# In your opinion, what's the best cpaas platforms?

 Hey everyone! I am looking for a good cpaas platform for my business. I browsed G2’s category page and created a short list, but I wanted to see if there are any other options I should be considering. Here is my list:  Podium: An AI-powered lead management and communication platform utilized by over 100,000 businesses to acquire and convert customers. ​  Telnyx CPaaS: A next-generation communications and connectivity platform offering carrier-grade services on a private, global IP network.  Dotdigital: An all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP) that empowers marketing teams to deliver highly personalized cross-channel journeys.  Ozonetel CloudAgent: A highly adaptable cloud contact center solution combining enterprise-grade call center software with omnichannel capabilities.  Ringover: An easy-to-use multichannel cloud communication solution designed to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.  What do you think? Are there any cpaas platforms that I should consider outside of my list?

<p>During my research, I saw that Telnyx was one of G2's top-rated software in 2025. I am definitely leaning toward that. https://www.g2.com/best-software-companies/top-collaboration-and-productivity.</p>
