Easy platform to use for all members of our franchise community. Makes the training process easier for our franchisees and saves several hours in the initial on-boarding of staff members. I enjoy that there is regular support calls with a member of the SkyPrep team to update you on features you may not yet be using to make sure that you are utilising SkyPrep to it's full capacity.SkyPrep is relatively cheap, however the low cost of the platform doesn't decrease the quality of the product - great price for what you receive in an LMS. Some features that managers don't have access to that require additional work for admins. It would be helpful if managers were able to remove users, this requires the manager to contact the admin to disable or remove a user. The notifications could be improved so that staff members receive a notification when a course becomes available when they have waited the appropriate amount of time. SkyPrep is extremely user-friendly. We have a very diverse workforce when it comes to age, and we've not had any issues with our employees navigating the system while completing any training. This is a huge bonus for us, as we moved our training to online and wanted everyone to be able to feel comfortable using the platform. The ILT function of the system does need some work, more specifically with the Microsoft Teams integration. Our company relies primarily on Teams for communication, and each time we try to hold a live training session, the connection between SkyPrep and Teams goes out. We are unsure if this is on SkyPrep's side or Microsoft's side, but something needs to be done to fix that integration. Fortunately, we can still rely on Zoom, but it does become a bit of a headache since we do rely more so on Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Originally when I started using it, I didn't like how you had to jump to different pages to get your uploaded files and your course. But since the new update that extra step was eliminated and it flows more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This could be a user error (my error) but when locating courses, I usually have to search within the list of courses. Not sure if its possible, but if there is a way to create a dashboard for the admin to se the courses they built, that would be phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I enjoy the most is the versatility of the platform and the ease with which it can be set up and immediately deployed across the organization. Within 24 hours of the platform being active, I had courses uploaded and learners completing training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not yet experienced a "downside" with the system. Each time I have a question or a suggestion, my support representative is available immediately and our issues are resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-The SkyPrep interface is straightforward. It's simple to use for both admins and learners. A lot of LMS's attempt to make their user interfaces similar to social media platforms which in theory makes sense but, in practice, can leave the user lost and disengaged.

No downsides to the product, just a wish list item. A QR system that could capture active licenses and certifications. I work in the civil construction industry and during our audits (internal/external) the ability to show immediate, active certification and licensure would help streamline the process. The one pitful would be the lack of ability to save user progress within certain types of modules like slide decks, PDFs, video content, especially at a more granular level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is quite easy to learn/use and helps our team work more efficiently in developing, delivering, tracking, and reporting on trainings. The support is excellent and consistent with very little wait time. They are continuously improving their services and features, as well as provide quick updates and customizations. Other than a few extra clicks when navigating to and through trainings, nothing. The program works consistently and the LMS performs every time. If you encounter any unexpected limitation, all you need to do is call SkyPrep and their team will explain possible solutions or work through the limitation to create a new solution. SkyPrep serves up content in a simple way for Learners to consume. It's a basic LMS with the ability to build content directly within SkyPrep, load/paste content from other sources, or even embed SCORM files. It's a relatively versatile tool for how simple it appears on the surface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there are a variety of ways to create and serve up content in SkyPrep, all of them seem to have their own frustrations. If the basic templates for creating content meet your needs perfectly - great! If you need to make even minor adjustments, you need to tediously dig through messy HTML, then save and reload to see if it worked. Rinse. Repeat. Once you have the content built, making small updates requires the same tedious process. SkyPrep's performance also leaves a lot to be desired.
