**What do you like best about Sift?**

I like the easy-to-use interface and the ease of navigation. I certainly value the directory as it is organized and thorough regarding employee information, and it's very easy to use. It's a lifesaver to have Sift when there's so many different employees and departments that I'm interacting with constantly. It takes the guesswork out of who a supervisor is for any given department and helps get an idea of what a certain individual looks like through their profile picture. It also gives me access to their contact information, so I can readily communicate with colleagues on any number of projects. It gives myself a platform for other people to reach out to me.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

I'd like there to be some flexibility in employee profiles with what you can provide for other colleagues too. I also wish Sift had different forms of communication, like a designated dialer that can connect calls to external software we use.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sift takes the guesswork out of identifying supervisors, helps me recognize individuals via profile pictures, and gives me access to contact information for easy communication with colleagues.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I like using Sift for its organization chart feature, which allows me to click on various parts of the chart and see everyone's responsibilities and the different people working under them. This makes it easier to find and connect with colleagues at different levels, such as looking up all the engineers working under a specific director. I can reach out to them directly through Slack or email. The initial setup of Sift was also quite smooth, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

One thing I see missing is the non-mandatory update of personal details by people. This can impact how we want to connect and on what we want to connect. It would probably be a helpful feature if people updated all their personal details.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sift to view my organization chart and access colleague details, including experiences, which helps me connect with peers. I can filter criteria and easily find contacts for communication at appropriate levels.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I like Sift because it helps me find the right places to take items, understand parts of the business I am unfamiliar with, and shows the overall command structure. I also enjoy the ability to easily click through the org and see the current status of the org from a staffing standpoint at any time. The ease of opening and closing parts of the org quickly and being able to drill down directly into a person's profile to see what they do and where they sit, especially since we are a global company, is the most helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

I haven't identified anything I don't like yet.

Sift helps me find the right places to take items, understand parts of the business I am unfamiliar with, and provides a view of the overall command structure. It allows me to quickly open and close parts of the org, drill into profiles, and check staffing status.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I like how easy Sift makes it to find coworkers and quickly learn more about their roles, departments, and responsibilities. It’s especially helpful when I need to identify the right person to contact or better understand how different teams and departments work together.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

The main thing I dislike about Sift is that some information can be outdated or incomplete, which makes it harder to rely on when looking for accurate employee or organizational information.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sift makes it easier to find the right person and understand their role within the organization. It saves me time when I need to identify who to contact for a specific question or request and helps me better understand how teams and departments are connected.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I find it easy to use. As it has been configured and fed with information in my company, it is a little below the line of use, but it has the essential information in it.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

The organisation tree doesn't consider when an intermediate level is not populated, that is if level N has a name, level N+1 is vacant and level N+2 has a name, the name that should be at level N+2 is actually displayed in level N+1 giving a wrong interpretation of the true organisational level of the subject.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is useful to track the position of the colleagues. Less useful to identify the country where is working probably because poorly configured by my company.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

good ux, useful when trying to find a colleague, the concept is creative, it allows you to see your company from a broader perspective

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

the constant refreshing, the filters sometimes do not work great - e.g. i will be trying to find someone in the London office with a particular title, I will add in these filters and they won't come up, I don't like how it doesn't let you edit your professional summary after you've submitted.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A significant portion of my role is connecting with colleagues across the firm on different initiatives. As the firm grows, it is hard to stay looped in - but Sift helps me to see the evolving developments of the company, first hand and stay in the 'loop' in a sense. It is also a good way to bring the human side of work to life

I like Sift for its easy search function and the clear org chart, which help me find information that would otherwise be inaccessible or difficult and time-consuming to locate. I find it enjoyable and easy to use, and I've noticed no issues. The onboarding process was quick, simple, and easy, which adds to my positive experience.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I appreciate Sift's ease of use and how it streamlines the maintenance of our organizational chart, making it scalable and easier for our company size. It has also helped improve communication as we've grown. The integration with Microsoft Office is nice, as it allows employees to communicate with the tools we already use and reduces the need for a separate communication platform. The initial setup was fairly simple, quick, and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

Exporting the org chart can sometimes be tricky, especially if the entire chart needs to be exported. Maybe having more customization or a preview report option before exporting it could improve this.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We find that Sift makes maintaining an org chart scalable and improves communication as our company grows.

All the information I need about a teammate, in a platform that’s easy to search and easy to read.

It’s a little difficult to tell the difference between the team a leader belongs to and the team that leader leads.

Considering how large the organization I work for is, I am constantly seeing new people with new roles that I didn't even know existed at my company. I use Sift regularly to identify these individuals and I am able to see their background and how they got into the current role they are in. I also use Sift to see organization charts within my company and see who reports to who and the different workflows.

There isn't much that I dislike about Sift.

I find the website helpful because it’s easy to navigate. The flow chart also makes it very easy to find who I’m looking for.

I dislike that when I open too many people’s profiles on the chart, there’s no easy way to condense the whole Sift chart again. I really wish there were a button for that.

Sift is so easy to use and I am able to look up anyone in our company for contact information

The downside is getting people to fill it out completely. I wish that there was a way to make sure it is completely filled out before it can be submitted.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I use Sift for my organization chart at the company I work at. It helps me find coworkers and who they report to, and lets me see job roles of coworkers. I like its interface because it's very user friendly. I use the search by name, job title, or skill feature the most because it allows for quick and easy resolutions to my inquiries. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

I think the initial step of having to set up an account before being able to use Sift could be improved. Maybe have it automatically pull job-specific information from Teams so a person doesn't have to encounter the setup process.

I use Sift to find coworkers, see who they report to, and understand job roles. It provides quick and easy resolutions to my inquiries.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I like that Sift has a really fluid user interface that works on my phone as well as on my computer. It makes it really clear who reports to whom and how our organization is growing. I can see the whole organization in a much better way than what is normal through Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

I think more analytics could be shown to me as an end user, but I don't know what administrators are able to see.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sift to visualize our organization, making it clear who reports to whom and understanding our growth better than through Outlook.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

It’s really helpful to be able to find my colleagues’ positions and understand the company’s structure, especially during onboarding when you need to get familiar with so many different areas and people.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

Aside from having a company directory and an organigram, I don’t see any other real use case for me as a mid-level employee, and I rarely find any useful information there.

It helps me understand the company structure when I’m connecting with a colleague I haven’t spoken to before, and I need to know which area and management team they’re part of.

The UI is very easy to navigate compared to previous systems we used internally.

We had some issues with integrations but i believe those have all been addressed so nothing really from my personal perspective.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I use Sift to find out things about the company and to look up profiles when I'm considering working with someone, which helps me understand their background better. Sift solves the gap of knowing what's happening in the company, making it easy to figure out what various ERG groups are doing and if I should be a part of them. I love the UX/UI; it's simple, clean, and easy. Overall, it's just a great product. The initial setup of Sift was very easy.

I love the directory as I can put the faces of teammates to their names. This feature helps me to learn who is who and I can address them by name when seeing them.

My biggest strain is having to manually update/reupload a csv file for birthdays. I cannot use birthdays from API due to HR/legal policies. The workaround works, but the file (of course) does not update as users are added, and I have to keep reuploading new files as we have new employees. I would love a more seamless and less hands-on solution to this!!!

I love using Sift to find people within my organization. There is no way to know everyone or know what department someone works in. Even if you know just a first name or part of a first name due to spelling concerns, it brings everyone up with a photo (if they have one) and it's easy to find who you are looking for.

Sometimes the website needs to be refreshed for it to work properly but other than that, it works pretty well.

I really like Sift's automation system. It helps me put my experiences and credentials into the system and see how my skill set matches with others for collaboration. The audio recording or reviewing feature is pretty good, and I like how it saves my time.

I believe customization could be improved. While using AI, there should be some control mechanisms from the user. Not all AI output is acceptable for presentations, so having an opportunity for customer and user input would be great.
