The AI assistance,Orbie, isn't just a chatbot.It suggests training based on my actual career goals. The Orbie Al assistance is impressively intuitive and feels more like a tailored career coach than a generic tool because it understands our company's specific skill requirements, the connection between weekly check-ins and performance goals has made our annual reviews nearly 90% pre-written and fully data-driven, savings us significant administrative time. What do you dislike about Zensai?

The interface can occasionally feel resource-intensive. When Microsoft Teams performance is degraded, loading a Zensai course homepage may take 5-10 seconds. "Simple, insightful Performance Management"
What do you like best about Zensai?

As a company, we have a lot of managers with fully remote teams. Zensai has proven to be be an effective way to stay connected, especially when coordinating live catch-ups isn’t always practical. The Engage & Perform platform (formerly Weekly10) makes it easy to stay aligned with what employees are working on, exchange feedback regularly, and encourage transparent, ongoing conversations that support growth. I especially value the ability to give instant recognition to colleagues, as well as the clear visibility into both individual and team performance. This has simplified identifying strengths, development opportunities, and completing quarterly and annual reviews.

From an administrative perspective, the platform provides helpful insight into overall employee sentiment. The AI-driven analytics highlight engagement trends and potential concerns, while also making it easy to track participation in weekly check-ins and performance review cycles.

"A Straightforward LMS That Delivers Real Value"
What do you like best about Zensai?

ZENSAI is incredibly easy to use and, honestly, the most intuitive LMS I’ve worked with. The integration with Microsoft 365—especially Teams—makes learning feel like a natural part of the workday instead of a separate system people have to log into and figure out. Because it’s cloud-based and works seamlessly in a Windows environment, getting up and running is fast and straightforward.

I’ve used a lot of different LMS platforms, and ZENSAI stands out for how simple it is to manage and how easy it is for learners to navigate. There’s very little friction, which helps with adoption and engagement. Overall, it’s a really solid platform and one I wouldn’t want to switch away from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

Like any platform, there are always small tweaks or improvements that can be made, but nothing that has been a major issue. What I really appreciate is that ZENSAI actively listens to user feedback and is consistently making updates that simplify the experience and improve usability.

If I had to name a downside, it would be that some features occasionally take a bit of exploring to fully understand—but that’s minor and usually addressed quickly through updates or improvements. What do you like best about Zensai?

What I like best about Zensai are the CSM's - especially Cintia and Sandra, who have given so much help to us with regards to explaining how things work, as well as helping get proper technical investigations and resolutions completed. The CSM team experience within this company, as a customer, is top notch! What do you dislike about Zensai?

The help guides and API interface are very difficult to navigate much of the time - I expect this is true across the board for everyone who hasn't been given a technical level of training. The whole help site needs a methodical review to update the bits that are outdated.

The experience getting the correct level of support engagement prior to CSM engagement has been horrendously unhelpful. They don't fact find to understand the full picture, but rather, have a sort of script to follow that is really frustrating as a customer seeking support. Without the CSM engagement, we'd have been continually gaslit about things that have needed actual technical help from Zensai, that we wouldn't have been able to resolve on our own. As it is built on share point, the platform leverage Microsoft’s global CDN, resulting in faster videos and document loading-especially for global organization-compared to standalone LMS platforms. For regulated industries like healthcare or finance, the Recurrent training feature is a major plus, automatically managing certification renewal and expiration. What do you dislike about Zensai?

The built-in reports work well for simple tasking,like seeing who completed which course. However, deeper insights or linking learning data with metrics such as sales performance requires using the Power BI connector. What do you like best about Zensai?

What I like best about Zensai is that the Perform side of the platform has been largely customizable to support our team’s needs—particularly the performance evaluations we’ve built. That flexibility has been key to our adoption and success.

Blake Shores has been an incredible partner throughout our Perform365 journey and has played a major role in our overall satisfaction with Zensai. He is consistently responsive, thoughtful, and solution-oriented, and has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel supported. What do you dislike about Zensai?

We’ve already shared this feedback with the Zensai team, but it’s clear that the platform we were sold last year is still underdeveloped and requires significant continued investment to be a fully competitive performance management solution alongside other leading platforms.

That said, the Zensai team has been open to receiving feedback and has made meaningful progress in response. For example, enabling all-in-one reporting significantly reduced administrative work during our end-of-year performance cycle, and configuring evaluations so employees can be rated on role-specific competencies was a strong improvement.

There is still important work to be done. Ongoing functionality issues—such as team members completing weekly updates that then populate as blank or appear missing—create distrust in the platform and impact user confidence. What do you like best about Zensai?

Learn365-Platform is directly with MS365 aligned and this makes it easy and efficient to work with the tool. We uset the learnplatfrom group-wide for regular training of our collegaues. It has been easy to implement the platform group-wide, as once you have the standard, you can replicate it easily. What do you dislike about Zensai?

We signed a three-year contract, but with each annual renewal, we received an excessive number of emails warning us that our subscription was about to expire, including a message stating that the platform would be deleted. how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes learning and development feel seamless and organized. Zensai makes it simple to grow and learn at my own pace. I really like how it keeps everything clear and accessible so I can stay on track. Customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Implementation was smooth and straightforward, with minimal downtime or confusion. I use it pretty often, especially when new trainings roll out. What do you like best about Zensai?

It is easy to use, intuitive for both the administrator and the user, and I like that for course design it has different tools to add text, images, videos, links from other platforms, interactive images, etc., and it allows for easy structuring and restructuring of content, as well as facilitating updates, with changes being reflected immediately. The implementation seems quite simple to me and I like that it can be integrated with other tools. Customer support is always provided for resolving queries via email. What do you dislike about Zensai?

I use the LMS almost daily, as I am the user administrator and instructional designer, so I think it is necessary to integrate more gamification tools into the LMS, where templates of dynamics or preloaded games are already available and only need to be edited. This would make it more complete and appear more competitive. Also, visually, I believe it could be improved to a more user-friendly image.

I also think it's necessary to improve the part of being able to create groups. These are already created easily, but once created, it is not possible to use them easily to enroll certain courses for those groups.

Perhaps enabling a chat within the platform would help to provide more direct and faster support to the client in resolving doubts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

Although there are many options for configuring the system to your liking, there are also limitations. There are so many possibilities (including add-ons) that it is not always clear what is possible. In addition, you are limited by the fact that you have to add the add-ons separately to make it work. I would have preferred to be able to turn these options on and off via the global settings instead of having to use a special add-on. It may also take a long time for the system to load.
