I was able to use PowerPoint and easily integrate the interactive elements like quizzes, role-play activities, etc. I had only a few hiccups that I figured out were user error. The text-to-speech option for audio narration is fantastic and perfect for a training course. Having that all within one service is so easy and streamlined and works great. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** I have not found any downsides to using iSpring. The user experience is good for a user at my intermediate level. The online guides would be good for an entry level user and I can other functionality that we would like to use in the future. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** When creating a module, the files (specifically the quiz files) that exist before converting into SCORM can sometimes be hard to locate as I want to store all the files in the one folder. You'll need the original quiz file if you want to edit it after sonverting it to SCORM. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving me the ability to create SCORM files from existing Presentations that fit within out LMS. Also being able to have customised quizzes helps too. ### 19. It would be better if you can use it as standalone software without the need of powerpoint. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** To create scorm packages out of our powerpoints easily and fast. There are lots of great features to personalise training and awareness materials for staff across the organisation. Account reps are always on hand to help and offer advice to ensure the most is gained from the authoring tool. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** Overall the program is fantastic, there is a slight lacking in the translation tool. Translation for text is readily available but isnt in the simplest to use form. Also, there is currently no alternative language voice over option which would make iSpring the ultimate authoring option in the market. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** iSpring has allowed us to create bespoke courses for our users across the organisation. Whereby our security requirments differ in each entity we are now able to provide tailored advice and guidance in the form of visually satisfying and interaxctive courses. When I go back to it later, the "text to voice" feature did not save. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much of the training we need to do involves a lot of content. Support is always very quick to respond and help with issues. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** In my experience with my team, iSpring is complicated to use. It's also very slow and often messes up the formatting of the slides we have created post conversion. We've had many issues with our slides not looking the same after converting to iSpring, and it's wasted a lot of time determining how to change on our end so iSpring conversion won't mess up the intended look of the slides. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to upload our slides in a way that ensures others using our product can't download or copy the materials we have created. I appreciated that I didn't need training since the whole architecture and usability were very intuitive. Text to Voice functionality worked well. Also enjoyed the library of people. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** Working on a shared drive led to the loss of some data. After that, I worked with a local file only which was okay but not ideal. When a project is saved or published, files can't be moved from their original location or else the project will be corrupted. Also, the text to speech voices are super robotic, even the "natural" voices. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me to find interactive ways to promote our learners to be more involved in their training. I wish the reporting function worked a little differently for the quizzes as it does require quite a bit manual effort to get the information needed.
