Leapsome has been a great addition to our workflow. It’s super easy to use, and the whole team got the hang of it quickly. We mainly use it for performance reviews, goal tracking, and 1:1s—and it’s honestly made those processes way smoother and more organized.

I really like how flexible it is. You can customize reviews, set up goals that actually align with your team’s work, and keep everything in one place. The 1:1 meeting tool is also great for keeping conversations focused and following up on action items.

Leapsome has significantly improved how we manage performance reviews, goal alignment, and employee engagement at KUBRA. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to customize review cycles has made it easy to tailor processes to each department's needs. While Leapsome is overall excellent, the learning module could benefit from more built-in content templates or pre-made course structures for faster onboarding and training rollout. Occasionally, dashboard load times can lag slightly when retrieving analytics from multiple performance cycles. Also, while the customization options are strong, some deeper analytics (e.g., comparing feedback sentiment trends across cycles) require manual work or exporting, which can be improved in future updates. Leapsome allows you to give and receive direct feedback, being very detailed and praise people for their good work but also gives you the chance to improve the areas in which development is needed. While the Meeting Agenda tool works well for recurring 1:1s and team check-ins, I wish there were more customizable templates for different meeting types (e.g., project kickoffs, retrospectives).
