Either I am going about it the wrong way or this process could use some streamlining. Currently, I select the '+ Create' option on the top left of the page and from there I select 'Create goal'. As a default the goal is automatically assigned to me. I feel the 'Owned by' field should be blank and should be required to be filled-in with the name of the person that the creator is assigning the goal to. Or at least create a new/additional field for the creator to input the name that the goal is intended for. More than a hand full of times I go on and create a goal and forget to delete my name from the 'Owned by' field and the goal ends up assigned to me by me!
