The team was able to get up and running within a few hours thanks to the hands-on support of the Innform team, who helped us create content, invite our learners into the system, install integrations, and any other requests that came up. My favorite part of this easy-to-use LMS is the excellent Support. **What do you dislike about Innform?** We'd love to see more languages added to the already long list of languages. That said, Innform has been rapidly responding to our language requests, and we do not have complaints on that front. **What problems is Innform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Innform LMS is helping us automate our employee onboarding across multiple departments. With Innform, we can automate the onboarding, training, and compliance of hundreds of workers. A feature that we find very useful is Blended Learning – this allows us to have multiple types of training sessions going on simultaneously, including eLearning, on-site training, training over Zoom calls, and assessments. This benefit has lead to cost-effective training within our departments. ### 2. It's been amazing for us over the last year - helped us streamline the process of getting new team members up to speed and tick off various aspects of compliance in a way we can easily track. It's intuitive to use and we love the fact we can customise so much. Support is fast and Innform are constantly updating features (integrations with other apps has been useful). **What do you dislike about Innform?** The price felt a little expensive to start with but they have seemed to change the structure to be much more accomodating now. **Recommendations to others considering Innform:** We've used Innform for onboarding new staff and training the team remotely in a complex production environment. Learners find it easy to pick up and actually finish their training on time. **What do you dislike about Innform?** I would like to have more social learning features for my team. I am aware these are on Innform's roadmap, however. **What problems is Innform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Innform to train my new photography assistants and brief them about important projects they are about to embark on. I am very often working with certain people for the first time. The energy on set is hectic and time-sensitive; therefore I need my team to turn up prepared. I use Innform to explain my philosophy and processes using video lessons that I make myself. I upload examples of my work, my equipment and how to easily set it up without necessarily asking me or my team for assistance. This has all worked incredibly well and has saved me hours worth of time. I feel like with Innform, I can relax on set and enjoy the shoot. ### 6. We were assigned a dedicated account manger who guided us through the set-up and implementation via regular meetings. She has been very helpful with any questions or requests we have. It's refreshing to be able to work with a company where dedicated support isn't just an empty sales pitch. Our admins and the learners are really enjoying the UX/UI of Innform. Key for us is the possibility to connect Innform seamlessly with our other internal software which was a straight forward process. Another important feature is the SSO feature for us which was very easy to setup as well. **What do you dislike about Innform?** For our team a few more text formatting options would be helpful in the authoring tool. **Recommendations to others considering Innform:** If you are looking for a product with great user experience I can highly recommend Innform! **What problems is Innform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Innform helps us rolling out our enterprise training on a global scale to more than 500 properties around the world. Through automation features like the auto translation of content, reassignments of courses and certification we are able to save time and work more efficiently. ### 7. The tool helps us to fully automate our internal certification processes which is a big time saver! The initial setup of the tool was very quick and the Innform support team helped us with the onboarding process. **What do you dislike about Innform?** It would be great to have an offline functionality for the iOS / Android app. **What problems is Innform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool really helps us to automate our internal certification processes which is required by some of our clients. The ease, speed of Innform has been a game changer for me. **What do you dislike about Innform?** Like many SaaS companies, especially as they grow and bring on new features, I've picked up a few bugs. That being said, every time I've raised it with Innform they've been super on it with fixes and keeping me up to date. **Recommendations to others considering Innform:** It has a free trial so is risk free!
