It makes creating workflows simple, and I appreciate having an all-in-one solution for texting, emailing, and keeping track of sales and communications, as well as creating email templates. I also like that it was very easy to set up, though it did take some time to explore the modules. Overall, Salesmate meets all my expectations and solves many of my needs as an insurance broker.
