## iSpring Suite Reviews
  ### 1. Super Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love that it is continually evolving, listening to customer feedback. It's intuitive to use and has an ever growing suite of tools. If there's been a glitch, for example recently had trouble embedding a YouTube video, their customer support is exceptional. Worked with me to solve the problem, reviewing my file, sending link to download .... problem solved!

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Probably the thing to be improved is keeping the help documents up to date with current versions.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to create learning module content and interactivity in one hit.

  ### 2. Deep integration with PowerPoint

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emanuel . | Head of Studies, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Video and Audio: iSpring Suite allows the incorporation of various multimedia elements, including video and audio, enhancing the interactivity and engagement of the courses.
Quizzes and Assessments: The tool supports the creation of diverse quiz types, from multiple-choice to drag-and-drop, enabling effective knowledge assessment.
PowerPoint Integration: Users familiar with PowerPoint will find iSpring Suite intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The iSpringCloud Editor is very limited when compared to iSpring Suite, with no narration tool and very limited options for interactive objects.
iSpring Suite should provide a tool to export interactive objects to PDF files.
iSpring Suite and iSpringCloud Editor should be compatible; it would be very helpful to import and export objects between both tools.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developing e-learning materials can be very time-consuming, especially when integrating multimedia elements like quizzes, videos, and interactions; with iSpring Suite we have access to a wide variety of templates, assets, and pre-built interactions that streamline the creation process, significantly reducing our development time.

Also, creating interactive and engaging e-learning content traditionally requires significant expertise in multimedia development and programming, iSpring Suite simplifies the process with an intuitive interface that allows users to create professional-quality courses without needing advanced technical skills.

  ### 3. The best e-learning program!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use Ispring to create e-learning courses for my clients - these complement the classroom training courses I deliver. Participants do them in between classroom training. In this way, they repeat the knowledge. In addition, I create training courses here, quizzes that I use as a competition during organised safety days. Ispring is updated frequently, new characters and templates appear, which is important to me.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I hope that new quiz types will be added soon.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time savings when creating courses and templates.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite! We're thrilled to hear that our platform has been a valuable tool for creating engaging e-learning courses for your clients and enhancing your training programs. We appreciate your feedback about new quiz types, and I'll be sure to pass that along to our development team for consideration.

We're committed to continuously improving our software to meet the evolving needs of our users, so your input is truly valuable. If you have any more suggestions or feedback, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for choosing iSpring Suite, we know that you have the choice.

  ### 4. iSpring review - Marcin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin S. | Menager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

As a trainer, I pay special attention to the preparation of e-learning, which begins with selecting the appropriate tools. Of course, there are free programs that allow you to create e-learning training, but they have much fewer functions than those offered by iSpring. Continuing, for the training to be interesting for its participants, it must constitute a logical whole and its content must be diverse and interesting. The use of graphics, multimedia and interactive elements not only positively affects the engagement of recipients, but also increases the acquisition of knowledge, and such solutions are found in the iSpring program.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I don't have any idea hoh can i halp with this.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me in presentation prepearing

  ### 5. WONDERFUL TOOL

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesco M. | LEARNING SPECIALIST, Professional Training & Coaching, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

One of the standout features of iSpring Suite is its deep integration with Microsoft PowerPoint. This allows users to convert existing PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning courses easily. This feature is especially appreciated because it leverages a familiar tool. iSpring Suite’s integration with PowerPoint is one of its major strengths in terms of ease of implementation. The software is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. iSpring Suite produces content that is SCORM-compliant, ensuring easy integration with most Learning Management Systems (LMS). The presence of an active user community and forums allows users to exchange tips, solve problems collaboratively, and share best practices.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While iSpring Suite is great for rapid content creation with its straightforward tools, it may not offer the depth of customization and advanced interactivity that some other e-learning authoring tools provide, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite’s integration with PowerPoint allows me to convert existing presentations into interactive e-learning content directly.

  ### 6. Several features, smooth inclusion in Power Point

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The fact that it is smoothly added to PowerPoint is of great use. Besides, the level of customisation one gets with characters, backgrounds, and roleplay is the reason why I acquired the package.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It is not something I dislike per se, it is just that to take the most out of the features, there is a learning curve before one can include them effectively within the presentation.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the learning process much more dynamic due to the inclusion of H5P features within the video, which allow the learner to interact with the content. I really like that possibility because it saves us and our learners time in terms of assessment.

  ### 7. Lots of features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha S. | Calibration Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I like that the software is easy to customize. We have several different projects that require either elearning content, quizzes, surveys, or long and more intense exams.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I like the features that are available. Very customizable and relatively easy to use.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We help teach users about metrology and calibration. We can also send out exams and easily analyze the data from seperate quiz sections to help understand what topics a user needs additional help with.

  ### 8. Efficient and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hifsah J. | Course Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The most helpful aspects of iSpring Suite include its user-friendly interface, seamless conversion of PowerPoint to interactive HTML, and excellent customer support. Its upsides are its ease of use, robust features for creating engaging e-learning content, and reliable technical assistance.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While iSpring Suite is generally very good, there are a few issues that need fixing. For example, it occasionally experiences glitches with morph transitions, and there's a noticeable dropdown effect in wipe animations for text.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite solves the problem of creating engaging and interactive e-learning content efficiently. This benefits me by making it easier to build courses without needing advanced technical skills. It saves me time and allows me to focus on designing effective learning experiences rather than struggling with complicated tools. Overall, iSpring Suite streamlines the process of course creation and helps me deliver high-quality educational content effectively.

  ### 9. Easy to use,

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana T. | L&D Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The tool is impressively user-friendly, making it accessible even for beginners. Its intuitive design ensures that users can quickly grasp its functionalities without requiring extensive training. The seamless integration with PowerPoint is a standout feature, allowing users to import and enhance their existing presentations with ease. Additionally, the text-to-speech function is highly effective, offering clear and natural-sounding voice options that can enhance the learning experience. The tool also boasts a wide array of well-designed templates, which can significantly streamline the course creation process and provide a professional look to the final product. Overall, it’s a robust and versatile tool that caters to a wide range of course creation needs.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Has notable limitations when it comes to creating more dynamic and engaging courses. Making the courses lively and adding movement is quite challenging. The characters and elements are static, lacking the ability to animate or interact in ways that could make the content more engaging. As a result, the courses can feel rather flat and uninspiring. the capabilities for this are largely constrained by the features available in PowerPoint.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving away from courses that are just ower point recordings.

  ### 10. A great and easy to use application for creating interactive resources from Powerpoint presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | Educational Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Many educators, including teachers, lecturers, and trainers, often lack the ICT technical skills needed to create their own e-learning resources. Despite creating valuable and effective PowerPoint presentations for their students, these educators frequently find that students do not engage well with the resources they have created for them.

In my role as an educational technologist at a UK university, and with my previous background as an ICT and Computing teacher in a UK Secondary school setting, I have observed this issue extensively. During my Master's project, I discovered the iSpring Suite application, which revolutionised how I created resources for my students.

With iSpring Suite, I can effortlessly convert PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning formats without needing advanced technical skills. I have assisted many lecturers and teachers in transforming their standard PowerPoint presentations into engaging, interactive e-learning resources. The lecturers and teachers that I have helped, have all been impressed and the students love the resources to, especially those narrated presentations that have got embed media such as videos.

The interactive design format of iSpring published resources allows students to interact with the resources, a key feature that students like.

In my opinion, iSpring Suite is an essential tool for anyone responsible for creating educational or training resources. The investment is worthwhile in the long run. I recommend starting with a trial of the application; the results will speak for themselves. Additionally, iSpring offers excellent training resources that will guide you and if you need more ideas of what you can use iSpring Suite application for.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

•	It will be good to include the Text to speech in the Lifetime Ispring Suite license.
•	It will be good to have a means of adding captions to the narrated published resources.

A great application, I have not really found any major problems when using it.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite allows me to easily convert PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning formats without needing to learn advanced technical skills. This tool enhances leaner engagement with features like interactivity, ability to publish narrated presentations with various embedded media such as video, audio, live clickable website links. I recommend trying iSpring Suite, as it offers great value and comes with excellent training resources.

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It's easy to use for me. It contains a lot of useful tools to create interactive content.

Provide a visually appealing course for based on the PowerPoint presentation that I had designed previously

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Easy to integrate the quizies to powerpoint presentation.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

If i need to modify just one quiz, i have to reload all of the quizies, i waste a lot of time with it.

We can make modern digital learning materials for our students. They learn complex knowledge easy and fast.

  ### 13. iSpring is an easy and effective way to create engaging asynchonus courses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Sessional Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring doesn't require you to learn an entirely new program. It builds on what is great about MS PowerPoint to create asthethic, interactive, and engaging learning modules. As a professor, I use iSpring to create asynchonus courses with audio and video. The ease of integration allows me to leverage existing slides and to quickly turn them into training modules that can be accessesed by students on most platforms. The latest version of iSpring has added many new features (such as greater design flexibility) that I'm looking forward to implementing into new modules.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It would be great to allow better integration of videos along with the text content displayed in slides.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Students struggle with offline learning. They need content in a more engaging way then through static slides and textbooks. iSpring allow me to create interactive courses that keep students engaged. With quizzes, students can self-access their level of understanding. The SCORM packages that can integrated into the Canvas LMS as part of the course package. And I'm able to do this without having to be an IT or course authoring expert.

  ### 14. Very good product for what it does

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamesh B. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It is easy to install and export the modules. Customer support was good when it was needed.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Navigation between the various sections of the application can get confusing or cumbersome.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to communicate a curriculum to our staff along with quizzes to determine their proficiency. This worked well for those needs. A Mac version would be helpful though.

  ### 15. Very easy to use from the start.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I just started using iSpring for the creation of training materials. Previously we used PowerPoint to create presentations that played automatically. Transitioning to iSpring was exceptionally easy with its integration into PowerPoint. I was able to easily transform a PowerPoint into an effective training product with a learning check and final quiz. The platform is very intuitive for anyone familiar with using PowerPoint.

Customer support was very quick to respond when I ran into trouble. They asked pointed questions based on my request to understand not just what happened but also how I was using and saving my work to better ascertain what could be wrong and answer my inquiry without a constant back and forth between emails. After I answered support's questions, they only needed to respond once, and I had everything I needed to continue and create training material.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I may have missed the warning, as I tend to hit the ground running, but a warning that saving projects to shared folder/cloud drive is not recommended would be very helpful.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved training material and assessments that can be pushed out to users through our HR enterprise management system.

  ### 16. Continues to be flexible and easy to use.

Effective development of a detailed accreditation technical course with 59 modules.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I am profficient with Office products and iSpring integrates well with these. Since this is the case it is very easy to use and to convert Powerpoint for example into Scorm for moodle. I have had a few issues and customer support has been on hand. The webinars are greats to help you with the ease of implementation. I use it for every presentation for apprentices and it adds additional fuctionality.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Would like to see some more different way of questions in assessments

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a company to make our coursework into scorm packages, this was done at great expense and cost for updates. Now we do as and when and at no extra cost than the software.

The interactive features, such as role-play, have been a great asset to our training. Bringing our agents into interactive training modules has increased the retention of our material. The material is very easy to add to an LMS system. We have our own LMS, and the integration was smooth. It was also straight forward to start the creation process of our new training updates.

You could add more training videos or have an isping academy.

Helping us with trainee retention of material needed.

  ### 20. A Swiss army knife for creating elearning content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier F. | Consultor de proyectos elearning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

One of the things I like the most is the versatility of use, as it allows you to create a video course just as easily as a conversation simulator, turn a simple PDF into a magazine, or create a quiz.

The integration with PowerPoint is also appreciated (a good part of the material for in-person training is already in that format), which helps a lot in reducing time and work.

In addition, the easy installation of the tool on a computer makes it suitable for people without technical training.

Practically, one can start creating decent content after just a few hours of use, as its learning curve is not steep.

Two features that save time, money, and effort are the Text-to-Speech tool and the character creator, the former converting text to voice very simply and the latter allowing you to create a highly personalized character in various poses.

Of all the tools, the one we like the most is QuizMaker, as it is very simple to create and maintain quizzes and exams.

Finally, it is very reassuring to have their 24/7 technical support service, to address any questions we might have about a function or simply about using the license on a device.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Official support in Spanish is something that would help a lot, although one can write to them in Spanish and the staff makes an effort to respond in Spanish as well, the official policy is to respond in English.

The Interactions (or Visuals) tool used to create graphic organizers lags a bit in terms of graphic customization and creating different behaviors, although this is something sacrificed in favor of ease of use and the tool's low learning curve.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to support organizations in creating online content easily and quickly, without the need for extensive technical knowledge or having a full development team.

  ### 21. Clinical Educator

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The default animation is set to slides and not clicks

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When integrating into our learning management system, it further validates receipt of the content by the learner

  ### 22. The simplest authoring tool ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The iSpring Suite as a PowerPoint plugin was easy in implementation and integration, and makes it quick and easy to create e-learning courses, even in collaboration with colleagues. We use the tools since installation easily and on a daily base. The standalone tools such as Quizmaker, Visuals, Talkmaster and CamPro as well as the online features such as Sites and Online Quiz have been convincing us for over a year. Best investment in L&D projects in recent years! We are fully satisfied with the customer support. There are simple online tutorials and a team of competent support colleagues.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

There are no major difficulties, apart from the fact that the SCORM file export is sometimes complicated if you have integrated special features in e-learning (branches with quizzes, repetition elearnings, etc.). TalkMaster could also be simpler, perhaps with AI support (by AI-prompting a GPT model instead of manual dialogue capture).

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy creation of e-learning courses in co-operation with the specialist departments. A wide range of interactions and quizzes make the result even better. By producing content ourselves, we save a lot of time and money in the creation process.

  ### 23. An eLearning Specialist's review of iSpring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The seamless integration with PowerPoint is user-friendly and versatile, allowing you to transform standard presentations into dynamic, interactive courses. The quizzing tool makes it easy to create diverse and engaging quizzes to test learners’ understanding.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While it’s great for general eLearning needs, it may not be suitable for highly specialized or technical training. Additionally, the advanced features might seem somewhat limited for power users.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

○ Efficiency: Creating content from scratch was time-consuming.
○ Engagement: Traditional training sessions often struggle to keep people’s attention.
○ Consistency: Ensuring all training modules are using the same template.

  ### 24. Rapid creation of elearning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hecsil del Valle M. | Líder de Diseño Instruccional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It integrates with most PowerPoint options. It is easy to use. You can create very high-quality courses in a short investment of time. It has a good image bank, which allows you to create most of the resources needed in e-learning. I have been using it for over 5 years and I love it. It allows you to create and edit videos, you can create courses in normal format and blog format, you can add audios, animations, transitions, I use it many times a month, customer service is very fast and efficient, when publishing the courses they work, they are implemented and integrated into various platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

For now, the only thing I feel is missing is the ability to integrate with 3D images and their various animations, including the transformation with these images, and for the forward buttons to be enabled at the moment a specific animation finishes or occurs.

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The ease of integration with Power point Ispring works as part of PowerPoint as opposed to importing PowerPoint slides.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

A strange issue where it fails to authenticate me but this may be because I'm moving across multiple machines and VPNs per day

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ispring is solving the problem of us moving our training material from proprietary formats into scorm packages while maintaining the actual material in a PowerPoint file for versatility.

  ### 28. Great software that is easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

iSpring is a wonderful and cost effective program for course development. Their customer support is fantastic and the software is easy to use. If you are familiar with PowerPoint, you can be up and running with iSpring in no time.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I have been working consistantly with iSpring for over a year and there is nothing to dislike.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of use and multiple options make course development a breeze.

  ### 29. Excellent Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess J. | Head of Quality Assurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The software is really intuitive and easy to navigate. It is straightforward to use and a great feature is it operates through powerpoint. Extensive library of resources and the text to speech functionality is a bonus. Excellent responsive support function.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I have not currently come across any downsides to the system.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabled the organisation to create bespoke e-learning courses to be shared with a third party LMS system. It has provided upskilling and development opportunities for field based staff.

  ### 30. Great platform, very friendly and useful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Its interface, it's very easy to use it, you can learn very quickly as well as the students you integrate in the platform, even when they don't have tech skills they can use it

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The customatization, there are things that cannot be easily edited, and this makes tool customization difficult. The interactions are very static, and I believe this could be improved.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring is helping us teach our employees in an easy and practical way everything about our company. This was very important because our target audience consists of people who are not very agile with new technologies.

  ### 31. iSpring has been a fantastic learning tool in my kit for years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I stumbled across iSpring several years ago as we were looking for an alternative to the Articulate / Storyline suite. I found it to be a very simple, yet very effective, set of tools. Over the years (and across three different companies) I procured iSpring as my primary training development tool. It is easy to implement, easy to use, and the support team is fantastic.

One thing that I truly appreciate about iSpring is that they are innovating and constantly making minor updates to the product. While Articulate has mostly stood still, iSpring continues to evolve. It may not be the biggest or the shiniest, but I appreciate using them for their solid functionality, simplicity, and value.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

There aren't any tremendous downsides to iSpring, just different expectations. Articulate Rise, for exampe, is more evolved that the iSpring solution, but it is growing. So, knowing you are playing with a younger company and tool set helps levelset that expectation.

I miss their lifetime subscription model. Please bring that back as an option.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary use case for iSpring has been building out mangager and leadership training modules. I absolutely love the philosophy of storytelling shared by Anna Sabramowicz, and frequently use the simulation editor in iSpring. Sure, I can do more complicated, fancier things in Storyline, but I want to get in, get it done, and get it out the door. Very much appreciate this tool! It has allowed me to create many effective and impactful simulations.

  ### 32. I use iSpring to successfully create and manage content for an online certification program.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Ease of use, low cost, comprehensive feature set. Customer service is great, and this works directly in my PowerPoint software, rather than having to learn a totally custom workflow.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The only criticism I can offer is that licensing sometimes gets confusing, and when I do a fresh install I sometimes need help with acitvation - that said, the team does a GREAT job of getting this taken care of, thier customer service is top notch.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to produce courseware for professional certificaiton programs. I also build online learning for my clients, and iSpring makes all that easily possible.

  ### 33. Easy to Use & Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring is easy to use and so great that it integrates with PowerPoint. The learning curve is small and you can create courses with lots of interactivity quickly and easily. Customer support is amazing - they answer questions quickly and give specific instructions that allow you to keep working.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The biggest downside that I have encountered so far is that when an interaction is open, you do not have access to the rest of the PowerPoint slides until you close that interaction window. This is sometimes frustrating if I am looking to copy and paste information into the interaction.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring is allowing us to create interactive content without having to learn Captivate or Articulate which seem to have much higher learning curves. It has been a real time saver so far!

  ### 34. Helpful Add On to PowerPoint

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Having iSpring added a level of finesse and creativity to my PowerPoint decks. I think the content looked more professional as a result.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Sometimes when I had technical questions or problems, there was a bit of a language barrier and lack of robust assistance available.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a cost-effective way to create content in-house.

**Official Response from Kseniya Bright:**

> Hi Patty, Thank you so much for reviewing iSpring here on G2. We very much appreciate it. It’s great to hear that you are happy with the iSpring solution. As per your cons, could you please get back to me with a little more details on what exactly was confusing? We would will be more than happy to look into your case. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work!

  ### 35. Excellent - ISpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

For me it has been the support behind the scenes with the video demos, and guidance. It has made it so much easier when first starting to navigate aorund the suite. It has been easy to use and implement especially and as I use if frequently iv got better as ive gone on. Integrating it into my work platform has also been easy with no glitches.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I personally dont think there has been any downside, maybe if there is one think it the amount of updates so close together but also I understand the need to continually improve the suite.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us it has allowed us to create internal training coourse bespoke to our business that can then be added to our learner management system. That is where we can track compliance and monitor course take up for all employees.

  ### 36. It brings our training courses to life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

If you can use MS PowerPoint, then you can use iSpring. It is an easy software package to use, that brings online courses to life. Those times that I have needed Customer Support, the support has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Sometimes, the choice of imagery (e.g. backgrounds and characters) feels slightly limited, but because we use our own templates, this isn't an issue for us and there is still a wide choice of images if you need them.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Litmos as our Learning Management System. The authoring software that comes with Litmos LMS is very basic and didn't fulfill our requirements. We started using iSpring authoring software to overcome these problems. We have been very happy with it as a software package.

  ### 37. A great software that is easy to use for anyone.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I enjoyed the ease of use as it was all very intuitive with a clean design and layout. The different features really help in creating courses for my orginisation.
It is also fast in processing content into the required SCORM files.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I have yet to find any dislikes to the Suite.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organisation required a software that would assist us with creating small courses for policy bites or training courses to be rolled out to our staff via our LMS as a SCORM file. This was following ceasing our contract with another provider due to costing.
I-Spring Suite has given us the ability to create courses simply and efficently and then process them to SCORM for our LMS.

  ### 38. Facilitate things in the preparation of material for virtual courses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry Nicolas C. | Perito Forense en Celulares, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

the online Suite, although paid, but if you already have your theme defined... it's worth it

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Annual memberships seem limiting to me, and the fact that updates are tied to the subscription means I can't use all the features if I don't have an active subscription, even though I have a lifetime license.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

for the moment they focus on the quality of the product, there are no problems and if there were any, they review them to make the respective modifications

  ### 39. Brilliant piece of sofware but the subscription plans are prohibitive!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin H. | Instructor at Alison, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use iSpring Software everyday. It is great for creating videos from PowerPoint and I wouldn't use anything else.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I am using an older version of iSpring Suite for which I have a lifetime license. I can't recommend iSpring as they have moved over to an annual subscription which makes the software very expensive for a small business.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite integrates cleanly into PowerPoint and enables me to use the functions incorporating them smoothly into videos and intercative quizzes.

  ### 40. iSpring makes development easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The ability to create AI narration is incredible. As someone who dislikes hearing their own voice on training modules, this has been a huge assist for me. The quizzes you create are dynamic and make the module more enjoyable. I am still learning about the Role-Play function but it also looks to be very helpful. iSpring has a great team of support. Anytime I've messaged them for assistance I get a quick and helpful response.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

We have not identified anything to dislike about iSpring.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring offers the ability to take a run of the mill power point presentation and turn it into an interesting and fun training module. It adds so much to our learning library.

  ### 41. Thanks Ispring support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greta Z. | Instructional designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The Ispring support! Super fast and kindly! They resolved my problem in 5 minuts.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Sometimes the tool has some problems, like the preview or the loading of the Scorm

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create e-learning courses

  ### 42. best in market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring integrates video and slides, offering a simpler alternative to more complex video editing programs. Its features, including basic quizzes, work well and enable providing feedback on responses.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Unfortunately, it is not possible to record a student’s score based on their last attempt at an exercise, as the system only records the first attempt. Additionally, the functionalities for activities such as role-plays are still limited.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring is easy to use after a few trials and by checking online tutorials. Despite some limitations, such as recording only the first attempt's score and restricted role-play functionalities, it integrates video and slides effectively. Its simple quiz features work well, allowing feedback on responses, making it a practical tool.

  ### 43. Delivers on our needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo G. | Compliance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The ease of use of the features for building our presentations is the best aspect of iSpring Suite

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

menu layout could be enhanced to highlight more features.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to create the type of in-house training modules we specifically require

  ### 44. iSpring: a great entry level tool for course creation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It uses an existing product as its framework (PowerPoint), which makes it easier to start using and greater flexibility in terms of the base course design.

They also have great customer support and are very responsive and actively help to find solutions

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The lack of design flexibility within some of the elements, particularly the interactive exercises.

The fact it's a PC only product so I have to use a virtual PC to use it.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to easily create courses and credentials for our clients who don't have a learning management system, require a SCORM package or have a limited budget.

  ### 45. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Technical Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring is a great addition to Power point as it truly expands the trainings with roleplay and quizes.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Role Plays need to have a zoom function for images along with more of the ability to inter connect interactions. Creating a server board for quiz reporting would be great, along with having a server attached to the cloud with the quiz results and reporting.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring has kept training consistant along with broadening the ability for continuous training.

  ### 46. Run Don't Walk and Get iSpring Suite

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love being able to create a course, develop a quiz, and assign it to a team member within a couple of hours.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I wish it had animation but maybe that is coming in the future?

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We create some basic new hire training freeing people up their first week. We also use iSpring to create training videos of a specialized nature so people can refer to it whenever they need a refresher.

  ### 47. iSpring just seems to work!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I have found that getting familiar with the functionality has been pretty simple. Creating content and samples to share with clients is very easy.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I find that one or two of the functions are less intuitive than others and can take a while to figure out. In fairness though I have been able to figure out everything I've needed.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to create courses quickly and share them both from exising materials has been invaluable.

  ### 48. iSpring Suite has been great in helping us develop courses in podiatry education.

iSpring Suite is easy to use yet very comprehensive in developing courses. So many options are available to produce attractive course content and quizzes. The customer support has been great, very responsive and helped us solve an issue with publishing video content. The app integrated easily within PowerPoint which is where we use it mostly.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I haven't found any downsides to iSpring Suite.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer online medical continuing education credits by presenting pre-recorded lectures followed by quizzes which must be completed successfully. iSpring Suite has allowed us to easily build the necessary elements to present the lectures and quizzes.

  ### 49. Wonderfull

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea M. | Membro del direttivo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

the possibility of using power point, the support service which, even though it is in English, is kind enough to send me the translation and also the screen-shots

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

for now there's only one flaw: since I had a license in English, they wouldn't convert it to the Italian one....luckily there is a translator

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with ispring I can create courses for my organization starting from the slides I use for classroom courses with shocking simplicity

  ### 50. Positive experience using ISpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**
