It defines achievable, individual targeted objectives and has immediate feedback to prevent the group from straying off course. It also links smoothly with our CRM, which makes it easy to monitor the performance. I also like how simple it is to go into the different dashboards to get a snapshot of team or individual performance. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Lastly, the reporting features semi strong which makes it difficult to filter data displays. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. We can set individual goals unique to the group and can track them in an interesting manner which keeps the individuals motivated. The seamless integration with our CRM and HR systems makes it easy to set and monitor goals. The real time feedback mechanism has been very helpful as it has helped us increase productivity and has kept the team’s morale high. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** My least preferred feature of the Centrical application is that it takes quite some time and a lot of effort to set up and configure to cater to the peculiar needs of a business. It has had the flexibility advantage but customization of the application had not been as easy as we had estimated and needed more assistance. The customer & techinical support that they provided during the process was fantastic. I was not part of the original team implementing gameON but from my experience, it was fast, informed, targeted and made it fit for purpose for my business. Centrical is a easy platform for staff to utilise and with the number of features it provides, it creates the perfect balance between work, reward & recognition. We have seen a huge increase in engagement, recognitions and success by creating a targeted approach on how we embed and track KPI's. We have tapped into various products they offer to increase staff empowerment to take control of their training and embedment and upskill themselves. Leaders found the ease of integrating thei coaching opportunities into the platform by creating specific missions, and our onboarding managers have promoted the use of evaluations during the probation period. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** Overall there is not much I dislike, however I would like to see more products relating to the simulations. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are providing valuable support in helping us solve the problem on a more interactive learning and embedment. We wanted to explore various way of learning and embedment material while going through strict legislative changes and business changes. With the business changes, there are significant changes that requires regular control check which the analytics platform provides us with all the insights we require. We are able to pulse check throughout the changes and have leaders and the business have a proactive approach to any issues that might arise. It's an interactive platform, so adapted to the 2023 technology and still preserves a human touch: for it to work, all teams have to come together: operational, training, quality, HR. The implementation was done in a couple of months with their help and from there we added more activites to integrate the tool even more to the daily work tasks. What I liked the most is the number of features available as well as the new ones that are being added constantly. In case you have an issue, the Support center is fast to solve it any ticket. They function more like a "Choose your own adventure" book vs an actual simulation. I would love for the sims to have an actual hotspot navigational structure, but I can import a Storyline SCORM file which will work. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to build missions focused around regulatory issues that associates can miss and reinforce the correct processes and procedures. We have been able to build call flows that will help guide the learner through the correct process. Quizzes have been built to ensure the associate has learned the material. Looking at reports in the system does show our time zone; however, when reports are downloaded, they come out as UTC. The time zone differences have caused some issues, one being budget impacting to our processes, but it has since been worked out. It would have been nice to fully understand the time zone differences in the reporting from the beginning. There are so many options. User-friendly interface makes creating content a joy. Also analytics part provides wide range of filtering options which makes focusing on the results easier than ever. Also the reports provided in the analytics are easy to understand, easy to download and process with variety of charts included. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** While collecting report from analytics, filtering or changing the filter process is slower than a browser (between 5 to 10 seconds). Also I would want to use putting more character option while creating content. Character limit in titles decreases options to be more creative.
