What do you like best about AppZen?

The best thing that I really like about the Appzen tool is how accurate it is with all the finance management activities. it also gets integrated with Concur Expense very well which makes it very easy to use for me since I have to use Concur very frequently. There aren't a lot of things about Appzen that I dislike but one thing that I do not find very good about this app is its difficulty. What do you like best about AppZen?

There are many things I feel are great about AppZen, this is a program we use everyday and it integrated with Concur with no problems and implementation was painless.

I love how it is looking at the receipt level for items out of policy. This is something that would be nearly impossible to do manually unless I increased headcount.

I also like that when reviewing reports that did not automatically pass, it takes you right to the problem and highlights it so you do not have to dig for it.

AppZen has saved us so much time and we have found many expense report errors that have saved us from mispaying employees.

Our account rep is wonderful and is always available for questions and guides us through adding more policy audits when wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppZen?

The main thing that I see is that you still need to have Concur open on another screen because comments do not come through to AppZen, so it is possible the employee already addressed why they are out of policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use AppZen for our expense report audits, the main benefit is that it is looking at receipts and amounts and how they line up with our policy. With how busy our work lives are this is taking a large burden and making it simple and painless. What do you like best about AppZen?

It's so easy to use! Appzen's tools and AI helps us tremendously with cross-checking and cross-referencing against our policies and compliances, and saves us tremendous amount of time. Just having Appzen go through the first round of validation process helps us save time and streamline our processes and workflow. Additionally, their reporting/metric/analysis tool is beyond immeasurable. We can download reports and benchmarks with a click of a mouse and filter as needed - but having that '1-click' function to download reports for all stakeholders has been beyond helpfu. Lastly, our CSM partner and support team helps us with their insight, as they are the subject matter for their tool, we are able to strategically and modify our workflow and benchmark. What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have these monthly and yearly thresholds for perk/expenses. Previously, we had to manually keep track of monthly perks and yearly perks, and even one-time exception perks. Since, appzen has the capability to 'track' these expenses for us with their advanced spend function, we have eliminated an entire manual process. Beyond immeasurable, has saved us so much time and basically eliminated human errors. Appzen can also configure organizations based on their 'home' currency vs. their 'spent' currency - this FX tool has eliminated another manual process of converting diems, to say the least. Previously, pulling data was worse than getting 4 simultaneous root canals, with Appzen - we're able to get real-live data, download reports and just simply, present monthly/quarter reports to our peers without much manipulation/filtering. AppZen help us partially check those expenses we can't control due to the backlog volume we sometimes have using AI. The accuracy of that its still being review and some enhancements require in order to meet all the requirements our company has Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a company, we have successfully integrated Appzen in 62 countries globally, following extensive piloting in 3 reference countries to ensure smooth deployment. However, what is still unclear is the cost-benefit balance in relation to user experience improvements. Additionally, how Appzen specifically addresses the intricate requirements of the pharmaceutical industry remains to be seen. Lastly, it's paramount to consider the role of our dedicated support team in ensuring successful utilization and application of Appzen. What do you like best about AppZen?

What do you like best about AppZen?

I’ve been using Appzen for 2+ years now, and I’ve had an excellent experience with it. The software is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy. What do you dislike about AppZen?

I have not yet encountered anything that I dislike but if I had to point something out, I would probably say the the system not does not yet have the ability to multi approve/reject expenses.
