I dislike that when I open a quiz/interaction to edit, I can't at the same time use and see PowerPoints. Specific changes: when doing the media or picture library, if you click them independently, when you hit the Next button, it still takes you through them one-by-one. On the picture hotspot, the text box only displays 1 or two lines and you have to scroll down; I would rather the size changed based on text. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our eLearning content is more compatible and more engaging. I particularly like the reporting functions and the level of detail and control that can be used in tracking users' progress. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** There are a few minor things that pop up every now and then that I think there must already be a solution for but I haven't found yet. Off the top of my head these include the ability to message specified groups (rather than just individuals) through the LMS messaging system; and a more detailed and structured course forum option. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supporting activities in international development that would usually have a face-to-face approach but, due to COVID-19 travel restrictions ,can't currently be completed this way. ### 20. For instance, when doing my Simulation, I wanted to add a "good answer" and a "wrong answer" sound before my voiceover and could not so I had to do a little audio editing myself. That means our agents are better prepared when put in certain situations, like when they are dealing with an angry customer for instance. Despite the software being intuitive, there were some things I wanted to do that I didn't know how to accomplish at first, and just had to play with the software until I finally figured it out. The ability to easily create course materials, capture results, and locate deficiencies in training are just a few of the reasons I will use this product as long as I can. Barring unemployment, I will be an iSpring user and supporter for life. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** The only issue I have with iSpring is that I have to download/install updates. Now this isn't a fault of iSpring as they are constantly updating and improving their product. My problem actually lies in the fact that I have to reach out to my company's IT department and get them to perform the install. So really, I have no issues with iSpring, that would be my only gripe (and it's not the fault of the company). **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recently invested in the iLearn portion of iSpring. This LMS helped me better organize my training and analyze the results. I was easily able to capture who in my organization was not taking training seriously.
