I use SAP Concur every week. I travel a lot for my job, and the Concur mobile application is how I book all my flights and hotels, as well as track my mileage to customer meetings. I really wish Concur would scan my hotel receipts and automatically break down the itemized section for me. Its easy process to submit claims. Once you have the base request in place, the traversing is o easy and you can raise claims until the base request is expired.

There are too many fields to fill-in even for the known categories.

I don't like the instability and functionality issues with the mobile app. It frequently crashes and freezes, especially during actions like receipt upload or when trying to save expense entries, which can cause data loss. Oh, the interface is terrible. It's super slow. It's clunky. Everybody hates it, including me. I would say that everything is super slow. We all have to fight with reimbursements and complex, like, all that cost tagging and all the approvals, and it's super complicated and configured and deployed.
