The BI software is not user freindly because there are SO many fields and modules that a user does not know where to start when building a report. it would be great if the reports in Win Team could be customized. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can accurately track time for employees, aside from the human issues that relate to this such as if an employee does not clock in or out. Main issue is everytime an issue is brought up, we are directed to use the idea portal but that is useless so our issues are never identified. This software is excellent for being able to keep track of where employees are working, the number of hours worked and to keep track of compliance and absences. **What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?** This software is very cumbersome and tends to freeze quite frequently. Additionally, the software is not user-friendly and requires a significant amount of training to become proficient with the software. I have been using this software for more than 2 years and just recently learned how to use some essential shortcut keys. Team Software should really put out some basic training videos and at least a cheat sheet guide. **Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave:** If you need guard scheduling software, WinTeam is the industry standard. There are other options, but WinTeam is by far one of the most robust software packages out there. Its integration with Ehub software is very helpful to employees in the field. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I am solving with WinTeam is scheduling a contract security force at a variety of sites. I have realized the benefits of being able to schedule and manage my guard force while also allowing employees to see their schedules instantaneously via the companian Ehub application. ### 16. Every action seems to slug along no matter what computer you are on. Another issue is with exporting files from Winteam as it can interact very different each time you try to use it. Sometimes you have to print it to a pdf, sometimes you have to save it to your OneDrive, etc. There is no consistency. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Winteam helps to review client performance and keeps everything fairly organized. We are able to make some creations, comps and deducts, benefits categories, etc. The paging for absence feature is also very important to our company supervisors.This software gives a great help in organizing and ensuring managers and supervisors maintain appropriate and efficient staffing. **What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?** What I don't like is that I cannot import and export like we used to do in old software. Also, one of the drawbacks for payroll department is that liabilities cannot be paid directly out of the Team. **Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave:** I like the ease of the system, I like be able to shoot reports to Excel format and I like the Grid View and the ability to delete unnecessary columns and tweak my reports as needed. I don't find the program to be very user-friendly. Slow to load, makes getting my tasks done more difficult at work. The program has issues that clearly need to be worked out. It also crashes sometimes which makes it difficult to complete tasks. **Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave:** WinTeam is a great employee software which has many tools in which companies can utilize to make their workflows efficient. It can house a lot of data so it is of great use to companies that have a lot of employees to track. The reports that the system can run can also help companies track their successes and where they are falling short. All in all it is a good software and could possibly be the best in its field. I have not used any other employee software before, so the slowness and malfunctions may be tolerable if they were to be compared to similar products.
