**What do you like best about Thrive TRM?**

Thrive TRM is the best TRM and Applicant tracking system I have ever used and it is very useful for Staffing and Recruiting Firm. Easy and Comfortable for searching and recruiting the candidates. Easy to track and manage the applicants and maintain the relationship of the applicant and fill the positions internally

**What do you dislike about Thrive TRM?**

Some features need to be improved. Otherwise, very good Talent Relationship management platform.

**What problems is Thrive TRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive TRM saves recruiting time and is very helpful in managing and tracking talent status. Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring candidates is easy. Maintaining database of candidates is easy using cloud storage.
