"Everything you need in an LMS plus some and made easy and quick."

What do you like best about SkyPrep?

I have used some of the biggest and most expensive LMS products in the past with other companies and worked in this industry for 20+ yrs, so coming into this new position with a smaller company that had not previously used an LMS, I performed a thorough analysis of top LMS products, and tested them for about 3 months. Some seemed hard to navigate, or not user friendly and others had good features I liked, but missing other critical pieces that are a must. Skyprep had everything I needed (and was used to using in the past with more expensive products), plus additional features you normally don't get with a clean easy-to-use interface. My favorite feature is the download functionality - some of our job sites are in remote locations where internet connections can be..."spotty" so having the ability to download inside the browser window is great - and through multi-tabbed browsers, you can pull up and download multiple courses ahead of time (for iPads, phones), plus an additional ability to download to the local computer (if using on a computer) is an added bonus. This allows users to pre-download content ahead of time before playing a video for a group of employees, taking a course by yourself, or getting on an airplane, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SkyPrep:

It's a great platform, there is nothing major that they are missing and improvements are constantly being made. Cloud-based is the way to go and Skyprep is leading the industry. It's almost the perfect LMS, and I know we are a tough customer since many of our locations operate so much differently with different customer requirements and remote locations where internet connections are spotty. What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like I described above, we struggle with consistent internet connectivity. So the ability to DOWNLOAD is huge, but we also have solved reporting issues - made easy through the scheduled reports and ADVANCED REPORTING functions, MANAGER PERMISSION at local jobsites, so they just see their people, the RESOURCE CENTER is amazing by having they ability to upload documents available for anyone anytime. We also have many different types of employees - some are very computer savvy, and others are NOT, so having the simple clean user interface is helpful. Our goal thanks to Skyprep is to offer training for our employees - 1 - How they want it (iPad, Android or iPhone, Computer, kiosk, or as a group 2- When they want it (they can take courses when it's convenient for them and their supervisor - the courses are sitting in their "My Learning" ready for them whenever they are ready. "SkyPrep LMS review after 5 years of use / What no one tells you..."

What do you like best about SkyPrep?

One of the single greatest features has been ease-of-use. We were able to upload content, enroll users, create groups, and understand how to generate reports, right out of the box. The intuitive UI is a model for other learning management systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkyPrep?

At this point SkyPrep has checked every box. I wouldn't want to be an LMS manager for any other system. This system is a huge win for our department, it gave us visibility I didn't expect within the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of features relative to the price has been an easy sell to upper management. The ease-of-use enables this decision to get the attention of management because of all the deliverables: reporting, engagement, fast implementation, and results seen in process changes from the employees. What problems is SkyPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to roll out state mandated training for our industry and at the end of the deadline, report back to management that we have achieved 100% participation. This eliminates the need to outsource any of the process, keeping cost down. What do you like best about SkyPrep?

Ease of use...I could teach myself to use. I also like the support and help features. I like that I can adapt the masthead to accommodate our client brand.

I can implement and track all of my training deliverables and measure the knowledge uptake of my trainees.

I am able to keep my finger on the pulse in regards to my teams knowledge and skills. I also discover knowledge gaps within my team and can target particular gaps.

I use SkyPrep in my general induction as well as using it for Pop quiz's, and general surveys.

Our organisation is growing at a fast pace and I am looking forward to upgrading to the pro version and rolling it out across a wider audience with in the organisation.

Our employees also praise how easy SkyPrep is to use and like the way that they can receive direct feedback on assessments and courses.

Our 2020 mission is to introduce learning certificates for all our learners.

"DWA SkyPrep Review"

What do you like best about SkyPrep?

SkyPrep is well designed for ease of use by both the administrator and the learner. The platform is highly intuitive and operates on a fast system which makes tasks from simple to complex fast and easy to complete. Configuring SkyPrep was extremely easy as the coding behind the GUI is well designed to be robust yet simple to navigate and use.

There are also " Help Resources" within quick reach that are well thought out and complete in answering any questions that come up with "How-To" information. A HELP desk is only a click away for unique or more detailed questions, which honestly are infrequent.

Uploading course content in a wide variety of formats is extremely easy using SkyPrep's drag and drop feature. This saves large amounts of time and makes course creation quick and effective.

Tools to track learner activity and use are well designed and easy use. The reporting functions are robust and offer a wide range of options for designing the type of desired output.

All in all SkyPrep is an excellent Learning Management System and should strongly be considered for organizations who desire a complete system that is affordable, while friendly and easy to use and administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a combination of external and internal users and a very flexible user base as many of our employees are contract. Skyprep pricing model and "active user" designation was a huge benefit to us. Being able to customize the learning paths to specific groups and individuals is well thought out. Learner and admin interface are simple (it's not the most design forward system) but we liked that. We have found SkyPrep to be very user friendly. By being a user friendly program, our team members are finding it easier to be in charge of their own learning. What do you like best about SkyPrep?

The process for setting up courses and adding content is very user friendly. Everything is very well laid out to make it easy to understand what you are doing. What do you dislike about SkyPrep?

I wish there was a way to create surveys in the UI. I currently have to create surveys as assessments and this can be confusing to the end users. Even if there was a way to just have the symbol look different for a survey vs an assessment in the course it would be very helpful. Right now if I have an assessment and a survey in a course it appears to the user as having 2 assessments. Also being able to have the 0-10 scale questions for surveys vs just creating it as multiple choice would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SkyPrep:

If you are looking for an LMS that is very easy to use and very easy to implement, Skyprep is the way to go! Our organization uses G Suite for everything, the Skyprep integration with G Suite makes it very easy to add content in any of the Google formats (Google Docs, Google Slides). Other LMS vendors we looked at required you to save a Google Slides presentation as a pdf before it could be uploaded to their system, with Skyprep you can upload the Google Slides presentation directly.
