There should be weekly meetings already scheduled and clear deliverables set. You can make the chart simple and clean or use many of the features to change colors, add flags, and change box styles. It was really impressive how much you can do! There has been a couple of instances where this would have been helpful for me, but not enough so that the extra cost is justifiable. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made the process of keeping an accurate org chart significantly easier than it was in the past. There has been added features along our time with OrgChart that have also made it easier to function. Lots of data from our payroll system can be included in the chart depending on who your audience is. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** I have not found anything that I dislked about OrgChart. It is a seamless application to our payroll system and I couldn't be happier to not have to do the charts by hand. They were also able to customize the look and feel of the charts that is difficult to do in other programs. ### 23. This makes the process so much easier, as any information updated in ADP flows to the chart pretty seamlessly. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** Nothing to dislike really. I was a little intimidated by how complex it can get, but we stuck to mostly basic functions and support seems readily available. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were previously using a PowerPoint presentation to maintain our OrgChart and a separate PDF as a directory. As our company has grown it became too difficult maintaining these manually. OrgChart removes the need for 95% of the manual entry, and can now act as both an OrgChart and a directory, and we mostly need to just make updates in ADP. For the most part, our organization doesn't update or modify much on a regular basis, we allow the data feed from our HRIS to update the system. Originally, any modifications were very difficult and since we rolled the platform out, OrgChart Now has done a great job of making it more intuitive. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** When I have questions, I always prefer being able to get real-time support because when I find time in my busy schedule to dedicate to working on something, I want to achieve whatever outcome I'm striving for. Customer service is primarily done through email and appointment setting when a chat feature or phone line would be a better solution for real-time support. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the platform as a traditional org chart display made available to the entire company. The nice thing is they get back to you very quickly.
