  ### 1. An Indispensable Asset for Optimal Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boris B. | Team Manager - Enterprise Sales Segment France / BeLux, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

I like that Sana Learn is directly connected to my email and calendar. This allows me to better organize my appointments and prepare for my meetings with prospects. The initiation went well with a very detailed and comprehensive training, although it involved a lot of information to digest, it was very interesting.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

I think Sana Learn could be even better connected to my company's drive. I would like it to be connected to the drive to have access to all the internal documentation. This would allow for asking precise and detailed questions about the internal data, while ensuring everything is secure according to GDPR.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sana Learn allows me to have reminders before my meetings and important insights and KPIs, which helps me better organize my appointments and prepare well for my prospects.

  ### 2. Intuitive and Collaborative, But Needs Minor Tweaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darius B. | Enterprise Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

I love how intuitive and easy to pick up Sana Learn's UI is. Despite having used it for only two days, I was able to start collaborating with my teammates on course updates just 10 minutes after receiving the invitation to add feedback. This ease of use makes it a crucial tool for improving collaboration efficiency and creating impactful content at a faster pace. Sana Learn has quickly become an integral part of my work process, and I appreciate how it boosts my productivity by allowing seamless collaboration on learning content. Sana Learn's intuitive interface and functionality significantly enhance the effectiveness of content creation and team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

When I'm creating a comment in Sana Learn and then pop over to another window, the comments I started typing disappear. Additionally, it would be helpful to have notifications when someone with edit mode access is working on a section, preventing me from making comments. I spent a lot of time trying to make comments on sections, mistakenly thinking I was doing something wrong.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sana Learn to create impactful courses quickly, improve collaboration and enable field employees to communicate our value proposition effectively.

What really impresses me is the combination of strategic support and the efficiency of the AI. Both aspects truly stand out in my experience.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

There are times when the AI doesn't fully grasp what I'm asking for when I seek support.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I appreciate that all product-related questions for Hootsuite are answered, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to the resources available for Talkwalker. The lack of more in-depth materials for Talkwalker feels like a missed opportunity.

It is a very dynamic and intuitive platform, you can read, watch videos, adjust the speed settings. Honestly, I have completed my training quickly and effectively with Sana.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

A little before the end of each Learning, it would throw 3-4 questions at me, which were repeated, so it wasn't a real problem for me, but since you already have a questionnaire at the end, it didn't make sense to me. However, it's nothing that detracts from the application.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the interactive features. I can click on links that a presenter is showing within a presentation and can immediately go to the link. The quality of the audio and visuals is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time by having all of the links you need actually being accessible in the meeting rather than sending out links and slide decks after the fact. It also ensures that participants are paying attention and answering questions. It is completely interactive.

  ### 24. Excellent Experience & Top Notch Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

I think it would be easier to list what I don't like about it, but I'll add below a few that I found to be extra beneficial for me and my team:
- best support I've ever seen. From the moment we first approached Sana to be our new LMS provider, throughout the implementation and go live, they've been assisting us every step of the way. The team we've worked with dispalyed not only impresive product knwoledge, but the ammount of recommendations they've made, help solve our challenges and facilitate our ramp up with the platoform, have been nothing short of perfect.
- finally an LMS that looks, feels and works like it's been built this decade. The interface is simply put - beeautiful, the features from AI copilots, to interactivity and ease of development are like nothing I've seen during our research stage. And don't get me started about the insights - finally a platform we you can build the reports you need and actually make it easier for people to access. No more spending hours building reports in Excel.
- the implementation team has been instrumental for us to get things done and make Sana fit our organization's needs. Shoutout to Anna, Miruna, Michelle & Muhammad, you've been and continue to be amazing!

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

There's not much but a few nitpicky things I would've liked include:
- more freedom when it comes to text & layout. While there are tons of bewutifully built templates and cards, sometimes I miss being able to use HTML to build custom text boxes
- tables are bit clunky and hard to edit
- text & image alignment could benefit from some work.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- people can actually search and use the content without having to assign it to them
- faster development time because of the AI features & available templates
- AI Assisted, easy to build dashboards, for real time reporting
- better enagagement & interactivity

  ### 25. Seamless & Efficient Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

Sana makes everything easier. The platform is super intuitive, and finding information is effortless. The AI-driven search is amazing. It pulls up exactly what I need in seconds. Plus, it works great as a learning platform, so no extra hassle with other third party tools. The quiz sections ensure long lasting learning effects, and the whole experience feels smooth and well-designed. Honestly, if you need a smart, reliable knowledge platform, this is it. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

While Sana is a great platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. When making a mistake during a quiz that doesnt allow a single mistake you have to click through the whole exam before being able to repeat.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding myself as employee

  ### 26. Intuitive platform with great customization options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel V. | Marketing Strategy Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

Sana's user-friendly interface makes it easy to build and customize courses with various formats like videos, texts, and infographics. The platform offers a smooth, interactive experience that keeps the audience engaged, and the integration of different tools allows for creating dynamic and comprehensive training sessions.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

While Sana is excellent in many aspects, there are occasional performance lags when adding multiple complex media types, which can slow down the course-building process. Additionally, more options for interactive elements would further enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sana helps streamline the course creation process by providing an all-in-one platform that integrates various content formats, making it easy to design engaging and interactive learning experiences. It solves the problem of managing multiple tools by offering a unified space for content management, which significantly reduces setup time and complexity. This efficiency allows us to focus more on content quality and less on technical hurdles, ultimately improving the training experience for our team

  ### 31. Sana - A tool to create an end-to-end learning system.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Group Digital Learning and Development Assistant , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

It has been built by people who really understand learning. Its capabilities are numerous, as you have a wide variety of features that can be implemented to create content for a range of learning objectives and inititiatives.

it is smooth and reactive for end users as well. Sometimes learning platforms that do a lot, can be weighed down by this, and appear slow from a users perspective.

Finally, the agency/autonomy that it gives end users to create content is amazing. This opens up endless lists of possibilities for cuomised learning journeys both in content creation and interactive live spaces.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

The live space is most likely developed for startups or scale up companies, where the majority of learners would have a new apple laptop and guaranteed high speed connection. However many big companies went online during covid and are still catching up with quality of tech and internet set up in the post covid more virtual age. MS teams and Zoom cater for this perfectly, but there are many issues in the Sana live space with regards to audio/visual quality, which is such a shame beacuse the live space is so interactive and engaging. This makes if difficult to really sell the live space to learners as an alternative to the tried, tested and trusted alternatives.

As there are so many features to explore, this upside can create a downside, in that the resources for support on the back end setup, whilst avialble, are not quality, in that videos are usually very short and articles can be text heavy.

A better approach would be to have pathways of learning for each feature. Such as Creating a programme step, staggrered assignments step 2 etc. I know this is supported in live sessions, but it needs to be there in an asynchronous format too.

However, since strating this feedback the Sana team has done amamzing work in integrating Sana now with MS Teams, which allowsus to use the interactive cards in Sana whilist jumping into MS Teams, our prefered video conferenecing tool. Thsi integration was traeted as a priortiy and we were communicated on the progress every step of the way. Great work fromo an awesome team.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decentralised learning: We have a centraized L&D team, but our local office reps (performance architects) push our intitiatives at a local level. Sana and its Create feature has allowed for them to have a lot more agency and autonomy of this local level training. And our data shows that they are indeed doing that.

Perecption of L&D gobally: The platfrom is very intuitive and its interface smooth. L&D at its core is about marketing and communication, and we find our talents are spreading the word on its capabilities due to their confidence in it. Their confidence in what is evidently at first glance, and closer inspection, a highly capable and innovative platform. As the platform is central to our L&D ecosystem, I feel our reputation as a department and team has been elevated as a result.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla S. | Quality Assurance Analyst/Acting SME, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

There's much to say about Sana's overall functionality, but let me highlight some things that helped me throughout the way.

One would be how we can easily use Sana and how we're able to easily navigate it after its implementation.

I also like how we're now taking our courses with Sana. With its clean design format that's less confusing to users or should I say "we don't get lost when using it".

Sana creates a seamless integration of product updates, refreshers, and mandatory courses.

Lastly, I love how it's so interactive with its flip cards and quizzes. Also providing a topic's corresponding notion page where users can dive more into

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

Although I like how Sana's clean design is, maybe it's better to improve the powerpoint-like style.

Other than that, I can't think of anything that I could've disliked about Sana.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product-wise, Sana serves a big functionality to users regarding sudden changes and/or updates that should be immediately implemented. Apart from that, users can have refreshers for old topics that may have been forgotten OR that users can start over a course if they'd want to on their own.

Sana helped us folllow through and back track massive updates that we review when we encounter corresponding issues while ticketing.

  ### 34. Effective AI-Powered Learning Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr W. | Revenue Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to include multimedia elements like images and voiceovers makes it versatile. The platform provides valuable insights into learner progress, helping track and improve performance effectively.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

The platform can be a bit glitchy at times, with occasional freezing and overwhelming notifications. Integrating it with existing systems can be challenging, and the content library could be broader.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sana is addressing several critical issues for our organization. Primarily, it has streamlined our customer onboarding and training processes, making it easier to deliver consistent and high-quality information to new clients. This has significantly reduced the time and resources required for onboarding, leading to quicker adoption of our services by clients.

Additionally, Sana is instrumental in onboarding and training new employees. Its personalized and adaptive learning features ensure that each new hire gets up to speed quickly, tailored to their learning pace and style. This has improved overall productivity and reduced the learning curve for new team members, enabling them to contribute effectively much sooner.

Overall, Sana has enhanced our training efficiency, ensured consistency in the information delivered, and improved the overall learning experience for both customers and employees.

  ### 35. Very intuitive and easy platform to use and administer with awesome AI integration.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kestutis V. | Learning and Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

AI integration;
Easy course creation;
Intuitive UX;
Excellent customer service and support;
Great partnership approach.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

Lack of editing options in course creator, many features are unavailable and has to be done outside of the platform using 3rd party providers.
Smart Group creation sometimes can be confusing.
Had some hick ups with Bamboo integration API.
Sana Live sometimes does not record and it is difficult to make Sana Live session available to people who have not been part of the session.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker onboarding, compliance training, all training records in one place, easy reporting and follow up, empowering people to develop themselves by creating courses for their colleagues. Skills based learning and effective, just in time information search, using Sana Search.

  ### 36. Polestar Sana Training Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autom P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

I love how seamless the user interface is. The overall experience of using the website makes it easy for anyone of any age to navigate throughout the portal. I really like how the side bar's font is legible. It isn't too big or too little and the text boldness isn't too heavy. The fact that all the relevant programs that are due soon are located at the very top of the homepage is very convenient and something that I did not expect at all.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

The first downside I encountered were issues with my initial log-in. The other issue I would state would just be the amount of information that is given in each program. I feel like the training would run a lot smoother if the information was more concise.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sana is helping me to start learning my training for the Polestar organization. This benefits me by giving me all of the information I need to learn the product knowledge, so I can operate better as a Product Specialist.

  ### 37. The best way to create content for your company in a dynamic, scalable and interactive way

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordi C. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

I've experienced Sana from the perspective of an end user, its configuration it's impressive with its level of flexibility and scalability. The ability to plan out an entire course, unlocking content gradually based on dates, along with interactive features like asking questions to ensure clarity and leaving feedback. It's perfect for scenarios like onboarding new employees or conducting internal training sessions among others.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

While Sana does have its downsides, they're relatively minor and not "deal-breakers". Occasionally, it can be a bit confusing to locate your currently open courses, and for first-time users, the mix of live meetings and asynchronous steps within the same course can be confusing. Improving the user experience in this regard could certainly enhance the platform's usability.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sana's solutions offer customizable learning experiences. They can also set up specific needs, such as onboarding and internal training.

  ### 38. An engaging learning experience

Sometimes I misplace the links to the courses but they are easy to find once you're in the system

Allows me to get up to speed on key info very quickly, and digest info in an engaging way.

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

Sana is a great resource tool that can help employee gain and refresh knowledge to make workflows smooth. It has a very dynamic feature such as the inclusion of summative quizzes to gauge one's understanding on the course taken.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

So far, there is none. As we are using the platform as a required tool review updates and learn about it.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us learn company updates in a very easy and effective way that it can reach anyone.

  ### 43. Great turnkey platform

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

Importing external content sometimes has limitations, needs a Comlpliance Center/functionality.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making our content more engaing and easy to use, making the admin side of the process quicker for more streamlined onboarding and scheduling processses.

  ### 45. Enhancing our team's expertise with a caring client management's experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Perrine A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

Sana Labs has been an important upside for Alan, especially for our Sales & Care community. The platform's ability to facilitate tailored training has enhanced our team's expertise. We've developed customized courses that resonate with our needs, and the AI-assisted content creation has been a standout feature, allowing us to build courses with ease and efficiency. The AI's ability to auto-generate questions, polls, and key takeaways has been particularly powerful, saving us time and ensuring we can leverage those trainings beyond Sana.

Additionally, the client management and support provided by the Sana Labs team have been nothing short of amazing. They've been instrumental in helping us move forward on various topics. Their responsiveness and willingness to help us tailor the platform to our needs have been invaluable in creating a continuous learning environment that empowers Alaners.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

There is room for improvement in certain areas.
For instance, the dashboard and analytics features could be more intuitive and provide deeper insights, the team is working on it.
We also see a potential for Sana Labs to enhance the content creation process, which is not always intuitive for Alaners and require trainings, as well as our integration with daily tools (using slack rather than email for ex).
Enhancing these aspects of the platform would undoubtedly elevate the user experience and provide even greater value to our organization.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Sana Labs is solving for Alan is the need to provide effective training for our Sales & Care teams that aligns with our remote and asynchronous culture. Sana Labs' platform enables us to deliver tailored training programs, which are essential for maintaining the high level of expertise required by our teams while respecting the flexibility of our work environment. The AI-assisted content creation tools and the integration with our internal systems, such as BambooHR have been particularly beneficial, allowing us to automate training assignments and manage learning paths more efficiently.

This has resulted in a learning experience that is flexible and accessible.

  ### 46. Creating e-learnings have never been easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

Today we use Sana to create e-learnings. It´s easy, tasteful, fun and versatile. Love the simple ways to collaborate with our content owners. The SCORM-connector saves us a lot of time since we publish our content in another LMS. The placement-tests have had a very positive impact on our organization. Now you only have to review content you don´t know yet. And of course Sana themselves - a very inspiring company to work with and to learn from.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

Nothing really. I wish there was a possibility to have question banks from where you could create tests where you randomly selects questions for your learners.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sana to create e-learnings. Since Sana is easy, tasteful, fun and versatile it helps us create e-learnings that are both relevant and good looking. The simple ways to collaborate with our content owners helps us move forward faster. The placement-tests have had a very positive impact on our organization. Now you only have to review content you don´t know yet.

  ### 47. Helping us solve our internal training & onboarding needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber d. | Senior People Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

There are many things that attracted us to Sana from the moment we started talking to them. Aside from ticking the majority of the boxes we were aiming for, it was clear from the beginning that this would be a real partnership between them and us as a client. Now that we have been using Sana as our internal LMS, I can say that this has proven to be true and has gone beyond what we were originally expecting.

Almost on a daily basis we are in contact with Sana in order to further improve our offerings and I cannot remember ever getting no for an answer. Most of the time when we identify something we would like to have, they are already working on it or otherwise are eager to immediately start looking into the options.

Aside from the collaborative aspect with the people from Sana itself, the service has helped us first and foremost to build out our internal training, onboarding and sales enablement. We wanted a place where we could combine all of those and with Sana we are now conducting both live sessions and self-paced courses in one platform.

Other big bonuses for us are the fact that everyone is our org is able to be a creator of content in Sana, as we do have a strong focus on sharing knowledge and skillsets within our organisation and the amount of automation that is available. One of our key focuses for this year was to automate and simplify many of our processes and the way in which we can set up onboarding scheduling and mandatory training reporting in Sana has really contributed to that.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

We genuinely really appreciate Sana as a tool and one of our favourite parts is how quickly we get new features. However, this is something you have to be willing to really be on top of. Sometimes it can makes things confusing, as many things change rapidly and it an be a challenge to keep our entire team updated on those changes. As an admin, it's not really an option to put it aside for a few weeks, because your communication will likely be outdated and you will find yourself having to figure multiple things out again yourself.

Again, this is also a massive bonus for us and we are willing to put in the effort from our end, but it is something to consider.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, automating processes is a big one; we are saving time by having both scheduling and reporting options available to us that used to be all manual.

Having everything around training, onboarding and sales enablement in one place makes our lives way easier and also means we are much more able to share content with anyone who is interested, rather than having to ask or search for contetn, or in the worst case scenario never even know something already exists somewhere in the org.

Something we are no utilising to a massive extend yet, but that is getting more and more popular is the use of Sana for internal meetings. Because there is much more of an interactive and engaging element to Sana compared to a Google meet or Zoom, we are encouraging our teams to switch over and we see this shift gradually taking place.

  ### 48. Easy to use and beautiful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa Eleonora B. | Account Manager Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

For me as a administrator, working with learnings for people with diffrent knowledge and needs. Sana helps me to fast create courses but still let me be creative when needed so that I can adjust the content for all diffrent needs. In Sana I always has a great overview and track all activities for my learners.

One of the best things about Sana is all the inspiration with interactive features, that still looks beautiful. I can hold a session and follow all step by the participants and see how they are interacting and learning.

But the very best thing is the teamwork with the Sana Crew, Rita is our hero! We can always reach out for not only help but also for tips how to make it better. Just feels like a great teamwork everyday!

I use Sana everyday and I love it!

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

Sometimes the amazing AI is to smart for me, hehe. It takes a bit to understand the logic, but the Sana Crew with their amazing knowledge will help you understand it!

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a big problem to create interactive courses and track the results for the learners.

Sana helps me to easy track the activities and results and also create great learning sessions.

  ### 49. Innovative and intuitive product - Fast-paced and client-centric product team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saga E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

As a learning company that has been working with one of the biggest LMSs since 7 years back, it's been a big - but very positive - change to transition into Sana. It's such an intuitive, user-friendly platform that gets you almost addicted when creating courses and live sessions. Since we use the platform as an external learning delivery system, not solely as an internal Learning & Development, it's crucial for us that the experience for our learners are top notch.

Sana is a fairly new system and they're developing and improving at a very high speed. The product team is very responsvie to feedback, making us as a client feeling heard and cared about.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

As mentioned, Sana is a fairly new system and hence there are features that we're used to from our previous LMS that do not excist - yet. But looking at the releases coming up, their roadmap, as well as functionalities they've received and prioritized from our end, I don't doubt that the system will have all functionalities - and more - in no time. And if not, the SanaLabs team is always eager to find an alternative way to meet the needs.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been looking for a platform where we can gather all our learning - the courses, live sessions, analytics - and this we can do with Sana. It has really become the one place where learning happens, making the learner experience more smooth as well as more interesting and motivating. We're also able to create learning solutions in no-time and hence don't need to put as much resources, time, and money into the planning/creation phase.

  ### 50. Intuitive, fast and beautiful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabian S. | L&D Manager, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Sana Learn?**

The most helpful feature must be the way the authoring tool is design. Very easy to use, multiple options and existing templates. The AI features are top of the, creating a course, full from AI or with your existing content is a lot easier than starting from nothing, they also have a feature that allows you to import from your existing documents but you choose what you want to bring in. What I do like the most is that not a massive amount of training is required for people to undersatand it, so everyone can create pretty much independently.
Next best feature must be programes, and all the automations around it. Again all very easy to use, and set up, which is truly what you need as admin. I love to see how users keep receiving courses without manual action.
More on this, team spaces make organization of content easier, next make team memebers collaborate by locating the content in one place.
The live feature is also great, a couple of improvements can be made but this brings me to the next point: improvements, full of implementations that make the platform better and better.
Lastyl, the support I receive from Anastasiia and Karl is brilliant, always ready to anwser questions and receive feedback.
I am confident Sana is the right partnert if you are looking for a platform that allows you to truly harness the power of creation, sharing & automations.

**What do you dislike about Sana Learn?**

Sometimes permissions are a bit confusing, it takes a bit to understand the roles.

**What problems is Sana Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a complex company with multiple locations, having a similar jorney for all roles is complex. With Sana, we can have the same baseline but we can also personalize with a few clicks and modify as we need to.
I believe that, once we have all journeys in, it will be truly the only source of truth for the company.
