The implementation was a bit complicated, but they helped us work through it. They were very patient and made sure everything was set up correctly. What impressed me most was that they didn’t push to simply check the boxes and move us on to the next step until it was truly right. That level of care is rare, and I really appreciated it.

I like OrgChart because it is constantly updating, and there's very little we need to do to administer and manage it. It significantly reduces the labor hours and man hours required. The initial setup was extremely easy.
