What do you like best about Centrical?

What I have really found interesting about Centrical is how it brings in the aspect of game in work places making work environment more productive. It defines achievable, individual targeted objectives and has immediate feedback to prevent the group from straying off course. It also links smoothly with our CRM, which makes it easy to monitor the performance. What do you dislike about Centrical?

Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. What do you like best about Centrical?

The gamification strategy that Centrical uses to improve the employee engagement impressed me most about this company. We can set individual goals unique to the group and can track them in an interesting manner which keeps the individuals motivated. The seamless integration with our CRM and HR systems makes it easy to set and monitor goals. What do you dislike about Centrical?

My least preferred feature of the Centrical application is that it takes quite some time and a lot of effort to set up and configure to cater to the peculiar needs of a business. It has had the flexibility advantage but customization of the application had not been as easy as we had estimated and needed more assistance. Further, some of the employees initially felt that inclusion of so many games like was a little disruptive and this affected their performance before they became used to it. I use Centrical Gamification software and it is the best platform for IT remote workers compared to other gamification platforms. Centrical software helps end users and customers. Gamification focuses on process ideas and knowledge to help IT employees grow and succeed in the workplace. The customer support system was very helpful to the end users. What do you like best about Centrical?

I have been working with Centrical for over a year now, and work on implementing a brand new narritve. The customer & techinical support that they provided during the process was fantastic. I was not part of the original team implementing gameON but from my experience, it was fast, informed, targeted and made it fit for purpose for my business. Centrical is a easy platform for staff to utilise and with the number of features it provides, it creates the perfect balance between work, reward & recognition. We have seen a huge increase in engagement, recognitions and success by creating a targeted approach on how we embed and track KPI's. We have tapped into various products they offer to increase staff empowerment to take control of their training and embedment and upskill themselves. Leaders found the ease of integrating thei coaching opportunities into the platform by creating specific missions, and our onboarding managers have promoted the use of evaluations during the probation period. What do you dislike about Centrical?

What do you like best about Centrical?

Centrical is a fantastic platform for providing real-time recognition and reward to employees. The software allows you to gamify performance management, motiviate people to learn and open up new avenues for communication. We love the shop, it creates a real buzz in the office when people can spend their rewards on things they want.
