What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have these monthly and yearly thresholds for perk/expenses. Previously, we had to manually keep track of monthly perks and yearly perks, and even one-time exception perks. Since, appzen has the capability to 'track' these expenses for us with their advanced spend function, we have eliminated an entire manual process. Beyond immeasurable, has saved us so much time and basically eliminated human errors. Appzen can also configure organizations based on their 'home' currency vs. their 'spent' currency - this FX tool has eliminated another manual process of converting diems, to say the least. Previously, pulling data was worse than getting 4 simultaneous root canals, with Appzen - we're able to get real-live data, download reports and just simply, present monthly/quarter reports to our peers without much manipulation/filtering.
