state in the value or benefits how our solution saved time because it would simply be noise. I attended a PMA Summit session that brought in stats about human psychology and behaviors and it sparked an idea for me to look intrinsically at my buyer and how confidence and clarity of the data can make you go faster (all without every having to mention the words, time savings). This positioning and messaging is starting to get traction for us and I attribute the inspiration to attending the PMA Summit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“HR4's Hiring Integration Shines, Setup Needs Improvement”
What do you like best about HR4?

I like HR4's hiring integration, which streamlines the process by having the information on applicants flow through to hired. The HR4 onboarding team, especially Jaidyn, was very accommodating and helpful when setting up the system, despite our complex and dynamic pay plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

Most of the pre-made reports are for things we don't utilize. I think the time/payroll information should also be available in the reports app. The geofencing for punches is a mess. Anywhere there is an employee's name, you should be able to click/jump to their profile, or have dropdown options like individual-time/profile/history/etc. Locking and unlocking timesheets should just be a click. A scroll-to-top button would be nice. Being able to change weeks when you're in the middle of the timesheet list would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Innform?

My team was able to use Innform straight 'out of the box' – Although it is an incredibly powerful tool - anyone can use it; no IT knowledge is required. The team was able to get up and running within a few hours thanks to the hands-on support of the Innform team, who helped us create content, invite our learners into the system, install integrations, and any other requests that came up. My favorite part of this easy-to-use LMS is the excellent Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Highly Customizable Platform with Strong Support and Mobile Experience”
What do you like best about Eurekos?

I really appreciate Eurekos's high level of customization, strong data security standards, and especially the excellent mobile user experience. The ability to make quick edits, the evolving knowledge base, and the masquerade feature for troubleshooting have all been incredibly valuable. Customer support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eurekos?

There are some unintuitive settings, like footer customization being under translations, and limitations such as only being able to define one custom font. Also, the way H5P activities display in carousels made some user experiences confusing and required workarounds that weren't ideal for accessibility or data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eurekos solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a platform to host training content related to continuous glucose monitoring and diabetes self-management. It needed to have a high level of customization for branding/look and feel; to meet ISO standards that map to US HIPAA requirements; and to work well on a mobile phone. Eurekos enabled us to complete the proof of concept testing, which was essential for supporting the case for further investment towards creating our own platform. Original Information
“Excellent Platform KodeKloud”
What do you like best about KodeKloud?

One of the new things I like about KodeKloud is the introduction of AI-powered assistance in labs, which helps with hints, troubleshooting, and understanding mistakes in real time. The AI support, combined with scenario-based labs and production-like playgrounds, makes learning faster, more interactive, and closer to real-world DevOps workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KodeKloud?

One area where KodeKloud could improve is by introducing agentic AI that acts like a real DevOps assistant. For example, an AI agent that can observe lab progress, suggest next steps, help debug issues proactively, and simulate real incident-response scenarios. This would make labs more interactive, closer to on-the-job problem solving, and help learners develop decision-making skills, not just tool knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has enabled different paths for different type of people. So for me as a beginner to DevOps it helped me to carve a clear path what to learn and how much to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The product is easy to use and there is excellent customer support.”
What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?

Auzmor Learn is very intuitive for Admin and Learners alike. Creating courses takes minutes, and quizzes can be added to measure effectiveness. The learner home page provides a simple and comprehensive status on assigned courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?

There is not a robust process for documenting on the job training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators. The reporting capability makes pulling records for compliance audits as easy as clicking a few buttons versus digging through file folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Superb Litmos support and courses, but reporting and escalation rules can be clunky”
What do you like best about Litmos?

The support from Litmos is superb, check in's are brilliant and nothing is ever too much to ask! The Litmos LMS system is really good and for both creating content and monitoring compliance - let alone the amount of courses available off the shelf! The ability to SCORM file in is brilliant, it has opened up many possibilities we are currently exploring to make the learning even more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

Some of the reporting aspects are a little overcomplicated, but there is help available via the Dojo and other useful links. Some of the functionality such as quirky escalation rules means you cannot select all users and must go through each individual page to reset some - in a recent case 35 pages was needed to select all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are solving our Training Needs Analysis issue which we have been looking the do for some time. This will mean we are 'water tight' when it comes to audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
