What do you like best about Salesmate?

Loved how affordable it was, how functional it was, how FEATURE HEAVY it was. It had EVERYTHING we needed to get started with our home service business. We needed a software that would extract our leads from META after someone had filled out a Meta Ad form. SalesMate takes our form information and plugs it into a sales cadence that allows me to either call, text, email, and more. SalesMate saved me tons of time, money, and allowed me to keep my Meta leads neat and organized. I couldn't have grown my business without this software. I was looking at a few competitors but nothing came close to this functionality and price. It has similar functionality levels to Go High Level for a FRACTION of the cost. What do you like best about Salesmate?

I really like that Salesmate is a great all-in-one solution that keeps everything connected in one interface without needing a full tech stack of different software. The AI features are impressive, and I'm excited to implement them for my clients. The team is very helpful and works with me to troubleshoot and tailor things for my business, which makes it really great for small companies like mine. I'm happy with the setup process too because the tech team at Salesmate was very helpful. It's a great CRM, especially for the price point and what you get, it's really unbeatable. What do you dislike about Salesmate?

I think maybe one thing is the form flow. It would be better if the forms had a progressive flow where, you click a response, and then it leads to another question rather than just having all of the questions at once. I use Salesmate to easily connect with my leads and keep them all in one place, which helps me track them effectively. I absolutely love Salesmate; it's very easy to use. The support behind it is amazing; the team goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. I love that Salesmate is entry-level and easy to use. It helps me gain confidence with mock calls before talking to potential clients. I appreciate the lead tracking feature and the phone tracking, making it easier to manage everything in one place, leading to more conversions. The demos provided also make closing deals easier. It is such a good all around system of keeping track of everything happening with your business. It has automations built in, so many ways to stay organized, and it's always improving. The customer service is second to none as well- the Salesmate team is always there to answer your questions and help, anytime of day. They truly want to provide the best for us. While Salesmate is great overall, the A2P verification process can take longer than expected, which delays texting features.
