The best thing about 7taps Microlearning is that it allows us to easily create high quality training material that's delivered to learners in a format they are familiar and comfortable with on the types of devices they already use regularly. The reporting is robust and gives us the data we need to make informed decisions, and the product is easy to implement and integrate into our current LMS and training libraries. The biggest challenge is not being able to replicate our company's organizational structure within the platform. To be fully effective, we need to be able to organize and view our learners by department, team, etc. Being able to give leaders view access to reports and stats would be similarly beneficial. I do also wish there were more integrated guides and templates to help with creating microlearnings for certain purposes (update to an existing process, skill development, new product or system, etc.) using learning best practices. Creating courses in 7Taps is extremely easy! You can create an entire microlearning course in minutes with the A.I. features. You have a ton of creative freedom when buliding the cards, including adding images, backgrounds, videos, and even quizzes. The best part- it all dispalys beautifully on a smartphone, which is the perfect format for these micro-learning modules. Probably my favorites feature - being able to send your modules to learners via text, QR code, or by adding their email address and having the site send them an email inviting them to take the course. So far, so great! Not much to say by way of critical feedback. Maybe continue adding more quiz question types? Keep building out the capabilities of the A.I. course creation feature? What I like best about 7taps Microlearning is how quick and engaging it makes the learning process. The platform takes complex topics and delivers them in bite-sized, interactive lessons that are easy to understand and retain. Lack of features offered within the platform. There are ways around this by using other platforms, ut it would be nice to have all within the platform. Another item - would be the reporting. I love how easy it is to use 7taps Microlearning. The ability to create drip learning campaigns and email employees is fantastic. It's easy to send reminders for employees who haven't completed the training, and the learners love it. I've been so happy with the way 7taps Microlearning has constantly reached out to support us. Olivia and Kari have been amazing in helping us be successful. Everything about it, I've absolutely loved. I would say it did not integrate with the LMS that we had, in my previous employer. So I'd say more integration so that we could get reporting in that platform as well. That would have been more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use 7taps Microlearning for creating quick and easy content for internal and customer-facing training. 7taps allows our small team to create a microlearning course in an hour or sometimes less, thanks to its innovative and enjoyable interface. It is also really fun to build a course in 7taps. The courses are highly visual, and the layout always looks professional due to the templates. This is a huge time-saver in graphic design. The review process is clunky. Right now, there's no good way to have a SME provide us feedback on a 7taps course. The platform really needs a review feature like Articulate has. It can also be challenging and time-consuming to generate your own images that fit well within each small card (especially if you're creating training on hardware and software, as we do). I use 7taps Microlearning for creating short form microlearning. I love their copilot feature because it allows me to create a microlearning in minutes by responding to a few prompts. It helps me articulate the behavior I am trying to address and identify skill gaps, creating learning that is tailored to those needs. The initial setup of 7taps Microlearning was very easy. 7taps could be improved by having learner profiles synced across multiple delivery methods so you have a true source of truth of completion e.g. Slack, direct link opens. I know the team are working on this and will have this in a future release Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly can't find anything about 7taps that isn't useful or straightforward to use. The platform is, quite simply, exceptionally well-designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favourite aspect of 7 Taps is the speed in which you can create engaging training once you've understood the problem that needs to be solved.

7 Taps has it's own AI system that uses a Template you input to define the Skill Required, who it's for, what yopu want to get out of the training and any issues to consider that are either causing the problem or would prevent a solution.

It's possible to develop individual training courses (which you can then personalise) or define up to 5 courses to be built into a Learning Path.

I'm currently on the Starter Plan so I only have the option to run 10 live courses at once. But I realise they have a business to run so I can either pay to add more courses or pay to add a custom domain or Upgrade to Enterprise level.

I like how 7taps Microlearning allows us to create bite-size learning content for employees quickly, providing upskilling opportunities efficiently. I appreciate the feature of being able to upload a PDF document and create training from it, which makes creating refresher training straightforward.
