I find employee management documentation and integration with data for absent management very useful. The API for defining KPIs and connecting them to track how key performance indicators are met is particularly valuable. The initial setup was super easy, with just a few clicks. **What do you dislike about Leapsome?** I think that it was a huge challenge, doing the integration of the Leapsome through their API and the webhooks. It was not so simple to resend the request and also the logs of the request are not super clear. Some of the fields were requiring approval to trigger the webhook, or not just automation. Others were being sent directly. I think the developer integration part of Leapsome could be improved heavily. The Dashboard feature is very valuable to me because it keeps me up to date with deadlines and helps me stay on top of tracking goals. I also find that after some getting used to, Leapsome is now easy to use. **What do you dislike about Leapsome?** The thing that I find is in need of improvement is the process of assigning a goal. Either I am going about it the wrong way or this process could use some streamlining. Currently, I select the '+ Create' option on the top left of the page and from there I select 'Create goal'. As a default the goal is automatically assigned to me. I feel the 'Owned by' field should be blank and should be required to be filled-in with the name of the person that the creator is assigning the goal to. Or at least create a new/additional field for the creator to input the name that the goal is intended for. More than a hand full of times I go on and create a goal and forget to delete my name from the 'Owned by' field and the goal ends up assigned to me by me!
