I use Leapsome to complete tasks and access my employee portal. I find it quick and easy to use. The prompts are good and make it easier to use. It's straightforward, and I like how at ease I feel when using it. I also appreciate the AI feature, which enhances the ease of use. The initial setup was super easy, to be honest. I would like for the icons to change and be more defined. I want the icons to display what they mean instead of the extra work of squinting to figure out which icon does what function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do appreciate that there are modules organized on the side bar. Also, when i log into i do have a dashboard with task required to performed in terms of training, HR matters. The novelty for me is the certificates issued for the mandatory trainings, which in other workplaces wasn't so. I do appreciate that also within this application I could focus on goal review and updates, which in other workplaces there were several applications covering what leapsome offers in one solution. I really like Leapsome for its easy access to training, keeping everything in one place without needing to check different sites. I found an issue with a training on Leapsome where even after completing everything, it wasn't marked as completed. I think it’s important to be able to evaluate your manager—to share your thoughts about your relationship with them and the way they lead their team. And through Leapsome, our managers can evaluate us, too. All of this happens without the person in question seeing the ratings.

What I like best about Leapsome is its simplicity. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I honestly don't have any major criticisms of Leapsome. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the publication period for assessment results. Personally, I would find it helpful to be able to view my manager's assessment as soon as it has been completed, rather than waiting until the results are released. I think this could help accelerate development conversations and make feedback more actionable. I really appreciate Leapsome for its training features. The ability to start, stop, and pause training materials when I need to is super effective for my learning. I also like being able to review and see informational documents shared within the team. The quizzes incorporated in the training material help me review what I've learned and make informed decisions. Leapsome pulls reviews, goals, and 1:1s into one place instead of scattering them across spreadsheets and Slack. The 1:1 tool is what I use most. I shared agendas and action items carry over between meetings and tie back to each person's goals, so nothing gets lost. Review cycles that used to mean chasing feedback manually now run on templates and automated reminders, saving me hours each round. With so many modules, the admin side has a learning curve, and finding the right setting sometimes means digging through menus. Some of the deeper configuration (review cycles, permissions) isn't as intuitive as the day to day user experience. I've also hit occasional lag when loading larger reports, and a few of the integrations feel more surface level than I'd like. I’ve also had a very positive experience with the support and onboarding. There are only a few minor points I would improve. Some areas of the platform can feel a little configuration-heavy at first, especially when setting up more complex workflows or processes. In addition, a few settings and administrative options are not always located where I would intuitively expect them, so it can take a little time to become familiar with the system.

The reporting functionality could also be more flexible and customizable. For some use cases, it would be helpful to have more options for creating tailored reports, combining different data points, or exporting information in a more analysis-friendly format.
