I also appreciate their support team, which is very prompt and competent. With multiple course creators, each requiring different approaches or technical solutions, we were able to find the required solutions within the platform. Additionally, it provides a tailored user onboarding experience and various assessment types that suit our diverse needs. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** Most of the limitations I have encountered stem from limited integrations with third-party tools for user provisioning and data synchronization; there are also limited tools for bulk user management; most bulk actions are done through CSV, which is not user-friendly. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** SkyPrep helps meet compliance needs and educates customers on our products. It's flexible for various course creators' needs and offers prompt support. ### 2. Adding new learners or managing existing learners is very intuitive, which makes my workload a lot smoother. The help chat has answered my questions many times and is always available to suggest ways to solve issues. I also appreciated the very easy and intuitive initial setup with a walkthrough from my rep. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** I wish I could replace SCORM files with new versions instead of having to make a whole new course. Sometimes learners will find a typo or instructors will change content and I have to add a whole new course. This frustrates me a lot. Other LMS (Moodle, etc) allow you to write over existing SCORM files without making a new course. That way your learners' existing marks aren't segregated into a different course. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** SkyPrep provides an easily-managed way to present learning, evaluate learning retention, track learner achievements, and generate reports. It streamlines adding learners, simplifies management with an intuitive interface, and the help chat is reliable for solving issues. ### 3. It allows us to create eLearning withing the LMS instead of our old way of doing things because our LMS did not support content creation. It also allows us to create content that can be sold to external customers. A game changer! ### 4. The training was very helpful and tailored to our company's needs. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** It's hard for me to think of anything right now. Sometime I wish there were some menu shortcuts to navigate from one area to another, but they may exist and I haven't taken the time to discover them yet. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** SkyPrep has completely streamlined our training. We used to rely on a combination of two antiquated systems, and this is so much easier and more efficient to use. ### 5. It's great that we can deploy it directly to our external customers through our software, integration is key for us. Uploading content is quick, and the system is pretty easy to use. While not perfect, it makes it easy to get metrics and reports and lets us see what content people are accessing and consuming. It provides insight into usage and gives us a chance to reach out and educate our customers. The way SkyPrep helps us personalize and make our software more accessible to users is a game changer for us. Assigning groups or making things accessible to client-specific audiences is simple and doesn't take much time or effort. It's easy to figure out, and having access to customer care specialists when needed is a plus. Overall, SkyPrep has been a pretty great system for us. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** SkyPrep has a lot of features, but I'd still call it relatively no frills. The reporting features are great, but there are some aspects that make them very difficult. Some reporting features that I think would be common sense or simple are not present. The reporting could definitely be improved because sometimes it takes a long time to get information together, and I thought there would be a quicker way to generate or build reports. Additionally, it can be difficult to access certain types of information quickly, and the organization of information could be better. Navigation isn't great; sometimes when I change a setting, like making a course or learning path inactive, it takes me back to a different screen, which is annoying. Having to navigate back to where I was is a hassle. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SkyPrep to create, house, and deploy documentation and courses for our internal staff and external clients. It simplifies organizing content, provides quick insights with metrics, and facilitates smooth customer education. It allows easy content access, reducing redundancy and effort. ### 6. It is a handy tool that was simple to learn and allows us to manage an ever-growing and changing pool of workers whose jobs are seasonal, yet vital. I use it every day to manage the content we need to disseminate to our election workers. The information contained in our courses is subject to change biannually per legislation, as it did drastically this past summer, and I love that SkyPrep allows us to adjust and publish updated courses to over 7,000 users in a relatively short amount of time. I like most that the platform is continuously improving and makes it easy to capture the data we need to drive reporting and make decisions. Last of all, the customer service is amazing. The team is super responsive, and Catherine is great at what she does. She meets with me regularly to help with troubleshooting, plan for campaigns, and explore unused features (performance tracking, materials, etc.) for expanded effectiveness. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** The downside of using SkyPrep would be the sometimes awkward nature of the interface when it comes to the courses we put together. Finding a way to reduce the time it takes to create a full course would make the platform even more efficient and powerful. Also, we work with mostly older citizens who do not always grasp technology as easily. If there was a way to streamline certain data entry items to be more user-friendly (i.e., less clicks), that would be helpful to the end user. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** SkyPrep helps us to navigate the complex task of delivering content to thousands of learners with different backgrounds and learning styles. It is helping us to better gauge what is accurately comprehended by the workers we train, see how the concepts will be applied in the practice of running vote centers, and ascertain what needs to be monitored and/or retaught. We can use the SkyPrep platform to connect with all those workers or just those in certain groups that we set up. ### 7. The initial setup was also easy. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** I wish there was a paper manual, even if the chat feature works well. I would love step by step direction on one document. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SkyPrep for eLearning and running reports to ensure compliance, solving all my LMS needs. We have roughly 800 users who are using this platform. The course setup is easy and not time-consuming. The courses can be in any format and making the whole process less cumbersome. There are numerous feature you can use and the reporting can be as detailed or not, and can be catered to what you need. Everything is at your fingertips. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** The sheer number of features it has means there are a lot of places where changing a setting can cause user errors downstream. Luckily, we have an account manager (Madison) who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Their support staff are also very prompt and knowledgeable. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to have external consultants trained on a medication and we needed to be able to document and audit the completion of the training modules. We also needed to issue certificates and re-issue training after a certain period of time. SkyPrep can do all of the above and its easy to use. ### 9. As someone who wears many hats working for a start-up, I cannot dedicate hours of time on platform training. I find most of the workflows intuitive and easy to figure out on my own. When I need help, my SkyPrep account rep is available to show me how to do it. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** What I dislike are the limitations for sending automated email reminders. The options are limited, but I found a way around the limitations. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SkyPrep primarily to train doctors and their team members on how to become a provider for our advanced orthodontic technology: Brava braces. We Secondarily, we use SkyPrep to train our internal team on how to support orthodontic providers. ### 10. As an admin, I particularly appreciate how easy it is to set up the system initially, including adding branding and customizing the dashboard. I’m also impressed by how actively they release new features and upgrade existing ones, which shows their commitment to continuous improvement. **What do you dislike about SkyPrep?** The implementation process, while functional, could benefit from more structure. I wish there were templates or guides available with clear suggestions on how to set up the platform, like use cases for certain features. Although my Customer Success Manager is fantastic, the early calls felt more like a Q&A session, which left me unsure of the right questions to ask. I would have preferred more guided support, including step-by-step resources to help me navigate the system with more confidence. At the time of my initial setup, the Help Center resources were largely catered to the legacy system, which made navigating confusing because the look and locations of buttons were different for my platform. **What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?** SkyPrep has been instrumental in centralizing our training programs, making it easier to manage all our learning content in one place. This has streamlined our process, ensuring consistency across the board. The robust reporting features have also been a major benefit, providing valuable insights into training progress, completion rates, and learner performance.
