# Meetings - adding in dates manually.

When creating recurring meetings for our team, if we choose to add dates in manually it doesn't seem to allow us to add them in there and then. We seem to have to wait until the first meeting is completed and archived before scheduling the rest. Is this right? Or has somebody found a way to override this?

Hi Aime,

Thanks for message!

Most users choose a fixed meeting schedule (e.g. each Wednesday, or every second Wednesday). If you want to choose a flexible schedule, you can indeed only set the next meeting date.

However, in case you are using Google Calendar internally, there's a great alternative: You can simply connect your Leapsome meeting to a Google Calendar event, and all future scheduling will happen automatically based on your Google Calendar event schedule.

I hope this helps and feel free to reach out to support@leapsome.com if you have any questions about this!
