What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?

The reporting would be better if is was more customizable. The BI software is not user freindly because there are SO many fields and modules that a user does not know where to start when building a report. it would be great if the reports in Win Team could be customized. What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

I use WinTeam on a daily basis. It is very user friendly and easy to learn. I have used both sides of WinTeam the Customer Side and the Employee Side. I know there is a lot about WinTeam I do not know about but I love learning about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?

There are so many things that could be better. Main issue is everytime an issue is brought up, we are directed to use the idea portal but that is useless so our issues are never identified. It also seems i kow more than the people at WinTeam, i normally have to help the help desk to get issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
