"The free version has many bugs"

What do you like best about TripIt Pro?

the only thing I like is that its the only free app, but the free version has bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?

The free version has bugs and due to those I had to double book some hotels. Big waste of time and money. Also, the app puts together other peoples bookings inside my trips. They still have a looooong way to go. I will never pay for the PRO version seeing how bad the basic features work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TripIt Pro?

The app is light, the information is specific and relevant, I dont waste time trying to find the information that matters, I also can see the information of past travels and thats very important for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?

I wastn aware that there is also a way to add favorite places like restaurants, hotels, so maybe I am sub-utilizing the app. So I wonder there is a improvement area giving more info to the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TripIt Pro?

The way you just forward itineraries, emails you get related to the trip, and TripIt organizes it all for you. Everything is laid out and can easily be viewed, edited or deleted. The ability to share the itinerary comes in useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?

Users of Tripit cannot always view shared itineraries within the app, that you have to use the email version of sharing. This inabilityis regardless of whether they are a paid user or not. The number of emails you get before a trip can be a bit annoying; having said that, I am not sure if that is just a setting I have yet to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Place to Organize All Your Travels in One Place"

What do you like best about TripIt Pro?

I have been using TripIt since planning my 37-day European trip in 2013. Since then I have managed over 34 travel arrangements for business and personal travel. TripIt makes it brainless since they automatically import all my reservations from my emails and magically group them into the appropriate trips based on overlapping details. I love that I can then pull up the website or app to view all my travel details in one place and easily see if I am missing something from my itinerary.

We had a multi-leg trip planned for May 2020 that was impacted by the pandemic. Since TripIt kept everything organized so well, it was easy to go through and process the cancellations on our various reservations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TripIt Pro?

I have yet to come across anything I dislike about TripIt's service. The free plan is user-friendly and is what I have used for the majority of my planning. I did use the Pro plan for our Disney trip in 2018 and the ill-fated 2020 trip for the expanded features but I don't think it is necessary for trips that are not hyper-scheduled. What problems is TripIt Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to keep all of my travel arrangements organized in one place. There's no worrying about "Did I print X?" or "Where is that confirmation # for Y?". I never have to scroll through my inbox or search for reservation confirmation emails - it's all in one place, accessible at any time. And automatically syncs seamlessly with my calendar.
