# How are you creating reports within leapsome?

I have varying levels of meetings for quarterly business reviews and Boards. Other than the exports to Excel, what reports are you able to create from within the tool itself.

Hi Stacey, thanks for the question.

Leapsome offers many built-in and very flexible reporting features. For example, to name a few across the various parts of the platform, you’ll find a heatmap, 9-box, radar chart, and timelines across cycles within the Performance Reviews. For Employee Engagement Surveys, there are comment clusters, sentiment analysis, and heatmaps with multiple filters and segmentation capabilities. Within Goals and OKRs, you’ll find charts on the progress over time, which you can visualize by department and user. Also, within Meetings and Instant Feedback, there are charts for frequency and distribution.

I hope that helps. If you ever have specific questions about how to access or use any of the specific analytics features within the platform, our support team is always happy to help out. You can reach them at support@leapsome.com :)
