## iSpring Suite Reviews
 ### 1. Amazing Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly G. | Business Analyst and Compliance Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring is an amazing platform that allows you to create training that is specific to your business. Everyone now gets the same consistent and precise message. The amount of features available to really make training unique and individualized training is fantastic. The Customer Support services are excellent.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

There is nothing that I dislike. I would like to see options of more children to use as characters. Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite solves the problem of mixed messages. Our program had multiple people training on the same topic and we were seeing that staff were then completing tasks differently. Staff were receiving conflicting information. iSpring allowed us to create training that is consistent which has reduced errors. The ability of staff taking training when they need it and not have to worry about when a trainer is returning from vacation is extremely helpful. Also, anyone can retake a training at any time when they want to refresh their memories on specific topics.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Kelly,
Thank you so much for your kind review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
It’s great to hear that iSpring Suite helps you keep training consistent and clear across your team. We’re especially glad that the flexibility of on-demand learning is making things easier for your staff.
Thanks as well for your kind words about our support team. I’ll be happy to pass them along.
And we really appreciate your suggestion about adding more child characters, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. That’s a great idea, and we’ll make sure to share it with our product team.
We’re grateful for your kind words and your trust in us. Thank you for being part of our community.

 ### 2. PowerPoint-Native Speed and Rich Content, but Limited Collaboration and Pricey

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria Q. | Director of Training and Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite's greatest strength is how naturally it fits into an existing workflow. Because it operates directly inside PowerPoint, there is virtually no learning curve for trainers and instructional designers who already know that environment.
The variety of interactive content types available within a single authoring tool is also impressive. From branching scenarios and dialogue simulations to quizzes and screencasts, iSpring Suite gives content developers everything they need under one roof, which dramatically accelerates development timelines.
Finally, the built-in Content Library of pre-built characters, backgrounds, and templates raises production quality without requiring additional resources or a dedicated graphic designer.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The most notable limitation of iSpring Suite is its dependency on PowerPoint. While that integration is also its strength, it means you are inherently tethered to Microsoft's ecosystem, which can be a constraint for organizations moving toward more platform-agnostic or cloud-based workflows.
The interface and feature set, while accessible, can also feel dated compared to some newer cloud-native authoring tools that offer more modern design flexibility and real-time collaboration. For teams that need multiple instructional designers working on the same course simultaneously, the lack of true co-authoring capability is a meaningful gap.
Lastly, the pricing, particularly when bundling Suite with the LMS, can feel steep for smaller training departments trying to justify the investment against more affordable alternatives on the market.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite solves one of the most persistent challenges in corporate training: the gap between content creation and content deployment. Historically, instructional designers would build content in one tool, export it, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and then upload it to an LMS. iSpring significantly compresses that process.
For our team, the direct PowerPoint integration means subject matter experts can contribute to course development without needing specialized authoring skills. That has expanded our content creation capacity without expanding our headcount.
The built-in assessment and scenario tools also eliminate the need for multiple platforms to accomplish what iSpring handles in one place, reducing both licensing costs and the administrative burden of managing several vendors.
The bottom line is that iSpring Suite has shortened our content development cycle, lowered our production costs, and allowed our training team to focus more on instructional quality and less on technical troubleshooting.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Victoria,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience!
It’s wonderful to hear that iSpring Suite fits so smoothly into your workflow and makes it easy for both instructional designers and subject matter experts to contribute. That’s exactly what we aim for -- helping teams create high-quality learning content without adding complexity.
We’re especially glad to hear that iSpring Suite is helping bridge the gap between content creation and deployment for your team. Streamlining that process and reducing the need for multiple tools is something we really focus on, so it’s great to know it’s making a tangible difference in your workflow.
We also truly appreciate your honest feedback. We understand that being tied to PowerPoint can be both a strength and a limitation, especially for teams moving toward more cloud-based workflows. Your points about design flexibility, a more modern interface, and real-time collaboration are very valuable.
If you’re open to it, we’d love to hear more about how your team approaches collaboration and what an ideal co-authoring experience would look like. Your insights really help guide our product decisions. You can reach out anytime at michael.keller@ispring.com. Our Chief Product Officer would be happy to connect.
Thanks again for sharing your experience. It truly means a lot to us!

 ### 3. Still My Go-To for Fast eLearning Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James G. | Founder and Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I’ve been using iSpring for 15 years and I keep coming back to it because it lets me build eLearning quickly in a workflow natural to me because already work in PowerPoint. For me, that means I can focus on the learning design instead of wrestling with tool idiosyncrasies.
Features like narration editing, quizzes, and role-play simulations make it easy to create interactive content and assessments without a lot of extra complexity. I appreciate the newer AI features. They’re not a replacement for instructional design, but they can help speed up things like drafting content, creating assets, or preparing translations when you’re working on tight timelines. My favorite features are the audio / narration sync and Role Play module.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Like most AI-assisted tools, the AI features still need a human eye. I usually review and adjust anything generated for tone and accuracy and learning context.

Also, because iSpring is built around PowerPoint, teams that prefer a completely browser-based authoring environment might look at other tools. For organizations comfortable with PowerPoint, though, that integration is actually one of its biggest advantages.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges in learning and development is turning subject-matter expertise into structured learning quickly. iSpring helps with that because subject-matter experts already understand PowerPoint, so collaboration feels much more natural.

For me, the benefit is speed and consistency. I can build narrated modules, quizzes, and role-plays relatively quickly while still producing courses that feel polished and interactive. iSpring gives me all the control I need and I'm pretty picky! The newer AI capabilities also help streamline parts of the development process, which is useful when you’re balancing multiple projects.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi James,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, and for staying with iSpring for 15 years. This means a lot to our team.
It’s wonderful to hear that working in iSpring Suite helps you focus on learning design rather than on the tool itself. We’re especially glad that the audio/narration sync and Role Play module are among your favorite features, as these are also areas we continuously invest in to help instructional designers build polished, interactive experiences faster.
We also appreciate your balanced view of the AI capabilities. You’re absolutely right: AI is not a replacement for thoughtful instructional design, and we see it as a helper for drafting, asset creation, and speeding up things like translations when timelines are tight.
Thank you for calling out both the strengths and the limitations, including the fact that a PowerPoint‑based workflow may not be ideal for every team. We’ve thought about this too, and if your team prefers working fully in the browser, you’re always welcome to try iSpring Cloud. It’s a web-based space where you can create, store, and share your training content with your subject-matter experts in just a few clicks.
We value your trust in iSpring and look forward to supporting your future learning initiatives!

 ### 4. Reliable and Easy for Building Quiz Banks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fallon S. | Business Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

What I appreciate most about iSpring Suite is that it runs directly within PowerPoint. I don’t have to learn a whole new platform just to create courses, which makes the process feel much more natural. I can start from an existing slide deck and quickly turn it into a more structured training module, complete with quizzes and knowledge checks.

The quiz tool is straightforward to work with and includes plenty of helpful options. Publishing to SCORM is also easy, and once everything is configured the way I need it, it has been reliable in my experience. Overall, it saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Things can start to feel messy once projects get large. Big quiz banks and multiple file versions are hard to keep organized, especially when more than one person is working on them. Some layout and player customization options feel a bit limited, while others seem redundant or overlapping. And when something publishes slightly off, it often takes some trial and error to figure out what caused it. It’s usually fixable, but the solution isn’t always clear or easy to spot.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, we primarily use iSpring Suite to create quizzes and manage our quiz banks. It lets us group questions by topic, randomize them, and pull from larger banks so assessments don’t start to feel repetitive. That’s important for both quick knowledge checks and more formal testing.

Instead of manually tracking questions in spreadsheets or copying and pasting content across multiple files, we can keep everything organized and structured in one place. This makes updates easier, helps maintain consistency across modules, and saves time when we need to build new versions of an assessment. We can also publish quizzes to our LMS so results are trackable, which is essential for compliance and documentation.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Fallon,
Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with iSpring Suite.
It’s great to hear that the PowerPoint-based workflow makes course creation feel natural for you. One of the things we’re especially proud of is helping teams turn existing presentations into structured training without having to learn a completely new authoring environment.
We also appreciate your honest feedback about working with larger projects and quiz banks. As course libraries grow and multiple contributors get involved, organizing content can indeed become more complex. To help us better understand your experience and explore ways to improve, we’d love to learn a bit more:
Could you tell us more about the “big quiz banks”? What makes them large in your case?
How are these quiz banks typically used within your team?
How do different team members interact with them?
What specific challenges have you noticed when multiple people are working together?
Your answers will help us identify ways to make managing large projects and team collaboration smoother.
We’re also glad that publishing to SCORM has been reliable for you and that the tool helps save time when building training materials. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
If you ever have questions or ideas you’d like to discuss, our team is always happy to help.

 ### 5. Versatile Quizmaker with Lightning-Fast Support and Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh p. | Authorized Training Partner of Project Management Institute, USA., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I especially like the Quizzmaker software. It supports all templates - multiple choice, multiple response, hot spot, match the following , situational role plays. No other software that I have researched offers this versatile capability. I can easily share them through my website or LMS. MY student performance is recorded and reported to the trainee and to the trainer and the trainer reviews students performance person to person. I am able to offer an experience no other training organization can offer because of this reporting capability. It has timers and I use it as exam simulators. Incredible. It has very interesting and varied set of designs for slides, that I can choose from. I was stunned at the speed at which support requests were answered - at times within an hour. Designing course is very easy because it uses the existing power point intereface. I have decided to renew my annual subscription without any hesitation. The Ispring product and its delivery team is fast, efficient and exhaustive in its features. I use it amost after every class to send quiizes to studets on topics covered. It integrates very well with the existing powerpoint. This review is from P.B.Ramesh, BecomePM, Authorized Trainer Partner, Project Management Institute, USA. My linked in profile: www.linkedin.com/in/rameshpb

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It will be good if I can share the quiz through Onedrive.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technically, it has no problems, its a perfect software. But the features are so innumerable that occasionally I need to ask them how to use them. For instance how to add logo to the screens. Reponses happen at lightning speed. It has a local support center in India because of which potentiaa for delays because of different time zones is avoided.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi P.B. Ramesh,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your experience with iSpring Suite.

We’re thrilled to hear that QuizMaker has become such a valuable tool for you, allowing you to create versatile quizzes with multiple formats, track student performance, and provide personalized feedback. It’s especially rewarding to know that our reporting capabilities help you deliver a unique learning experience that no other training organization can offer.

We really appreciate your suggestion about OneDrive. Our development team is actively looking into this feature. To help us address it faster, could you please share more details about the scenarios in which you need to use OneDrive? Your input will help us prioritize and implement the most useful solution.

Your trust means a lot to us, and we’re always happy to support you in delivering exceptional learning experiences.

 ### 6. Great for SCORM Creation, Limited by Integration Issues

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edd H. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I like how the course player allows the presenter view alongside the traditional PowerPoint slides. I haven't found an alternative that presents the video in the same way.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I'm frustrated by the bugs and challenges I'm facing with iSpring Suite. Currently, I have an issue where my files or courses are breaking. It's annoying that I can't use it with OneDrive, which is unusual since OneDrive is part of Microsoft Office, and this is a PowerPoint add-on. This has resulted in me not being able to access hundreds of gigabytes of my existing courses. This happened straight after they updated the software, I strongly suspect the update was to blame. iSpring support has repeatedly refused to accept responsibility or fix this even though I believe I have identified the change they made which caused this to be an issue (it wasn't an issue for years previously).

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite provides an easy way to make SCORM packages, effectively utilizing video and PowerPoint slides.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Edd, thank you for sharing your feedback on iSpring Suite. Thrilling to hear that you find it to be a powerful and user-friendly. I apologize for any issues you have encountered with certain features not working as expected and the support experience.
At iSpring we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will address these concerns to ensure a better experience for you in the future.

We appreciate your support and are glad to hear that iSpring Suite is helping you create engaging courses.

 ### 7. Intuitive, Reliable Platform for Polished, Professional Training Modules

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanja H. | HR Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is extremely easy to use, especially being PowerPoint-based, which makes course development fast and intuitive. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the output always looks polished and professional. I’m also impressed with how frequently the platform is improved — new features and updates are rolled out consistently. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve any questions quickly.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite allows us to quickly convert internal training content into professional eLearning modules without requiring advanced design or development skills. It reduces course development time significantly and ensures consistency in branding and presentation. The ability to create interactive quizzes, dialogue simulations, and assessments in one platform streamlines our training process and improves learner engagement. This has made it easier to deliver structured, high-quality training across the organisation.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Tanja,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We’re delighted to hear that iSpring Suite’s PowerPoint-based interface, clean design, and frequent updates are helping you create polished, professional courses quickly and intuitively. It’s also wonderful to know that the platform is streamlining your training process, from interactive quizzes and simulations to assessments, while maintaining consistency across your organization.

We truly appreciate your kind words about our support team. Hearing that we make it easy to resolve questions motivates us to keep improving.

We value your trust in iSpring! It’s rewarding to support you in designing courses that engage and inspire learners.

 ### 8. Interactive and Engaging Learning Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra M. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use iSpring Suite to enhance our self-paced college modules, and I really enjoy the various characters and interactions available. This helps keep our modules varied. The characters are realistic, and the interactions can appeal to different learning preferences, including visual, auditory, and tactile. The engagement facilitated by these features makes the modules more interesting for students, who often express that they are more enjoyable than static ones.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I am hoping that iSpring continues to add additional graphics and design templates regularly in the future. Provide more options. It was fairly easy to set up, however, there is lots to learn to fully understand the capabilities that are available.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite makes learning engaging for students, transforming static modules from Canvas or PowerPoint into interactive experiences. It appeals to various learning preferences, resulting in a more engaging and interesting learning process.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Alexandra, thank you for sharing your positive experience with iSpring Suite! We're please to hear that you appreciate the various options for building training modules and that integrating with Canvas has been smooth. We understand your feedback about account sharing, it is mainly limited due to subscription terms: 1 seat equals 1 user. For teams, we offer discounts in multiseat offers.

Thank you again for your time and sincere feedback. May you be successful in what you are doing!

 ### 9. Suggested Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LINDA W. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Its PowerPoint integration and character libraries

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Some embedded features, such as advanced player customization, require a tech support call followed by a Zoom screenshare appointment, even though a simple initial screenshare could have resolved the issue much more quickly.

There also seems to be too much reliance on AI integration, for example for title generation. As an advanced course/content developer, I work from established storyboards and outlines, so that approach doesn’t really fit my workflow.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typically, when giving verbal instructions, support techs don't use the proper names of standard symbols. For example, they might say, "Look for three dots," instead of "Look in the upper right corner for the 'ellipsis' which looks like three horizontal dots."

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Linda!
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that iSpring Suite’s PowerPoint integration and character libraries are valuable in your workflow.
We also appreciate your feedback on the support process and AI features. Your insights are especially valuable coming from an experienced course developer. We understand that efficiency and flexibility matter, and we’ll keep your perspective in mind as we continue improving the user experience and making everyday projects easier to complete.
Thank you again for being part of the iSpring community and for sharing your insights.

 ### 10. Engaging Content Creation Made Easy with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda F. | Online Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love the interactions in iSpring Suite. They're fairly easy to learn and there are several options to choose from to fit the content. These interactions allow me to create content that is professional looking and interesting. The initial setup of iSpring Suite was very easy.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I'm still trying to learn about screen recording and how to share a project with someone. Sharing projects seems cumbersome; I usually need to try multiple times before it is successful. It has to be saved a certain way, and if there are interactions or audio files, they have to be saved separately. I just have not learned how to do it very well.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite lets me create SCORM files and offers various options for creative content. I love the interactions, as they're easy to learn and help create professional, interesting content.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Brenda,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with iSpring Suite. We're thrilled to hear how our interactions help you create professional, engaging content so easily.
It's great that the initial setup was smooth for you, and we love that you're enjoying the variety of interaction options for your SCORM projects.

Not a thing. iSpring Suite fulfills all the needs I have.

The Support Desk in the cloud provides a clear overview of all communication. The support is super friendly and always presents the answers and assistance with screenshots, so you can follow along very well. I think it's great that you are not left alone with your problems and there are short ways to contact. This gives you a secure feeling.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I can only say once I've used it for a longer time.

I use iSpring Suite to develop SCORM-compliant courses for our LMS. It allows me, as a non-IT person, to intuitively create interactive content and make our information engaging. It is easy to use and fits well with PowerPoint skills.

 ### 14. User-Friendly with Engaging Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi L. | Senior Director, Learning & Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I appreciate that iSpring Suite integrates with PowerPoint, which makes the learning curve easy. I love how it allows me to create engaging content with role plays and interactions, making situational scenarios that tell a story. The role plays guide learners and help them understand outcomes based on their selections. I enjoy adding a whimsical touch using the character creation feature. I also value their customer support, which is incredibly helpful whenever I have questions; they are always willing to assist until I'm satisfied. Plus, setting up iSpring Suite was very easy.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I don't fully understand how to enable the grading of the quizzes within the course so that it also scores the course via the external LMS when published to SCORM. If I enable the grading of the quiz as a requirement for course completion, the external LMS we use doesn't recognize it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite integrates with PowerPoint, easing the learning curve, and lets me create engaging content with role plays and interactions. I can assess learner knowledge and set course completion criteria.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Heidi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! It’s wonderful to hear how the PowerPoint integration, role plays, interactions, and character creation help you build those story-driven scenarios. And we’re proud to know our support team has been there for you every step of the way.
We're sorry to hear about the confusion with quiz grading and SCORM scoring in your external LMS. This comes up often just a quick publishing setting or LMS tweak. Feel free to reply here or reach our support team at support@ispring.com. They'll walk you through the exact steps.
Thanks again for using iSpring Suite. We're here if you need anything else!

 ### 15. iSpring Suite Makes Creating Custom Tests and Training Simulations Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** She G. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

What I liked most about iSpring Suite was the ability to create my own tests, along with the option to design simulations to help train our staff. It was very easy to implement and integrate into our organization. iSpring customer support is truly amazing and readily available.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The only downsides that I experienced was not being able to fix a quiz once it was uploaded into the system and not having access to more that just 2 pre-made templates or backgrounds. I was under the assumption that I would have access to more items than I did.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helped our organization address the need for quizzes and role-play simulators that are specifically tailored to our organization and staff.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Sherri,

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re glad to hear that creating custom tests and role-play simulations was easy to set up for your team, and that our support team was able to make the process even smoother. It’s always great to know that iSpring is helping organizations like yours deliver effective staff development.

Regarding your feedback about quizzes, they can be edited even after they’ve been published. You simply need to open the original project file, make the necessary updates, and republish the course. The updated version can then be uploaded to your LMS to replace the previous version.

As for templates, objects, and backgrounds, the Content Library includes hundreds of additional assets. We regularly add new ones, and you can access them anytime from the Content Library tab while designing your course.

 ### 17. Powerful, Intuitive All-in-One eLearning Tool for Fast, Professional Course Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Max has quickly become one of my favorite eLearning development tools. From the moment I opened it, the platform felt easy to use, intuitive, and incredibly well‑designed. Even without extensive training, I was able to jump right in and start creating polished, professional content.
One of the standout features for me is the text‑to‑speech conversion. It’s remarkably smooth and natural‑sounding, saving hours of recording time while still maintaining a high‑quality learner experience. Paired with the ability to add interactive quizzes, it becomes effortless to build engaging courses that keep learners involved and boost knowledge retention.
Customization options are another major win. iSpring Max offers flexible design tools, templates, and settings that let you tailor every piece of content to match your brand or training needs. Whether I’m building a quick refresher module or a full multi‑lesson course, I always feel in control of the final output.
Finally, publishing and uploading couldn’t be simpler. With just a few clicks, I can export SCORM‑compliant packages and upload them directly to our learning management system without any compatibility issues. The process is fast, seamless, and dependable.
Overall, iSpring Max is a powerful, user‑friendly, all‑in‑one solution that makes course creation not only manageable but enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build professional eLearning quickly and effectively!

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The iSpring project folder tree creates pain points. The tool generates a large, cluttered directory filled with numerous subfolders, each containing assets, media, and configuration files. While this may be necessary from a technical standpoint, it’s not user‑friendly.
Managing or moving project files becomes unintuitive because everything must stay in its exact folder structure for the project to remain functional. Accidentally moving or renaming a folder easily breaks links or corrupts the project. For teams trying to organize many courses—or store them in shared directories—this rigid folder tree introduces unnecessary complexity.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite provides continual updates that introduce new features, usability and enhancements Users are alerted inside the interface when updates are installed, and improvements are clearly listed when the workspace is opened.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience with iSpring. We’re happy to know that the tool has become one of your favorites and that features like text‑to‑speech and interactive quizzes help you create engaging courses so quickly. That’s exactly the kind of efficiency and creative control we aim to provide for course developers.
We understand that managing multiple subfolders can feel cumbersome. The current folder hierarchy is designed to ensure stable project performance and preserve all linked assets, which is essential for reliable output in the SCORM format. This structure helps maintain the integrity of your course when it’s published and uploaded to an LMS.
We truly appreciate your trust in iSpring Suite. Thank you again for your time and kind words — and please don’t hesitate to share any further suggestions. Your insights help us make the product experience even better.

 ### 18. Seamless PowerPoint Integration for Effortless Course Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I really appreciate iSpring Suite's integration into PowerPoint. It's a very simple process with just one menu item, but it integrates very well. I can produce better iSpring courses once I understand how PowerPoint works. It's like I become a better PowerPoint user, and an excellent content creator using iSpring because it supports everything. You can add animations in PowerPoint, even embed videos without fear, as all the things done in PowerPoint are supported by iSpring, and that's what I love about it. It's inside a product I'm very familiar with. The outcome and the outputs I'm able to produce really show how important it is to have this ease-of-use tool, not only to create the content but also to edit it and provide it in different formats. It's flexible, easy to use, and I can control my output to different formats.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Sometimes when I have some very complex kinds of content, like demonstrating how to use a particular software product, it is not really easy to do, and it takes quite a bit of time. Also, accessibility is a big issue. I can't change the icon used for closed captions, and I don't have control over the background color on the closed caption display window. The closed caption colors are embedded in JavaScript, and I have to manually change it, which works, but it would be nicer to have better control over these features.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helps organize course materials by leveraging PowerPoint, a tool everyone is familiar with, making it easier for me to build online training courses effectively.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Mike,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of iSpring Suite. We’re really glad to hear that the seamless integration with PowerPoint makes your course creation process easier and more enjoyable. It’s great to know that iSpring helps you create professional, interactive content using tools you already know and love.
We understand that creating complex software demonstrations can take extra time. Could you tell us more about the specific challenges you’re facing? Your input will help us better understand your workflow and explore ways to make this process even smoother in the future.
We also appreciate your feedback on accessibility and have taken note of your suggestions for future consideration.
It’s wonderful to see that iSpring Suite supports your goal of building professional online training efficiently. Thank you again for your insights and for being part of the iSpring community!

 ### 19. iSpring is the best product for ease of use and happy budget

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonya S. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love iSpring Suite because I can create classes and learning tracks that people can do whenever they have time. I find it easy to edit and make modifications to existing classes without having to recreate a whole new class. An awesome feature is that I get to narrate my classes in a variety of languages. iSpring's setup allows me to create sections or chapters easily, segmenting the information simpler. Once those sections are created in PowerPoint, they're imported into iSpring, and I can edit the narration into various languages. The initial setup was quick and easy, thanks to meetings with my salesperson and an expert, which helped me get ready to start creating classes. It's the best for a cost-effective budget and is easy to use, both for students and creators.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Creating interactions can sometimes be challenging for my industry and the characters don't always come across effectively. I would love to see some action in the program that allows me to edit a piece of artwork (like a photo of a character) like removing backgrounds and such. As it is now, I have to go out of iSpring and edit in another program that sometimes creates an additional expense.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite lets me market to individuals needing last-minute training. I can create and edit classes easily, with flexible scheduling and language narration options, which is perfect for my online students.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Sonya,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review.

We’re happy to hear that iSpring Suite helps you create flexible courses and learning tracks that fit your students’ schedules. The ability to quickly update existing content, organize it into clear sections, and add narration in multiple languages is exactly the kind of flexibility we aim to provide — making course creation both simple and cost-effective.

We also appreciate your feedback about interactions and image editing. For visuals, you might find our built-in AI Image Generation tool helpful. It allows you to create custom images directly inside iSpring Suite just by describing what you need, with styles like watercolor, clay, or 3D. You can learn more about it here: https://ispringhelpdocs.com/ispring-suite/ai-image-generation-141567257.html

Thank you again for being part of the iSpring community. We’re always glad to support you in creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.

 ### 20. Effortless E-Learning and Compliance Document Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use iSpring Suite for authoring E learning modules and compliance documents. I really appreciate the ability to use the software within Microsoft PowerPoint, which allows me to stay in one platform to create everything from slides to voiceover, quizzes, and more. Also, the integration within PowerPoint is great because it makes it easy to build new training from scratch, and the ease with which I can publish SCORM files to be used in our LMS system is a huge plus. With a single click, I can export from PowerPoint in different formats to upload to our LMS so end users can access the training. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and using the online version for embedding PDFs into SCORM files is working like a dream.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

When it comes to creating voiceover or text to voice within the iSpring Suite PowerPoint extension, I wish that the interface was a little more user-friendly and modernized. Understanding which voices to select for certain character counts and how to generate captions could be a more user-friendly experience.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite allows me to use PowerPoint to create everything like slides, voiceovers, dialogues, and quizzes, and easily export SCORM files for our LMS. Its online platform lets me work with PDFs, streamlining my eLearning and document creation.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Matt,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

We’re glad to hear that working directly within PowerPoint allows you to create slides, voiceovers, quizzes, and other compliance documents all in one place. The ability to export SCORM packages with just one click and seamlessly upload them to your LMS is exactly the kind of efficiency we strive to deliver.

It’s also wonderful to know that embedding PDFs through iSpring Suite has further streamlined your workflow. Helping teams reduce development time while keeping training structured, accessible, and LMS-ready is something we truly take pride in.

We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback about the text-to-speech and voiceover interface. Insights like yours help us focus on the improvements that matter most and continue refining the user experience.

Thank you again for sharing your experience. We’re glad to support your learning initiatives and look forward to helping you create even more impactful training programs.

 ### 21. Intuitive PowerPoint-Based E-Learning, But Limited Customization for Advanced Branding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite feels intuitive and easy to use, particularly for teams that are already comfortable working in PowerPoint. Being able to convert existing presentations into interactive e-learning modules can save a lot of development time. The quiz builder and screen-recording tools are simple to work with yet effective, and the publishing options integrate smoothly with most LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Customization options can feel somewhat limited when you’re trying to build more advanced or strongly branded learning experiences. A few features don’t offer the same level of flexibility you’d get from more complex authoring tools, and as projects grow larger, they can become increasingly difficult to manage within a PowerPoint-based structure.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite addresses the challenge of turning static training materials into structured, trackable e-learning without needing advanced technical skills or a lengthy development cycle. Rather than rebuilding everything from scratch in a complex authoring tool, I can take existing PowerPoint decks and quickly convert them into interactive courses.

That speeds up production, lowers the barrier for subject matter experts to contribute, and helps training get deployed sooner. It also keeps courses SCORM-compliant and LMS-ready, which strengthens tracking and reporting and supports better accountability for training outcomes.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi,

Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed review of your experience with iSpring Suite.

We’re glad to hear that converting PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning modules has helped speed up your course production and made it easier for subject matter experts to contribute. That’s exactly the kind of efficiency we aim to deliver.

You also highlighted an important point about customization. While iSpring Suite prioritizes simplicity and ease of use, we continuously work on expanding the Content Library with ready-to-use characters, templates, and other options to provide more flexibility for branded learning experiences and advanced course design.

Could you share which customization options you feel are missing in iSpring Suite? We’d truly appreciate any details you can provide. It helps us better understand your needs.

Thank you for being part of the iSpring community. We’re always happy to have you with us!

Warm regards,

 ### 22. Interactive Learning Made Easy, Beware of Update Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I really appreciate the voice over transcripts, screen recording, and the ease of use with the pages. The interactive questions with quizzes are great, and I love the ability to prevent users from fast forwarding through content. The initial setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the online user guides, and whenever I have questions, the response team is quick to reply.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Every time it has an update it requires lots of help from IT because for some reason it flags as a virus when installing updates. I wish I could add quiz questions into the pages. I'm hesitant on the cost and wish there was a way to break out certain components of it, for example, only getting the pages one that allows quizzes.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iSpring Suite to create interactive training material with ease. It allows adding voiceovers in different dialects, provides screen recording, and features interactive quizzes. It prevents users from fast-forwarding, enhancing learning retention.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Zoe,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for sharing how you use iSpring Suite. We're delighted to hear that voice-over transcripts, screen recording, quizzes, and navigation controls help you create engaging training content, and that our guides and support team make everything easy to set up and use.

 ### 23. Effortless Simulation Creation with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clark A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use iSpring Suite to build educational simulations using their TalkMaster tool, which is very easy to use and allows me to reuse content. They provide a nearly perfect tool for creating simulations, unlike other suites. My business revolves around creating Short Sim products, and iSpring Suite allows me to create and share them with customers for comments. The initial setup of iSpring Suite was very easy for me. I suggest it to clients all the time and rate it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I would very much like the ability to print out a text-based version of the script for client review. The tool for currently doing that creates a hard to use script.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite provides an excellent tool for creating educational simulations. It's easy to use and allows me to reuse content, which is perfect for my business of creating Short Sim products and sharing them with clients for feedback.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Clark,

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and for rating iSpring Suite 10 out of 10! We’re delighted to hear that TalkMaster plays an important role in creating your Short Sim products.

Thank you for being part of the iSpring community and for helping us improve through your valuable insights.

 ### 27. Empowers Engaging Training with Effortless AI Translation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mattie B. | Education & Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love that iSpring give me the ability to create interactive and engaging training content. The versatility iSpring provides ensures that training doesn't have to be boring and trainees can continue through to the end of their training courses without losing engagement. Most importantly, the AI Translation option is a game changer for us. We have several language needs at out plant and being able to translate training content with just a few clicks has saved out team hours of work.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I would like to see more options for building training content within the iSpring Cloud application. I love the Page format, but would love to be able to incorporate more variety with interactions, role-play scenarios, etc.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier this year, we identified that our existing training manuals and tools were inadequate due to two major issues: poor accessibility and difficulty locating specific information within the content. iSpring allows us to centralize all company policies and procedures into a single, easily accessible location within our LMS. The platform’s structure supports clear organization and the use of internal links, which significantly improves navigation and filterability.

In addition, iSpring addresses the limitations of our previously one-dimensional training materials. Its interactive features—such as role-play scenarios—enable us to create realistic troubleshooting simulations so operators can practice decision-making before entering high-stakes environments. Features like accordion and tab layouts also allow us to present lengthy or complex processes in a more concise, user-friendly format. Overall, iSpring provides the functionality we need to modernize, streamline, and enhance the effectiveness of our training resources.

 ### 28. Effortless eLearning Creation with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen K. | Employee Engagement and Training Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I’ve been using iSpring Suite for a while now, and it’s honestly made my life so much easier when it comes to creating training materials. If you already work in PowerPoint, the transition is almost seamless—you can take a regular presentation and turn it into a polished eLearning module in minutes. I didn’t need any special technical skills to get started.

What I appreciate most is how quickly I can build something that looks professional. The quiz builder and dialogue simulations are straightforward, and the screen recorder has been great for putting together step-by-step tutorials. I also like having access to their content library—it saves me from having to design every little visual from scratch.

Publishing is simple too. Whether I need SCORM, xAPI, or just a web-friendly version, it all exports cleanly and works with our LMS without any issues.

Overall, iSpring Suite has become one of my go-to tools. It’s reliable, easy to learn, and helps me turn ideas into real, interactive courses without spending hours fighting with complicated software.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I'd like more page templates because the ones that are there have been there too long

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its just so easy to create a full course with voice over in less than one day.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Karen, it’s wonderful to hear how iSpring Suite has streamlined your training-material creation and empowered your team, especially in a small business with a focused mission to boost employee engagement and development.

I’ve been using iSpring Suite to develop CBT courses for my company, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience with it. The biggest advantage for me is how seamlessly it integrates with PowerPoint.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

My one frustration is around training and advanced feature guidance. I get the sense that iSpring Suite is a very powerful tool, but I’m not always sure I’m using it to its full potential. There may be more training resources available than I’ve found, but from my perspective, I’d love to see more in-depth tutorials, real-world examples, or advanced workflow guidance.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring is really helping me develop some good CBT.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Alan, thank you so much for sharing your experience with iSpring Suite and highlighting the seamless PowerPoint integration. We’re glad it helps you build CBT courses efficiently. Your request for more advanced training, real-life examples, and workflow guidance is very valuable to us. We’d love to better understand what specific topics or formats you’re looking for, so if you’re open to it, please reach out to us via email - idea@ispringsolutions.com.

 ### 30. Amazing, Fast Support That Solves Issues Quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin-Marcel S. | Technischer Berater, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It works very well and offers great options for designing my training. It’s easy to use and mostly intuitive. One especially strong point is the support: it’s amazing. Every time I had a question, the support team responded very quickly and helped me identify the issue right away. Support-wise: 10 out of 10!

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Some additional features would be great. Features I would appreciate in the future would be:

- Automatic translation of slides & notes (without the need of extra tools)
- Inserting AI-Avatars
- Usage of Animation-marks inside the text when creating the voiceover, so the animations are synced automatically to the voice, instead of doing it manually afterwards.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Course Creation by creating Quizzes and giving the possibility of creating SCORMs including the respective Player

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Kevin-Marcel!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback!
We’re glad to know that iSpring Suite helps you create engaging training content with ease and that our support team has been such a strong partner for you. They'll be so happy to hear your kind words.
We really appreciate your suggestions about AI avatars and animation marks. If you’re open to it, we’d love to hear more about how you’d like to use these features in your workflow. For example, what kinds of projects make syncing animations with voiceover the most time‑consuming, and how do you imagine AI avatars fitting into your courses? Your insights would be a huge help to our product team.
Also, here is some great news! We've launched an AI‑powered translation feature in iSpring Suite AI. It lets you localize entire courses into 70+ languages in just a few clicks, at no extra cost. You can check it out here: https://ispringhelpdocs.com/ispring-suite/course-translation-with-ai-141557781.html.
Thank you for being part of the iSpring community and for helping us make iSpring Suite even better!

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I like iSpring Suite for several reasons. It handles narration and allows me to edit slides individually rather than having to revise the entire video, which simplifies maintenance. The ability to create interactive slides and quizzes is a big plus for creating engaging content. I dislike not being able to work on content online without installation.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iSpring Suite for creating onboarding courses and training videos, which solves issues with narration, avoiding extensive video editing for updates, and creating interactive slides and quizzes. I also like the export options and storage on iSpring Cloud.

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I use iSpring Suite to create Cybersecurity SCORM courses, and it makes SCORM creation easy as well as translations of those courses. The software feels very intuitive, and I rarely need to consult documentation to achieve my goal. I especially appreciate the TTS and CC features because they streamline the process of creating quality SCORM courses. The initial setup was pretty easy!

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It would be nice if I could have projects live on a cloud service (like OneDrive) so I would have to make copies and re-upload them as changes are made

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find iSpring Suite makes SCORM creation easy and allows seamless translations. It streamlines creating quality courses with intuitive software and useful TTS and CC features.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

 ### 33. Outstanding Support and Continuous Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline T. | Employee Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

The support teams are excellent—whenever we have a question or concern, we always know exactly who to reach out to for assistance, and they help us resolve issues quickly. iSpring is always updating their software, which continually improves our learning experience. Once content is downloaded as SCORM files, it’s easy to integrate into our LMS. The browser version is also fantastic for group work, allowing anyone on my team to jump in and update training modules whenever necessary.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

It can be a little tricky to get the hang of using the interactions in powerpoint.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to create our own training modules with iSpring means we can centralize all our learning across the organization, rather than relying on several different platforms. This approach ensures that our training remains interactive and relevant to our specific needs.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Madeline, thank you for your inspiring review! It’s very encouraging to hear about excellent output quality across LMS platforms. Our customers consistently note that published courses load quickly, run smoothly, and maintain crisp formatting.
Your kind words about our professional technical team are highly appreciated. It is precisely their speed in issue resolution, alongside keeping interactions 100% personal and in local languages, that has earned us Best Customer Support badges for the third year in a row.
Regarding interactions, we do offer a wide range, mostly because the tool is designed for diverse learning scenarios, learner types, and project goals: role-plays can strengthen sales and service teams, while Text-to-Speech can translate text into 58 languages for multilingual and accessible content, and much more. How does it sound if your personal manager - whom we assign to every customer - aligns with your next upcoming course to tailor the appropriate new interactions?

 ### 34. Easiest Tool for Interactive eLearning Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love that iSpring Suite makes it incredibly fast to turn standard PowerPoint slides into interactive eLearning without needing to learn a new authoring environment. Since it integrates directly into PowerPoint, the learning curve is minimal, allowing me to quickly add quizzes, interactions, branching scenarios, and role plays within a familiar tool. I find the synergy between iSpring Cloud and iSpring Suite impressive, especially the AI features in iSpring Cloud. These AI features are genuinely useful for drafting lesson content, quizzes, and role-play scripts that can be easily copied into PowerPoint and transformed into interactive activities. It saves a lot of time during early design and prototyping. The initial setup of iSpring Suite was super simple.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The AI-generated content still needs a human review, especially for tone and accuracy, which is expected with any AI. Also, while the design customization is solid, achieving highly advanced visual design might require additional tweaking compared to more design-heavy tools.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite helps me create engaging eLearning quickly from PowerPoint without overwhelming the team. It integrates easily, has a minimal learning curve, and allows rapid addition of quizzes and interactions. It's a big time-saver.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with iSpring Suite. We’re thrilled to hear that it helps you turn PowerPoint slides into interactive eLearning without the extra learning curve. It’s also great to know that iSpring Cloud and its AI features fit neatly into your design process and help speed up early content development. That’s exactly the kind of smooth workflow we strive to create.
You’re absolutely right. AI-generated content still needs a bit of human editing to fine‑tune tone and accuracy. We see AI as a creative partner that speeds up the process, while course creators ensure the final touch of quality and context. And thank you for pointing out the design flexibility. We’re continuously adding new templates and layout options to give you more control over the visual side of their projects.
We really appreciate you sharing your experience. It’s inspiring to see how iSpring helps you bring engaging learning experiences to life faster and more easily.

It feels really natural to work with, and I find it convenient since it sits right inside PowerPoint, making it faster to update slides. It's especially easier for new team members to learn.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Well, it's nothing major, but some commands feel a bit limited or rigid. So there are times that I wish the tools were more flexible or customizable.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find iSpring Suite very convenient and natural to use, as it works directly with PowerPoint. It's user-friendly with no steep learning curve, making it easier and faster for me to create training content.

 ### 36. Fast eLearning Creation with Some Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colleen W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I am able to create elearning content very quickly with iSpring Suite, and I love the tools like the text-to-speech capabilities. I also like that it is a PowerPoint plug-in.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I cannot upgrade from the pop-up. When I do, it completely deletes my project. So I have to email support each time to get the new link. Another issue is that the text seems to shift when previewed and published.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I create e-learning content quickly with iSpring Suite and love the text-to-speech tools.

**Official Response from Tanya Davis:**

> Hi Colleen!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for highlighting what you enjoy most about iSpring Suite. We’re glad to hear it helps you create eLearning content quickly, and that you find the text-to-speech tools and PowerPoint integration valuable.

**Reviewed by:** Arif g. | Founder & Digital Solutions Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I appreciate how iSpring Suite seamlessly integrates with PowerPoint, which is a huge plus for us. It's also very easy to set up, as simple as a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I would say, if they could develop the advanced portion more, kind of like Articulate. Where you could create more interactive content and have more moving objects. More layers and easier to manage layer with timeline

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using iSpring Suite for developing corporate training content, which significantly improved our content and workflow.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

> Arif, thank you for highlighting the aspects of the platform that we ourselves love, and what stands out for our customers who trust us. Our brand promise to the market is an orientation toward measured business results, paired with a human-centric approach at every level and at every customer touchpoint.

 ### 38. Seamless PowerPoint Integration, Easy e-Learning Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I appreciate that iSpring Suite integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, which everyone in our business is familiar with. This makes it easy to use, as we can create courses with PowerPoint and then enhance them with iSpring's interactive features. The SCORM capability is very useful for publishing in our LMS. I also find the quizzes to be very interactive compared to simple LMS questions. Creating quizzes with iSpring is easy, and that's a big plus for me. The initial setup was very easy, especially since we already had PowerPoint, and the customer support was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The Voice Over/Text to speech feature in iSpring Suite could be improved with more natural voices. It would be ideal if, when using text to speech, the text was shown at the time of speech. This improvement could support diversity by benefiting people who can't hear and those who prefer reading subtitles while listening.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite makes creating e-learning and courses easy with its SCORM capability and interactive quizzes. It's convenient because it integrates with PowerPoint, which everyone in our business already knows, allowing SMEs to develop content that I enhance and publish.

I think that some features and settings are hard to find and the organization is not always intuitive. I also wish I could scroll through the PowerPoint while in narration or editing quizzes for reference.

iSpring Suite lets me create professional educational materials fitting our brand. I easily publish in SCORM format for our LMS and customize content with color palettes, enhancing our training's professionalism.

 ### 40. Easy SCORM Creation with Familiar Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mate P. | elearning production manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I appreciate that iSpring Suite allows me to work within PowerPoint, ensuring that I am using a familiar interface. PowerPoint is a universal application that most people are comfortable with, and integrating iSpring Suite into it simplifies the process of creating SCORM packages. This ease of integration is especially beneficial for uploading materials to LMS platforms, making the creation and distribution of e-learning content seamless. Additionally, the initial setup of iSpring Suite is really easy, which means I can get started with my projects without any hassle or technical difficulties.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I sometimes encounter problems with using sounds and narrations in iSpring Suite, as they can play simultaneously, which disrupts the flow of presentations. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that the software doesn't allow for easily making daily saves. It would be beneficial if iSpring Suite operated in its own file format that stores everything internally, as opposed to the current method where files are saved in a separate folder.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite allows me to create SCORM packages using PowerPoint, streamlining our e-learning material production by leveraging a familiar interface.

 ### 41. Excellent tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konstantinos A. | E- learning Instructional designer - Visiting Instructor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2023

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

It is embedded in Powerpoint. So you can take advantage of the strong points of Powerpoint and the strong points of I-spring. From all other authoring tools I have used, it provides the best value for money and ease of use

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I don't think there a lot of things not working well. I would suggest maybe to include more templates in the offering. Also on of the few things that do not work 100% properly is that: 1. When you insert narration, sometimes the first 0,5 secs are delayed, 2. When you Manage narration the zoom bar does not appear right from the beginning. You have to the powerpoint first and then reaccess the narration menu

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows to create e-courses based on Powerpoint presentation easily and with very good quality. The output, either in I-spring suite, or in other LMS or as standalone, is always playable in every browser.
Mobile and tablet support is great, too

 ### 42. Efficient e-Learning Creation, Needs Mac Compatibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillaume v. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I love the complete integration with PowerPoint, which greatly enhances the efficiency and speed at which I can create e-learning content. Being able to use Microsoft PowerPoint as a base for all my existing content allows me to seamlessly transition and incorporate materials into new projects. This integration is particularly valuable as it eliminates the need to start from scratch, streamlining the content creation process. Additionally, I find the initial setup of iSpring Suite to be very easy, which facilitates a quick start and smooth adoption for my team.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I am unhappy that iSpring Suite does not have a full version compatible with MacBooks used in our organization. This limitation is inconvenient as it restricts our ability to utilize the software across all devices and teams effectively.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iSpring Suite to create e-learning content more efficiently and quickly by leveraging Microsoft PowerPoint as a base for existing content.

 ### 43. The iSpring Suite took our e-learning modules to a professional level

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michiel W. | Adviseur-trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

Since my last review the iSpring Suite has been improved a lot with AI. Generating the structure of courses, making outlines and making quizzes is done so much faster now. Also improved are: adding audio to quiz questions, better hover-effects an interactive element. Overall I can say that iSpring stays up-to-date in a very good way.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Adding narration to regular PowerPoint slides (without iSpring elements) could be improved. So student can listen to the text when they want to, by clicking on a play button.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISping helps us to create professional looking courses in fewer time than other apps. I brings us consistant looking courses that are very high appreciated by our customers.

 ### 44. User-Friendly with Exceptional Support, but Needs Mac Compatibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A G. | Training Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

The user interface is very friendly, which enhances my overall experience. I deeply appreciate the unbeatable customer support from the iSpring Suite team; they are quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable when issues arise. The setup process for iSpring Suite was fast and effortless, making it easy for me to get started quickly. Additionally, I have experienced excellent performance when using iSpring Suite on a PC, which contributes to my efficiency.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite is not compatible with Mac, which limits my ability to use it on my preferred device. While I also have access to a PC where iSpring Suite runs perfectly, it would be greatly beneficial if the software were compatible with both platforms.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find iSpring Suite saves time with its seamless design process and friendly interface. Its unbeatable customer support enhances my productivity, and it runs perfectly on PC.

 ### 45. Consistently Reliable and Evolving eLearning Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** richard n. | HSEQ Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

My Experience (5+ Years In)
Having used iSpring Suite for over five years, I’ve seen it evolve from a solid, PowerPoint-based authoring toolkit into a more powerful, modern eLearning platform. Early on, what attracted me most was its simplicity and integration into PowerPoint — I didn’t need to learn a completely new paradigm, which made course creation fast and very familiar.

Over time, I relied heavily on:
•	QuizMaker: for knowledge checks, assessments, branching quizzes
•	TalkMaster (role-plays): to simulate real-life conversations
•	Screen recording tools: for software demos or narrated walkthroughs
•	PowerPoint-based slide content: enhanced with interaction and multimedia

It delivered consistently reliable SCORM output that worked well in our LMS, and I appreciated the regular updates. The customer support from iSpring has also been strong: whenever I hit a snag, I usually got help quickly.

Overall, iSpring Suite continues to be a strong, reliable authoring tool — and its recent updates make it significantly more powerful and future-ready.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

Although the PowerPoint foundation is a definite advantage, it does limit design flexibility when compared to e-learning tools that are purpose-built for interactivity. I also found the selection of visual assets, such as characters and backgrounds, to be somewhat limited, particularly when creating highly branded or uniquely styled courses. Additionally, in earlier versions, translations and localization were not fully integrated, which meant that producing multilingual versions required more manual effort.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite enabled me to create many courses quickly, which accelerated production and made it easier to localize content. The software is straightforward and user-friendly, especially for slide-based training and quizzes, and it supports an established workflow. Training colleagues to use the application, as well as its new AI and player design features, requires minimal time investment. This efficiency has paid off in terms of both speed and consistency.

 ### 46. Effortless SCORM Creation and Seamless PowerPoint Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Max is both intuitive and insightful, making it very easy to use. When I first launched the software, the 'sample' course that automatically loaded also served as a tutorial, which I found to be a clever touch. I was able to transform PowerPoint content from non-technical colleagues into fully functional, sophisticated SCORM course material with minimal effort, precisely what I needed.

I find myself using it most weeks either authoring new SCORM packages, or editing existing ones. It was so simple to install and configure within PowerPoint, and the courses work brilliantly with our existing LMS Platform.

Customer Service right from initial demo, through the technical discussion and training was superb, really good product and I can thoroughly recommend the platform. Great value for money versus having to pay PER COURSE to have them created externally.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The AI voice-over is generally excellent, but it occasionally has its quirks, for example, it sometimes mispronounces certain words, such as saying "aye" instead of "AI." Most of the time, about nine out of ten, it gets it right. There are also rare instances where the audio becomes distorted, resembling an overly modulated phone signal rather than the usual crystal-clear voice. Despite these minor issues, the tool still works brilliantly. However, these glitches mean I have to listen to all the content from start to finish, and sometimes multiple times if I'm making updates or corrections, to ensure everything is accurate. That said, these are not deal breakers for me.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were previously new to the industry in the sense of creating our own course content, we were a little intimidated at first and knew where to being, nor which platforms would work best. The iSpring team gave us a comprehensive demo of the platform features and showed us how easy it would be to turn our PowerPoint presentations into dynamic SCORM courses. This has had a profound impact on our desire to bring all of our training requirements in-house.

 ### 47. My experience working with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABDULBASID ALBARKAWA A. | School Director. International Secondary School Kaura Namoda, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

What excites me most about iSpring Suite is its seamless PowerPoint integration and ease of use. It allows me to take familiar slides and transform them into professional, interactive eLearning courses with quizzes, dialogue simulations, video narrations, and more. The interface is intuitive, which makes the development process smooth, even for those new to course authoring. For instructional designers and L&D professionals, iSpring strikes the right balance between efficiency and creativity, enabling the creation of high-quality learning experiences without steep technical demands. Its LMS compatibility (SCORM, xAPI, AICC, cmi5) also ensures reliable tracking and delivery across platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

The main drawback of iSpring Suite is its high subscription cost. With iSpring Suite priced at $720/year, iSpring Cloud at $540/year, and iSpring Suite Max at $970/year, it can be a significant investment. For established organizations, this may be justifiable, but for new users, independent instructional designers, or professionals just developing their careers in Learning and Development, the cost can feel prohibitive. While the value is undeniable, a more flexible pricing model could make this powerful tool more accessible to emerging professionals.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a classroom teacher, currently in transition to an instructional designer, one challenge I face is creating interactive, professional courses without needing complex technical skills. iSpring Suite solves this by letting me easily convert slides into engaging modules with quizzes and simulations. Another problem is tracking learner progress, and iSpring’s LMS compatibility ensures I can monitor outcomes effectively. These features save time, maintain quality, and boost my impact as an instructional designer.

**Official Response from Daria Sagde:**

 ### 48. Efficient Training Creation with iSpring Suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg D.

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I find iSpring Suite incredibly valuable for creating sales training programs for both our internal sales staff and dealer sales people. The platform addresses the inconvenience of in-person training or live webinars by enabling us to post training modules that can be accessed at any time, offering flexibility to our team. One of the standout features for me is the text-to-voice tool, which significantly saves time by eliminating the need for manual voice-over recordings. It allows us to easily make edits and changes without hassle. This feature is impressive because instead of recording and attaching audio manually, we can simply paste text and generate audio almost instantly. Additionally, I appreciate the easy initial setup of iSpring Suite, which was straightforward and seamless for our team.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

I find that opening the editors in iSpring Suite can sometimes be a bit slow. This issue affects the user experience, especially when I'm trying to edit a quiz or other elements and wish the process could be as fast as editing a normal slide. Streamlining this process would significantly enhance efficiency.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iSpring Suite to create flexible training programs, eliminating the need for in-person sessions and allowing on-demand completion. The text-to-voice tool saves time and simplifies editing tasks by instantly generating audio.

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

I have been using iSpring Suite for three years and it's become my favorite tool for training and onboarding employees. It is very easy to use as it integrates into PowerPoint. Anyone familiar with PowerPoint will pick up iSpring with no program. My coworkers that are less familiar with PowerPoint have had no issues tackling training with iSpring.

Each time I update my iSpring Suite content creation tool, customer support is easy to work with if I run into an issue and quickly get be back up and running.

It has been very easy to implement iSpring into our training development team. I use it daily for creating content for our team. Integration with our current L&D systems has been quick and easy to maintain.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

There isn't much to dislike about iSpring. I will always recommend the addition of more interaction features for presenting material, but the currently provided options meet my needs.

 ### 50. The Ultimate PowerPoint-Powered Toolkit for Rapid eLearning Development and scrolable course

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aragaw Y. | digital educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about iSpring Suite?**

iSpring Suite's greatest strength is its seamless integration with PowerPoint. As someone familiar with PowerPoint, I was able to become productive almost immediately, which drastically reduces the learning curve and development time. It transforms a familiar presentation tool into a powerful eLearning authoring suite.

I particularly appreciate the all-in-one nature of the software. Instead of juggling multiple applications for narration, video, and quizzes, I can do everything within the iSpring ecosystem. The screen recorder is robust and reliable, the quiz maker is incredibly versatile with multiple question types, and the ability to create role-play conversations is a standout feature for soft skills training. The output is always professional, SCORM-compliant, and works flawlessly on any LMS.

**What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?**

While the PowerPoint foundation is a major advantage, it can also present some limitations for highly advanced users. Designing experiences that break free from the traditional "slide-by-slide" linear format can be challenging. The built-in content library is good, but expanding the collection of modern, diverse character poses and illustrated templates would be a welcome improvement to keep courses looking fresh and engaging.

**What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite solves the critical problem of rapid eLearning development for SMEs and instructional designers. It allows me to prototype and create high-quality, interactive courses much faster than with other tools I've used. The main benefits are:
