What do you like best about OrgChart?

"Great system and customer service"

What do you like best about OrgChart?

I've been using OrgChart for years and love how seamlessly the system works. It has all the functionality we need, and their customer service is excellent—quick, responsive, and very helpful. Jonathan Arana was incredibly helpful during implementation, ensuring a smooth setup. Matt Dalili has assisted me with numerous service requests; he’s knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The system easily integrates with our Payroll system and that's a must have for a growing organization. I highly recommend this system! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrgChart?

This is very similar to the Org application we were using prior so it's been a very smooth transition. The implementation process has gone very well and Francios is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
