What I like best about Salesmate is the combination of a powerful CRM and easy to work with, but what truly stands out is their support team, fast, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Suraj, Pritesh, C.J., and Maahi for their patience, professionalism, and dedication in helping us troubleshoot and resolve multiple system glitches. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

One area where Salesmate could improve is occasional system glitches involving activities and task associations, which can sometimes create confusion in workflow management. However, their support team has always been responsive and proactive in helping resolve issues quickly and professionally.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Loved how affordable it was, how functional it was, how FEATURE HEAVY it was. It had EVERYTHING we needed to get started with our home service business. We needed a software that would extract our leads from META after someone had filled out a Meta Ad form. SalesMate takes our form information and plugs it into a sales cadence that allows me to either call, text, email, and more. SalesMate saved me tons of time, money, and allowed me to keep my Meta leads neat and organized. I couldn't have grown my business without this software. I was looking at a few competitors but nothing came close to this functionality and price. It has similar functionality levels to Go High Level for a FRACTION of the cost.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

It could be a bit more visually user-friendly. The software looks a bit outdated.

**What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using SalesMate to track my Meta Leads. Once a Meta form was completed, it would create a contact in SalesMate AND input them into a specific sales funnel. I would then call, text, and email via SalesMate to connect with the lead and book them for a consultation and eventually, book an installation.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Support is second to none! These guys will event get hands-on in my code and help me debug my API calls when I'm building out complex Smart Flow integrations. Other support I've experience just says they can't help with code and sends you off to hire one of their "Marketplace Pros" for obscene amounts of money. I asked Suraj for help with and API call that wasn't working and he fixed it in 15 minutes. Amazing!

Not much. It's very comprehensive and I really love it.

It helps me track all my client relationships with ease and tie together all the various apps I use so that I can track all my customer data in one place.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

We deployed Skara by Salesmate to improve how we engage, support, and convert customers across our ecommerce channels, and it has delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Skara’s AI agents handle customer conversations naturally and intelligently, helping shoppers find the right products, answer questions instantly, and move confidently through the purchase journey. It feels much more like a real sales assistant than a traditional chatbot.

The platform is easy to configure and flexible enough to adapt as our needs change. We were able to connect our product data and workflows quickly, and Skara started adding value almost immediately across web and messaging channels.

We have also seen clear benefits in lead qualification, cart recovery, and reduced pressure on our support team, as Skara can handle repetitive queries 24/7 while keeping conversations contextual and relevant.

Overall, Skara by Salesmate has become a strong addition to our ecommerce stack and a reliable partner for driving better customer experiences. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

There is a learning curve when it comes to more advanced configurations. Some setup and fine-tuning required involvement from our technical team, as it was not something we could fully manage on our own initially.

That said, the Skara team stepped in and supported us closely, helping configure and fine-tune the AI agent to work exactly as needed. Looking ahead, it would be great if these advanced settings were more accessible for non-technical users, with a clearer debug mode that explains in plain language what needs to be adjusted.

**What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesmate is solving several key ecommerce challenges for us, particularly around product discovery, customer conversations, and data fragmentation. With AI Agents, customers can easily find the right products through guided conversations instead of relying only on search or filters, which improves confidence and reduces drop-offs.

It also handles common customer questions around returns, orders, and general FAQs in a clear and consistent way, helping build trust while providing instant support. This has reduced friction for customers and taken pressure off our support team.

All customer interactions are automatically synced into the CRM, which means we have a single, unified view of each customer. This allows us to run future email and SMS campaigns from one place without jumping between multiple tools, making our marketing and follow-ups more efficient and better informed.

I really like that Salesmate is a great all-in-one solution that keeps everything connected in one interface without needing a full tech stack of different software. The AI features are impressive, and I'm excited to implement them for my clients. The team is very helpful and works with me to troubleshoot and tailor things for my business, which makes it really great for small companies like mine. I'm happy with the setup process too because the tech team at Salesmate was very helpful. It's a great CRM, especially for the price point and what you get, it's really unbeatable.

I think maybe one thing is the form flow. It would be better if the forms had a progressive flow where, you click a response, and then it leads to another question rather than just having all of the questions at once. I think the step-by-step forms convert a little bit better. But otherwise, it's a great platform. I don't have any negative feedback right now.

Its customer support definitely needs improvement compared to other CRMs I’ve used. If support were stronger and there were an option for a multi-user single login, Salesmate would easily be the best CRM I’ve worked with.

It is such a good all around system of keeping track of everything happening with your business. It has automations built in, so many ways to stay organized, and it's always improving. The customer service is second to none as well- the Salesmate team is always there to answer your questions and help, anytime of day. They truly want to provide the best for us.

I don't really dislike anything. The only things I dislike are simply the things I haven't had the time to fully learn and understand, but that's on me to spend more time digging in to all the options and features and getting a handle on them.

What I like best about Salesmate is how intuitive and clean the interface is. It’s easy to navigate even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. While Salesmate is great overall, the A2P verification process can take longer than expected, which delays texting features. Also, some of the third-party integrations feel a bit limited or clunky—there’s definitely room for improvement to make them more seamless and robust.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Absolutely love Salesmate! This is my fourth CRM, and I’ve tried at least six others. After extensive research and using various options through my real estate company, I can confidently say that Salesmate stands out.

First and foremost, the price point is unbeatable. On top of that, their customer service is truly exceptional. Whenever I encountered an issue I couldn’t resolve, their support team was quick to help and provided effective solutions.

The platform is perfectly laid out and includes every feature I could think of. They offer numerous workarounds to help you save money. For instance, if you're hesitant to commit to automations, they provide alternative options. If you’re not satisfied with the dialer, they suggest several other companies you can integrate with.

Salesmate's platform is open and flexible, featuring all the necessary APIs and Zapier integrations. I can't praise this product enough! The willingness to train users is also a huge plus. Overall, Salesmate has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a robust CRM solution.

Salesmate is an excellent option for my startup. The main advantage that I had using this CRM over other CRMs such as Freshsales Suites has been that I have seen is that a user can edit and change the fields as per different deal pipelines making it easier for my sales managers to customize their fields and provide more clarity on different deals. Also, my PandaDoc integration works seamlessly and customer support is very good so props to that

The integration with third-party lead generation companies such as Justdial could be easier, other than no dislikes as such.

Salesmate.io is a user friendly tool to work on his/her daily activities - creating, editing and updating. Navigation of the tool is easy - giving a user a comprehensive 360 degrees view of each module - Contact, Account or Deal.

Nothing much but i wish Salesmate.io can allow to integrate with databases like ZoomInfo, Calling Tools like Skype. Salesmate.io could improvise on screen performance and resolution. For example - Like outlook, where you see the list of emails in stacked format.

I like that it is sales friendly. often a CRM is more tailored to marketing purposes, Salesmate is very easy to use for sales guys. Yet offers features like bulk mail and sequencing which is very effective.

The absence of linkedin API. In my opnion any CRM tool that reduces the admin time for sales while capturing all details is rated very highly. The only time conusimg aspect is that you cant not add a lead directly from linkedin. It would save a ton of time if it was an option.

Consolidating data, we were using excel files to store data and sometimes not all data was stored and documented.

Salesmate packs a ton of value delivered with unparalleled simplicity. You get the usual contact and sales pipeline management software for the same price or better than most competitors. On top of this, they really stack up the value. I truly wanted to like both, Zoho & Insightly, but the value and simplicity were not there. On top of the basics, they pack on multiple pipelines, which I use to run various side gigs since I can use more than one email with the CRM. From scheduling software to webforms forms to marketing journeys to web chat apps to calling and texting built into the software, Salesmate is a unique value proposition in the marketplace and is a true game changer.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

Not much, could be faster loading up. The only peeve I have is the fact that when I click on links to various modules from another module, it lands me on the editing form  for that object. Hope that changes.

**What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So I have several businesses. Salesmate helps me gather leads from websites, use different telephone numbers for each business and helps me segment contact database as needed using tags, and lists. I use a different pipeline for each sales effort and project tracking. It records telephone calls and allows for text messaging. Very flexible tool
