My team was able to use Innform straight 'out of the box' – Although it is an incredibly powerful tool - anyone can use it; no IT knowledge is required. The team was able to get up and running within a few hours thanks to the hands-on support of the Innform team, who helped us create content, invite our learners into the system, install integrations, and any other requests that came up. We've used Innform for onboarding new staff and training the team remotely in a complex production environment. It's been amazing for us over the last year - helped us streamline the process of getting new team members up to speed and tick off various aspects of compliance in a way we can easily track. Our experience with Innform has been great so far. We were assigned a dedicated account manger who guided us through the set-up and implementation via regular meetings. She has been very helpful with any questions or requests we have. It's refreshing to be able to work with a company where dedicated support isn't just an empty sales pitch.

Our admins and the learners are really enjoying the UX/UI of Innform. Key for us is the possibility to connect Innform seamlessly with our other internal software which was a straight forward process. Innform offers great usability and user experience which is important for us seeing that most of our team members are between 25 - 35 years old. The tool helps us to fully automate our internal certification processes which is a big time saver!
