I use isolved as our entire HRIS for our company, from when employees fill out their application to their termination or retirement process. I find it really helpful to electronically complete and store all our employee files, as well as manage payroll and benefit enrollment. It saves us so much time versus doing it manually. I like that isolved is always quick to assist and streamline any of our processes and offer solutions, even when we think there might not be one. I also appreciate their great customer service. We have monthly calls with our customer service rep to go through different parts of the system and get updates or ideas for streamlining our processes as we walk through how we use the system today. I value the way they provide solutions quickly and how they are always ready to help with anything taking more time than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting features could be a little bit better. There are a ton of reporting options available, maybe too many. Some of the reports we only use once a year, so to remember which ones we need to run is sometimes a challenge. We also have to manually merge some of the information on different reports to get what we need. If we could customize the reports that would save a lot of time.
