**What do you like best about Cornerstone HR?**

Cornerstone HR is intended to generate more informed personnel decisions. Manage personnel data throughout the world and expand old HR with a unified, contemporary experience. Consolidate employee information quickly and affordably, enhance workforce analytics, and empower our workers. With a broad collection of interfaces, APIs, and development documentation, we may modify and integrate our HR systems. By appearing online in a couple of weeks, we may save money and manpower!

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

Sometimes software appears to be a little difficult, and reports might take a long time. Although dynamic parameters are employed to form groupings, large-scale adjustments are hard to implement once a group has been developed.

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was utilized in training planning and goal creation, and it aids in linking employee personal goals to organizational objectives. The flexibility to personalize and having all Workforce Management at one location!!!

I like how we can customize and create our own templates, it's easy to navigate and track training.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

A times software seems a little complex and reporting at times consumes a lot of time.

It was used in scheduling training and goal setting, it helps to link the individual employee goals to organization objectives.

Needs better training materials so that non-technical users can be just as successful as teh savvy ones

Take all the training they provide. Anyone can use if, however, you have to be knowledgeable to really get the full effect and value.

The structured way in which employee users can be grouped based on any criteria.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

While there are dynamic criteria that can be used to create groups, making large scale changes is difficult once a group is created.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone HR:**

Make sure that you have dedicated staff for the implementation and do not just rely on consultants for the initial build. Cornerstone HR can be great, but it takes care and updating to meet a business's needs. Also, use Cornerstone HR if you are prepared for fairly rigid compliance systems. It is not a flexible system once implemented. Make sure your HR department is prepared to be as rigid as Cornerstone HR may be.

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get the right information mostly to the right people in a timely and consistent manner.

It is not completely configurable. It does not support each special case.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone HR?**

The thing that I like the most about the HR suite is that it's extremely organized, and it's very user friendly to navigate through. It took me only a couple of weeks to really pick up the software.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

The one piece that I dislike the most is the support. When you start out as a new user, there were a lot of times where I would call in for assistance, but really struggled to get somebody to actually help me out.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone HR:**

It was a great system to utilize, and I really recommend any company remotely interested to explore it further.

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems we were solving were all compliance related issues. The HR suite is very helpful in that sense!

**What do you like best about Cornerstone HR?**

The Quarterly update sessions for my region are really helpful and help to build community locally.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

we don't seem to get much support when investing in new modules, our CSM is MIA, no check-ins, or how's things going? not sure what the client load is but does not feel like client success focus. It would be great to have good examples of best practices as we create new functionality on our platform, i.e. IDP, it feels like we have to figure out how to make adjustments and settings as if this was never done by any client before, and we are re-inventing the wheel, spending too much time and not getting the desired results, can we get some expert guidance, on how other clients are successfully using these tools? This has been consistent for some time since we implemented the solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone HR:**

Get commitment from Sales to have CSM  as advocate through implementation process. The current outsourcing w/ "partners" is not a long term success focus in my view and experience. need someone from CSOD to help steward the process for a long term successful outcome and visibility in the customer organization. lots of opportunity here.

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central repository for employee records, accessibility to these records and tools by leaders and individuals. broad access to tools and learning objects by all.

Easy to use and organized. Navigation was simple.

Less clicks would have been nice...too  many clicks sometimes.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone HR?**

It is an all in one system. For not specializing in one specific area (Comp, Benefits, Sales Comp), they do a pretty good job of offering a product that suits the entire organization. Also their support before and after implementation is awesome. Ans the PM always stick to the schedule to make us accountable for going live. 

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

As  I am in total rewards, there was no "pricing" tool to do job evaluations. That had to be done with an another system (ADP, MarketPay) to complement the system. 

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More efficiencies, Less time taken to get things processed and done. More automation in saving man hours. ,

**What do you like best about Cornerstone HR?**

I do like that there is a hub or portal where I can access all reviews, documents, paystubs, opportunities, etc.  It is very convenient to go to Cornerstone and access and locate anything I may need in relation to my employment with my company. I have used it to also access professional development within my company.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

It can sometimes be confusing to navigate.  I wanted to print out my W2's and had to use the search function to locate. I do not know if this is how my employer has set up the page, or if all Cornerstone is structured that way. I think it would also be helpful to have training to utilize the product. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone HR:**

Give your employees training on how best to use Cornerstone to meet their needs rather than just saying it exists. 

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cornerstone to look for opportunities for advancement within my company as well as find information related or pertaining to my pay stubs. It also is a management tool for my formal observations.

We use almost every module of Cornerstone and love how everything works seamlessly together.

We honestly have not found a downside to using the software.

So far so good, so its a highly recommended Software to switch to if the company is allowed. and implement everymodule they have, as they are very useful.

With each of the modules we use it has helped us streamline the process, cross talk with other departments and the ease to complete the task has been much better.

I think it's best used for viewing presentations about updated information.

It crashed a lot and was very slow but otherwise was good

The ease of tracking documents and deadlines for internal purposes. It's a great resource that has made things a lot easier. The interface is user friendly and pretty easy to understand for those new users.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone HR?**

It is a funny experience and now it has a great look&feel. It is very intuitive and easy to use. If you are an administrator you can learn fast. 

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

We are a latam client and provider so we have many issues with the latam translation. It would be great to have the look&feel in all the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone HR:**

Please review the implementation methodology with your salesforce because it is wrong to give the same solution for US clients in Latam targets. The training and execution must be reviewed and explained clearly with the client.

**What problems is Cornerstone HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients has still many data in paper. Human Resources in Latam is not always considered like a Tenhnological area so the budget is low. Now, CSOD with low prices and easy implementation help to our clients to have a solution with low prices.

This is a very nice tool to keep all assets organized for your HR systems/profiles/etc.

not many things that I dislike at this point considering all of the advantages we currently receive using it.

Full featured product set, extremely responsive during the sales and post-sales process; cloud offering makes things very simple; performance globally is outstanding as they have Akamai (content delivery) built into the product

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone HR?**

They are not the cheapest provider, so may not fit all budgets. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone HR:**

I ran the evaluation for a client of ours. I found CSOD to be superior to all other LMS platforms. Excellent cloud offering, outstanding client service, and full featured platform. They had a production site up and running in 2 weeks to meet a particular client demand.
