What do you like best about SAP Concur?

1. Improved gen AI that auto populate details and save time

2. UI is better and very user friendly

3. App is lighter than the last one, easy to run

- Repository archive space can be improved

There is enough features there and it's easy enough to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

Support is terrible, I mean really bad. It took 1 year to get implemented properly. There is a complete lack of ownership. We're trying to make a change to the credit card feed now and they want to charge us an excessive amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
