I use SAP Concur every week. I travel a lot for my job, and the Concur mobile application is how I book all my flights and hotels, as well as track my mileage to customer meetings. I really wish Concur would scan my hotel receipts and automatically break down the itemized section for me. Its easy process to submit claims. Once you have the base request in place, the traversing is o easy and you can raise claims until the base request is expired.

There are too many fields to fill-in even for the known categories.

At the beginning, it's a bit complex to go through the configuration and the list; after 2-3 submissions, it's better to choose among categories.
