What do you like best about Sift?

I love using Sift to find people within my organization. There is no way to know everyone or know what department someone works in. Even if you know just a first name or part of a first name due to spelling concerns, it brings everyone up with a photo (if they have one) and its easy to find who you are looking for. What do you like best about Sift?

I really like Sift's automation system. It helps me put my experiences and credentials into the system and see how my skill set matches with others for collaboration. The audio recording or reviewing feature is pretty good, and I like how it saves my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sift?

I believe customization could be improved. While using AI, there should be some control mechanisms from the user. Not all AI output is acceptable for presentations, so having an opportunity for customer and user input would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sift?

What i Liked most about Sift is the search feature. It is very fast and easy to use, i can quickly find information without wasting time. It makes daily work smoother and saves a lot of effort, and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sift?

I enjoy using Sift to keep track of my organization's growth. I like how it visualizes our team structure effectively. The responsive design is great, and I find it quick and easy to search. What do you like best about Sift?

Sift is a fun way to search people, hobbies, interests, and even ways that I’ve used to find someone to get answers for questions I have or help me with projects. It’s super simple, yet it has lots of information easily assessable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would still say the org chart, maybe add an option to expand all and close all? It gets a bit crowded and sometimes you just have to start fresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sift helps me find people to answer questions that I might not know the answers to just by using keywords like "excel", or "Ginnie Mae" for example. It has also helped me reach out to people when I am thinking about applying for a different job. It also helps me call people by the correct pronouns which I love! "UI not completely intuitive"

What do you like best about Sift?

I really like that you can open a colleague's Directory Card from the org chart by clicking on their image, *and* that it will open in a new tab. Some really cool features are having the employee's name pronunciation, time zone and local time at the top of their page too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sift?

When searching a colleague, if you select their Org Chart, there is no way to return to their Sift entry without clicking the browser back button, so this is not intuitive.

It would also be a nice feature if we could change the banner image at the top of our Directory Card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Bex! I'm happy to hear Sift is helping you connect during a time of growth and there's new faces at the workplace!

The banner image at the top of your profile can be changed, but your company admins might have turned this feature off. You can reach out to them through the Support form in the three-dot menu on the nav bar to learn more and see if this can be used again.

As for the UX of a Search result to the Org Chart, we had opted to have the profile pop-up in another tab. While it's a little frustrating to go back to the Search results page by using the native browser buttons, you can click the search bar in the nav bar to see your most recent searched item, but it won't have saved any filters you might have applied.

"Instant Contact Retrieval with Zero Hassle"

I use Sift to find contact information for my teammates and it finds them right away, which is very fast. I like that it's intuitive and easy to use, as I don't have to fuss with figuring out how to use it. I just had to log on, with no setup required.
